The breakfast is very good and they have excellent precautions re Covid.Housekeeping is also very good they leave the room spotless every day.Some of the furniture seems A little outdated but I guess this is because the family was probably one of the first hotels when the palm opened up.The entrance to the lobby is very grand and welcoming and there is a really nice scent.The hotel valet staff are also very friendly and on the ball.

Great hotel for a few days .Reception at the reception and gives your arrival a good start. All the Staff is very friendly and that makes your stay a lot more pleasant. The hotel looks good and is in a good location. Reasonably close to the center and easily accessible from the P&R ). Room are normal, but the cleaning can and can really be much better. Lots of dust and hair here and there. Bathroom decent, but water pressure is very low, but manageable.

Amazing hotel, the private beach and everything is perfect. Given the fact it’s on the palm islands, it’s quite and quaint with lovely views. Even though I didn’t stay with them and just went in as a walk in for some Indian food, the service was top notch. Can’t have any complains with these guys. Must visit.

The great place to stay! Stylish, well maintained, located on The Palm. The property has 2 pools: 1 is family and one is for adults only. Private beach. Breakfast was amazing a lot of varieties, food is delicious.The hotel has many other places to eat and relax. Kids play area is also amazing. Rooms are clean and well maintained if you take higher floor you will get a great view of the palm and Dubai Marina.

First time going, we only went for a day pass my husband and I. 250 per person and 150 aed redeemable per person so it was a good deal!It was good for the price we got. We had to wait quite a while to have any service for food or drinks unfortunately. The pools were alright in sizing but again it was booming as it was a Friday. The only disappointment was the service.

Careful from misleading information on website and from reservationsThey offer day pass to the beach for 150 which is fully redeemable, so that sound great yea? Well no, Because one fact they don’t mention is that while the beach access is from 7 am, they won’t serve anything until 11, That is not mentioned in the offer or by the reservations, secondly that makes 0 sense that i will stay on the beach for +4 hours without food or coffee or ANYTHING.But the real reason for the 1 star is the attitude and unhelpful demeanor of the staff & management, could’ve easily offered us a coffee through some other outlet.Edit: Response to owner: copy past professional. Instead of acknowledging the problem and promising to solve it…

This is more of a hotel resort for package travelers than a real 5-star hotel. The rooms are older and sparsely equipped, the service quality low, long waiting times at the reception and we had to wait 1.5 hours till our bags were brought into our room. In addition, everything is counted, e.g. you get a towel card which you get exchanged for exactly one towel and a small water bottle at the pool. With half and full board you will get vouchers for selected drinks and at the restaurants you will get a slimmed-down menu for food. Nevertheless the hotel is still okay, the location at the Palm next to the mall is pretty good, the pool and beach area is not that bad too, but dont expect too much, especially not a 5-star service!

But the pool is divided into 2, youve got the kids pool with an adult pool do parents with their children and then there is a pool on the other side where its for adults only. This is absolutely fantastic in my opinion! Food is not bad, your typical options and the quality is alright!

Celebrating our honeymoon here was our experience:Cons:- Pool area: many dirty sunbeds, grounds not alwats clean (see pic)- beach area: really small swimming area in the sea- not even one word for our honeymoon (even if indicated in the reservation) whereas other hotels even offer at least 1 drink or a message in the room.Pros:- breakfast is pretty nice (++ croissant)- upon our insistance, we were upgraded to a sea view room (thanks to an Accor Gold card)It was so far from our expectations and pictures we saw before coming that we left after 1 night and went to the Royal Meridien (big gap)

I dont know what to say. I had bad experience with this hotel. First I received the room 4pm ànd the staff very less and very rude.the service was very poorWater boiler not working and baby bed was not available we asked many times to get one with hard mattress. Our luggage was lost we waited 30 minutes to find it .then we went to mashrabia restaurant but half the tables has AC and other not we asked for one because we cant seat outside without AC but they said not available. Then we checked all restaurants but no offers and the prices very expensive .the hotel and the rooms and restaurants very dark no light enough.

Weve just come back from this magnificent hotel which corresponded completely to our expectations. Everything (the service, the staff, the food, the room, etc) was so great. Nothing to say. Its a perfect place for families with small children. We were with our 5-months old baby. There were a lot of families with small babies.We have a particular thought about the jewellery shop Ceylon Master Gems. We ordered our wedding rings in this magnificent shop. The rings were completely customized, they didnt exist in the shop. We just told Nifal what we wanted. In 3 days we received our rings which corresponded exactly to our wish. And plus it was twice less expensive then in Switzerland. We were so happy when we saw them. We cant wait to our wedding day to be able to start wearing our beautiful wedding rings.

My stay at this hotel was such a disaster. Staff isn’t understanding at all and very rude. I came here to enjoy the weekend with my family but it was the worse staycation ever. I am pretty sure this will be the first and last time to stay at this hotel.

One of the hotels we stayed while in Dubai. We selected Hotel Fairmont The Palm after reviewing several in The Palm Jumeriah. We did not want to go too far in the Palm Jumeriah because it would take longer to get around and malls were in walking distance feom this hotel. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean as is the entire hotel. Beach access is in walking distance. We had the entire beach to our selves during hot August morning. Beach offers nice view of the Marina area. The shade under the palm trees in the pool was refreshing. We crossed the street to Golden mile mall for food options other than ones offer by the hotel. Nakheel mall is also about several minute walk thru Golden Mile mall then a short distance outside. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fairmont the Palm.

I booked this hotel as a 30th Present for my partner and it was a dream. We visited the hotel in March 2020 and our stay was faultless. The hotel was in a perfect location, views to die for. Private beach with amazing views, short distance to all the wonderful attractions, the staff went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly. They honestly treat you like royalty! The food was delicious, I booked half board and the variety of food was incredible. The hotel was spotless and you felt so safe. The rooms were huge, and they even decorated the room for my partners birthday at a small charge. Thank you for making our stay so perfect!!I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice hotel im great location.

Extremely bad experiences which started by a check in which took 1 hour. Though I was saying that the room is paid they kept wanting to pay again the room. What a great trust to the customer!Then finally after getting the room, it was dirty (I am not even sure that the room was sanitised since there were no label when we enterred)! With even en empty box of medecine which was not removed from the fridge and which was found by my children. Good for us that it was empty!The service was also just standard (waiting for ages to get baby chair at the breakfast for finally not getting it, not having proper information etc...). By mentioning that my stay was not really good at the check out...well nothing, no one came to even discuss. I am really surprise to have this level of service at the Fairmont which is a big name (I was at the Intercontinental last month which was totally opposite!The only good part was the Frevo restaurant experiences. The was was extremely good and service really nice. That is why I am rating it at 2 stars and not 1, just because of FrevoLater I change from 2 to 3 thanks the call of Farit who took time to understand my concern

I just checked out from the Fairmont The Palm- I actually ended up extending my stay because I had such a lovely time.The property is very spacious, the rooms are lovely with very comfy bed, the breakfast spread is excellent and food is very tasty, but honestly the best part was the service- fantastic!The staff starting from arrival at the entrance, through to staff at the reception, room cleaning service, at breakfast every morning, the gym and pool side restaurants were just fantastic. Even amidst the Dubai summer heat they are full of smiles, attentive, quick service and friendly 🙌🏽.The adults pool is large and a lovely layout.Their covid-19 safety measures also seem to work well- they limit numbers in the gym for example which makes for a stress free workout. The staff were diligent with wearing masks and gloves.The only thing id say is check in advance if the room you are given has a balcony with concrete posts- (this might be limited to the 9th floor I think) - this tends to block your sea view from the room itself.I would love to go back if I get the chance.

Actually I have not visited this hotel but look so close. And i see its a good running hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, being directly on the beach of the Palm. Staff is really good and super friendly and helpfull. Some of them really did 110% for us to feel super good during our recent stay in this hotel. Only down side of this hotel is the fact its a bit old and worn down for todays criteria. Rooms are in need of renovation, shower heads are broken, light switches are broken, lamps are not working, air conditioner is super loud, etc..

I not happy att all about service 0If someone pay 1000 euro for 3 days than choosing hotel 5 stars than its should be requested serviceWhen we had breakfast the staff told us that the table to sit outside was full. Due to the fact of corona, not to many people was allowed to sit outside. However the was no signs on the restricted tables so it was impossible to know. One staff said sit inside so we did, after 50 seconds the other staff came and said that table was reserved again no signs!! The was spinning us around for 30 minutes with food on are hands. The organization could be a bit better and restricted table should have signs.

During these unprecedented times the way the Fairmont team is managing is excellent .The breakfast counter was managed superbly by them.They were following proper social distancing norms due to the current pandemic situation . Accor is very famous for its splendid hospitality.Fairmont Palm staff were incredibly polite and courteous.Be it the staff at the reception ,the room service ,spa dining or kids club service it was managed splendidly by all the staff members.Room service was super prompt.Special thanks to the team of Blowfish restaurant ,Mr.Rami and Mr.Salman.They helped me find my solitaire earring.I will be carrying with me several fond memories.Fairmont Palm is surely worth spending your holiday and you won’t regret it at all.It has big rooms with a picturesque view ,massive balconies overlooking the sea,prompt room dining ,good food ,beautifully managed kids club ,fitness club ,delectable food served by all the restaurants and what tops it would be the smiling ,agile staff members .The team is always willing to lend a hand to the guests. Thank you to Fairmont Palm for making my staycation memorable.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad rating at this point, and I base this on the following points:Where do I even start?When we arrived at the hotel room, we found that the room, which was booked for 3 guests, was only prepared for 2 guests.When asked, the answer was Corona.The bathroom was in a catastrophic condition, see attached video and see for yourself!During our stay, one evening we ordered ice cubes to the room, which were brought only after 1 hour.Upon request, we were told that the room service itself got the info 5 minutes ago.Birds were constantly on our terrace, which made relaxing on the terrace impossible.We were able to look past that.The telephone in our room, which was designed for room service, was defective and was not replaced after several complaints. On the contrary, we were even mocked.Last but not least, we extended our stay by one day.We should change the room, because ours was booked by a new guest. According to the reception, we should pack our luggage so that the luggage is brought to the new room.So we went to breakfast and then to the front desk to find out which room we could spend the last day in.We were then told that there was never any talk of a change.When explaining the manager the issues with our room, the bathroom and the birds he just stared at us and responded „so?!“ as if we were asking for something ridiculous.This is a type of response towards a guest I never have seen before in another five star hotel, especially not on the level of Fairmont.A stay in such a disastrously unorganized hotel with 5 stars, we have never experienced!

We recently stayed at the Fairmont on the Palm and it was wonderful. Big rooms, well maintained, delicions breakfast buffet with outdoor seating. But the best part was Gilbert who was assigned as our butler. He brought us a birthday cake, topped up our wine glasses at the complimentary happy hour and shared stories about his time in Dubai. What a wonderful and talented addition to the staff at the Fairmount.

Sincerely loved the property and the amenities their.Right from the welcome one can feel the hospitality of the hotel.Despite weekend the checkin was pretty swift. The reception staff was very helpful.In these covid times hotels have to ensure guests that they are safe and Fairmont The Palm does that.Breakfast spread is really great and chef there makes really good Eggs Benedict.My kids really had a good time there at the kids friendly pool.However i would request the management to not allow people to smoke around kids pool.Almost forgot if you are going there or even in that area you must try LITTLE MISS INDIA restaurant.It is just amazing. Great food and good ambiance can’t compliment enough about the chef.Overall we would be looking forward to visiting them again soon.

So we are here at the Fairmont on our 2nd night of a 3 night stay ... three families ... and what a blast!!! the hospitality is top notch with the Manager on duty, Steven (my Kenyan brother!!) and the F&B Director,Dinesh (my Indian brother) looking after our every need. Here to celebrate our anniversary with friend and wanted it to be memorable and despite my needy rantings they have been patient and a pleasure to deal with. Should add that the food is scrumptious...delicious.... and the breakfast spread is like none other. Wonderful Hotel. Superb service, Fantastic Breakfast and Pools are wonderful. Great for weekenders or short trips for romantic vacation or business stays. The Nakheel Mall across the Mall is fantastic and has everything you need for less cost. The Mall has all shops, great NY style restaurant and one of the Chicken Parmesan dishes I have ever had. The Mall has two food courts but the lower level food court is the one you should go to. The upper level food court is not good so avoid that one. The Mall has London Clinic that is awesome for 24 hour Covid 19 with PCR testing. The Fairmont The Palm Hotel management is SUPERB and the concierge Mr. Francis the one of a kind and provides unconditional customer service!!! The breakfast manager Mr. Raj and his staff Mr. Mark, Mr. Hamdy, Ms. Janine, Ma. Jessen and Ms. Alexis are just irreplaceable and provide you and your family round the clock service. Just wondering! My Fiancé and I spent 17 days here and we had a great time to relax and just pampered. The hotel taxis and Limousine services are there for almost the same price. You can go anywhere and anytime from the hotel between 60 AED to 120 AED. It depends on the time and distance which is fair and standard anywhere you are. I would like to give my gratitude and thanks to the Fairmont The Palm manager Ma. Olga and her staff making our vacation worthy. THAN YOU! Mehran Pakyar.

Not even 4 stars, the staff is friendly but the hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Big and clean room but not that nice. I was in Dukes the Palm, the room was so nice and you can feel the luxury .
