Spent two nights in the Lolita block a room with 2 double beds, pool view and balcony. The bed was awesome so comfortable. The room was in a Polynesian design and extremely clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a large shower and separate toilet, though no bath. The service we received was excellent! I told the hotel that we were there to celebrate a birthday and on the first night they delivered a birthday cake. The following morning after returning from breakfast there was a Happy Birthday note in the room along with balloons and they had arranged the towels to a doll wishing happy birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise. The whole trip and stay was fantastic from start to finish and all of the staff are so friendly and obviously well trained. Thanks for a great couple of nights

The offer was really good. Overall resort was very beautiful and scenetic. Staff was very friendly and courageous. Rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. The worst part was the room service, very slow to react. I think they have shortage of staff. For breakfast there was big que. Not too many options in breakfast. Overall it was a great time spend their.

Our family love it!Small comment: check-in took me more than half hour it’s really long or maybe because is weekend, but compare with the experience we had, it’s ok we can tolerate.

Amazing property. Feels like we are in Bali. Though the restaurants are not fully functioning, it was adequate. The giant pool makes a crowd feel sparsely full. Got a room upgrade too. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was crowded but well managed. They could have a bit more options. Gym was well equipped. The passes for the parks made the stay memorable.

In general it is okay, but nothing special. The resort lacks of services and organization, breakfast area is a miss “out of control”. What is called a resort is missing lots of touches which makes a real resort such as restaurants/bar/cafes l, live music etc…..I am hoping for the improvement in the neat future additionally there are no special treatment for gold member no significant upgrade where they claim fully booked but in fact after claiming that I went ahead and try to book a suite where more that one site including Marriott showing availability. That is so shameful. When I tried to reach to the front desk manager, they would not let me speak to him and he never returned my call, so unprofessional.I do not recommend this hotel.

I will give them 5 out of 5 for their services...friendly staff, free park tickets and frequent buggy taking you back and forth from hotel to parks...The cleanliness and room service staff were the best, taking care of smallest minute details making your stay memorable ✨❤And kids will love this place for sure.The only thing is that this place is way too far and there are not many things around...including petrol station....many restaurants are closed in river land so you either take all inclusive package or call for food delivery

Fantastic hotel with great service and great rooms. We also got to visit the theme parks for free which was fantastic. The breakfast was a particular highlight and we had a wonderful time. My only complaint is regarding the Buggy service. The Buggy waiting area is very hot and the buggy service is not very well organised.

It was a great staycation and Amazing park experience. Very friendly staff and food also delicious.

The park itself is conveniently located and looks nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious, HOWEVER, the walls between rooms are paper thin and you can be easily awoken by the alarm from a phone in the neighboring room. This problem persisted even after changing rooms as we could hear children screaming next door and their father screaming in return.The air conditioning in the room was extremely poor during May weather and could not suitably cool the room enough. Again this was noted in two different rooms despite keeping it cooling at the highest setting for hours.The food quality was very poor with simple dishes like the club sandwich in the room service menu being inedible. The breakfast buffet seemed to cater more towards Indian cuisine, with more western options being sub-par in taste and offering. Even the breakfast potatoes were full of cumin and did not pair well with eggs. Keep in mind that the hotel is far from Dubai so you will resort to ordering from the hotel often.To sum up:Great location for visiting the park, very friendly and professional staffPoor sound insulation between rooms. Inadequate air conditioning. Very poor food quality.

Beautiful place. Very suitable for families. However, not much quiet for relaxing couple without kids. But still we would love to come back.

This was my second time to stay at lapita and it never dissapoints. The resort is linked to Dubai parks and usually if u stay here you can get complimentary passes for parks.The check in staff is really courteous and helpful. Specially would acknowledge ossama from the front desk staff who helped us with smooth check in and gave us connecting rooms.Rooms are quite spacious and has all the amenities. You can get the buggy service from reception to your room and also to the main entrance of Dubai parks, closer to river land. You can walk from there to parks or hire a paid buggy which cost 10 AED per person.Breakfast could have more varieties but nevertheless it was good. We ordered food in the room for dinner and it was really good and didnt disappoint. Highly recommend.All in all a great visit and highly recommended for staycation

During our recent 10 days stay in dubai its one of the best hotel we enjoyed. would surely recommend this to any one who plans to visit motion gate and other 4 parks .exterior was excellent and unique. big lazy river snd pool for.kids. front office staff and buggy attenders were extra good. buggys were available frequently to take you to riverland and back..room had a good balcony facing pool. room size was reasonable. main attraction was the 2 day free passes you get to visit all 4 parks. breakfast was expensive. room service was having limited options.if you drive 10 min you will find some small cafeterias,papajohns,mc donals etc.

The style of this place using Bamboo sticks for external design is fantastic. We got a Combined offer for both The hotel and Dubai Parks and Resorts (If you can take the heat).They have a Lazy river and medium sized swimming pools. Had a great time there.

The resort itself is big and beautiful however be prepared to walk a lot since they do not provide shuttle/cart from the rooms to various areas of the resort, which most 5 star resorts do. Since our room was quite far from everything and it was the hottest month of the year, I didnt appreciate the lack of such an important service.I found the food to be alright, there were some hits and misses. However, some of my friends couldnt find anything to their liking. I wouldnt recommend the sea food in this place at all. It was actually stinking.The service and over-all behaviour of the staff was polite and courteous.

The dry area where we walk when getting to main building or buggy need to have some sort of water sprays to allow for a ventilation or cooling down area .. LOVE THE HOTEL .. THE STAFF WERE GREAT .. but being in 50+ degrees when walking needed some sort of COOLING DOWN STATIONS .. and that would mean the staff would also benefit from them .. i saw the same buggy driver for 5 hours .. OBVIOUSLY NO AC or any type of ventilation on his path or in his buggy .. this guy was taking people back and forth ..It would have been nice to see cold water with him that he could drink .. a fan of some sort on the buggy with water mistIm sure in the winter that job is great but in the summer 🔥🔥🔥 ..Please care for everyoneLOVE THE HOTEL and the ParksWhich by the way HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM .. TOO HOT TO WALK AROUND IN THE SUMMER .. EVEN THE WATER PARK -LEGO LAND WATER PARK -- 2 STARS -- HAD NOTHING TO DEAL WITH THE HEAT

The stay was fun, only the distance you have to travel between buildings is awfully tiresome in summers.

This is an excellent property especially those with kids.The rooms are very well maintained with good views.The breakfast and dinner served was very good.The staff overall were very courteous and I would like to make a special mention about their House keeping Manager Mr.Atul he was extremely courteous and very helpful and took good care of us.The kids loved the parks and the tickets including check in and check out days is a steal deal.Overall had great experience.

Amazing hotel. Had a great experience. Everything was more than needed for a 4 star hotel. The cake that I ordered was on time. Breakfast spread was huge. Tip: try to get done with check in formalities by 2 pm because it gets crowded. The breakfast buffet area was bit crowded. The pool felt a bit weird and water wasnt that well kept. Besides that, an amazing place for staycation.

The hospitality of Lapita is amazing. The package of motion gate tickets and half board is a good deal altogether. Having stayed here 3 times we are still definitely coming back soon. Lovely ambiance

The resort was a five stars resort before- In my opinion. However, the resort lacks services and organisation bring it down to one star ( my opinion compare to the price); the breakfast area is a miss “out of control”. You can expect the reception staff to lie about the rooms and reach a miserable room, drainage smell with a bleak view. Be careful of the egg in the breakfast; my wife saw they use liquid hall egg -ready-made from a container to do the omllete ( make sure you see the egg when they do your omelette. The open buffet is also poor; it was much better.

Good hotel for families with kids. Super close to the parks. Food is good, specially breakfast (try the live saj station) but it could offer more “classy” restaurants for the parents

Take your pick. Poor customer service...old uncomfortable couches in a so called suite. The manager still hasnt called me to resolve outstanding issues, yet he promised he will call. 7 out of 10 requests to room service was a No! If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place to be. My suggestion is book somewhere else. Thanks.

A gorgeous resort with lovely and comfortable rooms and beautiful view. the place is quite big and also provide you with entrance ticket to 3 theme parks next to it. the service is also lovely and there always be a shuttle that take you in and from the parks all through the day.

One of my favorite places, Lapita is a clean hotel and has impeccable service. The resort and hotel is best paired with a Motion Gate pass. If you have children above 9 years old Motion gate is perfect for them. Many great roller coasters and amazing atmosphere make me want to come here when i visit. I am from Kuwait. Lapitas atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are good and the swimming pools are good. Very nice hotel i will come here again.

Awesome place to spend with family and kids. Not just the stay, but the access to various parks are an added advantage. Under the current circumstances of COVID-19, safety precautions taken by the staff at every point is really worth appreciating.

I am staying in the hotel now and I am advising any one not to come, we can wait for more than 30 minutes in the heat with small kids waiting for buggies to come and pick us and not even to our building where we are staying, no they drop us at the reception area and you have to walk back with your kids in 40 degree to your building and also talking with us in a very bad way. Very poor management trying to cut off the cost by providing lower quality services to their guests who paid a lot to stay in their hotel.Very disappointing.

As was expected, the resort was big and full of greenery. Hospitable staff, quick check in and check out, amazing breakfast, big twin bed room, mind blowing views and family pool made our stay totally memorable. And they were completely taking care of Covid guidelines of social distancing, wearing marks and sanitizing the place. Not to forget the tickets to 4 amusement parks we got and unlimited entry and exits to the parks.We had great time as family and two days stay just went by. But good memories are there with us and we can’t wait to plan other staycation there.

We staying in UAE from a long time, stayed here in Lapita felt as if I am some in countryside, which made us feel as we traveled to some other country.... We had a wonderful experience ,truly an u forgettable. The staff is very poliet n friendly they make you feel special..the room are very good with pleasant interior..the front office manger Ms Antaonette was highly trained in problem solving .She was very understanding. We spent one night in Lapita, 6 rooms in total with the whole family. Lapita is the best hotel with free theme park access. We had a great and wonderful experience + breakfast is amazing-it is superb and tasty, the ambiance was perfect. Our kids enjoyed so much in our stay, although one day is not enough for everything. Highly recommend Lapita and we will definitely will come over and over again.

Just got back after 2 nights in Lapita.Reviews as follows1) Truly impressed with the covid precautions the hotel is taking. Each and every staff from the reception, buggy service to the lifeguards. Sitting in the hot aun wearing masks all the time is truly commendable.Specially our Buggy boys. M.r Iyer who was welcoming and explained the resort to us so well.2) breakfast was managed well even with huge crowd. All the food is untouched except by serving staff. Made us feel as ease.3) kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river.Things that could be better.. maybe adding a live bandSome kids games in the small football area. Bences to sit on the side amd just enjoy the general scenery.

The hotel room was great. We booked a junior suite and the only negative about the room was the couch didnt have any back rest cushions so was not very comfortable to sit on. The resort was great and service to and from the parks was terrific. The food was another matter; we booked half board and breakfast was pretty much as expected but dinner was not great at all. 2 nights in row it was pretty much the same. You can tell they put as little effort into the dishes as possible, nothing was exceptional, just the most basic meals you could get. The worst part was if a dish ran out it was rarely replenished so dinner was really disappointing. Pools were amazing and the lazy river was a great addition. Overall a good break..

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. An Eid to remember. Our kids enjoyed it too. The rooms are good sized, very clean and well maintained with good fixtures and fittings. The room service staff was very kind too and the service was quick. They gave us late check out inspire of full bookings.The iftar spread @175/- is priced high. We were a bit disappointed with the spread. Surprisingly there werent shrimps which are a basic of good buffet spreads. Also the varieties werent much.The theme parks were a lot of fun. Everything well sanitized.

The worst hotel ever..1) there is no consideration for elderly guests (no buggy cars around for transportation from villas to the restaurant or the reception)2) the villa they provided us was very far from the restaurant3) so many delays in providing services4) the air conditioner in the first room they gave us was not working5) the whole family did not enjoy their time

We had an amazing offer of stay with two days access to parks, two full days of fabtastic fun..The hotel itself if nice, very beautiful and even without park access you can spend very nice staycation, but with access to parks that is unforgettable

My arrival experience was nice. Hiba called a day prior to confirm my arrival details and preferences. Room was ready for me on arrival and check in was swift. Thank you so much for that Hiba!!!Happy with overall room Condition and Covid protocols.Restaurant and room service needs a lot of work though.Food and drinks quality and taste is comparable to brand standards. However the blip on the radar is F&B service. 2 major issues. Breakfast was a mess with long queues and staff were not equiped to handle the pressure. Breakfast area looked more like self service area.Room service needs to be more proactive in handling elite guests. We ordered from room service a few times nad each time they made us pay in the spot. We would have preferred to settle it to room and pay at check out. (we missed out on a lot of bonvoy points) They could have proactively asked reception to do whatever they needed to do for us to settle room service against room (reception already had card details on file to guarantee the booking.

Hotel is very nice and really has some good greenery around! the rooms was really well cleaned and maintained 🤩The employees there are very nice as well but sometimes I found that they were confused! the pool timings is really confusing! When we called them up and asked they said they would start the pools at 6.30am when we came in they told they would start at 8.00am but when we reached at that time the pool opened at 9.10 which was 🤷‍♀️The fact that this hotel gives us all the parks inclusive is really impressive! 👏 I loved motiongate, bollywood Park and riverland which gave us so much time to kill and enjoy!🥰The dinner was just satisfactory! Im not saying it was great but it was just okay!We had the breakfast as well it was so good 👍We even had a feeding session with the fishes which was really fun to watch ❤

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is a few minutes walking to the Dubai parks. Lapita is a very nice resort with excellent food and service. The safety and security they provide during this covid time is unforgettable. Their shuttle service to the parks is amazing. Breakfast and dinner were yummy and we had our tummies full all the time the way their staff served the food. The variety and good food we could choose from Indian, Arabic, continental, etc. has left us at awe!! Above all, cannot stop from complimenting the entire staff for the awesome service inspite of the scorching heat… be it buggy rides or the room service or the bagagge collection… never did we miss the smile anywhere!! Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed the weekend getaway a lot. We will definitely stay there again.

Full disclosure: This experience is based on a short stay.Staff: Pleasant, professional and always busy.Cleanliness: Excellent, in the rooms and throughout the resort.Ambience: Definitely a tropical vibe brought to the desert of Dubai - a no small feat.This is a cute hotel for families. Kids everywhere; being kids - loud, running around and etc. If this sort of thing bothers you, this might not be your best place.Access to the Parks is definitely a big plus.COVID-19 restrictions in place, breakfast at the main restaurant gets pretty chaotic close (a couple of hours) to closing time 9-11am.Tip: Try and make it to breakfast earlier than 9am.Tip 2: Fish feeding at the spa house at 11am.

My son myself and his family stayed at Lapita Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, very comfy beds. Couldn’t fault the rooms. However the Pool is filthy, pool staff allowed children to throw food and drinks into the big Pool., Their us green mould on the bottom of the Pool. Oil visibly flaying on the top. This Pool is in need of. Good clean. Some naughty children were taking tiles off the side if the pool no one stopped them not even their parents or pool attendantI would not advise you to swim in it

I booked the three bedroom vill at lapita resort… the villa is more than amazing but if you will ask me if I will recommend it to anyone or book it again I would say NOOOOOO…The service is so poor, not clean, towels are overly used, very high price for the service you are getting, cleaning staff smelles really bad, A/C is a disaster specially in the summer, in the pool the lights are out in a dangerous way specially if kids are using the pool, the managers are not up to their words.When I booked the villa I called 3 time just to ensure that the villa have a private pool but that the pool is not visible from any other room in the hotel.. in the last call the hotel ensured that their is one villa that have this option so asked them to booked for me and they agreed.. as I told them that I found other hotels with half price with the option I need… THE SUPRIZE was when i reached the hotel the pool was visible from the hotel rooms.. and when i complained they to me we said that it is privately as no one can enter it… and it too them more that4 hours to solve the problem (just my putting a partition which they should have thought about before I reach) the time was almost 7pmThey told me they will give me until 6 on check out day… but they surprised was that they started calling since 2:pm for us to leave ..

Enjoyable stay with the park access for 2 days included. The interconnecting family rooms were just perfect for a family with grown up children. Cleanliness of the rooms were highly commendable and the balcony excellent.Menu on the room service was lacking for kids and the quantity of the adult grill platter was not worth the charges. Breakfast brunch was good but could use a bit more variety.Our main gripe was the buggy service provided to the parks and rooms. Being peak summer in UAE, they should have had extra buggy services to take guests to their rooms which was atleast a 5 minute walk from the reception building. Also the buggy service took us only till Legoland despite us pleading for them to drop us at Motiongate and the walk over really drained us causing unnecessary anguish for the kids and us alike taking away from the fun of our trip. This was after it was confirmed at the collection point that we wanted to go to Motiongate. Also the minimal buggy services meant evening pick ups back from parks were chaotic with fights erupting between guests.

Stayed 1 night, mixed experience. One the face of it a good deal @ 535 AED Inc Parks & breakfast.The theme, which is Polynesian is very well executed & really looks the part. The rooms are a really good size with great facilities, large bathrooms with spacious shower, separate toilet & sink area. Plugs by the bed, iron, ironing board, safe, fridge, all provided. Unfortunately our room had an underlying smell, perhaps of stale cigarette smoke, we couldnt quite identify it. Sadly we were provided old & frayed towels, not a great look for a relatively new hotel. See pics.The beds are high & very hard, not the greatest nights sleep. Like sleeping on the floor! Found other peoples hair on bed & toilet. Hangers in wardrobe & handles of some doors were greasy.The staff were mostly very helpful & keen to make sure you have a great experience. It felt a little in some areas though like they didnt have enough people. At check in even though there was only 2 people checking in ahead of us, we had a 20 minute wait. When I asked for another member of staff to come & help I was told they were doing all they could, even though I could see other staff available. Not great customer service.Breakfast was a shambles. We went relatively early 8.45am but the set up means long queues, unfortunately. They have multiple types of breakfast behind each plastic screen, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, waffles, pancakes for example. So lots queueing for different items in one place. Large, tall plastic screens between you & the food/server meaning you have to shout (its a noisy restaurant) what you want & then the server will dish it up for you, this takes so much time. Slow, slow service. They need to spread it all out so people can distance & get served quicker. They have cereal at one counter & milk at another, on the other side of the room. My poor daughter struggled to get seen or heard, queueing twice over about 15 minutes just to get a bowl of cereal. Incredibly frustrating & a theme across the breakfast service. Disorganised & chaotic. There was no social distancing as people massed around small areas for multiple breakfast options. Needs a complete rethink. Other hotels manage to do it so much better with the same covid restrictions, maintaining a good service & social distancing. They also had a ridiculous entry system where someone fills out a form with your details before you sit down. This form is handed to someone else who shows you to a table. Meaning as we left at 10am, there was a queue of about 50 people waiting for forms & to be seated. Thankfully we went early! Unacceptable really. They werent anywhere near full either.The waiting area for a bus to the parks is outside, at busy times you can be waiting 20-30 mins for a bus that takes about 15 people only per trip. Prepare to wait & sweat.Its such a nice hotel that is unfortunately let down by a few easily sorted issues. 4 star look (& potential), 2 star experience.

It’s one of the best resort I liked the breakfast and dinner it’s awesome .and hotel rooms they r kinda big and it’s awesome and also the bathrooms. but one problem was like they have very less car for pick up and drop off the entire staff includes the breakfast and dinner fast also the lunch staff they r really kind cheerful excellent.I really love this resort .

We had a good stay at Lapita. The hotel is highly recommended especially for kids. My son enjoyed their pool and the staff surprised him with a very nice birthday room.Also, the staff are all hospitable and friendly, special thanks to Ram and Kul who assisted us on our stay.We will definitely go again.

Perfect place to stay when you want to enjoy nature after staying in Dubai. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are perfectly maintained. Its a pleasure to walk around the property or swim. You also get free access to the nearby amusement parks which is a great deal. They treat Platinum Bonvoy members extra well. We got a free room upgrade, a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival and free breakfast every morning. Dont miss this resort expecially if you are Bonvoy Platinum. Its the best deal in Dubai.

This was one of our best family vacation stay.everything was good and excellent service - super staffs and very co-operative they are and they made our stay a memorable one.

Lapita is a great resort for family outings. We were 18 of us with 6 rooms booked for 3 nights and 4 days and had amazing time with the family in the resort, legoland, motiongate and bollywood park. The breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to the room operations manager Mr. Ram who assisted us very well. Buggy service was also great and special thanks to Mr. Swamy for dropping us to the parks despite of resort being fully occupied.The rooms and all are too good .It was an amazing experience all together.

Staying for EID Al Adha, its very disappointing that the shuttle has only one stop to the parks which in front the Legoland. And we wanted to go to MOTIONGATE we had to take alomg walk under the strong sun in this very hot weather! That wasnt on our plan when weve booked at lapeta!

The hotel was awful from the point of check in to check out. The staff is irresponsbible and cutting edges everywhere possible. The cleaning of the room is zero!! 0 rating for hygiene in these times of covid. Especially when guest check in they dont do vaccumm in the room! No buggys for kids also, to the room. The room was stinking of smoke smell where as its non smoking hotel. We could not sleep till 3 am and they cannot offer anything except changing the room. Please do not book at this hotel for your own sanity.

One of the most amazing pizzas I ever tried. Very beautiful view to the swimming pool and a great dining experience that was not surprising from a hotel-resort restaurant under Marriott Bonvoy chain. Highly well mannered and professional staff will serve you at Lapita. Enjoy.

We came for a weekend with the family we took 2 rooms the equipment is good as well as the access to the park on the other hand the service was very disappointing we waited for an extra bed 1 hour by telling us to wait another 10 minutes 3 times! then order a drink by the pool its a minimum of 40 minutes waiting not to mention that the room service forgets to clean your room and finally we ourselves had to take our luggage to our vehicles ca after 1 hour of waiting we have lost hope! we were ready to take a mariott vacation subscription after having done the maintenance but it will be no! very disappointed !!

Wonderful place to spend couple of relaxing days withe family. The hotel itself has an excellent view and environment. The pools are big and the lazy river is a plus.Had a great experience apart from few hiccups from the house keeping which we taken care. The breakfast setup is huge, its the earliest you go the better incase of getting crowded.We get to feed the fishes at 11.am, nice attraction for kids.Parks access is an added advantage.Tip: Do not visit the park in School Holidays. It is extremely crowded.Overall experience was excellent only the reception and house keeping needs to be more prompt and active.

Long queues for check in , poor room service and no wifi. No one tried to help to connect either.
