We as a family stayed there for few months, Everything was well taken care of. The location is very close to downtown Dubai. Its a new facility, welcoming staff from reception to day-to-day maintenance crew. Decent size gym, large pool, and excellent restaurant and hooka place. We couldnt ask for more.We are not staying anywhere else, on our next trip to Dubai.Thanks

A 10 out of 5 rating for this Rotana chain.It was a bit of misfortunate from the beginning but their staff are way above and beyond! They’ve generously allowed us to check-in as smooth as possible after the hassle.The hotel itself is magnificent and well maintained. It felt safe.We have not experienced the amenities as we have limited time but they do have a great pool and gym.Our room which is a family suite fits a LOT of people. We love how the interior and maximizing the space was well thought of. Everything os automated - and as much as they can - mostly contactless.Breakfast is good but the only thing that I missed is the offering of specialty coffee that were offered in other Rotana.But all in all, we had a good experience and definitely recommending Jaddaf Suites Hotel.

Nice , clean and comfortable hotel .. polite staff .. delicious breakfast buffet … the gym is well equipped and the facilities are very clean …I had coffee in the lounge not that good but they were trying to please me .The room is missing bath robes “its upon request “ i didn’t like that cz I don’t have to ask for such thing or wait till they bring it to me to take a showerBig swiming pool , and self parking “covid policy” but no issue with that cz they have big and wide parkingI would recommend it for anyone.

I love the hotel overall , the room was so clean and comfy and big , the stuffs in reception was helpful also , they have many different parking slots which is great ! I think this hotel will be one of my favorite destination for me and my family but the only thing i did not like which is about the drinking water !! They only give us two and when i requested for more because i have two babies and i need to make milk for them , they said sorry we gave you and you have to pay for more ! Even biggest hotels and the most luxurious they give us unlimited water espcially if we have babies !! But here were very restricted i didnt like it ! Come on guys its only water !!

The hotel is beautiful, staff are great. The management are shocking, always polite. They walk around nodding alot, agreeing with everything. Never actually do anything. I asked so many times about things, never actioned. I have asked to meet the main manager in the hotel, Yes Sir. They never bother, always agree then nothing. Such a shame. They dont look after the long term guests.

The design of the hotel and room is good, but today is my first day in the hotel and I didn’t like the service. So when i am dialing and asking for something they forget or they bring it after hours.Please don’t give me excuses that the hotel is running on high occupancy during Eid and this period as this is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel and they should know what and how to run the services on all the periods and well trained.And even during the check-in time they asked me to pay extra amount due to typo mistake they have done in their system instead of two guest they told me you booked for 1 guest only, and I booked directly from them over the phone so the mistake is from the hotel reservation and not me 🙂 at the end I paid extra money just to stay and enjoy my Eid holiday.

We have a yearly membership at Bodylines (gym, spa...) and are really happy with the equipment and service at Rotana Al Jaddaf. Many thanks to Henry, Mona, Anna, the lifeguards and waiters to give us the best possible quality and professionalism. Their gym is amazingly spacious, massages are very relaxing (thanks Anna!) and the pool is huge. Also: food and drinks are delicious!As we live nearby, no need for us to sleep in the hotel, but the friendly staff showed us the rooms when they opened the hotel a few months ago and they look great. Perfect for a short- and long term stay.Best hotel in the area! Thanks guys!

Best hotel in Jaddaf. The hotel is new and everything is perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa and his team for the warm welcome. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is always attentive. The Egyptian captain I think the name is Mido is very professional and trying his best. Thank you Al Jaddaf Rotana and wish you all the best.

Most horrible experience. I came with my family to check in at 10am (prior to booking online) and was escorted to my room at 4pm..even after taking my money..Saying that cleaning takes another couple of hours... Have you ever heard of a hotel that only checks you in at 2pm? What if I came from abroad, would you let me and my family sit in the lobby for 6 hours ? I asked for the manager and he never came... Rude staff, poor customer service I’ve ever come across. They simply don’t care.. The suite wasn’t that clean either.. there was hair in the showers and stains on the floor, the kitchenette reaked of spices ..wasted my whole day/time laying at the lobby.. sometimes I doubt the reviews came from real customers... very disappointed

I stayed for 2 days and it was bad experience from checking in until I left.Parking always full I had to park far from hotel entrance, walking with all my grocery in my hand.In the last day they called my three times to make sure thet I checked out at 12pm although I informed them BEFORE I booked that I will check out at 2pm, at last they agreed but they told me if I pass 2pm they will charge me, what kind of hotel behavior is that?!I dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

A very nice hotel, everything is clean and there is a restaurant that has a delicious variety of food. The general is very good in terms of accommodation and food. As for the price, it is a little expensive

Amazzzziiing apartments. Washing machine easy to use, all facilities available in the room. We were upgraded to a bigger suite for free as we have 2 babies which was very kind from the staff at the front desk. We stayed for 1 week and housekeeping came to hoover, mop, do the beds and change the towels. They topped up water but anything else was left i.e. Tidying up random items including moving shoes.Downside was the sales team. They took 2 days to book my room for me. It felt like they didnt want to business.Aside from that particular team, the rest of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Every time I called them they told me theyd call be and they didnt.

One of a kind suite hotel with its own kitchenette in every suite. Im constantly reminded of Burj Al Arab whenever I visit this 5 star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel is the perfect example of a 5 star hotel with 7 star service and experience. Sabrina at the Tea lounge is very kind and accommodating. The delicious pastries are only a bonus.Mithun, the lifeguard is not just the caring, pleasant, and knowledgeable guardian at the pool. He also gladly functions in other roles throughout the gym and pool facilities helping guests most graciously. The gent in charge of the pool bar is also a cool gent with just the right personality to maintain the vibe of a relaxed yet fun environment needed at a pool bar. I felt like I was at the poolside bar of a 7 star resort in the Maldives there.The offers at the hotel presently are so hard to ignore or take advantage of. From 50% off bar menu from 4 to 7pm everyday, and numerous other discounted offers at the restaurants the overall experience is just great. Even though I didnt stay at the hotel and only visited for an hour or so on two different occasions, I felt like a resident. I wish I could give more than 5*. This hotel is as amazing as the pictures. Everything is 5* and luxurious. The attention to detail, the decor, the check in process, customer service, everything was perfect. Amazing value for money. Their suites are very spacious. Both pool view and city view suites are equally as impressive.The staff are particularly very pleasant. They made our stay even more spectacular. I enjoyed my entire stay here. Even with having to extend my stay, they generously offered special rates. I have stayed at many 5*-7 star properties in Dubai and this one is definitely up there. I cannot fault them on anything. Not every restaurant was open yet, but the restaurants that were open, were amazing. The food, drinks and service is 5*. It can only get better. They have happy hour between 5-8pm, they make really good cocktails from like 30 dirhams. The spa was fantastic! We all tried the aromatherapy massage during our stay and we were all very happy and relaxed.Location wise - The hotel is super close to Dubai mall but far from the palm, marina etc. Anytime we needed a taxi, no matter what time, we would call reception and they would have a taxi ready within minutes. Super efficient and attentive!Amazing valueDon’t even think about, just book!! You won’t regret it!

I am so happy we chose this hotel for our 2 week stay in December 2020 with my 2 children and my parents.The first week we stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, this was amazing and so-so spacious, the living area was such a nice place to relax and unwind, all the rooms were modern and elegantly furnished, the bathrooms were all really spacious and finished to a high standard.the swimming pool is large and spacious and enough deck chairs for everyoneA special thanks to Anas from the front desk and especially to Storm the food and beverage manager who rally made sure we had a wonderful stay and kept us fed well, we had the all inclusive package for the first week and the food from Timo restaurant gets your taste buds in a frenzy just thinking about itim sure we will be coming back to stay here again

This hotel is the worst in service , I will not recommend this property to any one.Really miserable stay that I have had .no customer care with worst services ever . I am frequent traveler and I have never seen such ignorance and neglecting customer complaint.

Hello! We rested at the Al Jaddaf Rotana hotel from February 26 to March 10, 2021. I really liked it !!!! The hotel is new, beautiful and very comfortable to stay. The breakfasts are gorgeous, the pool, the bar, the room is all at the highest level and 100% corresponds to 5 *. We are constantly traveling and previously rested and the umeirah Beach Hotel and other top hotels. And I want to say that Al Jaddaf Rotana is no worse !!!! And even vice versa !!! Perfect, friendly and attentive hotel staff, especially Saif Ali Shah, his competence, culture and charm are great !!! Id like to have as many of these Specialists in their field as possible !!! I wish Saif and the entire hotel prosperity, successful business, and I plan to return to my favorite hotel at the end of April!

What an amazing experience....Spacious apartment, Timo restaurant with fine food, garlic bread is something you shouldnt miss.Very polite and courteous staff, special thanks to Alla, Storc, Gabriel, Saju, Heena, Tariq & always smiling Camille, may be I missed some of other amazing staff... You guys made our stay like home...Would love to stay there again...

Really enjoyed my 3 week stay here, we had a 2 bedroom (with a small maids room or 3rd bedroom) apartment, all en-suite and a separate WC. Kitchen with a decent oven/microwave, fridge freezer, dining table, living room and a utility room.

The hotel opened about 1 week ago. Very nicely presented and the rooms are quite spacious. Staff was courteous and provided the assistance needed. The pools is quite nice and the restaurant has good food, although the pizza oven isnt yet available. Great stay!Update (Jan 2021): I stayed there again and the experience was excellent again. The pizza oven is in full swing and the pizzas are very good. Definitely worth checking out.

Didnt stay in the hotel but visited reception and the bar The ListIts a brand new premium brand Rotana so of course it is very stylish, smart and clean, as youd expectThe List is very stylish with friendly and attentive staff. The big plus point is that the bar is non-smoking - good to see more places finally catching on to this fundamental health issue.The bar is quite expensive of course, so unless you have a loose-pocketed employer, youre not likely to be spending the night in there! Most drinks start at about 30 aed. Yes for a SINGLE spirit measure 😂

Just checked into this hotel.Beautiful rooms marred by the most horrible customer service.Horribly slowwwwww service.Kitchen without any utensils,not even a teacup and spoon and when you request you are told it’s for long stay guests only.Like If I was a long stay guest won’t I have my own pots and pans?Why book a 2 bedroom if I’m not going to use the kitchen?????!!!!!!Awful service by the manager- Mr Abdeljaffar(Abdeljaggar?).After waiting close to 3 hours for spoons (ordinary SPOONS!!!) to feed my 2 kids(both under 6 and howling in hunger) and my husband( who is under strict glycemic control per doctors orders) I marched down to the reception and was spoken to at the desk in the most patronizing tone ever.No attempt to placate or empathize.If anything he (Abdeljaggar) ensured I got angrier than I was when I came down.Terrible start to my stay.Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.Hoping the next few days fly by quickly so this holiday comes to an end.

The lobby is fascinating, charming , spacious and elegant. You cant get enough from the place. By the way dont forget to meet the flamingos at the main entrance.
