Excellent hotel! Modern, well designed rooms, very comfortable bed, very nice staff that make you feel at home, good restaurant. The Hotel is good, clean, staff are friendly. But the breakfast was not as expected not buffet. The service of the restaurant very slow.Pool has nice view but little bit small.

Good value for money. though rooms were small it was neat and clean. front office services were just ok. we were told that only ala carte break fast is avsilable. no buffet. dedicated underground parking available. but no valet parking.some guests blocked the main road but security was not willing to ask them to move their car. instead we had to wait there longer and finally reverse and finally find another way to exit.all restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. easy access to go to burdubai and karama.

Beautifully designed hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Location is so so, lots of empty sand lots around. Close to metro station.

The hotel is nice, very clean, and the staff are welcoming , however when i opened the website i booked it mainly for the gym and pool, on the website its written “ Temperature-controlled PoolLocated on the rooftop our 25 m lap pool” the water temperature if thepool is not controlled it was very hot “30 deg”, the pool is 19 meters not 25, you can do mini laps but i dont understand why they put their credibility on the line and write something untruthful,The rooms are quite small but clean, the gym is small too, fairly equipped but lack basics like bike, bars, bench press.Conclusion if you are looking for a clean calm hotel European style in size and you dont care about the pool and gym its a very good hotel, in a good location, but if you booked it based on pool and gym facility you will be very disappointed.

Very happy and surprised by room, service, breakfast and staff. We chose a junior suite for an absolute bargain rate and it had everything we needed including a travel cot. We felt completely safe in the hotel. The proximity to a reasonable car park was also a bonus. Overall we were delighted with our stay.

Upon first getting there I was kind of sketched out because of all the construction going around, but this ended up being an awesome place to stay. Super clean, a very mindful staff, and a good spread for breakfast. Definitely would not mind staying here again.

Amazing property, i used to stay there before Covid-19, they are very helpful and so friendly. The view from pool in rooftop amazing. They was closed, and now Dubai safe and i cant wait to spend my weekend back there.

The hotel is very nice, clean and new. My room had the perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. I also had amazing coffee in the room and the shower was great. I also used the gym which was great (newly equipped) and the rooftop pool (perfect). There are constructions going on next to the hotel but I didnt hear anything about that. The staff was so nice and welcoming! I needed a early check in and a late check out which wasnt a problem at all - they were very helpful!

One of the hotels I really enjoyed staying at.The check-in is smooth.They provide in room self brewed coffee, which is packed exclusively by them for them.A personalized on screen message on the TV screen welcomes you in the room.A super clean room service keeps your room always fresh and appealing.Convenient arrangement of the furniture which I find Artisticly done.Facilities are small and on the short time opening side. But However they are super convenient for a quick splash in the pool or a keep up with the activity level at the Gym(Gym is 24/7).

We loved the overall look of this hotel! It is modern and stylish. It is even better in reality compared to pictures. The breakfast was amazing and service was of excellent quality. I didnt meet such nice and polite stuff before. We needed a late check out which wasnt a problem at all - they were very helpful!Everything was so clean. The pool was clean and you can have a nice view from the top. Our room was nice and bed was super comfortable. It is pretty quiet in the hotel and even though there were constructions going on next to the hotel we didnt hear anything.To summarize, everything is of excellent quality and I would really recommend this place!

Amazing hotel. Spotless clean. New design. Not that luxury but it is new thing and modern. If you like to try something new and different it is good choice. It is near a lot of things by the car . Without car it is in the middle of nowhere. The breakfast is acceptable nothing fancy ,limited choices.

Ive stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and I can say with confidence that it was totally a positive experience.First of all, I was drawn by the calm and delightful interior design of the whole hotel.The pool is a bit small but you can get a nice view while swimming.Cleanliness and attention to details is definitely remarkable.The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and I would like to personally thank a hostess by the name of Sartaa for her great attitude and her spirit.

From the minute you walk inside you’re treated like a VIP. This place is spotless and safe. It’s beautifully modern while the staff manage to maintain a warm feeling. Pool is great. Food is great. Cleaning staff are wonderful. Front desk is exceptional. The manager Mohsen was incredibly helpful during my stay. I returned a second time after extending my first visit multiple times.If you are coming with a spouse or a family to Dubai this is where you should stay. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Even if it was $200 a night FORM would be worth it.I wish I could give this hotel a 6/5. Better than Hilton’s I’ve stayed in. Best hotel I’ve had worldwide. Exceptional in every way.Make sure to try the breakfast options.

Sleek and modern space, friendly, polite and helpful staff, beautifully varied breakfast selection, and a roof-top oasis to cool off and enjoy the sunset. Close proximity by Uber to airport (10 to 15 minutes tops), and a metro station only steps away. This is a great spot for singles, couples, or a get-away for a small group of friends. I’m so happy I chose this place rather than the big name-brand, impersonal hotels; it’s a sweet boutique-style place, and that’s its charm. I’ll be back. (Did I mention the polite, helpful staff... so good!)

This hotel is one of the best one Ive been in so far. The reception stuff is very friendly and are always ready to help. The hotel is small and has only 120 rooms, but is not always full. It was easy for us to get rooms. We got 5 rooms, for 11 people, and the upgraded us to all king size beds, which was a nice gesture. The rooms were all clean and beautiful, The TV was 49 inch smart TV, has YouTube and all other stuff a smart TV has. The bed was SUPER comfy and they also gave free pillows, all with a different comfort level. The sheets were also clean and sparkling white! The only thing which I didnt like was the prices of the items in the min fridge. Until you are willing to spend 16aed for a small 200 ml juice bottle, just bring your own stuff! It also has amenities like free slipper, AC, Free Super Fast WiFi, Swimming Pool, Gym etc, and there is always a lifeguard near the Pool. It has a Huge amount of breakfast options. Better than my experience at other hotels Ive been to. I felt like a VIP here.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It has the best service Ive ever come across in any hotel Ive been in. The place itself looks very modern and contemporary. The staff is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to answer any questions you have. They are very courteous and professional as well.The rooms here are slightly smaller than the average hotel room, but they look very neat, orderly, sleek and modern. The beds here are very comfortable and clean and most rooms have a window for a good view. The walk in rain showers are a very luxurious touch as well.They have a restaurant that is simply amazing. The food is quite splendid. There is so much flavor packed in every bite. They have a free complimentary breakfast which is a big plus and quite filling.The amenities here are decent. Besides the restaurant, they have a 24 hour gym, a pool open most of the day (a little small like a lap pool) and a small boutique shop as well. They also have many partnerships with local companies and will even book tours for you to save on some hassle.They give free shuttles to and from the airport as well and free shuttles to almost anywhere else in Dubai for that matter. It is very close to the metro so its super easy to get around. Its about 20-30 mins on the metro to the center of the city from the hotel.In short, if your looking budget friendly place with decent amenities, the is the place to go. Great staff, that really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Great prices that dont break the bank. Overall great place to stay.

Easily one of the best hotels that I can recommend to someone looking for a cozy and comfy stay without breaking that bank. The design is just well thought out and the room was clean. There is self parking available at the basement if you dont want it leave it with the valet. Overall it was such a joy to stay here. Thanks to Ms. Redeat for her attentive service. New hotel, few months old and front is still a gravel lot. Construction all around. Service is also hit-and-miss. Asked for roll-away bed. First two desk clerks said not available, but in fact they were too lazy to be bothered to look. Third one did, found bed, brought it up and set it up. Would definitely not go back.Also funky washroom setup with water from shower area flowing back on floor towards toilet. Toilet floor constantly wet, yuck!--------------------------in follow up and for the record, I respectfully disagree with the response provided by the hotel. Both individuals clearly stated that no roll away bed was available full stop. They did not offer at all to look and come back. (Thus the repeat request, as it was quite clear from body language, tone that they just couldnt be bothered to go check.) The third actually got off his backside and went to look, found it, brought it up. Problem was flagged and my contact information was provided to the day manager the following morning. Whatever I can say about this hotel. Will not do sufficient justice. Located in the new part of the city which is under development. Its bang opposite the metro station. Which is less than two minutes by walk. On entering the hotel you see simplicity in color and a design element with wood. Whos beauty is enhanced by the high ceiling.The music played at the lobby is absolutely peppy and gets you head bobbing. At the restaurant the meals are beautifully plated. Giving you the absolute gourmet experience.Be rest assured you will be greeted with a smile every time your at the reception.The rooms are well spaced out and the design concept is retained across the common areas.The cutlery in the room is way different from a lot of hotels Ive seen. The kettle was really beautiful.The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.Last but not the least. The additional star on the rating goes especially for the staff of the hotel. They extremely warm, very helpful and great conversationlists. This attitude runs across each and everyone. I had the pleasure of interacting with the general manager, the sales head, the people at the reception, the chef and the restaurant crew. Each one of them were so cordial.Overall I had a wonderful day & I highly recommend it.Dont forget, try the slow cooked lamb. You will love it.

Stayed a couple of days for a stopover and without any expectations of something special. I was thoroughly surprised. Brand new hotel, really well appointed rooms, great bed, and close to the metro. Will definitely look to stay here again, hopefully for a longer stay

This Hotel is nice, however, the Hotel.com advertisement showed Form Hotel provides Airport shuttle for their guests at no additional cost, however, they refused to honor that advertisement and blamed Hotel.com for false advertisement. There are other similar hotels at lower price when you consider the additional $32 taxi fare to and from the airport.

Warning: this is a gushing review because there is literally nothing bad about Form hotel. I stayed here for five nights on a long layover after a tiring flight from Dallas and before a trip to India. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the Form staff. Special mention to Muhammad Usman, The property was beautiful and quiet and cool and lovely. It smelled great in all the areas of the hotel and my room was such an incredible retreat from the city and the heat. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was undeniable five star luxury. The staff were so diligent about housekeeping and the evening visit to prepare the room for bedtime was wonderful.Despite it being end of ramadan, the hotel was serving amazing breakfast and room service 24 hrs. The breakfast buffet was so boring and didn’t had variety (Bread, Cereals, and Basics). The staff were so attentive and patient. Five stars through and through.Rooftop pool area was beautiful and the is given particularly nice touch. Form Offer variety of add on which I was not able to get via the website, But I do recommend it. Its worth the price. I however took airport drop service, of which staff at the airport and the driver that brought us to and from the hotel were also top-notch. I dont see a reason to stay anywhere else on my future visits. Excellent brunch menu as well, I tried burratina perhaps one of the best I’ve had in Dubai. Incredible service. Outstanding food. Initially i didn’t want to go as I felt it was too cliche to dine at the Roots restaurant however ant expectation I had was vastly superseded - well doneExcellent customer service, Love their modern style bed rooms and I all the ameneties.Lastly, I feel I made a good friend in Muhammad as he went above and beyond accommodating my need.

Great hotel with a high level of service. The standards are good and its a great value for money . Located just opposite to the metro station , so moving around is not a problem.

Not really a hotel more like a hostel. Room was tiny . Breakfast was bad and you can never grab coffee. They have 2 waiters taking care of 150+ guests. So skip this hotel not coming back.

Buffet was sooo poor and stingy. Only 5 smaaaall plates to scoop from.I had to call front desk for the basic stuff like toiletries and an iron and a replacement for the broken hair dryer.I dont think I will go back to this hotel.

This is a chic and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I stayed for 5 weeks whilst working in Dubai and found not only that it perfectly fitted my needs, but also (being next to the metro / close to Jadaf Waterfront / 5 minutes from the airport) that it was remarkably convenient.My 3 favourite finds were the RTA abra (from Creek station to Festival City and its alternative fountains display), Jameel Arts Centre, and the walk under Garhoud Bridge to Andiamo (in the Grand Hyatt) to watch football (& the occasional cricket match being played by workers).

Hotel is located in new development area and there’s ***y construction during this year 2019. However the hotel in very nice and very quite inside The design is modern and they have nice complementary tea in the room.The location is perfect for exploring the city and drive around as you can easy access to any highways.Also there’s Metro station within walking distances around 200 meters.
