Very Bad hôtel , first night I booked from agoda, I had the reservation with me, on arrival the receptionist told me the hotel is full, hhhh, imagine you have the reservation but no room at the hotel, the first time in my life that goes like this, I looked for a hotel nearby to spend the first night, the next day I came back to hotel at 4:00 pm, no room not ready, the receptionist told me to wait 30 minutes to clean the room, really run away from this hotel

As a hotel its good nothing fancy and i give it 5 stars the manager is a super nice and polite guy and there is a sudanese lady shes so nice and Im a regular customer cuz of this people i always come back suddenly there is an indian lady i dont know her name she is the worst she never smile to people and shes not welcoming at all she is so rude i went on Friday i told her hi i need a room please i didnt book is there any rooms available and her answer was we dont have rooms available now you should wait 30 minutes go have a seat ! then when Im checking in we were talking about the prices i told her in booking.com there is a cheaper price her answer was no not true ( never tell a customer that hes lying) then i showed her the screenshot of the price she kept quiet and she went inside and she sent an other lady to check me In ! I went back an other time i booked online i showed her the booking confirmation and payment and she told me no we didnt receive it and she let me wait for more than 1 hour ! please train your staff how to deal with customers . As a regular customer this lady made me ashamed in front of my guest

It was quite okay. Reasonably priced. Not luxurious or anything , however given the budget it’s a good place. The view of the room I got was nothing as promised and there was no balcony although I was promised a balcony at the reception as well. Was too exhausted when I checked in, to change the room.

It was a baaaddd experience. Ive lived in hotels for the past 5 years . I havent seen like this one . 1st rooms are smelly I had waste half of my perfume bottle in order to maintain myself in the room, the receptionist are so low rated doesnt respect the guests. Obviously they are used to one night stand guests and they treat the rest all the same.. the food : the chicken was smelly fishy .. unbeatable.. in the morning the breakfast on the menu . Half of the items doesnt exist in the kitchen .. God I spent less than 24hrs in it and I just didnt know how I left .. bad experience veryyy... and not recommended at all

Very poor service! We only requested for an early check in as we dont have any control of our flights and they keep on repeating that the check in time is 2pm. No help at all, no solutions given. They want us to book an entire night and just use the room for 5 hours. I asked for a manager and they keep pushing us back. If theres a rating below zero I would definitely do.

I went there for the saloon only but I was amazed of how they follow the hygiene and place every where they had hand sanitizer and tissue make me feels goodAlso the bell man was very kind to guide us to the left , other hotels when I go their saloon the staff acting lil bit rude , but great service

Our arrival during the early hours was efficiently handled and we welcomed the refreshments whilst we checked-in to our upgraded room.The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided a wholesome start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient location to The Mall of Emirates and metro.I thoroughly recommend anyone consider booking this hotel based on our 10 night stay.

I dont know how this hotel got to a four star because they definitely dont deserve it. They treat their guests poorly, especially at reception (shoutout to WAZIR). They only tell you the facts without providing an actual solution to the problem. It seems as if they dont give the slightest care about their hotels reputation. So if you are reading this, please save yourself money from booking this hotel. I am pretty sure there are a lot more decent ones out there in the same location.

Requested for twinbed but gave us king size and said twin beds are subject for availability. Didnt even gabe us options or alternative.

I feel all the reviews are fabricated.. Very bad room service..even after informing the room cleaning is not done..staff is not concerned about the guests need and least bothered about the hotel reputation..room service staff is arrogant..

Reception staff is very good and room was neat and clean which I like and were satisfied for the hospitality.

This is objectively not 4*, but 3* only. Very dark rooms, old garniture, cold floor everywhere.The Room Dining service is average. Room service stuff entered into the room without mask and gloves. The drinks were without covers. Water is limited (only 0,5 litres free per day for 1 person), the breakfast timing is weird 6 am -10 am. If you didnt order the breakfast before 10am you wont get anything, even if you paid for that.Stuff cannot offer you ever alternative option, they dont care at all. Seems like we stay here for free.The quality of everything is poor.I wont stay here anymore.

Very good breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff, and generally clean. My suite was good. The shower head needs to be changed - its old design doesnt help in enhancing the water flow. Within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates and good, cheap and delicious local food outlets.

The exterior facade looks a bit old, but once you are in the room, it looks good and new. Maybe it has renovated recently. The room is spacious and bright and the bed is comfortable. However, you are required to use the valet parking service for overnight parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent food always consistent

I stayed with my family and its really worth of money. Im specially thanks to Ms. Seetal from front desk for her corporation. But at check in body temperature has to be check at the entrance. Bed is so un comforatable as its two single beds (asked for one large bed). Wifi is weak. Overall happy with the cleanliness of the room.

Great staff, eager to be helpful in any way possible and always with a smile. Rooms are clean and tidy and as a solo female traveller I felt very well taken care of and safe!

The room was not clean as it should be ... my shoes got under the bed ... as I pick it up...I saw lots of dirt underneath the bed .... pillow covers were more like brown not white ...the breakfast isn’t that good and you really don’t get to choose ...

Its a beautiful Hotel, located near the Mall of Emirates. The rooms are very spacious. There is an Indian Restaurant named Fusion inside the Hotel. Luckily I got to enjoy Live Indian music in d night, which was absolutely awesome.The food is great too.There is a Cafe on the Ground Floor which is also very cool and contemporary. The staff is nice and polite, extremely helpful I must say.Overall I had a wonderful stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grandeur and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great hotel in Dubai at a really great price. Everything was impeccably clean, well organised and the staff were very kind and helpful. My room was really spacious and comfortable with lots of light. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and used the gym a few times. Neither of them are very large but they are adequate. Room service was good and everything worked. My only complaint was the faint smell if stale smoke at times in my non-smoking room. There is a small cafe downstairs, as well as a bar, a restaurant, a spa and a salon. I feel that I got really great value for my money and would definitely stay at the Grandeur again.

Good hotel with quiet rooms and a rooftop pool. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates. And a lot cheaper than many other hotels in the region!A lot of stores are nearby. And Mall of the Emirates gives you access to public transportation. The gym is amazing for a hotel in this price range.

Silent moments

We visited this hotel in 2020 and had several bad experiences. Bathroom covered with moulds and not clean. The hotelguests are not number one for the hotel. Groups of people , non hotel guests are allowed in the restaurant, which leads to shortage of food, pushing, pulling, standing in line , grabbing of food , empty bowls, no place to sit. Of 8 days stay 2 periods of 4 days of the same food , 4 evenings we had sharp bones in the saus , cold fish , etc. 8 days of the same desert. Birthdayparty in the restaurant 50 people while guest have to eat their food, we felt not welcome. My advise book another hotel instead of this “hotel” were guests are treated as second rate . The reception staf were friendly. After mentioning our complaints at the reception we never received an excuse from the manager. This is not how you treat guests.

Rooms doesnt have a balconies. Strange in Dubai. Overall ok. They have tiny swimming pool on the rooftop, this may get fully occupied though as its so small. Price is very . Metro is not far. Only for those who dont need balcony only the room. Internet city nearest metro stop
