Ok, its a budget hotel, so you shouldnt expect too much of a comfort anyway. Nevertheless its obvious that this hotel requires some maintenance. Especially the bath in my room showed signs of wear. Additionally the pressure of the water in the shower was extremely weak. The personnel was friendly, yes, no issues.Generally the room was clean and the bed was properly arranged. However, the bedding felt clammy. The air condition was not working properly and the air felt quite humid. After 24 hrs there was also musty smell in the room.Theres the possibility to order meals from the restaurant in the ground floor and the meals will be delivered to the room (no seated serving at the moment).There was no other choice for me as due to the present circumstances I had to stay in this hotel in order to wait for the result of my PCR test. If I could choose on my own I would not book a room there.

The stay is not good. This is the worst hotel Ive ever experienced. I was hoping for a good room, but it turned out that it is only good in the photos posted on the page. No fridge, no kettle or atleast something for coffee. No proper room service. Also before we booked for this, we requested for a smoking room, but when we arrived the venue, the staffs are saying its a non-smoking hotel. So in the first place why they will have a choice of smoking room in there booking website. And one more thing, they gave us a room washroom area has a little water coming out from shower. We didnt feel like we relaxed , its like we just wasted our money for nothing. I HOPE YOU IMPROVE YOUR FACILITIES!!!! Thanks.

Very bad customer serviceThere is a lady in reception called “Karen” she never smile to us and did not reply when we say good morning/evening !! Even we are a regular customers here but we feel that she does not want us to come here !!She is talking to us in a very rude way when we came in the first time !!Please according to the price everything is good but train your employees at least to smile to the customers even if you are a one star !

Budget hotels for the people who are utilising the port . The hotel is inside free zone so access to the common people is a little difficult .

The internet was the worst I have ever experienced, couldnt even watch YouTube.The bathroom door lock was damaged, cleanliness was okay, food is too expensive and not so good.

Overall clean place and well maintained for a budget hotel within Jebel Ali port area now used as quarantine facility.Courteous staff and can reduce plastic footprint by providing 1.5 lit water bottles rather than 500 ml water palstic bottles.

Great price and simple amazing accomodation prices. Clean environment . Friendly concierge. Free fast WIFi. I recommend friends to come and enjoy a time off to relax.

This is less than luxurious, but then, thats the point. Simple and cheap. The room is suitable for stayovers only, but decent enough for that. It was clean and tended, but worn.

It was great. Simple but well kept room, small but everything made nicely. Well groomed staff, cooperative and nicely communicative. Although labelled as 1 star but I would consider it at least 4 star..

The most arrogant and unprofessional restaurant crew I had ever seen in my life. I never seen such behavior towards customers. Nobody from kitchen staff shows respect to any of their guests and the service is laughable. I hope they improve service or they should just close.

They should name it Difficult Hotel!This hotel is very far from the city. Actually, thats fine with us because we have a car rental. However, the location is not good. If you want to go north, you will drive many kilometers going south first before you can make a turn. This is so ridiculous! They have a restaurant within the hotel but aside from that, you dont have any options. You need to drive away to get something to eat. The cleaners dont really clean the room much. They just change towels and mop the floor. Thats it! No changing of bed sheets, etc. We really dont recommend this place.

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Dubai Tourism Authority rates it as a 1-star hotel. It is (very) basic, but the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Extra costs are associated with extra towels, fresh bed linens and drinking water. The restaurant is slightly overpriced for what it serves, but still affordable and gets the job done, and, it is conveniently open 24/7.The staff are friendly but somewhat disorganized. Twice in a row, they assigned us a room that was already occupied by someone else (how embarrassing to walk in on them!)Not the most convenient location for most Dubai-based activities, but I suspect most of us stayed at this location for the low price.

The hotel is nice and simple. It is good for those who are looking for standard room but not interesting facilities. The rooms are decent, clean with comfortable beds. Far away from the center near to Jabel Ali metro station.
