Hotel bathrooms are so untidy and dirty, no slippers to use while in bathroom, elevator is so small and noisy, staff are unprofessional and no customer care while talking to clients.The fridge is so nasty and smelly i wish i had taken a picture for proof but unfortunately i forgot because i opened it and almost vomited.Theyre only money minded and maybe to call you to remind you that you have to check out.

Very disappointed as the receptionist has pressurised my aunt multiple times to give tips to the housekeeping , for what? I dont know. She was fed up of the receptionist calling all the time that she had to check out despite the comfort of the room. Such behaviour from your receptionist is very regrettable and appalling.

Only AED 100 per room. The rooms are small, the hotel is in the bazaar. But there is a big plus - everything you need you can find nearby.
