The staff were very friendly. Reception rang a few times to check everything was okay throughout our stay. Staff were all very helpful- printed out all covid passes etc with no problem. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff are great. Breakfast was also good. Thank you

I’m staying here for 6 days and we reserved 4 rooms, unfortunately very bad experience and very bad customer service!1) Rooms are without any windows and they won’t let you open the balcony.2) We went for a breakfast and ate there and we left 2 small pancakes, we wanted to take them with us, the 2 who were working there preferred to throw them in the trash than we take them and they totally refused- thanks for the manager who sent us others in the room.3) Employees not professional at all and do not respect clients and have no any professional argument. For the balcony they said for the safety (we are all adults and for the pancakes they said because of the room temperature it is not the same as the restaurant temperature) i can not believe that they are working in one of the hotels in Dubai, the most touristic city in the middle east, they aren’t flexible at all.We are checking out tomorrow and for sure will be the last time in this hotel.

Its a decent hotel with really affordable rate. I stayed for 5 nights and wasnt disappointed. They provide all basic amenities, with a nice small pool and workout area. The whole facility is non smoking so might be a challenge for the smokers.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 3 nights.This hotel is very dirty. Even after they clean the room, it is still not clean.Some staff also have impolite beahviour. When we booked the room we sent a request for a sea view suite. When we checked in, the receptionist was very impolite and she told us there are no available rooms with this view. During the pandemic most rooms are empty so it was very weird! We told her we want to talk with the manager, and they asked us to see several rooms. Eventually, they gave us a suite with sea view! If it was available from the beginning, why did they have to argue and be rude!Service is also very slow. When we ask for something we always have to call several times until they bring what we want.Due to the improper seal of the door of the balcony in the suite, there was a very loud sound continuously in the room and it was very annoying! But the balconies are locked and we cannot change the position of the door to solve this.Although the advertising video shows that they use sanitizers at the entrance, there were no sanitizers available for the customers. Only inside for the staff to use. Also there was no social distancing at the elevators.My advice to everyone is NOT to book at this hotel.

Good but definitely not great. The staff was okiesh. I found it on the lesser side in terms of warmth and welcoming the guests. Abu Dhabi has much higher standards in this category. For me, the way the reception welcomes you, talks to you is the most important thing in hotel business, and this is where I feel Atana hotel fails to deliver. This is something you should really improve on. At check in, all the staff at the reception were not welcoming at all. I found that the shisha terrace doesnt offer shisha even when its open till late night, and no one bothered to inform. The room was small, standard rooms in Abu Dhabi are bigger for sure. Water dripping noise is a constant, as someone else had also mentioned. Overall its a good hotel but definitely not great coz there are much more better options at the same price.

Ive really enjoyed my stay. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice and friendly. The two things I share as concern for folks like me is they have a very limited to no vegan offering for their buffets and the Salon is kind of a rip off. Me and my girl went for a manicure for her, pedicure for both, and a haircut (bold head). While getting the haircut the gentleman applies some facial stuff without concent as if it was a treat only to cost $500 at the end. Stay clear of them. Much cheaper mani-pedi shop next door. The gift shop products and staff was very personable and nice, we enjoyed his company.

I’m surprised this place has so many high reviews. Maybe they were from before COVID. The room was dirty. The tubs are old and you can see years of dirt rings around the tub. Housekeeping came to clean it again and it looks the same. The carpet in the room was not cleaned, I could still see hair and other particles. Housekeeping had to come and vacuum it again. The night stand and all tables were quite dusty. The balconies are closed for safety, and they won’t say when they will be opened again. They may as well state on the website that there is no balcony access until further notice so people don’t get excited from the photos. Also, this place is not for westerners. It was hard communicating in English with anyone (housekeeping, men at the desk downstairs). It’s a dry hotel (no alcohol), with very limited food options.

I was absolutely disgusted with this hotel.We arrived on the 4th of August at 4am - the hotel was practically empty due to covid but the women at the desk would not let us check in untill 6am so we slept in the lobby for two hours. The concierge then took our luggage off us which I thought WAS a nice gesture however he did not leave our room until we gave him some tips.By this time we had already had enough. We were very tired,jetlag and hungry so we decided to freshen up and get some breakfast. Breakfast was available up untill 10.30am. I called at 10 to confirm and the receptionist said somebody will get back to us. No - one got back to us and then I called again at 10.15. The women told us it was fine to go down to eat. We then headed to the restaurant but then got told it was to late and they were cleaning up.The receptionist called Hazel was very rude and not approachable and she made my stay very uncomfortable. She was not helpful when we asked her for advice for nearby activities and locations for where we can get our pcr tests done.Some facilities such as sheesha was not available in the hotel- which was quite bizzare as the hotel opposite had invited us to have it there, which turned out to be a very nice evening as they were welcoming and had brilliant customer service!My husband was not allowed to use the gym in our hotel. he wore hard toe sports hiking sandals which were perfectly adequate footwear to use in the gym but they denied him access as they deemed his foot as inappropriate.I was not happy with this hotel at all and I will definitely not be booking it again They need to be taught some manners and take training in providing good customer service!.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located beside the Sheikh Zayed Road, extremely clean & comfortable. Very nice view of road and the sea from the room. But the feels sad because of no access to the balcony, still the view through the wide glass window is awesome. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staffs the checking process is quick and simple. You will get secured parking at the basement of Hotel.The break fast and dinner were delicious and the staffs are so helping. The restaurant are arranged such a way adhere to covid-19 safety regulations.Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Its a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Stayed at Atana hotel for a week during Jan 2020. Great place to stay. Walkable distance to internet city metro station. Shuttle services available to nearby sightseeing beaches and to Mall of Emirates. Buffet breakfast was awesome with variety of dishes. Housekeeping services was really good. Enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay for a week in Dubai. Credit card payment accepted at the hotel.

Bad experience .. the pool is public for any visitors and free . the hotel was not clean at all . and the floor and room was so smelly . many issues i faced . heater . TV and water and bed.

No smoker rooms and the balconies are closed due to safety reasons .No control switch for the bathroom and the light goes on and off which was annoying.You can get far more value for money.

Room is dirty . I had to call more than 3 times a day just to send a person to clean. I just kept hearing we are sorry , sorry and keep repeating the same mistakes . I booked an appointment for a covid test and waited and no one showed up so I went in the lobby asked them if the nurse is late ? Guess what the answer was” we called your room and no one answers the phone so she left .” Our appointment was 11:30 am they called at 10 am. So I had to go to the clinic get the test. We hated our stay . They ruined our vacation. Worst hotel and very unprofessional stuff . Instead of doing better the next day it only got worse . They don’t even deserve 1 star . Please Do not book with this hotel .

Good hotel. Only stayed a night. When we arrived they had a room ready for us early. The receptionist was amazing also. When we got to your room the wallpaper was peeling off and had a damp smell. Called reception and the room was changed immediately. But then.. in the evening we got a phone call from reception, the lady was saying please leave us a review and it better be a 5 star one. Then laughed. I was so confused.

We had some problems at first becouse of the room view but the hotel is clean and worth a visit

The personnel was nice and the room was decent for 3 people, 3 single beds and the beds were comfortable. However, the gym hours were not correct. We were told that it closed at 10PM when in fact it closed at 8PM. Also the food at the restaurants was not good. Lastly note that this is a DRY HOTEL, meaning they do not serve any alcohol. This was not clear on booking.com therefore it was not a great surprise but as we only stayed one night it was OK.

Spend Eid Holiday at Atana hotel in July31st. All the staffs were so accommodating and friendly. The manager at reception was so kind enough to upgrade our room with no extra charge🤩. The pool was nice and my son had an awesome time🏊‍♂️. Ordered food from the hotels restaurant and the food was great with a complimentary mini burger meal😊. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast is a set menu. Would love to come back again.

The room I have received was not the category I have paid for. The manager, George has refused to give me any compensation. He was rude and unhelpful.I strongly discourage anyone who may get tempted by the low prices. For this money you can get a decent hotel and not this one. Please, stay away!

I made a booking by booking.com for my guest and when i made a booking I put the booking under my name.however i called the hotel to informed that my booking its for my guest and I ask for help if they can change the booking under my guest name since i wrote it down in notes that the booking its not for me,but unfortunately when i called the reservation department he said he cannot do anything i need to call booking.com,i felt like so helpless because he was so arrogant and he I ask if i can speak to someone who can help me and he said to me,that “I am a manager in hotel and no one can help you”🥺🥺.so When i called booking.com Im so happy because they are very helpful rather than the hotel staff reservation department they left you without any help.but so far hotel rooms is amazing reception staff very friendly.I suggest the guy on the reservation department who speak to me arrogant voice better to attend more training on how to speak polite on costumers service satisfaction.

When I came to Dubai in 2017 which is initial year of expatriation, I visited this hotel when I strolled around Barsha Heights. The first impression is hugeness with twin towers. And the spaciousness at the reception area just astounded me. Spacious, clean, and nice decoration.

I have been kicked out because I didn’t like the attitude of the worker in the reception !!!Also he accused me that im drunk !!Today was the worst day at this hotel. First the delay in the Reception, second the AC was not working properly. Third, the floor was dirst (sand) and the phone also sandy or wgite powder. Fourth, I requested to change the room they refused at the beginning and they sent me the technician but the AC still not working properly. I requested again to change the room but they didnt like it when I requested that. The attitude of the two receptionist was not good (i have the name of both and i will rais an official complain on them)

Checked in on 6th and checked out on 8th. On arrival which we arrived past 2pm the receptionist told us to wait for 1hr for our room to be cleaned. Then we said no and she gave us room 406 and 416 which was super dusty!! Not forgetting we are in the middle of a pandemic! I called them to clean but no the will not come. Next day i left early morning. Asked them to clean, my friend in 416 called more than 6 times but they did not. After i came back at 9 pm the room was still dirty i called, and thats when someone came to spread the bed instead of cleaning!!!! I hate the place too much and the fact that it was my friends birthday, such a mess. Can never go back there or even advice anyone to go there. The two days i met two different african guys during breakfast and i think thats the only good staff in that hotel.

Although COVID-19 environment has hit the tourism sector all over but one would expect really top notch services from a hotel of this stature in Dubai. It’s the third day running since I checked in and there have been issues with the room plumbing especially availability of hot water and it’s continuous regular supply. Despite bringing it to the notice of Management here twice, they have not been able to fix the issue properly which does not reflect upon Atana in too good a light. My request would be to pay more attention to customer service and train your staff a bit more in extending courtesy to the people who choose to stay with you

We stayed for 2 nights From Thursday to Saturday . We expected a terrible experience with the staff with no experience how to talk with the guest . We where not happy at all with our stay and the manager when we asked him in the reception to find out our friends room he didn’t know how to deal with us than saying if u not happy leave the hotel . I can say we didn’t ever imagine this gonna come from a hotel manager saying this to the guest . I will not come here again .

Lovely Hotel, Shame about Covid 19 diminishing the numbers of people there.We had a lovely time there, staff very helpful and pleasant.Only down side was the limited menu available for lunch and dinner. Not good enough.But all in all would definitely go back once things have changed regarding the Pandemic.

Lady in the reception was moody.Sheets are dirty and towels come with some hair and stains on it.Changed bed sheets come with stains.Not well cleaned bathrooms.There is no place to spend time outside to room or sit in. Room’s balcony cannot be opened.No fresh air enters the room so rooms stink.We made so many calls to open the balcony they are not letting us due to “regulations”Windows are dirty.Whole hotel is a complete disappointment.I highly do not recommend staying here we are staying for 9 days and we have regretted.Tek kelimeyle berbat.

The reception not cooperative, very long waiting time , room was not available before 4 pm. Wasting our day in the hot reception and when we complained they told you can cancel your booking.

It was really cold. My baby was crying for cold. I asked him to closed it. He said its part of the restuarant. Our breakfast got cold due to the cold breeze we got up and left! I have 11 more nights i am struggling to sleep. I dont feel comfortable! Worse stay since visiting Dubai!!I had to beg them to clean the room. Still not clean properly!I am irritated. I asked for a refund and they refund to give me back my money!

The hotel is very nice. It is also good value for money. Rooms are lovely. The housekeeping staff, in particular, are very helpful and friendly. The Shuttle bus services were very much appreciated and free of charge.There are two downsides to this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to busy roads and I could hear the traffic in my room; constantly! The other problem is that you have to chase the sun around the pool, due to the number of high rise buildings within the locality. The sun is often blocked by the hotel and other buildings leaving you to move from sunbed to sunbed several times over the course of a day. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would consider staying here again.

The hotel was ok not 4 star yet. The rooms a very noise. The hotel is to close to the road and not isolated well enough. You can hear the cars on the highway. The view from the room is nice. Staff is doing their best but are to reactive. I had a problem with the key cards. They solved it at the moment but I had to change the key cards a few times daily. Breakfast was ok. Enough variation. But could improve to change the variety during the week. Coffeebar in the hotel had good coffee and enough variaty of sweets.

I wish I could this place zero stars. The hotel is not modern at all. The beds are not comfortable. The tv is not smart The rooms are too small and not worth the price at all. We couldnt stay in the room at all. We couldnt even collect a full refund. This hotel is not worth it at all. Such a waste of money.

The staff were amazing, really friendly, helpful and funny. They made sure that my whole family was well looked after and that we were enjoying our stay. The rooms are spectacular and very regularly cleaned to perfection. But most of all the food was lovely, very well seasoned and cooked, the only critique i would say is that the food was never hot mostly warm. But that might have been because its a very hot city so the didnt want the food to be blazing hot too. Paschal was very helpful and funny, and made our stay lovely and one to remember.

The hotel is in a very comfortable position. The rooms are pretty big and with everything you need (included a safe); the beds are quite comfortable. The staff is great, but I didnt appreciate the room service, as for two days our room wasnt cleaned (weve been in the desert and the bathroom was full of sand and two days later it was still there). Breakfast is quite good and with a lot of variety. Also the Lounges food is good. Both spa and pool were pretty cool, mostly at night. Lastly, there is also the possibility to rent a sports car directly inside the hotel and the hotel offers also a shuttle stop to beaches or other places.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, everyone was extremely nice: the pool/spa guys (Juvy, Nandana), the receptionists (Paschal).. people from the restaurant etc.. They were very available everytime that we needed some help! it was my sister’s birthday and they made her a birthday cake by surprise it was very sweet and unexpected:) The food was good too, and the bedroom was clean.Thank you again, we would definitely recommend this hotel!
