It has been an incredible experience! I was living here for two months for work. I came alone, new country and it was hard but thanks to each and every one of their employees made me feel at home. The rooms are spacious and with a place to work, they respect your schedules. The installations are always perfect, pool and gym and above all thank Harry for his wonderful treatment. Thank you very much to the entire team and its employees for the great experience! :)

It was indeed a great stay! The place was clean, spacious and the view was stunning! They even have a complete tools for cooking which is a big plus, perfect for family gatherings! This apartment hotel was very nice and spacious! Judy was very sweet at reception and so was everyone else. She even brought me water multiple times for waiting so long because travel agent caused delay in check in. Also room was clean and spacious ❤️

We loved our time in Bareclo Dubai Marina it has amazing service and amazing facilities, very good house keeping and good rooms in general. One of the people who helped the most was named Ahmed he truly made our welcome appreciated.

Although it’s beautiful and attractive location near the beach, the service was slow. We always had to call the room service multiple times a day for them to clean the rooms, moreover the cleaning staff didn’t greet us at all- they got up with grumpy faces and didn’t clean well. I was really disappointed on that. I hope you’ll improve that.

For December in Dubai to be able to secure twice the space for a room/apartment at about a third of the price of all the expensive hotels next door was great value. Te beach and tennis courts are around the back. Many nice restaurants are accessible within a short walk to JBR or the Marina.Additionally, the team especially the front desk were OUTSTANDING in the level of services provided. Nothing was ever too much trouble.The level of Care was both genuine and exceeded that of the level of service at most luxury properties I have stayed at over the years and even the Ritz around the corner.I would like to call out the genuine care and service displayed with a smile at all times, by Judy ( Front Desk) throughout my stay.Date of stay: December 2020

Im living in Barcelo for over 7 months, and I love it! the best location, no traffic, view, my room is huge, very comfy.The service is amazing, the team is fast, help with whatsoever I need! love loveThey clean my apartment twice!! a week and very properly, I love the housekeeping team Dolmal and Bimal, they are sooo nice to do the job really well, very attentive to details.Sales person Awad took a great care of me helping me to move in during lockdown.Love, if you move here, you would never move out hahahhacheers

Barcelo Residences became our favorite hotel to stay everytime we want a get away time with family as the location are just 10 mins away walk from JBR beach. The staffs and customer service at this place were really at their 5 star level making sure were happy and enjoying our entire stay. I always recommend this place to my friends as I know they will get the best service. Special thanks to Alysa for guiding us from booking until our check out time. Shes always been there for us to attend with anything with regards to our stay. Welove this hotel❤

I stayed at Barceló Residences for around 6months and appreciated the sleek furnishings and polite staff. The views of the Marina from the tenth floor were excellent however the housekeeping was sporadic and didnt improve after feedback. Unfortunately, my stay came to an unexpected end after some of my personal property was damaged whilst we were out of the apartment and the room was being cleaned. The damage was denied by housekeeping and the process of being compensated for a like for like replacement has been frustrating and bureaucratic. Barceló have made attempts to resolve this issue for me but still insist that my claim is fraudulent and have not been able to fully compensate me for a like for like item and take responsibility for what occurred.My family and I did not feel comfortable staying any longer after this experience in case any more of our property was damaged. We were insulted by the insistence that we were lying and were at one point presented with a legal waiver to sign, which in effect stated that partial compensation would be provided so long as you state and sign that you as the guest is a liar in written form. Overall, getting to this point has taken many emails and phone calls. The management have demonstrated limited accountability and appear not to realize that security, respect of and the wellbeing of their guests is the core foundation of their presently fragile sector.A reasonable place to stay however in this instance it was marred by an unpleasant incident. If you do decide to stay, particularly as a long stay guest with important personal items with you, I would strongly advise taking out a local contents insurance policy otherwise as per my experience any damage will be denied by housekeeping, will not be compensated fully for and you will be left with your integrity being falsely challenged.

We had a very pleasant stay! We went for the 2 bedroom appartment. It was the perfect size and they cleaned it everyday. Free bottle of waters everyday and if we needed something they made sure we had it. Will come back! Excellent for big group of friends!

Great place for a long term stay. Good location with the Marina walk, mall, skydive Dubai, and JBR beach all within about 10 minutes walk.The outdoor pool is quite small and doesnt get the sun too much because of the tall buildings but the beach is always an option.The serviced apts are cleaned twice a week - towels changed, bed made etc.English TV channels are quite limited (news and a few Saudi film channels) and unless you bring a mobile router you wont be able to use your own apple TV or amazon fire stick due to 2-step authentication for the hotel WiFi.

I have been a long term resident at Barcelo and would highly recommend it . The rooms are clean and modern and housekeeping do a great job ensuring the room is cleaned to a high standard . The reception staff are always cheery and welcoming and nothing is any trouble for them to do . Any requests I have are dealt with promptly and professionally . Great location if you are looking for accommodation close to the beach and marina .

This places feels like home, honestly Its home to for me. The management are amazing, from Mr. Awwal, Osama the receptionist guys awesome people always smiling and doing everything to make you feel really at home. Coming to the cleaning staff wooow!!!!! Our stag at the Barcelo apartments was perfect. From the check in process to the check process was very smooth. Since we landed in Dubai very early in the morning we were afraid that we would not get out rooms on time. But the hotel was very considerate and gave us an early check in at a very minimal charge. There were sanitisers kept at every corner of the residence and they looked after all the sanitisation before we checked in. Location of the property was excellent and we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Our stay was excellent, the location is perfect we didnt move our car much and walked around. The most memorable thing was the stuff, they go above and beyond in customer service, they are welcoming and kind and their positive vibes is contagious. We stayed for around 2 weeks. The staff were friendly from front desk (Shery , Ahmed and Osama) to room service staff. The location & view were very good (2mins walking to JBR). Parking is available.

The place between cost-effective it’s awesome and the cleaning from Riyaz and Farman its so good, they are kind.
