Nice hotel , nice service ,good rates , convinent

Panorama Grand Hotel is very conveniently located. Its a 3 star hotel, very easy on the pocket. Not very many amenities provided by the hotel though in your room.My stay was quite okay. Breakfast was decent with enough options. My room got cleaned everyday which was nice. The staff was good.

Definitely one of the cheapest in Bur Dubai, but too many restrictions :- only 1 visitor allowed (should leave by 12 midnight max) , No outside food allowed, complimentary water bottle only during check in... If you can manage with the above then its a comfortable place to stay at a prime location.*FYI the food is Really Nice & not very expensive here*

I found excellent room services and staff co operation. Wifi in reception provides good care of guests. They manage better with optimum number of staff. Facilities worth to the price.You must once taste coffee here.Beneficial neighborhood with ease of transportation, Restaurants and Market.Overall experience of stay was fantastic.Recommended for staying short and long term.

Quite outdated and a little unkept. Reception staff not always friendly and courteous. The room itself was comfortable enough. Decent Air Conditioners and comfortable bed.Entrance to the hotel not very nice at all. Depends on how much youre willing to pay. As a cheap hotel, its passable.

This hotel is in Bur Dubai. Decent rates and very good room. You will mostly find only Indians here. Rooms are clean and well maintained . The breakfast is just about decent. Could be tastier

We have been there for birthday party.. Tasty food for the price.. They could have few more staffs to manage the crowd. There were only two staffs for hundred ppl. Need better audio system.

I should have checked reviews before booking this hotel.- Hotel don’t provide basic amenities like bottled water or kettle to boil water.- no locks on door, no dental kit or any additional stuff.- useless staff.- Not at all worth stay.

First of all, bigger rooms than city Maxx and other hotels..also washrooms with bath tub.A huge variety and nutritious breakfast everyday..Lunch also good.In burdubai..Meena bazaar is nearby where u can shop..Go for it..paisaa vasool..Also little cheaper than others..I had a grp of 25 and all were very happy with service.Room cleaning done everyday..5 star from me.

Nice service and stay. But food is not that good. If youre looking for budget stay and good service then this is the place. My recommendation is that you must eat for somewhere else there are nice options nearby. Overall liked it (for stay only, not for the food)

Never ever never againWe booked into this hotel at Bur Dubai owing to booking made by MakeMyTrip There were so many bad incidents in our stay of 5 days that we even contemplated to leave the hotel & lose the money which we have paid for. Let me list down some of the unique incidents:1. We were 2 families. One room with 2 Adults & 1 child & the other with 2 Adults & 2 kids. While our travel agent made a complete fool by not booking an extra bed in the room shared by 4 people, the hotel went a step ahead in ensure that we suffer. When we asked for an extra mattress we were informed that we need to shell 100 AED per day. We readily agreed. In 15 mins the Manager came & over ruled the discussion we had with the Front office executive & changed the rate to 200 AED per day. We still agreed to which he informed its subject to availability. You Will be surprised to know that the hotel could could not locate a single mattress in its premises which could have been provided to us. Therefore, they promised to get us a mattress from their other hotel. Unfortunately, in 5 nights they could not arrange for it. I mean have you ever heard of anything bizarre than this ?2. Drinking water of 2 bottles ( 500 ml each) is provided only in the first night. After that a customer can either buy or refill those bottles from the water filter in the basement. While across the globe when I traveled I have never heard anything gross like this. Even in USA or Singapore where you can drink from the tap, the do provide 2 bottles per day3. The breakfast spread was Indian & thus if you are not from the subcontinent you will have to be prepared for it. The only change might be that Hash brown might change to chicken nuggets or Salami, or the Cheese omelette will change to Mushroom omlette. Just 2 items change every day. I couldnt spot much difference other than this, across 4 times I had breakfast4. The Wifi is not provided in the room. While, you can buy it for only 30 AED per day. We did not opt for it as we were touring from morning 9 to evening night. They do provide you free Wifi in the lobby 24 hours. The speed is definitely good. Which surprised me given my experienceThere were however certain things which can work to your advantage. There are 2 metro stations Al Ghubaiba & Al Fahidi about 700-800 mtrs on either side. There are budgeted eating joints very close to the hotel & they are very good. There is a pub & 2 live bands inside the premises, if you want to venture.We were seriously a bit put off given the treatment & tone used to deny us a mattresses even when we agreed to pay. I hope the owner reads it & take evasive actions to welcome guests better.

Ideally its a good place for stay in Dubai as its near by important locations like Mina bazar and also a good hygiene of the rooms gives a welcoming feel. The restaurant in the hotel is really good with many Indian Food Options too.

To Management,I Booked in Panorama Grand Hotel in Bur Dubai 16-18 with my partner for 2 days for her medical appointment purpose. We arrived around 8pm in the evening expecting we are welcoming with friendly staffs in reception. My husband was approached in an unfriendly, bad way by Filipino man in reception. Seems we owe him that he let us checkin in your hotel. Which is very wrong. But because we have long travel we ignore this little thing. But on the next day evening i decided to call the reception for timing of our checkout on the next day. Again this filipino answered me in unfriendly way. We are so very disappointment how your reception treated the guest as w never experience in 5 star hotel. Keeping this bad behaviour of staffs its loosing guest, loosing profit, loosing the company in the future. what they are doing to the guests deciding not to comeback again same what they did to us. For the securities, and room attendant they are very friendly i cannot say anything about them. But in reception the evening shift filipino man and morning shift filipina girl they have lock of knowledge regarding the policy in all hotels. They are the image of the hotel they should know how to treat the guest.

I have been staying with Panorama Grand , Bur Dubai for past 10 years almost every alternate month for a week . My experience has been very good with this place. They have excellent staff, very courteous and very helpful. Mr.Kabir- (Manager Operations ) of the property takes personal care of the guest. They make immediate correction if needed. They also try to accommodate people well. Location is too good. Everything is nearby.. heart of the city.. I strongly recommend Panorama Grand to all... For family stay it is a good place. Breakfast is good.. try 1st floor restautant...

Best place to reside at lesser cost. The place is reachable to all of the venues by bus or by Metro by a switch. The two limitations should have been taken care by the hotel. WiFi should be available everywhere and the breakfast should be complimentary.

Good place to stay. First day water is free second day onwards you have to go to the basement and fill the water your self.Room service is good. Wi-Fi is too slow

Early check-in is not available even though the room is ready, you can check in early only if you pay extra full rate for one night.If guests have different nationalities, they can not book only 1 room for 2 persons. But if you book 2 rooms and stay together in only 1 room, they dont mind.

This hotel is walking distance from meena bazar, service is good food is yummy and their mattresses are so comfy. 😍

Very unfriendly staff. Below average ambience. Rooms were okay at best. No wifi in the rooms, you will have to pay extra for WiFi. No attenders to help carry luggage during check in/out. Extremely slow and outdated check in process.Best advise would be to not visit this place.

A very good budget hotel located in the heart of Dubai. Reception was very warm and welcoming. Got a standard room with breakfast. All basic needs are provided. Place is very clean. Nearest metro station is just 10 minutes walk away (Al Guhbaiba metro). Unfortunately the night club at ground floor, (which is open between 9:30pm and 3:00 am) is so loud that u can hear the music and feel the vibration at the 6th floor. It is quiet at all other times

One of my friend was staying here during her visit to Dubai. I did not like the hotel for following reasons: Decor is very old style. I felt like Im in some old indian hotel. Wifi is not available in room. My friend had to go to hotel lobby on ground floor to connect. Seating is not enough is lobby. This hotel was unlike Dubai.

We were a couple and stayed for 20 nights. I would say initially was a bit apprehensive about the facilities and services since it was a little low in budget but once our stay started we were overwhelmed and enjoyed our stay. There was not a single moment were we had to make any compromises or complaints, everything and everyone right from the reception, restaurants and room service were excellent.the rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable. However a small note to the management would be for the pest control as there were some roaches in the bathroom, though not a big menace as such! The location of the hotel is another big plus, access to the metro and buses/taxi at a stones throw.i would definitely recommend this hotel for budget travelers both for families and solo.

I had stayed in this hotel about a month ago with my family but this hotel could not come up to my expectations.though wi-fi accessibility was only in lobby.Nonetheless ,it was not working properly. Every now and then, i had made innumerable complaints to receptionist but they paid no heed to me and told me since, its a network problem so we are unable to do anything.one worst thing about this hotel is not providing complimentary water to newly customers who have just reached to hotel after facing hussle of itenerarary .Another thing is the putting extra charge of minibar.although ,i used one bottle of water from minibar which cost was 1.50 drum yet ,they charged me 3 drum for one bottel.this made my mind in anger .overall,breakfast and staff is good but needs some amendments in other problems

Average hotel but be ready for skin allergy. They have bugs in mattresses. People preferred them only for being economical. But when you pay for wifi it becomes equivalent to other hotels .They dont allow outside food and drinks. So you cant order anything or bring something inside.So my advise is to pay a bit more and try some other options to avoid:Extra wifi cost (450 aed/month)Outside food & drinksbuggy bedsPRIVACY DANGER:they clean your room in your absence. I & my wife were outside whole day, when we came back our bedsheet was changed. That is disgusting because we left our private belongings open. So you have no assurance that your things are safe in room.They have own buffet but way too costly and tasteless. A plain croissant is 20aed.
