Nice hotel apartment strong security and clean rooms very very close to the metro station Burjmuman I would highly recommend it for couples and families it’s perfect for short or long stay you can share the large 2 or 3 bedrooms Apparment instead of booking several hotel rooms you will mald the service and leisure facilities internet is included in the rent

Unnecessary comments by the ladies that work in the morning shift at reception in front of visitors to see you.The manager itself is rude.Theres is difference between the price that staff tells you and then comes the manager he will double it.They will behave like if you are criminal.They are here to loot you. They will never maintain your dignity.The worst service in Dubai.Even the low grade hotels has good staff and polite people.I think its not good for innocent customers that come to Dubai.These people will upset them

The manager seems to be less concerned about your problems and more interested in over charging youI mean come on yaar peek season doesnt mean that you charge anything.Not a good service, not happy i went there because of some good reviews.But I got charged unnecessary and even not even good staff specially two receptionist that come in morning.

It is a good place for a short/long stay, with Bur Juman Metro station in a walkable distance (which makes the connectivity easier and efficient). The ambience is good and the service is good for the cost.

Service was bad! There wifi connection wasnt working the whole night we stay ,we call the receptionist but nobody comes tofix it .Dirty mattress too!

Milestone Hotel Apartment is located in mankhool area. however that is Apartment mainly for the bachelors though there are many families but you will find half of the apartments filled with bachelors. it is a nice and clean apartment but you have to manage your own parking. if you buy parking form the department; you have to pay extra. Not one of those GREY apartments BUT apartments are little bit messed up over the roadside enterance. Inside the building it is clean and it is a safe place to stay.

A REALLY SHAME FOR AN HOTEL!!I booked a room for 3 people, after check in,  the room was actually a double bed with a matelas on a floor....after some talk with the director about that,  he purpose to us to upgrade for a nice room for 600 dollars more. He told us that he dont care because its a busy period and we couldnt find anything else... He even try to sell us Internet connection in our rooms for an extra 150 dollars.Every days the room was dirty, not clean enough, with 2 towels for 3 people...  Never smile, never sweet...If you re looking for a fair hotel,  AVOID MILESTONE HOTEL!!!

They are not ready to receive guests to check-in. Furthermore, they rent their basement parking to a 3rd party who wont allow you to park your car at the basement. Very inconvenience. Not to mention their staff are unprofessional and untrained with no supervision.

If i gave this hotel half a star , then im very generous , the hotel room service sucks , when we came in , there was no kettle , slippers , tissues , cups & basket (for the kitchen) , after that , no one told us that the car needs to be parking downstairs , so lucky us , we woke up morning having a fine from Dubai Police , & when we asked them , they said its not their business , we told them that we have been in hotels before that offering the same service but instead they do have a driver who takes your car down basement ! , also they said they will charge extra on staying in the room , and i dont believe the charge will reach 100 AED for 5 mins upstairs, I dont recommend any one to stay there :)

Hotel small but neat, free wifi at the lobby but limited in the room. Staff and environment friendly. Very close to metro station. Good value for money.

For what it is, I think it fitted the bill. Nice clean comfortable spacious room, air conditioning, TV, need to turn a switch on to get hot water for a shower otherwise its lukewarm, fridge, microwave, free WiFi in lobby, baggage storage. Yummy parathas and vegetable curry for breakfast. Nice service.

Almost 25 nights stay today, had a safe, enjoyable time, very clean tidy peaceful environment with extremely cooperative and respectful n responsible staff including cleaning staff, metro junction nearby which is very helpful.

Double booked us on New Years Eve; no other hotel to go to. Reserved 2 months in advance; asked & received confirmation of booking week before occupation. Others came in with same problem while we waited in lobby. Hotel unable to solve problem.Parking entrance atrocious.

Good rooms and great location near to Metro station

It was pleasure to stay at Milestone Apartmetns for one night after arriving from Philipines. Hotel was ok, our apartment was huge. It was not 100% clean but it was ok. It is very close to metro station.

Not worth for normal price but if discount given around 30-50% its avgfood is not good, wifi in rooms is not free its around 30AED for 24 hrs and can only be connected for 1 device, room service is average.it was a waste of money for being here thats wat i feel.
