Great place to stay in a fantastic location. Staff are amazing and cant do enough for you, they offer a personal touch. The suites are large, great for families. Breakfast was extremely clean with everyone expected to wear gloves. The range of food was excellent as was poolside food at a very reasonable price. This was our 3rd stay, since being taken over by Ramada Wyndham the decor is getting tired which is a shame. Hopefully as business picks up after covid this will be sorted.

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Ramada to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We celebrated 100th birthday in this restaurant. Ambience was bright n colourful. Buffet spread was good and tasty.Though the bread rolls were stale. On informing Ms Rovelyn,she offered fresh roti, whc is appreciated.Staff were cheerful,helpful and followed standard Covid 19 safety protocol. Thanks to Rovelyn,Sonu,Naveen and Miriam for making our party enjoyable.

Loved the food from flavour of india. Had just the perfect blend of spices and taste to suit all taste buds. A special mention to their dal makhani. Was a true delight. Their restaurant manager ensured that the menu was customized to suit each taste buds.It has a very nice fine dining ambience with an open area in case you have kids , they have a play area too.Definetly coming back to fulfil my cravings. Highly recommend.

Just loved the experience at this specialty Mughulai Restaurant Flavours of India at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR. As the name suggests they were able to produce those flavours of India onto the table.They are celebrating their first year anniversary with month-long treats and surprises.Throughout October, guests will receive a complimentary dessert of the day for every dine-in, takeaway, and delivery order. They will also be part of a raffle draw for a chance to win a one-night staycation for two, inclusive of breakfast.The seating arrangement is quite pleasing and they have stacked all the spices available on shelves which was quite amazing. Outdoor seatings are available too and kids can enjoy in the play area.Started off with a fancy Smoked drink and dhuaandhaar lassi.Their starters were pretty amazing, would tell you to try the Hara Bara Kebab, Saffron Chicken Tikka and Chicken Cheese Kebab.Would definetly recommend the Smoky Butter Chicken, Mutton Roghani Gosht, Madras Prawns Curry and Dal Makhni as Mains. It perfectly goes with the breads available there.Their Chicken Dum Biryani was the hero, I loved it.Ended off with Hot Gulab Jamun with Rabdri.Will definitely come back soon.

The first impression, they say, lasts longer (even if its not the best) than whats coming up. Visited FLAVOURS at Ramada Jbr - and I loved it. The food was delicious and the space was well arranged - overall, they made the evening. The Associate (Miriam) too was extremely helpful and made sure we got what we were looking for, with no delay. And the way they made it special for me with the Happy birthday.. jingle... one of the best experiences so far.

Visited it few months ago and was highly surprised with a nice welcome of 31 warm bottles of fresh piss right in my rooms wardrobe. (Approximately 16 liters of urine)Recommended

Highly never recommend a place like this. feel v disappointed with Friday buffet, Before visiting several time inquire about the type of buffet and they informed its an international buffet. but it was typical Indian dishes and just some salads.no value to the money , the taste of food not standard. the arrangement is 0.Please do not visit here and ruin your day.

We visited their Indian restaurant Flavours of India to try the special Independence day menu which was beautifully crafted keeping in mind the flavours of India and it had so much for veg and non veg both. The amazing buffet spread featured popular Indian food including the well-loved butter chicken and biryani, a variety of chaat, mouth-watering masala dishes, a range of kebab and kofta specialties, and more. Each and every dish had that perfect balance of all flavours and were just perfectly served by our server Romila. The restaurant Manager Mr Binu and Ms Shalet were continuously asking us if we need anything and were so courteous and hospitable. Overall an amazing experience with a beautiful setup.

It was an extremely disappointing experience for me and my family. There was continuous dripping of the AC water, the toilet seat is broken and the water outlet got clogged in the shower area. Whats more is that there was disgusting dirt underneath the bathroom door that kept coming out every time we closed or open it.To conclude, its not even worth to be a 4 star hotel!

Good value for money. However, the receptionist gave us (family) a room at smoking level without informing us. Even if we turned off the AC, it was still working!

They will answer all the questions and if they are not available right away, they will call you back. Reception did all my request plus upgrade our room for free also. 😁 The hospitality is great! This hotel is 2mins walk only to reach the beach. the food is delicious. 😋 for those people looking for 4star budget wise hotel come and visit them. but maybe because of the pandemic thats why the price for stay is cheap.😅 all in all we had a very nice experience. hope to come back again for staycation. 🥰

The room was so neat and clean, very large in space, the hotel is close to Ain Dubai and Dubai Marina.The favourites restaurant was good and the staff were very welcoming specially Miriam and Sonu they were so friendly.

Large, spacious rooms that require maintenance.

Staff are superb, from front desk, room service and concierge, they were all outstanding. Hotel location is great with easy access to the Walk and the facilities are a quality above what I expected. Pool area is lovely with clean towels and staff there all the time and food and drinks came as asked and quickly. No bar, which for me was a negative but easy to go for a beer along the wall. Beach is 2 mins away and rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only note to hotel is I would change dishwasher to a washing machine. Would highly recommen. Thanks for a great stay.

The selection of multi-national cuisines is one thing that sets their buffet apart. It will surely satisfy your cravings for any kind of cuisines and dishes.I personally loved the leek soup and desserts especially the carrot cake.It’s also very pocket friendly but not compromising the quality.

Amazing and big rooms .. so prefect for families

Very good hotel with good services. And the location was very good, there were so many restaurants nearby also there was a long walk with cafes, restaurants and shops. There was also blue water island with in a walking distance and a beach also.

Its fine . The standard rooms are very old they need to re docrate it or reduce the price of the room . The location and the hotel restaurant are the best things about the hotel . The hotel js located on jbr easy access to resatruant , shops and the beach .

Low internet (7MB in the rooms!), too low working table in the rooms, kitch fornitures. The only thing at a level is the price.

Located in JBR, dubai marina this property is one of the prime locations of dubai, it has easy access to dubai marina and The walk & JBR beach, it’s almost 5 mins walk to both areas in opposite direction and hotel is located in the middle. Staff was very polite and helpful, check in process was completed in no time and Mis Hazel was very helpful in that, my stay was for 2 nights in a one bedroom suit (city view) which was upgraded to partial sea view / pool view by her which was much appreciated and even received a discounted buffet breakfast coupon.Allotted room for me (603) was great, it was one bedroom with a hall a small kitchen, bedroom and small work space with table, it had two bathrooms and the coolest thing was having 2 balconies. Kitchen had an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and enough utensils to manage small cooking, view like said before was partial sea and partial city view also the pool area was visible from our room and it was pretty good.There are multiple pools in the premises and I believe one among that only dedicated to hotel residents, it’s an average size pool and gets crowded easily in morning and evening hours.The kids play area in level ‘P’ is an added advantage to this property, there is a mini mart and a supermarket market also available in this level and almost opposite of the building nearby signal there is a carrefour also available.Indian cuisine restaurant flavors is available in the property, but like mentioned since the location is in JBR there are variety of restaurants and cuisine to explore so it’s worth trying outside also.There is cleaning done on a daily basis and call requests are attended and responded promptly, staffs were also very polite and welcoming. :)Couple of issues i felt about this place is finding the entrance of the parking, it’s not a direct access from main road, u have to enter the pocket road a bit ahead before reaching the entrance, in case if you coming from Garn al Sabkha st towards marina direction after crossing the bridge after taking u turn from signal u have enter the first pocket road , immediately after entering JBR entrance will come after that u will get the hotel entrance, the best thing is take the Address beach resort entrance, there is a sign board mentioning address beach resort it will take u into the property, entrance to reception is from ground floor parking, there is basement parking also available.The other issue i felt is that the cleanliness of bathtub, i believe it’s due to the age and multiple usage the stains still remain in that.Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel, they upgraded me from room to suite without even asking only by giving a glance they considered that along with 2kids itll be more comfortable if we stay in a 1bhk rather than in a room. Plus staff was very friendly, pool was clean and nice, breakfast was really good on top we got laguna water park access along with the stay for the whole family, what else can we ask for.... Thanks Ramada for your hospitality, well remember to pay you a visit again...

It was safe and very relaxing, spacious room in the heart of JBR, very clean and well sanitized especially with a 2 year old running around the entire hotel. Thanks to Ephraim and the team for making us feel comfortable the very moment we arrived at the hotel. It was a wonderful break a staycation just to unwind and recharge yourself. Our wedding anniversary was more memorable staying in this hotel. The staff were very professional and welcoming. I would like to shout out Ms. Emma who gave us the best hotel experience and to the Orchid buffet staff your food from breakfast,lunch&dinner is absolutely delicious. The staff was very cooperative and friendly specially Arshad . The food was awsome. The room was spacious and properly sanitised. We actually had a wonferful time and enjoyed staying at Ramada.

The room is very good in terms of space and ambience. But there are some important amenities that should work during stay.1. Even when the AC is off, the room is colder than the beach. The staff tried to fix but couldnt find the issue.2. The kettle was not working, the staff brought a new one but then when switched on there were sparks behind switchboard.3. It takes long time for water to get hot. (Approx 20 mins)

I stayed here as a family in a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious and everything you need. Kitchen was equipped with microwave, hobs, kettle and even dishwasher. Staff are amazing and they really make this place. They are very helpful and cant do enough to help especially Sonu who was always making sure we had everything we need.Breakfast buffet is lovely and plenty of choices for even the fussiest eater. Location is superb within walking distance of jumeirah beach, also plenty of places to eat at your door.I have to say I will visit again for the staff alone as I cant sing their praises enough, even sent us a complimentary fruit plate and cake plate which we were not expecting but really appreciated.Well done to the staff and thank you for making us feel welcome and even smiling even when guests were very rude.

I made my booking through booking.com at a specific rate and then the hotel canceled my booking and when I called them they said rates had gone up and they canceled the booking for many other customers as well due to technical issues. This hotel can not be trusted as they might cancel your booking any time and disturb your plans and arrangements,, not recommended

There are insects in the bathroom, the cleaning is poor and has to be called each day (otherwise they dont come at all). The facilities are quite old and smell (for example the wardrobe). I cannot recommend this place at all.

I can really say I had a best experience with Ramada Hotel JBR Dubai. Price are excellent .I have stayed with family for a weekend and honestly I am so happy that I found this hotel .Friendly and professional receptionist .She was very helpful in directing .We felt special from first day of our stay till end . The room was lovely , super clean with most comfortable bed with the best sea view and super cool .We found a restaurant in the hotel which is Indian restaurant FLAVORS . Every food was so delicious and highly recommended .Even tried a coffee and cheese cake from Mattina COFFEE was really yummy. Overall best stay ever and definitely will be back again and recommend this hotel to everyone .THANK YOU RAMAD HOTEL JBR

The hotel location is perfect. Overlooking Dubai marina, blue island, Dubai eye and in the middle of JBR area. The staff is nice and helpful. Hotel looks old and the room furniture was old and heavily used. The hygiene was okay. I didn’t use the room service ,the restaurant , pool or gym because of the Covid-19
