As someone who has travelled throughout the world and has stayed at many high end properties this hotel is one of the top three I have stayed at. The location is accessible to everything, the rooms where high quality and the customer service was impeccable. I stayed here for 9 days in June 2021 with my family in a two room suite. The breakfast was impeccable and the hotel views were amazing. The most important aspect for me was how wonderful and welcoming they were to a family traveling with children. I would highly recommend staying here and go down and eat breakfast at Bull/Bear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a brilliant hotel. The rooms are spacious and fresh with a truly wonderful bathroom. The staff are so welcoming , friendly, smiling who cant do enough to ensure that your needs are catered for. This is a hotel worthy of a ten star rating.

I absolutely love this Waldorf Astoria property. The levels of care that the entire staff goes to in order to ensure your experience is what you want is remarkable. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. From entering the property to the rooms, the attention to detail of the overall aesthetic is superb - I love the decor and plush furnishings. The pool, with its St. Tropez bar, is phenomenal; its relaxed and the views are great! I will be back...and back...and back for sure!

I enjoyed very much my staying experience in the hotel. The design was beautiful, and the service was great. The steakhouse was fantastic, and the swimming pool was nice as well. Will definitely go back here next time, and I recommend others to stay here as well.

One of the best stays I’ve had around the world. The service is absolutely amazing and the staff is always willing to assist. The two staff Fahad and Lolita at the checkin counter are a true depiction of Waldorf Astoria standards, absolutely amazing. The concierge always assisting, laundry manager and cleaning team making sure that the room and clothes are always taken care of. The staff at the Pull and Bear resturant would already know what I wanted and have everything prepared in a timely manner, extremely helpful staff. All in all I am so happy with the service and treatment from Waldorf Astoria and will definitely be staying there again. The Hilton Group should be very proud of this location they have done very well.

If there was a 6 star I would give it. Ive stayed at a number of luxurious hotels from time to time, but this one tops them all. Not only luxurious and classy, but the service was impeccable with nil failure - something rare.

The driving entrance wasnt impressive. Its too small and tight. The valet parking guys are not well trained. Theyre nice and courteous thats it. Theyre regular. Not what to expect from a world renowned icon. When you walk in youd notice a coffee shop thats it. Youre forced to find someone to ask about the hotel and its reception, thats when you find out its on the 18th floor. Dont ask me. Im just a poor guest.Once you go to reception, youll feel the difference and the Astoria experience becomes evident. I wont talk about the rooms and the service. Its unfair to try and describe. Its an experience like none.

Recently stayed here and I really enjoyed my time at WA. From getting greeted at the front door by the Concierge to the front desk, getting upgraded and my luggage being immediately taken to my room. Super smooth and professional. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff are very well trained. The pool is ok and closes very early but not a major issue. Check out was also very smooth. The only feedback is to ensure that if you take an Uber from the front .. make sure you request via the app and not jump in as one driver tried take advantage of me thinking I was a tourist!

Breath taking customer service level, completely off the chart. From the welcome outside of the hotel, 24 hours a day, to the pool life guard, the SPA team, the young person cleaning the room, the desk team, the waiters , everyone is outstanding.

During a time where travel can be a bit tricky, Waldorf DIFC made it as smooth and anxiety-free as possible. The staff genuinely wanted to be of assistance and provide a pleasant stay and I appreciated that greatly.

Hotel is in a very nice location which is close to everything. We could even see burj Khalid a from our window.Mahendra (life guard) was the best, was very helpful(even helped me with my kinds a bit).All the staff were very friendly and always smiling.

Highly recommended for the business men. Neat and clean room, big rooms friendly staff , prices are little expensive but still you are getting amazing view of zabeel. Supermarket is exactly under the hotel, And the place is very quite. Not crowded.

Attention to detail. Welcomed as a Diamond member. Used the Hilton Impasario benefit and received an upgraded room. Impressive amenities. Welcoming staff. They arranged everything for me. COVID-19 test for exit, dinner celebration for a colleague with great champagne, a comfortable room, and a great location for just about everything. Just up the street from Dubai Mall.Food quality, I feel is a separate issue. The food was excellent. Bull and Bear was 9/10. Peacock Alley was surprisingly good too. Carrot cake and a drink. Very nice.There have been impacts on the quality that some places have been able to deliver during the COVID epidemic. However, the WA seems to have adapted to many of the challenges without sacrificing quality.Thank you for the experience. I will come back again soon.

Beautiful hotel and the best staff in Dubai! The breakfast there is the best breakfast I have had in Dubai! Since the eggs Benedict are their specialty, they were absolutely delicious! The breakfast experience was made even better thanks to Aii (the lovely japanese lady) thanks to her professionalism and personality I loved having breakfast there every morning! And for sure will come back soon! The lounge is amazing also with a great view over the pool and skyline of Dubai! And I would like to extend my appreciation to Devesh, the night manager, who made our experience memorable with his passionate dedication to his job and that he went beyond expectations to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Truly an exceptional visit from the moment of our arrival until departure. We were just looking to get close to Dubai Mall and this venue for the bill. Little did we know we were embarking on one of the top 10 hotels in Dubai and 2020 Hot List winner per Condé Nast as a newly opened hotel.Concierge greeted us from the door, escorting us to the 18th floor to check in while they took care of our bags. Check-in was a breeze and we were acknowledged as Diamond members and congratulated on our anniversary then offered a tour before being escorted to our room - a one bedroom suite on the 40th floor. The concierge in dropping the bags off showed us around the room and how to use all of the smart features to adjust the curtains, lights and sound. We loved the Bluetooth feature. The view faces the back of the hotel but provided views of Dubai Mall and the Berj Khalifa. It was glorious and peaceful to wake up to and work at the desk in the living room as the sun either rose or closed on the day.The room was spacious and accommodating. The small tokens for our celebration were appreciated. We were able to check-in a bit earlier than expected and we still had time to explore the area.Breakfast at Bull & Bear is outstanding. The service, the menu options and food - just superb. We tried to dine for dinner one evening when I ended up working late and we missed our reservation off sight. We figured we could just go to Bull and Bear but they had a small gathering that prohibited dining in. We were offered the opportunity to order room service but having worked in the room for 5 hours I needed a change of scenery. We opted for the pool and the servers delivered our meal free of the service charge. We totally forgot that the pool had its own menu but the Bull and Bear experience was phenomenal - delicious soup, prawns and hamburgers with really, really good fries. We were highly recommended to dine in house in the future as the restaurant offers a unique presentation that we couldn’t obtain outside the venue. However, we loved the ambiance of St. Trop, so it didn’t matter.St. Trop is a whole mood. We ate breakfast and usually lounged at St. Trop for a few hours before heading out to lunch. The pool is warm but not too warm given the weather of Dubai. You have beautiful skyline views of Dubai Frame on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other side.Check-out. We consulted concierge about a taxi to Abu Dhabi as we were flying with Etihad and they procured a special taxi due to AD requirements for entry at the last minute. They also arranged an in-room breakfast at 5:45 am so we wouldn’t be hungry. We did have some issues with an inaccurate order despite confirmation via phone. The staff promptly attended to the change but it was a morning hassle.Overall, I would choose this hotel again and again. It has a New York meets Dubai vibe. It’s within a reasonable walking/driving/taxi distance to Dubai Mall. There are some beautiful features within the DIFC. I was also able to track about 6 miles walking round trip to the Museum of the Future (opening October 2021) and Dubai Frame one morning. You won’t find a better hotel area to stay in while visiting Dubai or better accommodations. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks

We went to Dubai for some winter sun from the UK and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria (DIFC). This hotel is quite perfect- lovely decor, rooms, pool, and, above all, attentative and thorough customer service. Indeed, even in the face of some of the most self-entitled and vulgar guests, whom they seem to have to deal with on a daily basis, they always remained incredibly professional. We also very much appreciated the kind gestures of the house-keeping staff throughout our stay.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Very professional. Very clean. Amazing customer service. We were treated like IMPORTANT GUESTS. I would highly highly highly highly recommend. The rooms are very techy and waking up to open the blinds is even fun lol because its electronic and right next to your bed. The room service was dope. The lobby has a small supermarket that has amazing customer service..The only thing I would say was a small problem but really not a big issue is taking two different elevators to get to our rooms. but again 6 stars for me.

Well designed and attractive place for stay. It provides great luxury and comforting views. I have visited the place for a private exhibition. Their hospitality and service where extremely well.

The hotel is really classy and nice. But I have a huge disappointment and I never felt ashamed that way in front of my friends. When we are about to enter the BULL & BEAR restaurant around 9PM OCT 2 , there is this lady beside the door who literally look us from head to toe and rudely says, YOU GUYS CANT ENTER U ARE NOT WEARING PROPER SHOES. And even while we are walking away she kept on looking at us from head to toe. She couldve suggested another resto in the hotel or show an empathy to us. Really disappointing!

The staff at the reception are extremely welcoming and helpful. We were given a complimentary upgrade and they were very flexible with the check out timing. The room’s interior and layout is beautiful. We went for one of the apartments with 2 bedrooms, a (fully equipped) kitchen, and spacious living room which had a huge balcony with a view you’ll look forward to every morning. Room service was also great making sure everything is clean and replaced.

Wow. This hotel is was perfect. Firstly the staff are so well trained, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Great stuff. The hotel itself is finished to a high standard and the rooms have everything you need. I was there for 3 nights and kept finding stuff in different drawers, all designed to help their guests. Will return one day

The hotel is one of the newest in Dubai. Reception located on 18th floor. Everything is branded new and have luxury touch. Room was very big and furnished with modern furniture. The view was amazing on DIFC area and Sheikh Zayed Road area. 200$ rate during Gitex was a great rate. Staff too helpful and friendly

The dinner was just amazing , I had one of the best beef steak 🥩 ever . The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, I will definitely come back . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Keep it up .

Staff are really friendly and kind. They try so hard to help and assist. I liked the rooms and the price is convenient as I booked with a discount offer. What I didn’t like is the floor smell, smells a bit weird but it’s not really a thing to not come again. The restaurant Bull & Bear is having an amazing interior which gives nice vibes.

One of the best hotels in terms of price, convenience, service and other. Not all of the in-dining food was top-notch, but everything else was absolutely perfect. The spa prices were a bit high, I am not sure if it is the same in all of Dubai, so I cannot really judge. But as mentioned, everything other than that was perfect. The service is absolutely a 5-star service, the rooms are always neat and the bathroom necessities are always recharged every time the room gets cleaned. The hotel is literally 10 minutes away from all the DIFC restaurants and bars so its a perfect spot for New Year or for someone who does not want to take cabs all the time. The decoration in the hotel is beautiful. You do have to take 2 elevators to get to your rooms, but it was not a huge inconvenience in my opinion.

Excellent hotel for corporate meetings

I had an unpleasant incident upon check-in as they made a mess up in my reservation. The resolution of the incident was rather slow.The pool/beach side is quiet and nice! Service on the beach side however wasn’t up to the standards, and waiters/assistants were not that friendly.Room service and assistants in the lobby and gate areas were excellent.

I am planning an event in the new Waldorf in DIFC.I was already there meeting the events team. They are very professional and willing to help. Loved the approach and I am sure our event will be amazing.The hotel is extremely elegant and tastefully decorated. I like it a lot and I want to recommend it for business meetings, lunches, definitely business events and business stays.The services is impeccable from the guys downstairs to the reception, and the management team.And one more thing that impressed me as I am also a marketing person. At the reception among others they will offer you water. they have 3 cute bottles of water. Each has a stone inside and each water bottle has a name: inspiration, love and ... I dont remember the 3rd one but the idea is brilliant. So another bravo for the marketing team :)Best of luck and thank you !
