If you dont know this place, like me, its best to enter the doors opposite Dubai Driving Centre to go to the hotel reception. Otherwise if you enter by the side of the mall, the walk is very long to get to the lobby area. The reception staff are very friendly, they give you the option of checking the room before check in! You can park for free in the basement and breakfast is included in your stay..Spacious studio room, clean and smell good. Fridge, toaster, stove, tea/coffee plus kettle and two bottles of water are available on arrival. Iron and ironing board available and Wi-Fi fast and easy to access with code. Will definitely bring my family to stay here when they visit us, we just moved to this area.

A great place to stay. Very convenient, perfect location, great services, very high quality cleaning, care and maintenance. Very convenient laundry service, medium sized quiet clean pool, great old style spacious gym. Cleaning is always taking place and always smells nice.Staff are extremely kind and polite. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed in reception for his exceptional kindness, politeness, helpfulness and great manners, Mr. Jamal for his great kindness, manners, care, helpfulness and friendliness, and Mr. Dhan in the malls Al Teaba restaurant for his extremely beyond expectations genuinely kind treatment, smile, and being very very friendly. It feels like home because of them.

It has a very business casual environment and is located strategically near a metro station for convenience.If you want to pay ADCB payments and you are around that area. this place is the best for avoiding crowed and delays.

Its a residential apartment with ADCB bank in its premises. Plenty of parking and easy access to bus stop and metro station. Nearby petrol station.

Good place to reside for a comparatively longer time. A busy place when the games for the people of determination is happening. Has a McDonalds and a mini food court with Indian, Arabic, Chinese choices. Bustan is known for its fabulous, rich and dreamy gowns for occasions... the choices are plenty and amazing. Has jwellery stores, a beauty parlor and store for catering to the needs of the handicapped. It also houses the ADCB, the Amer and the Tasheel, a couple of cafes and a pharmacy. The Shaklan is a supermarket which takes care of the essentials. Wheelchair accessible.

This is an older mall good for looking for wedding or bridesmaids dresses and accessories. Unfortunately a since Covid some of the stores have closed down.

5 min walking to Al Nahda metro station, buses as well! You have a kitchen and fridge, the beds are comfortables. We have Shaklan supermarket and some shops inside Al Bustan residence!Akbar was the one who did our room and he was so nice to us! The room was always clean, perfect, he even washed the dishes we left (we wanted to go to buy products to wash it and when we came, it was already done)!He was always smiling and helpful, he made our stay special, thank you Akbar =)

One of the best hotel in Dubai on affordable prices to live with family.I stayed there 3 months with family. Very neat and clean and very good customer service.

The check in was quick. Thank you Mr. Ilyas. The suite was spacious but had a strong moldy smell. No microwave in an executive single bedroom, hall and full kitchen?No coffee amenities refill OR water the next day as it is upon arrival only.????? A 4 star property of this size skimps on a couple of sachets of coffee?The buffet was frugal. No cold water on a 40°C summer day!!! The juice was room temp. The breakfast coffee was cold. The food in general wasnt something to write home about.The electrical outlets are few and far in between.

Nice Place To Stay ,Easy Access to Metro,Bus& Taxi

I have never seen a night manager like Ahmed ,from Egypt I believe was his name . I went with my partner to check in and unfortunately we had only his ID and for me color copy of passport along with my expired id only one month ago while my new visa with me as well and I explained to him clearly that my new emirates id is under process and passport is with my company for visa stamping. He refused to check in us , I had all the prov with me but he was very arrogant , maybe because me and my partner were different nationality , he made me feel like I’m a “business lady” , though we were both casual dressed jeans and full covered on top. the receptionist was kind and willing to help but Ahmed refused totally. As an old hospitality member with front office background as well I had similar issues with the guests and having a color passport copy it works and it will be scanned properly in VICAS cid system . Such a manager should not work in this hotel . I felt so bad and low as I was saying to him the same . Went to Hampton near DXB airport and the staff attached all my documents (my new employment visa, copy of my old emirates ID and my passport copy). Impressed by their service . Your hotel may be very nice but it’s sucks with the people which you are having in Front of the House !

Weve been well taken care of by Al Bustan and Mr.Vino in particular. Staff is responsive, kind and professional. They have met our needs with utmost understanding and flexibility, just like family would. We even had a little surprise cake for our birthday :). Thank you.

I went for Al Bustan Centre for shaklan supermarket, cashier promised home delivery, but nobody picking phone for order.

I have been in Al Bustan Center 10 years ago, and I decided to come back to stay for 2 months as I know the structure. All the staff from the managers to to door man are very friendly and helpful. In the room you have a Kitchenette, with utensils, a fridge, Kettle, Microwave. You have laundry service in the 1st floor, and a swimming pool (this is the only thing that is not the top), there is a good Gym at the 4th floor, a tennis court, and also a good supermarket in the shopping Mall at ground floor, as a bank, a pharmacy, a small food court and cafe. And the Al Nahda metro station attached to the Residence.

A well planned, giant multiuser complex with good service and all amenities possibly required.

I saw many shops for wedding clothes in addition to other services available there

Perfect place for Arabin shopping

ADCB branch( previously UNB) is operational here. ATMs are usually crowded even in the evening. Few local shops available for arab clothing like abaya. Shakalan super market is on the side behind. Free under ground parking for 1 hr for quick shoppers. Mc Donalds is operational with a party hall for birthday celebrations especially designed for kids.
