This is the place where you want to be if you going to Dubai! No need to book any other hotels on the walk hilton is your place to stay. I have been sorting out packages for friends and family and I normally always make them stay at this hotel. This time my brother was not sure about it due to reviews about being outdated however I reassured him and told him that the hotel will meet their expectations. I contacted their customer service team to explain their concerns I was reassured by Karen Christel Marquez the guest relations agent that their stay will be an amazing stay and she delivered! Thank you Karen and the staff at the hotel! My brother and his wife were really pleased about their stay they were given the perfect room too. I am sorting out more packages for friends so will make sure the hilton is included for their stay! I cant wait to visit too soon!

A great place for family holidays. This hotel is situated at the right heart of JBR. In terms of location, facilities , breakfast, restaurants and family or for couple this is the ideal hotel, however I would like to add that In terms of keeping the safety i.e. (Covid-19) the staff is brilliant as they follow all the rules and ensure that this hotel is clean and I mean very clean. The rooms are clean and sanitized which means there is no need to for worry for any germs. The hotel management run by Gisele Clark is a fantastic person who will do everything to ensure that your stay at this hotel is nothing but phenomenal. The hotel has its own restaurant i.e. breakfast bar , Grape Escape ,Pure Sky Lounge provides fantastic view and food. I will be coming here again mainly because of all management team and every member is so kind and ready to help you which makes your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Love this place! The rooms are spacious and service is excellent. All the resort accommodations are shared by the sister property across the street. The neighborhood has everything you need.The best feature is the location and service.

Good thai restaurant in this hotel.

After coming to this hotel for many many years I think this year may be the last. The hotel is now quite outdated which has the same deco from years gone. We found the breakfast buffet quite annoying, the waitresses often burnt the toast and then expected we take it. The egg station was very slow and plus mixed messages from reception saying we dont need to book just head down and the breakfast staff tell us we did not book a table for breakfast we should call in next time. When we told them we did they told us the reception should have told us to book.

I really enjoyed staying at Hilton Dubai the walk . Staff is so friendly in the hotel very helpful ,specially receptionist Anastasia , she treated us like friend and family and made us feel like we are at home environment very big thank to her, she was so kind and caring .Also the hotel 1min walk to the beach and hotel has private beach and pool is so clean and hotel breakfast is amazing 👌. Hotel location is so perfect, really convenient, metro is not far and also hotel has bus service to the malls . I would love to stay here again . thanks for having us dear Hilton .

I enjoyed my weekend with family including kids in this hotel. The service is amazing . The staff is very helping. Ambiance is good. You can get get Parking at basement very easily. There food is fantastic specially there breakfast items are perfect and fresh. Kids enjoyed a lot. Thay have pool service there that is also very neat and clean with very good supervision. The shops and restaurants are also near bye. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Will visit again in sha Allah.

It was a great experience, even when u take Hilton apartment. You can use Hilton resort facilities, private beach, restaurant pool etc.HIBA was very helpful at the checkoutAnd Anwar is a great waiter at the oceanic restaurant.

Nice surroundings, specially at night time. But the double bed was not comfortable. Every time the other moved in their sleep, the other would wake up.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. They were checking temperatures in the evening, sanitiser was always available. Staff were strict about wearing masks which was good. Location is very convenient..will stay here again.

If you and your friends are looking for a place to stay in JBR, Hilton Dubai can offer a two-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms and living rooms were very spacious and clean. It has its own kitchen and laundry as well. Though the building has its own pool, you will have an access to the beach and pool from Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. It’s just a few steps away.Thanks to Caroline and Roxanne for the warm welcome and accommodating us nicely.

Amazing hotel! Steps away from restaurants and beach, this is an affordable option. They even have efficiencies for long term stays! I highly recommend venturing out and exploring the shops, restaurants, and beach during the day and at night. Also they have a bridge to the hotel that the beach js located, or you can just cross the street and enter the lobby and onwards to the sea.

Lovely room lovely view

Its probably the oldest hotel on JBR but the apartments at The Walk are literally like a home away from home. You can definitely get lower priced apartments by visiting Airbnb but I still pay the extra to get daily room cleaning and access to the hotel facilities. The decor might be a bit outdated but the location is unbeatable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Brilliant.

Spacious apartments, spectacular view of the sea and Dubai Eye. If you stay here insist for room with full sea view only. Bang in the heart of The Walk JBR therefore buzzing always . Love this especially for the location its 10 on 10 . Has great restaurants from mango trees Thai to Italian to Traders Vic this place is a best blend of being good food , buzz , location and value for money. Go for it !

I always come back to this hotel purely because of some of the staff there! They are very welcoming, noufal the concerige man always goes that extra mile for me and my family and makes all the stressful things not as bad he honestly is such a credit to the hotel team also the lifeguards here are amazing all of them we have grown into friends with these guys who always welcome us back like we never left! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough

We have just arrived home after 10 days over Christmas and new year and had a great time, I would highly recommend and staff are are so friendly and helpful. I have to thank loregana in trader Vicks such a lovely and friendly girl who helped make our trip More enjoyable as did most of the staff. Looking forward to going back soon.

Even though it’s a 4 star hotel the service and treatment you receive is nothing less than 5 star. Great hotel, nice bedrooms fabulous location and very reasonably priced. I’ve stayed here a few times on lads holiday and I have always enjoyed it.

Beautiful location and great views

We went there looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom suite.. unfortuantely, they had only single bedroom suites, and they guided us to Hilton residence nearby. The lobby was nice and clean, and they have a couple of restaurants/coffee shops there.

Apartments/Rooms are spacious and well equipped with good views. Excellent beach access. However, on the downside, they seriously need to do something to solve the elevator issues as the waiting times are absurd...were compelled to use the stairs on numerous occasions...

The seafood buffait is the worseThe quality and taste are off 2 stars level.I love Hilton the walk but things need to be fixed there

Stayed overnight wuth my husband. We like the hotel, room had complete amenities. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is great too, in the middle of The Walk. Im not sure if beach access is allowed in the Hilton JBR hotel if staying in this hotel.

Perfect location at JBR.Spacious apartment with all kitchenappliance. However the interior decoration & furniture needs improvement.Acceptable beach access.Recommended for families.

Very beautiful look towards sunset

I stayed here for my first 3 weeks in Dubai and its been an absolute pleasure - the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone seems to know my name which was so special being new here and not knowing people. I will truly miss the staff, and cherish this stay for a long time. Special thanks to Walter, Hamad, Donna, and all the folks at breakfast and Wavebreakers. Top class!

The sink in the bathroom was always flooded, even with low water pressure. I took the plug out multiple times to signalise it but no reaction. Unfortunately there is no shower cabine, only a bathtub. The location is good, JBR is just few walking minutes away. The WLAN is quite weak for working from the hotel.

Poor organization.Last Friday went for the sunset at the top floor bar, Pure Sky Lounge & Dining. Asked multiple times at the gate to park the car if it was paid parking even if we went above minimum consumption. Response was always that we needed to pay 50 AED... It was near sunset time, and so in order not to miss it, we decided to pay. After paying we were told that it was free afterall. At the end on the way down we complained and we were told that the fault was ours and that Hilton was not responsible at all.  The bar at the top has a great view but we were expecting more from costumer support from an international organization like Hilton. We would love to experience with friends the sunset again on a friday sunset brunch however with this kind of treatment, there are far more better options around with great views too and with better service!

Great location, spacious rooms, on the beach, friendly staff and good size pool. Situated on the Walk at JBR, with loads of Restaurants around, this Hilton is a good choice for a relaxing vacation.

Food is always the best thing about any Hilton Hotel. Overall the stay was good with nice hotel room On the negative side the staff was not attending calls made to most of the restaurants and the reception.

You like pets? You have a dog? Thats fine! But please stay away from Hilton! Bcs Pets are not welcome. Even if you need an assistance dog!A warm appologize at least as an answer. How cheap...No one asked any questions. It looks like Hilton needs to learn its lesson with disabled. Probably in they US, where disabled people have more rights like in UAE.

There is a very friendly staff. The skybar in the level 10 has a scenic view of The Palm from one side and the ferris wheel Ain Dubai from the other side. Not much aesthetic decorations which you may find for taking photographs in the main lobby and the sky bar.

Nice and beautiful hotel

The view 35 floors up was amazing. We visited their outdoor patio and bar. Had a good time chatting it up with other tourists. They had a great DJ who added a great mix to spice up an odd request from someone. Great social spot to sit drink and enjoy.

Everything is good put the lobby is terrible there are so many lobbies that I can’t know which one should I go to. I’m waiting for the elevator it took me like more than half an hour!!!!! I’m on the first floor and I’m waiting this whole time !!!! There are no tissues in the room and no slippers to use !!! This so disappointing!!!!!!!!

Although there was a mistake on arrival, to apologize the structure gave me an upgrade (apartment on the nineteenth floor) and a voucher for a dinner. The hotel deserves its four stars. Good breakfast. Well done cleaning. Excellent private beach and its security service. Note to staff: they do the job they are paid for, but they do it with clinical detachment. This is something you will find all over Dubai and the United Arab Emirates....

I held Hilton at such high regard. But my recent experience with Hilton Dubai the Walk was absolutely horrible and the managers are useless.1) engineering fixed a clogged sink and messed up the bathroom. It took 12hrs 11 calls and yelling at the manager to get someone to clean the room! None of the staff even informed the manager that there were any issues! We spoke with the front desk, the cleaning services, the engineering team, and the concierge.2) they offered to move us to a room on a floor that was being painted and smelled like absolutely horrible!3) we ordered room service and left the plates by the door. INSECTS STARTED COMING OUT! It took 3 days and yelling at the manager to get someone to pick them up. NOTE: room service supposedly cleaned the room twice in those 3 days!!!I dont know if anyone at Hilton cares but this is beyond ridiculous and beyond customer satisfaction its basic sanitation and health. In these covid times the last thing we need is more issues.Someone needs to review the entire operation because clearly the local management are not up for the job.

The hotel not so impressive when you look at it from the street. But come on inside, and you see the splendor in the rooms. Immaculate, clean and well furnished apartments with great service!! Beautiful ambience in the restaurant and sky lounge. Great friendly staff who make your stay memorable. Great food choices too.Each day the housekeeping team made funny little animals out of towels and left them in the room for our kids. It was so cute. A monkey, a dog, swans, mouse!!!!Lovely stay here and will definitely be coming back.

The right spot at JBR.Wonderful in all means

I went for a day pool pass with family and friends on 1st of august, I paid and got inside, it was full of people, no space for extra sunbeds, they were not following the rules and policy for social distancing. So I wanted to leave to another hotel and I asked for a refund, they told me it will be refunded within 2 days, and I left, an hr later they told me it will take 14 days, till this moment I havent got my money back, and after I asked about my refund they told me it needs another week

Do I have to wear a mask on the beach or by pool area? Would like to book in for next week, but I need to know. Thanks

Great location , good food in immediate area both ethnic and western. The Hilton has two locations across from each other with the main road better them. The Walk is more residence style and the Jumeriah is a full hotel, amenities shared between them. Great place

Its a nice property... Best part of this hotel is top floor Cafe... View from tht place is unforgettable... Otherwise u can throw a party at pool side... Its very good place... Dec to March is good time for the same...

Very good experience for living with family

Although the nice location and the spacious apratment, the reception was very crowded and we had to wait till 5 pm to check in ,,It has the wost ever elevator system..The waiting time for the elevators is very long,, the minimum we get is 7 minutes waiting if not more !!!!!The service is below the expectation,, no valet parking,, the lobby is very small and very warm.The room required abit more cleaning ,, the room curtains are ugly.

This is a really disappointing Hilton hotel andbonevto avoid.The rooms called suites are just large, badly shaped rooms with none of the luxuries of a suite.The lobby is small and congested and reception often has long queues.There are only five small lifts for over 40 floors which leads to long waits and many lifts arrive already full.The breakfast room is a shambles, over crowded and poorly laid out.The pool is very basic in a block of concrete decking.The hotel is right on The Walk, which is a very noisy and busy road well into the early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep if your room overlooks this area.The Pure Sky Lounge and Restaurant is, by contrast. Excellent with amazing views of the sunset.The only saving grace is the ability to use the facilities of the adjacent Hilton Beach hotel which is very much better.
