A beautiful place, we just came for early dinner. The lobby is do elegant, staff are very polite, while observing compliance to safety, free valet parking service.A good restaurant upstairs with good service too.

This is a gorgeous property, probably one of the best Hilton ones I have stayed at and Ive been a Diamond member for about 8 years. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful. The rooms/suites were amazing and more than we expected. Both the restaurants and in-room dining, were great! Some of the best room service I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our 7 day stay was wonderful. Chefs Rohit, Rani, Pandey, Amit and Shivam and the rest of the entire staff made this the vacation of a lifetime. Our Concierge Augustine and team were accommodating in every way. See all you can try all the new food you can and enjoy it because you will not get to it all unless you stay for a month. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The time in the Silkspa@habtoorcity was awesome. Rooftop pool for kids and separate one for adults was the perfect place to relax and meet people from all over the world. Jason is the best bartender in town. Tell em the Harris sent you. Brian, our Concierge on the grounds, became priceless to adding to our experience and he made sure all 10 of us felt like we were royalty ourselves. Thank you Brian. My family and I have been here for over five days with five more left at this wonderful hotel. Upon check-in, were upgraded to a suite for my wife and me while our two teenage boys were given a room next door. It is our 23rd anniversary, so the staff had a wonderful dessert waiting for us in our room. We ran into a few small issues that were resolved quickly, but one issue could not be resolved, so they moved us to an even larger suite on our 2nd night.I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at countless hotels and this is by far the hotel with the best service that I have ever seen. Every employee works extremely hard to make you feel welcome and make sure all your needs are met.For instance, I had left my glasses in a taxi and did not realize it until we were back in our room. I walked down to the Concierge desk with the receipt to see what could be done. Paulo took some information and said he would look into it. About 45 minutes later, he called the room and asked if he could come up with some glasses. Paulo came up and had my glasses! I really thought they were gone for good.We are on vacation so every day we are coming and going from the hotel and both Saqlain and Aneem have been making sure to call taxis for us and making sure our deliveries are sent to our room.Being a diamond member, I am given free breakfast every morning and Rohit has been incredible during breakfast seatings. Rohit made sure to let me know that if there was something not seen, I could ask for whatever I wanted and he would make an effort to find it.As I said before, we are only halfway through our stay and will probably have more accolades for the hotel, but I wanted to write this review as I am so impressed.

The grand entrance, hints of gold, spacious corridors laden with carpets and plush rooms.I stayed for 2 nights in the Grand Deluxe King Room overlooking the canal. The room was very spacious, with its own little walk-in wardrobe and an enormous bathroom. The bed is super duper comfy, and that’s where I spent most of my time just relaxing.The overall hotel staff are fantastic. There was a little misunderstanding before my stay and it was immediately looked into and dealt with. Also a special mention to Carlo who checked us in, and the front office manager Raoul. The Habtoor Palace is part of a complex with another 2 hotels, so you have quite a few dining options within walking distance. Also do not miss the La Perle show attraction next door.One afternoon ordered some room service for lunch, and it was fantastic. The make-shift table they bring in, resembling almost a fine dining atmosphere is wonderful.Also HIGHLY recommend the Silk Spa at the hotel, it is brilliant!2 concerns I did have regarding the property were:1. During this pandemic time people are slowly garnering the confidence to go out, specially a staycation. Many of the room on my floor had the sticker on the door that their room has been cleaned/disinfected, and no one entered after that but you. The sticker on my door somehow was given a miss. Not saying the room wasn’t cleaned, but that extra step which guarantees satisfaction was missed.2. Post the room service lunch a staff collected the dishes. We switch on the “do not disturb” and headed for a quick nap. When suddenly woken up by the incessant knocking at our door. Seems like another staff was there to collect the dishes. For one, I had DND activated and the staff did not even apologise for having disturbed us, and two, there should have been coordination amongst the staff that initially came and cleared our room.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in dubai, even though every time i visit there seem’s to be a problem with the A/C, this is the 3rd visit where my room is very hot, and its a holiday so it is very busy and i asked them to fix my A/C but no one showed up

The area is well known for La Perle. But still I believe the gorgeousness of this hotel in which you can have one of the best steak in Dubai, World Cut Steakhouse, and flashy Christmas market in chilly December are unrivaled. Finest hotel!

I attended a conference there , i parked my car in B2 parking then i found that the elevator is not working from the parkings so i had to walk for 15 minutes to reach the main entrance same thing happened when i was leaving also elevator not working, not going to try or visit it again .

I have been to the Christmas Market organized at Habtoor Palace Dubai and I was extremely happy! The atmosphere was amazing and It truly felt like Christmas! The facility had food and drinks and shisha and even live singer! I really hope they’ll do that again next year because it was amazing!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised by gorgeous and beautiful interior. Especially, when I entered the hotel lobby to check in, it felt like a fantastic castle. It was really amazing!!! After being surprised, I went to the reception to check in. I submitted our IDs to the staff to check in, and paid for stay. He gave me the room key after explaining that breakfast is not included. I asked him if Hiltons Gold member could be served breakfast. However, he said it was impossible to provide breakfast because I booked it without breakfast. I agreed. There was no further information about the internal facilities. After entering the room, I had to press 0 button to talk with another staff to check the location of the restaurant, the swimming pool and the gym.As a Gold Member of Hilton, I have always been served breakfast, so I checked the hotels breakfast rule using the application. And, I confirmed that complimentary breakfast was provided. So, I called again to ask the staff, and she told me that complimentary breakfast was provided, unlike the staff at the reception.

This was my first experience at Habtoor palace as I booked for my 2nd anniversary and I have chosen habtoor palace as the name it self sounds royal specially that I havent celebrated my 1st aniversary last year due to quarntine.Unfortunatly Habtoor palace was a mistake and they let us down.1. Starting from reservations where different staff keeps giving different prices for same suite with same coorporate discount. One of them givin me a coorporate discout price that is similar to the price in their website that anyone can get!! This shows there is no honesty.2. I ended up booking a room instead of the suite and I requested for anniversarry arrangments and the guy has promised to alocate a room for me as we we are speaking with all arangements and I informed him i will be checking in at 5pm.3. I arraived at the hotel next day to check in at 5:30pm and at the reception I was told that the room I booked is not available at the moment and they can give me another room but with lower standard! I have refused and after waiting around 25 minuites they managed to give me the room I booked.4. I entered the room and there were no flowers or aniversary arrangments!! After few miniutes someone knocked and got us a small heart shaped cake only!! What a surprise!! Havent seen any of the promised stuff. I would have paid for the arrangments if they have told.5. I went for dinner at Le Patio resturant as recommended by the guy at the reception and food was overpriced, not tasty and limited items on the menu. I ordered a green curry but i got a red curry which even doesnt taste like Thai food at all. Requestd the bill and presented a card of discount program that i am elegible for 30% discount but manager argues and says we are giving 20% only, where the program says i am elegible for 30% in any resturant located at Habtoor palace but manager still argues that they are of a different company. I asked him to present any document that says they are giving 20% discount only but he couldnt. At the end when i was going to take a photo of the bill and raise a complaint then only he agreed to give the 30% discount where he was suppose to give the discount at first place instead of arguing with customers and he should go clarify with his manager if he is not updated.6. I ordered a pizza from room service next day and it came all the way to my room without being covered and during covid-19 where the prevention measures should be followed strictly in hotels.7. The room i got for my anniversary was in bad condition as the light in shower was blinking and a chandelier in the toilet with 6 bulb lights with only 2 working. The dovet cover of the bed was torn!!8. I request an iron in the morning where as a 5-star hotel an iron should be available in all rooms. I call again to follow up and explain that i need it and will be late for breakfast as they will close soon then I requested to speak to a manager and here I understood from him that my booking doesnt include breakfast where i spicifically requested it and at check in i was given the breakfast timing and resturant name and never told me that breakfast is not included. Anyways a guy comes after 50 minutes and says we dont have an iron at the moment but we will iron for you, i said not possible i need an iron then after more than 1 hour I got the iron!!9. We call reception to send someone to assist with luggage and he came to pick our laggaed and took our vale parking ticket, in few minuites we went done to ckeckout at reception and waited for the car around 15 minutes. I went out to check with vale parking staff why is it taking that long then i understood from him that the bellman with our laggage didnt yet handover the vale ticket and infact didnt come down with our laggage after 20 minutes of picking them up from our room!!In conclusion, Habtoor palace is nothing like a palace nor managed like a palace unfortunatly. This hotel standard is way behind when it comes to Dubai standard. I dont think i will ever book a hotel that is managed by Hilton again.

Hammam was super nice, good service and exclusive staff 👌I love it 👍 highly recommend special thanks to Ms. Tia.Noted also they providing all type of SPA services like Moroccan Hammam, Turkish Hammam, endless of massage types.In the end thanks a lot to Mrs. Chiara, and Mr. Lee for wonderful communication 🙏🙏

The service is unfair, even though I complained 3 to 5 times about the ac because it was hot and we called several times there was bo responsibility they came to room did nothing and leave! We stayed two days with the ac still not fixed. I never expected that treatment from al habtoor , so disappointed .

Went to the WinterMarket, a Family event. After the gloomy parking, you are met with dodgy stairs (no lift, have to carry the stroller), to arrive behind the trash bins with no temperature check. Up there, again the floor is extremely uneven making it impossible for strollers, there are a couple of stands where you can buy the same stuff from Dragonmart, and knock of designer handbags. with a nice view of the palace. Walking around, you then see all these concrete square plant pot whose paint is falling apart (like if the Palace was built in the 80s)... 5 minutes in, time to look for the trash bins again to go back to the parking and leave.Global Village felt more premium.

I loved staying at Habtoor palace and would suggest everybody to go for Grand deluxe habtoor room which is much like a suite room of 600 sq ft and not much higher in price than the deluxe room .. Everything including the special tub was a great experience .. They provided me with complimentary breakfast . cake and fruits for my wifes birthday which made our stay more special .. Room and the service really gives you the feel of staying at a palace..

This review is for winter garden, which is right opposite to the habtoor city entrance.Its like a mini festival in itself, with alot of stalls a beautiful and extremely tall christmas tree. Theyve got food stalls as well. The place gives beautiful Christmas vibes and as its winter, its a good time to visit as it is outdoors.

Steps away is La Perle Theater, an intimate venue with just over a dozen seating rows.

Confortable place stables and horses arround its a very calm place for meditation

Large enough for them to run around, small enough that you can still keep an eye on them! There is entertainment and themed activities for everyone to enjoy. Three main sections there - childrens activities and attractions, selected shopping stalls (for your retail therapy) and Food & drinks area!.Here are some tips and tricks from our visit:.1. Its free - entry is free, you pay for the kids activities or food that you consume there. But if you just wanna go for a stroll too, thats completely fine!!!.2. Covid- friendly -- Its in the Open - which is great, atleast you can maintain some social distancing !.3. Lots of kids activities - you buy 60 AED tickets for them and then all rides are included. They have bouncy castles, small trains going around, toy car rides , trampolines etc.4. Carry Cash - The kids activities area accepts cash only. There is a vending machine in the hotel from which you can withdraw if you need to. But save yourself the hassle, just carry it from home na!.5. Carry jumpers - It gets chilly in the evenings these days in the open. Dress warm from home or atleast carry a thin jacket along as a back up!.6. Food is available - lots of restaurants have put up counters there... so international food is plenty with grills, nachos, french friends, pastas type menu..In short, a visit to the Winter Gardens is a nice way to make things festive in the desert!.Its open from 5 pm to 10 pm everyday until Dec 28 - let me know once you go?

Very beautiful place. Staff is very friendly because there was 2 hotel entrace at the sane place so we got confused and they assist us very nicely. They have Fastive garden with beaituful critsmes tree every year with kids play area food is delicious. So many food vendores so you have many options to choos and also sales vendors with quick critsmes shopping. Visit the place before it ends 28 December 2020.

We are regular visitors to Dubai and have stayed in lots of different places but Habtoor Palace now has the number one spot! It is as it’s name , very palatial and grand. I had been to winter market. Last when i had been to this market was in 2015 December but the market is not like before. There was no santa grotto but they have made a play area for kids in the market

Its a real 5 star. Hard to explain. It has a great walking course by the creek. I suggest that you start going left first. My only complaint is the fact that its a little too secluded in the middle of Dubai. Maybe thats amazing too.

I went here for the Ladies Night. It was very nice, outside, on the terrace. Nice music, oldies but goldies. They have two packages: AED 125 for 3-course dinner + unlimited cocktails (you can choose only from two cocktails: Pina colada and another one based on gin) or AED 175 for all of the above plus wine. For the 3-course dinner, you can choose from 3 dishes for each course. The desert comes mixed. I went for the seafood option and the prawn curry was very good.
