We had a very bad experience with their catering crew. They are very rude to us. And told us the buffet is close and there’s no more food where in fact there is still food. And they are rushing everyone to finish the dinner as they wanted to clear everything. I heard other guests complaining the same thing. Such a shame. I’ve been to different events and this is the first time I experienced such unprofessional attitudes from the catering service.I don’t recommend doing your event here and getting their catering services.

We had a worst experience at the hotel.- worst rooms. Most of the furniture was broken- service was bad. Called housekeeping for room service and they didnt come even after 3 hours. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and faced this issue on both days.- Bath tub was broken and they fixed it with silicone. We had 3 rooms and all had that issues.- All sofas had burn stains- Which hotel charges for ice? I have been to 10 hotels in 2020 only and never faced this issue.- they moved us to deluxe suite from standard after complaining. The sink area broke itself by just keeping a light weighing bag. Here comes the worst experience, we were charged AED 4,500 for that low quality sink breakage which was not even our mistake. I am sure that must be worth around AED 500-1,000- Food was average- Other than Linda the front desk director all other staff were very arrogant.- There are many more problems I can list down but in summary this hotel is looting money from people.. be careful guys!! your experience can really go bad and you might end up paying thousands!!!

This hotel was over the top modern and beautiful, But what made our trip so great was the service of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important, especially our fabulous server Tarun in the breakfast buffet restaurant. We looked forward to seeing him every morning because he was so impressive remembering everything we liked to order. He was always very pleasant and professional and kept our table very clean. His hard work is very appreciated and I hope Hilton recognizes him as a Star Server! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will be back!

As a 5 star hotel, my expectation was so much high but staying in big size suite and this hotel, i realized quality of fit outs in the suite and the crowded lobby area with clubbing crowd at the same entrance where family with kids enter n exit!!I do staycation very often n usually hotels either have another entrance for clubs or bit away but not the way i have witnessed over this weekend.I am no one to judge but still i have to say that there were indecent crowd coming n going out of this hotel which i was uncomfortable with.La parel was one amazing experience n show that one should watch at least once.Hotel staffs in general are great with their service n keenness of how customer feels n wants, which is great quality of course.But hotel standards as over all was a let down.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. At first I was given a smoking room which I didn’t ask for in addition I hate the smell of smoking. Then I called the hotel reception and they took forever to answer when they answered they told me that I had to wait for them to find me a non smoking room they kept me waiting for two hours to get a new room it felt like they were punishing me for their own mistake. After that they moved me to another room that had no AC on it felt like a suna. I checked out at the same day it was not worth the frustration it was one of the worst experience I had

Clean and modern rooms. Good location. Very welcoming check in and check out staff (Gerard, Mariam and Ismail). Hospitality was on point and they gifted my guest a birthday cake since we were celebrating. Definitely coming back here when in town

Decent location. The hotel is more hype than it really is. Its definitely due for renovations as the furniture in the rooms have started showing noticeable signs of wear & tear. The designs of the rooms are somewhat bizarre, with toilet being located across the room from showers & tub. They also charge you for everything from ice to water. The staff are generally nice & helpful.

Service is great, decoration is simple and amazing and the staff and management are really kind and generous, I booked there for my martiage anniversary, I just mentioned to findout a cake in our room celebrating our anniversary, additionally I was allowed fpr late checkout without any additional fees.Highly recommended

Our stay at the property was rather disappointing. the sole reason we opted for V was it was pet friendly and figured we’d give it a try. the only good thing about the hotel were the pleasant cleaning and restaurant staff.

Experience was horrible due to the valet that is totally unorganized. Members of the valet team standing around and having a chat and not working to ensure quality service and timely experience. Waited for 45 mins to get my car while others that have reached the valet after me by 15 mins after me got their car prior to mine. Safe to say I will not visit again the hotel or restaurants due to the low level of service.

I chose V Hotel, al-habtoor city for my husband’s birthday surprise, mainly because of the La Perle and when i saw the rooms, i really found them different and Star Treck kind. I was sure he’s gonna like it so much, which he did, so yayThe Guest relation team was courties enough to arrange a birthday cake for him already in our room, and they also extended our check-out time until afternoon.The only thing that disgusted us and made us really sad and brought the whole Cleaning/Sanitizing process of the hotel into the question, especially in these Covid times was;Just about an hour and a half before our check out, i picked up the Vanity kit and found out someone else’s “False Lashes” attached to the back of it (you would be disgusted). It was so so disappointing, only if had found it earlier, i would definitely have changed my hotel.Becasue now i am thinking may be the rooms at V hotel are not cleaned properly or not even sanitized, room animities are not replaced after every visit.It just doesnt feel right, especially cosidering these Covid times.That was the only disappointment and failure, and brings a huge question about cleanliness.Otherwise we enjoyed the rest.Regards

It needs some refurbishment works in the rooms. The white leather is not white anymore many stains on it. So, for the money they ask you can definitely get better deals.The fact that you have to spend 145 dhs/person so you can have a table in the reception bar at the 30th floor, not being an actual restaurant as well is not pleasant. It was around 10:00pm, not crowded, plenty of empty comfortable couches all around and they say you cant use them if not paying 145dhs/person, its not professional at all. They offered us bar stools....if you think this makes the costumers coming back good luck V Hotel!

Seriously it was amazing everything was so beautifulyl decorated even the elevators felt like club I stayed at 22nd floor in sweet room... It was more amazing than I expected... I couldnt enjoy more because of the less time.. I came at 2am and check out at 2 pm soo couldnt enjoy anything except breakfast... Which was delicious with so much variety

Fantastic design room coming from the future. You feel like you are in the space in a different planet. Totaly unique experience in Dubai. Anybody need to live this. Extraordinary service staff and quality of food with a variety choises of swimming pools to Hilton group and Habtoor beach access. Had a brilliant stay here for my birthday. A lovely room with a great view, clean and spacious. Check in was simple and friendly. The lifts were slightly frustrating, as the check in was on a high floor so you would have to go all the way up to check out before travelling back to ground floor, which was difficult when all the lifts are in use. It still didnt hinder the experience for us.

I still haven’t finished my stay yet but I’ve experienced enough to review this hotel highly. The hotel keeps consistently exceeding my expectations. I don’t think I’ve experienced a friendlier staff. Everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel, you will get it here plus some more.Spacious, friendly, luxurious, kind, very accommodating, etc etc. Plus they give random goodies like fruits, chocolates, and pastries. Best hotel I’ve experienced and I’ve been to Burj Al Arab. Thank you.

We booked a conference room and 2 hotel rooms in this so called hotel and I regret even stepping through the entrance.The conference room and the event was wonderful and the staff were very helpful.When it comes to the rooms and sleeping in the hotel I dont recommended it for families and business. This a hotel only for parties only. My 2 kids, wife and I suffered all night inuding our guests in the other room. Parties where ongoing in the adjacent rooms with more than 20 people in one room during COVID. I opened the room door and found 7 people standing infront of my door drinking. Later a lady started screeming and crying as she was beaten up. The floor was full of drunk people and dirty nasty works. Thoes people insulted my family and my guests several times. We did not even sleep for 1 min. I called the operator 5 times and nothing was done and they even blocked the room phone to avoid calling them. The security officer was just standing there and doing nothing. This place is not safe at all and we were put in a risk of being attacked, it does not represent the saftey messures this beautiful country have put and worked hard for years .After the big hassle I finaly called the police and they were upset with the hotel management for not contacting the authorities to stop the mess, loud music and fights. We were with the police on that hell floor upto 7am, exhausted, nervous and tired. Thanks to Dubai police we were able to lodge a criminal case, they also detained the IDs of all to fine them with hefty fines.After they left I packed my stuff. My guests from the embassy went back to Abu Dhabi and missed out my event. My wife and I some how managed to be posistive during the conference we hosted and I was happy even to announce infront of everyone about the insident.We checked out immidately after the police left and left my luggage in a corner in the conference room. We requested the duty hotel manager for a refund for the rooms which is our right but he was extremely rude, shouted at my wife when she complained and kept on repeating this is not the hotel responsibility and he couldnt listen to us anymore and locked himself in the office and did not want to come out. I knocked on the door and asked politely to sort the issue but no response. I wonder how was this guy selected to be a manager!!Im a fan of Hilton hotels but this will end my relation with them. The behaviour of the unprofessional manager gave me no choice but to go for a court case against the hotel. I asked for someone on a higher position to talk to but no one wanted to help us.

I want to tell a story about my review in Dubai V Hotel in Thursday evening 27/5/2021Everything was very great in the hotel except I meet the manager of the V hotel he is name is ( Nagy ) I told him I want to have a group place for 70 people and I will pay all amount he told me sorry I don’t have a place but the truth the restaurants was empty and he had more than 2 empty restaurants but he couldn’t handle the situation and the customers he is talking to in addition his attitude was very bad to me and I called him more than 8 times and he didn’t answer to me and more than 70 persons there waiting for a place to sit.I am so sorry to say that but this is the truth he is not a professional manger and he didn’t deserve this positionSecond When I requested to see him 3 times he sent me other assistant to help me and until 1 hour no one help us for service was nothing. he destroyed myvery good days in the one of the best hotels I liked in DubaiThird the assistant he sent to me his name is safa and he wanted to help me and fix the situation I want to thank him and he took me to one of the restaurants it was empty and no one is sitting there and he told me I will give you this restaurant to fix the situation but I should take the approval from mr Nagy.Then I shocked he said to him no don’t give to them I don’t know why 😡like he wants to make me embarrassed in frontmy group. This is what happened to me and finally he gave me an event room not the restaurant I requested and I have a proof for all that and I am so sorry I don’t know how to complain him because he is so proud and he doesn’t care about any one and the customers because he is thinking no one can complain him. How this person is in customer service? Manager should train his people for good service and he is the first one to not know anything.I also want to know what kind of procedure he is following. My fiancéwas paying before he accommodated us. Payment first and I have the money in my card. So we swiped it 2,000 they collected by card and machine said accepted and then We used other card for the other balance, but it was not accepted. So I said I will go down and get from atm and soI had 2,900 I gave cash. Then after event they are collecting again the 2,000 said he reversed the payment. Why?? What for?Why he complicated things? Why if I am wrong I will not say sorry until I calm the client down?

One of the worst hotels in service i have been to. They accused me of staining the bed with flowers because of that they charged me 660 AED . There was no policy of the hotel that flowers are not allowed on the bed. I tried many times to communicate with them but they run away and always give me the excuse of “manager in meeting” and i didnt recieve any calls later and now they are accusing me again on writing on the bed with a pen ! Whatt pen !!! is flower with water is a pen!!! Ive been do like this in many hotels and no one accusing me like u . I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Friendly valet service staff otherwise the hotel Lobby and 30th floor lounge felt cold. Not one cutomers even the checkin desk(30th floor) was empty. I guess Covid-19 still has a big impact. Service on the 7th floor lounge (I was a guest of a resident) was OK but nothing to write home about. Lots of room for improvements.

What a beautiful venue, centrally located, and good options to balance engagement. We stayed for 3 days. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to a Suite on the 14th floor. It was much appreciated. Check-in was simple. The room was so spacious and modern. The corner view was lovely. Breakfast was vast, many international options to choose from. I enjoyed the beverage selections and fresh juice, along with the Asian and Indian stations. Complimentary Happy Hour from 5-7 pm in the Seven Lounge was really nice with appetizers and a dessert selection. The 30th Floor where check-in is offers wonderful views from the V Lounge and plush seating. We did wander through the Hilton and LXR and hang at the pools - both of them (Hilton and V). We enjoyed lunch at R&B in the Hilton, appetizers at Le Patio in Habtoor and evening strolls along the water canal.Overall, it was a really good stay. I will say there was a horrible smoke smell as I exited onto the 14th floor and entered our room. I never said anything but I probably should have because it was pretty repulsive, yet I see smoking is common in Dubai so I figured it would be common around the entire hotel. Check-out was hectic as we called for baggage assistance but waited almost 30 minutes and had to call down twice. At check-out a taxi was called that was waiting for us and had already started the meter prior to us getting in. Felt like a set up for more money. It is a modern Hotel with artistic furniture and designs.I highly recommend it for the cleanliness and hygiene. The car Valet parking team outs plastic bags over the seat, the steering and the transmission piece.The water bath is the best part of the room.. then comes the amazing view of the sea, Burj Al Arab and Sh. Zaid Road.When you want to reserve, remember to ask for rooms facing the sea.The pool isnt big, but there are like 4 small pool

Very contemporary styled hotel. Loud and bright....very well staffed and polite staff. Very friendly but I think I am more of a traditionalist and like something a little more sober.Had breakfast there and it was good quality.The score is more about my personal choice than the quality of it. If it is about service and quality then it would definitely score alot more.

I have visited this place many times when it was W hotel and now this is the first time as V. I have upgraded my room to suite upon arrival. Suite was big and furnished well. Problem was the noise from next room where I couldn’t sleep and in the morning the noise from outside. In general it’s a good hotel. This trip was in 2018 and i guess now they keep improving

The receptionist namely Gérard treated me so badly as he was so disrespectful and gave importance only to the tone of skin.I made a booking worth of 25 grand but the treatment I received was non tolerable .I would like to extend my words with the relationship manager and file a complaint against the receptionist.

Lovely rooms design, quick room service and excellent hotel facilities like GYM and swimming pool. The only con is needs some more maintenance for the rooms like you can find broken sockets or burned lights. Overall very good experience.

Exhausted rooms:- Stains on the furniture everywhere- The toilet seat had yellow urine stains like it wasn’t cleaned for ages- The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled although they looked new.- Major hygiene issue!!!- The king suite which I booked had a connecting party room which was absolutely useless!- Curtains wouldn’t close completely and so we had to wake up as soon as the sun came out.- Only 1 window in the whole suite which made the room really dull at night.I booked the king grand suite which is 156 sqm big but has only 1 king bed with no sofa bed available.When I requested for an extra bed for my kid they told me I will have to pay.Very inflexible staff and not very friendly.The only good thing about the hotel was Ms Mariam from the Frontdesk who was extremely friendly and did everything she can to accommodate our needs.Hotel is not suitable for families at all, maybe for singles or couples with no kids.I had to cut my stay short and cancel the second night.

Fantastic! I stayed for 3 nights in the V. I was pleasantly surprised. The service, staff, amenities, location are all perfect. There are obviously some downsides, like smallish pool and crowded breakfast (due to covid rules), but those are dwarfed compared to many positives. highly recommend staying in this hotel, and in Habtoor city in general.
