Great location. On the beach and close to several shops and restaurants.Great stay.Staff excellent and friendly. Very helpful.Rooms good. Beds could do with an upgrade but otherwise brilliant.

I am usually lazy and less verbose when doing reviews but I have to share to the world that this hotel and the staff was perfect in so many ways.The breakfast buffet was amazing and consistent.Each encounter with the staff was delightful.I will always remember Miss Loes, who helped us many times but She even booked reservations for dinner in famous restaurants.Thank you for making our stay in Dubai so memorable.

A FAMILY TRIP TO NEVER FORGET :-)We visited as a family to Hilton JBR and we thoroughly impressed with the service by all staff at the hotel. The staff made our stay truly pleasant and they are always smiling and happy.The hotel had many sanitation points and it was clear to see they have taken great steps and thought things through to ensure the hotel is covid safe.The breakfast at the hotel is out of this world, it is a must do. The selection of food is endless and breakfast is also served until 12pm which is really amazing when you have children as sometimes they wake up late as it is a holiday. I must say the staff serving breakfast were exceptional and even when we left the provided us with a cake to say see you again soon.The hotel also has a fantastic kid zone on level 3 with various toys and craft work that can be done which will keep the kids entertained for hours.The pool is also clean, you have a choice of a big adult pool and also a small kids pool.We look forward to returning to Hilton JBR and are already planning our next visit to Dubai and this wonderful hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Excellent staff, in particular I would like to mention MANI from the front desk who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.

A great place to stay during October 2020. We enjoyed the breakfast service a lot and our room was a sea view corner it was just what we had hoped for! Amazing floor to ceiling windows across the whole front sea facing side. The club access wasnt available during our stay because of the situation, but the hotel did provide us with some drinks vouchers to use across all venues on site. Staff were very friendly and we especially received excellent service from the cleaner who helped us out when our room wouldnt open and put us in a temporary room quickly while ours was sorted.All bars on site were nice and the service was great. The value you get at this hotel is very good and it is beachfront dont forget!

Very good cleanliness of the room, the maid was greatUnfortunately the rest was poor, from the booking where the Hilton phone operator was very rude to the check out credit card money that been told been blocked on the card . They actually took it off my account, something they dont tell you.Once called in the hotel the girl i spoke to linda or Lidia, was very rude, kept interrupting and not helpful at allIf the first and last interaction with their staff is this poor, you will leave a very poor lasting impression.Restaurant staff at the breakfast section as well not polite, but at least the food was good. BICE brunch ok, but again very slow as well as beach serviceLast but not least , i accepted a room on the construction side because told me they would have not worked at the week end but gues what...working at night as well as friday...appalling

I love this place! The staff were so accommodating and attended to my every need. Right on the beach, as opposed to the Hilton The Walk which is across the street. A little confusing. But the Hilton Jumeriah on the beach has the best staff!! The Thursday night buffet is fun and varied. Yummy. I’ll be back!

A fantastic experience, a COVID cleanliness caring hotel in the middle of a busy bubbly area. Rooms were absolutely sound proof, air conditioning was just right and all the staff were friendly and professional. This hotel is the epitome of Hilton for me.

Old and dated, noisy and dusty due to next- door building site, poor food offering, tired, unhelpful staff. Not 5 star hotel.

Had a brunch at trader Vics, where you could enjoy unlimited set menu with quality food from the starter to main course ending with dessert.Entertainer could be appel up on reservations and recommended to book in advance.They have 3 main packages, soft drinks.

Ideal location for family trips. I will definitely go back to stay. Dubai #1 has a lot to offer.

Decent hotel. A bit outdated in interior and needs remodelling but nonetheless we got a large suite which was very convenient. There is a cool outdoor bar next to the beach where you can watch the Euros 2020. I’d suggest you book in advance because it gets packed during matches :)

Nice private beach, strong WiFi working in far corners of the beach. But overall the hotel feels outdated, needs refreshing. Some food at breakfast tagged sour (like cokdcuts) and cleaning man was desperately hinting on tips

Great location, amazing sea view from the corner-sea view room we had. the hotel staff was kind and helpful , everywhere we were at (reception, concierge, breakfast, business lounge...). nice pool and great beach.although the hotel is not new and so not as fancy and of luxury as other hotels - it is well maintained, clear and comfortable.

We had our first stay as diamond members and were treated like royalty. Ms. van Putten is a Star and an asset to the hotel. THANKS LOES! Beyond that, one is just a number but totally acceptable and understandable.The location is good, rooms are beautifull, housekeeping a dream and the pool/beach absolutely 💯!!So why only 4 stars? The executive lounge!!! The staff really try their best but are totally overwhelmed and without proper supervision/management. Sadly, the catering is mediocre and repetitive. If you stayed 3 nights, you will not notice! After a week it is more than boring and unappetising. Admittedly, I was later given special treatment/meals but that should not be necessary and the looks I got from other guests were more than discomforting.ALL IN ALL THOUGH: GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND A REALLY ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY

The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I travel all over the world and stayed at many Hiltons, but the service and positive attitude of the employees made this stay special.

All staff are very kind and helpful specially Arbab khan driver his service is excellent, always he have good smile on his face, language is good and specially arabic language is too good.Im very well satisfied.

Usually i love Hilton but It was only okay this time. The hotel is very old and has dirty and broken spots. Also we were promised a 3rd bed and never got it. Service was okay but loes at the front desk was not very customer happiness oriented and did not really care about requests. Wouldn’t come back

Andrew Tawadrous from the duty manager thinks its ok to threaten guests and come up into thier faces. Treat people with respect if you want to those people to be civilised around you. You are rude arrogant and definitely loosing a client

What hilton offers here is far away from a 5 star hotel, uncooperative shift manager, we had a problem with our room and didnt liked it and wanted to change hotel but they refused to refund us for the night and gave us an upgrade for our room but nothing significant and they didnt manage to satisfy us with their offered solution.Rooms feels really old and outdated, you can get a better rooms in dubai with less prices.

I’m a Hilton guest since too long I have Hilton honour and I’m always booking with Hilton phone reservation service as they are the most professional and helping customer service I ever deal with.What happened with us with our last reservation with Hilton Dubai Jumeirah was not acceptable at all.We booked 3 rooms in the hotelFor Eid holiday and it was a disaster.We faced the worst harassment Ive ever see or faced in UAE. We have been told that the hotel has a private beach but what actually happened is that there were more than a thousand men standing and watching the ladies and girls on the beach that are swimming, tanning or even using the hotel facilities and whenever a female passes in front of them they start to scream, whistle, clapping their hands and catcalling, they were every where, hotel securities tried their best but 4-5 securities can do nothing in front of a the thousands of men that want to pounce on them and on us.No dignity, no value, no ethics and no respect for ladies with or without hijab.It was Infringement of womens rights. all hotel guest’s rights.I have documented all this with videos and photos I wanted to share it with you so you can imagine how tragic and scandalous for a 5 star hotel like Hilton, overall we couldn’t enjoy our Eid holiday. Despite the high rates in Eid time, it was the first holiday me and my family were all together since the pandemic, me, my husband and my kids, as my husband is a doctor and didn’t take any vacation since the pandemic started also my eldest daughter and son are studying abroad and they were just arrived to enjoy the Eid with us plus it was my anniversary.I’m really so sad.I have another comment regarding the hotel rooms it’s too, too old to have these toilets and rooms in a such amazing place you need to renew your hotel as everything in the hotel is too old and smells old.Last but not least was the last day breakfast experience, there was horrible, horrid smell in all plates and cups.Food had lack of variety and taste.

Our experience was very bad. First when we arrived we waited for 45 minutes to check in before we came we called the hotline to just make sure that everything was okay and then the reception a whole other story her name was (Evet) she was literally laughing with her colleague while we’re waiting then the other employe came his name is ( Andrew ) he literally raise his voice on us. I told him to call Hilton the walk since it’s one brand and he told us “ it’s not his problem and we should call Hilton” even if the problem is on us he doesn’t have the right to talk like that with us .. I will Never come at this place again. I don’t understand how is this is 5 star hotel!!!!

A calm, amazing and excellent place to spend wether you like a piña colada at the swimming pool or a warm swim at the beach. Very efficient and nice staff people.

Dear HiltonI had booked for 2 rooms for a week and paid in FULL my stay for 7/08/2021 in October 2019. Almost 2 yrs ago. I have requested and it has been granted a refund as we cannot travel from South Africa to UAE due to Covid restrictions. My refund has NOT been paid out. I am informed that my account number is wrong, my bank needs to call their bank, etc etc. NoW I am receiving NO feedback at all. Booking,com refers me to The hotel. I am disappointed at the service I am receiving from Hilton Jumeirah. I am disappointed with the Hilton group of Hotels. Looks like they want payment but won’t return it.Disgusting!Fatima Mangera

Hotel and location are great but the pool is small and shared by multiple huge hotels. As of Jan 2021 there is a construction site next to the pool. The noise at the pool is deafening. Beach is better noise wise but that chairs are pretty close and its full. My advice, skip this hotel and go to the Le Meridien Royal.

A nice relaxing place with good ambiance and good helpfull staff. I love the English breakfast in the morning at the weekend. Also I like to watch the sun go down on the beach overlooking Ain Dubai during happy hour at Wavebreakers.

We had a Groupon Voucher for a Thursday night buffet with free-flow alcohol for three hours.Absolutely FANTASTIC value for money!!! Food was okay - not amazing - but the selection and service were very good.Would have scored higher if staff had answered the phone to confirm our reservation, it was almost impossible to get hold of anyone... and on a cold, very windy night, it was infuriating that patrons and staff kept leaving the door wide open!

I loved this place, the staffs was friendly and so professional. I had a 60 mins massage and it was perfect! I would love to come back.

I called the hotline and they told me about the offer with 129 UAD. They told me I can redeem the 129 UAD on everything whats on the menu. I came there and had some drinks in the happy hour and all of sudden the Voucher was not redeemable on the happy hour drinks. No one on told us about it and we had to pay like 300 UAD more.. Very unprofessionial.. Not going to come there again.

This hotel stands on the first line and has private beach. Very convenient location. Basic rooms are nice but nothing special. Almost all with balconies. The only downside that they do not offer robes and slippers

The experience was very bad and the hotel is overpriced, the place look very old and the bathroom needs upgrades. The AC was not working and the room was really hot, someone came to fix it, but it stopped working again on 3:30Am. The location is great, but i will not book in this hotel again.

The best property at JBR. Bang on the beach. The room views were perfect! Vegetarian / Indian options for breakfast and in In room Dining. Valet parking and on site parking was available! The area is buzzing with lots of nice restaurants around.

Toilet was broken, we told 3 times to repair it, only after 2 days they repaired it. A sheet with a stain it also does not pull a 5 star hotel. ( Suite )

Stayed here for 3 weeks on 2 separate instances, its a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room had a wonderful view and all the relevant amenities.Their breakfast is elaborate and if you wake up early enough, the staff makes you tea/coffee just the way you like it.Theres a cinema right across the hotel and some great restaurant options along the beach.

Very good hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 20 nights and I had a wondaful services. Staff were helpful specially the front office worker (Mudassar, Praveen, and Isgani) Id like to thank them for their kindness.

The famous hotel and the location are both matched together to give good impressions on the guest before even entering the gate. Polite and friendly attitude of staff members are also to mention. Nice environment overlooking the creek behind.

I loved the hotel but when i checked in i was not given an upgraded room as a diamond member but i went down to the lobby and asked that i get an upgraded room and i did! The breakfast could improve as it wasnt the best but overall i enjoyed my stay and a few changes to the hotel would make it great again

It’s not a five star hotel anymore and needs here and there some upgrades. But the staff is very friendly, the location at the beach and in the center of JBR perfect and so close to the marina. We really enjoyed the stay and I will come back for sure. Our last day today after 9 days here. We even got extended check out till 18:00 because the flight is so late at night. Thank you Hilton JBR!

Everything was perfect! Its in a good place, Trader Vics is nice, theres an Irish pub, staff come round with cold towels on hot days, the rooms are great with views of the beach and sea! The only problem was that there was only one pool, but it did have a pool bar. Im still giving it 5 stars!
