Excellent hotel at a very fair price. Wonderful staff, do take the time to chat with them and you will find a caring and helpful team. Clean as a whistle, whatwver that means. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Adjacent to a metro station so you can get to anywhere for a song including the airport. Not so much nearby but Dubai Mall only 4 stops down the track.

It was my second stay at the hotel and I highly recommend it. All the staff at Conrad Dubai are so nice and friendly. I stayed for 9 nights and I was at the hotel in May as well and stayed for 11 nights..it really feels like home with them. The restaurants have delicious food, and the service is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of food. Moreover, the rooms are spacious, relaxing and comfortable. In my both stays, I was in the higher floors where you can see the view of Dubai that is beautiful. Last time I was with my family and took a suite that showed both skyline and sea view. And this time I was with my daughter in a sea view room. In both rooms, everything was luxury and extremely nice. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to everything. Thank you for all the staff in the hotel for making our stays one of the best.

I absolutely loved the Conrad Dubai and I will definitely return! The service at the hotel just outstanding, I had an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel and the staff made me feel very valued as a Hilton diamond member, which is greatly appreciated. I recieved an upgrade to a King Corner Deluxe Room which had great views over the Skyline of Dubai and the sea. Breakfast has a huge selection and the executive lounge provides a tranquil space to relax in a nice atmosphere. The pool area is also stunning and literally is an oasis right in the middle of a buzzing city.Special thanks to Mina, the guest relations supervisor, who is incredibly professional, friendly and competent. She really took the quality of the hotels service to another level and I hope the hotel management appreciate her outstanding work.

What an amazing and great hotel to stay. The location is perfect right, in downtown Dubai. This hotel has a metro station right in front which is the world trade center station. Everything from the staff to the restaurants to the pool area was perfect The elevators are quick even though the hotel is big and has more than 40 levels. The room was spacious elegant and clean, very modern. It has a couple restaurants on site and are very good food especially the Maestro with the morning buffet. Every staff member is friendly and helpful and was willing to answer any questions. Our flight left really late at night but the hotel gave us a chance to check out a little later than usual and keep our luggage until we departed to the airport. Overall a great experience will definitely come back and repeat, a recommended hotel for everyone.

Stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Hotel staff are lovely. Buffet breakfast is very good and they are very accommodating if you have any requests for your kids. The pool was great and suitable for both adults and kids.Rooms were very nice and clean. Location is great too. Metro is literally outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

Happy with my stay :) There’s also a cool bar in the ground floor where you can watch the Euro tournament. We got a twin bed room and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is also decent and had a good variety of options.

Hotel location was excellent and the treatment was great. Rooms were very big. It is suitable for business, shopping and tourism.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even provided a birthday cake as a welcome gift which was great. However, the rooms look very dated and maintenance needs to be improved. We stayed in 2 rooms: Executive corner room with a great view, however the windows were dirty and the toilet was randomly flushing, and the room was on the small side. The second room was a king suite, which had a very poor layout. It has a small bathroom with a single sink, only a shower and no bathtub, no desk, no dressing room, but instead a big kitchen with a microwave. The AC in the bedroom was not fully working and even after 2 phone calls they were not able to fully fix it.Breakfast spread was very good and staff very friendly.The executive lounge had a very limited offering.Overall Im a bit disappointed and expected more from a Conrad.

When in Dubai, the tranquility of the Conrad hotel is what I need.

Our first visit to the Conrad was for a week. We stayed in an executive suite. The suite had a large bedroom, walk in closet area, 1 full bathroom, separate toilet, and a large living and dining area. The room was nicely appointed and well kept. While the bedroom and master bathroom had expansive windows offering a large view we were only had a slight view of the top of the Burj Kalifa due to other building blocking the view. The breakfast buffet was large and of good quality. The service at the hotel was top notch and every one we spoke to was always so helpful.

I’m truly sad about services provided in Conrad hotel. I booked room with Skyview but I got room to sea view.Before I confirmed booking I called Conrad hotel to ask if all rooms are non smoking since it’s not showing on website.Call receptionist answered my call saying that Conrad hotel has smoking rooms , however once I do check-in to ask receptionist to provide me this room.Upon check-in there is no smoking room. It’s unprofessional to answer something that’s not physically true.The same happened regarding confirmation about half board if it’s served as buffet.She also confirmed but dinner is not served as buffer but as a menu.Truly sad about. Highly unprofessional to answer something that’s not physically true.

Rooms were clean but no good views outside. I can probably get a better rate with a bigger pool and better amenities. Also staff were inconsiderate. Will never book here again.

We had an upgraded room because of our status. The room was really big but unfortunately the furniture was very old and we didn’t like it. Otherwise they had a nice breakfast and the staff is nice as well. The location is also good.

This will be my go-to hotel in Dubai. Very close to the airport (cost is about 40ED by metered taxi one-way) and in front of a metro stop that can take you all over the city. Also, easy to access almost every site in the city by taxi. The service and amenities are spectacular. The pool is very relaxing. Ballaro is a phenomenal restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and Kimpo was fantastic for dinner and happy hour(s). The rooms are HUGE and clean and so comfortable, and every single person who interacted with me was so kind, helpful, thoughtful and caring.

One of the fantastic place to dine in. Nice place with natural breeze and dimly lit cozy environment to sit. Yummy food to satisfy your taste buds and crave for more. 2 things which forced me to take 1 star away are food was being served only on Dinning table and so it got cold and there was unwanted wastage which we could not prevent as they refused us to serve ourselves. Their hospitality was unmatched and presentation was lovely. So go and dine for iftar buffet with Conrad, Dubai.

- Excellent Hospitality.- Staff goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.- One of the best housekeeping staffs Ive ever encountered in any of my hotel stays. They even voluntarily changed out our flowers twice during our stay without any extra charges.- They have an excellent choice of desserts at ISLA (Lobby Café), menu for which keeps getting updated everyday.- Breakfast menu has a lot of choices so that you dont get bored from having the same thing over and over like you do in so many hotels.- Pool is decently big and surrounded by Palm trees and bushes to give that much needed shade during summers.All in all, was a very nice experience and we would definitely be visiting again.

For a really good hotel service there is one thing I would like to high light went to one of the lounges in the hotel literally was closed at 1:45 am tried to leave early so I don’t get into the disaster of waiting for the elevator By the time i got to the ground floor it was 2:45 am I hope this reaches to the management and find a better idea to fix this issue

Its one of my favorite places in Dubai, I would have given them a 5 star if they were to put more effort into cleaning the windows.

Clean rooms and spacious. The lobby is large and they have good coffee and desert. The pool is ok and they have a kids section.

We went to Vii, they gave us a terrible table, told us its an R&B night and when we arrived it turned out to be african night. The staff is very unprofessional and everyone we talked to didnt know what they were doing. When we booked they said 300 aed per person then When we arrived they said its 350. We paid and left at 1 (the party ends at 3)

Id rate this hotel 5 stars but being a regular guest with a Gold Hhonors Membership I can notice how their services become worst, starting from welcoming at the reception to room upgrades and Room welcoming too is really disappointed. I remember the last two years Ive stayed at this hotel and they would send me an email welcoming us with an upgrade to the executive lounge and all the required information, it was perfect. Unfortunately the management might be changed which is not good at all. Specially the lady who said that shes a duty manager, they refused to give me the contact for the hotel Grand Manager which is disappointed too, they told me hes in a meeting and I cannot see him.Im an Operational Excellence Manager and I know when the services is becoming bad. Hotel management should wake up.

This hotel is different, and in a really cool way. There is just good design and aesthetics everywhere you look. And its functional! From the working areas downstairs, to the laundromat, to the showers: Everything is just a pleasure to experience. The staff have character and are not faceless. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and excellent value.

In general its a well located Hotel and with a chilling pool area.As in some reviews mentioned it was not easy to get the reserved and confirmed non smoking 2 queenbed sea view room. The check-in needed 30 minutes at 5am in the morning at first the receptionist said he doesnt have the booked room available. After he spoke with colleague he gave us the information that the room is available in 15 Minutes. After that time we got our non smoking room with two beds and desert view. In return for the inconvenience they didnt charge us the first night. So a proper reaction by the receptionist.Little disappointing gold status wasnt mentioned and recognized at all during check in. Did get room on lowest Level and with wrong view.

Had a pretty unpleasant checkin experience - we booked 2 queen bed nonsmoking seaview room, after our arrival from the airport at 5am we were told this room is not available - we could have a king nonsmoking (unacceptable as two friends) or 2 queen smoking (also unacceptable as nonsmokers)After some discussion they found a 2queen room nonsmoking, which should be ready in about 20 minutes.I was pretty surprised that the whole checkin took over 30 minutes in the middle of the night, we have both Hilton Gold Status which wasn’t mentioned once, instead of the upgrade based on availability we were kind of downgraded with the view and got one of the lowest floors (26) etc.However, the checkin staff was friendly and apologized for our inconvenienced with waiving the first night.I like the hotel itself, good equipped gym, big pool area which is nice to hang out with many palm trees etc.Was a bit surprised that we pressed the light for housekeeping as we left our room at 1pm but the room wasn’t made.Wondering if we have to actively request that? But we haven’t been told about it..Will see, if it works today.Update **->****: The hotel team took really professional care about this matter and offered us immediately (1hour after the review) solutions. That‘s a really 5* hotel service.

Delightful experience. Fenny at Front Office is a true customer service champion. Her genuine care made a big impact on our overall delight. Swift checkin & we were in our perfect room. View of Sheikh Zayed road on one side & Satwa view on the other side was mindblowing sight. If you have clear sky, you can enjoy far ocean view as well. Ayu & Brejesh in Dining Room made sure our breakfast & lunch are impeccable both culinary and service wise. Rupam from Housekeeping kept the room in prestine manner each day only to be messed up by kids but still commendable output. Being centrally located near to city shopping destinations and metro station a jump away from lobby, you have ample choices for absolutely everything. Fitness area has good work out equipments, but didnt meet my expectation. Pool side has a Polynesian feel to it and has couple of true instagramable spaces. Gayan ensures you are pampered by the poolside and orders are served on time. We had a great time, next visit I would like to try their Spa.

Best Hotel for staying in dubai with great views

They scammed me with the day pass price of pool and food. They said for me in the reception you will get 120 dh for food and drinks, once i entered i recognized its only 75 dh for food and drink.

Service is professional, attentive and friendly, beds and linen are nice, only complaint was the electrical outlets in the room, too few and those that were available fell apart or didnt work. Also closets didnt have shelving? Unusual? Restaurant food was meh.

The Conrad Dubai is our favourite hotel in Dubai. We have visited several times and have always been well looked after. The price is amazing for the quality on offer as it truly is a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is full and plentiful with Asian and Western options, the pool area is tranquil, a real oasis in the middle of a big city. The rooms are all of a high standard, we stayed in several different room types and have never been disappointed. We also enjoy the executive lounge in the evenings as HHonors Diamond members which last time we stayed (in February) was beginning to return to normal after covid restrictions. We are staying again in May and already looking forward to it. Highly recommended.

Just WOW ... I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life and rarely had such an experience. I was here for 2 weeks and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to do so. The staff was amazing to us especially Genefona, Klariz and Ayo. They were welcoming and friendly right from the start. They knew us by name, knew exactly what we needed, etc. These people made our trip ! I definitely recommend you going there whether for a day or a fortnight.

Felt very good at this hotel again. They manage the corona times very well. Rooms as usual very comfortable and good service. They should inform during the booking process that the executive lounge is closed - of course in the corona situation I do understand, but many hotels take advantage and reduce services and blame it on Corona.Pool Area and Gym open and both very good. Restaurant for breakfast good but could be better arranged. But in general the hotel is very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Horrible experience and staff. I went for a meeting, valet the car, paid the bill at the restaurant and then paid AED 60 for parking which was not mentioned anywhere. What a horrible hotel and beware of hidden costs at such places.
