The hotel is clean and spacious comparing to other Dubai hotel apartments, although it has a modern design, but the furniture was old.I liked that the hotel was so quiet and clean, room service staff are so polite, and reception staff was kind and helpful.The best thing I like in that hotel is its location in Barsha , beside the restaurants, supermarkets and Mall of Emirates.

The basement parking is very small. The 1 Bedroom dont have a view, directly facing the next door building making the room very dark and gloomy like. Im pretty sure its not 4.2 rating as shown in google! Ruin my 2 nights stay.

Lovely staff, huge room with everything you need. Prompt response when I asked for extra pillows, clothes hangers etc. Only negative if that the wifi in the bedroom was almost non-existant so had to be in the lounge to do work.

Huge hotel apartment. Great for family. Didnt feel so clean though and they only provided 1 or 2 bottles à day which in Dubai is not enough.. Sofa and bed was not comfy too. Taxis also had a hard time locating the entrance.

I have been in the UAE a long time and this is the best service I have had so far.Any request, such as extra blankets, more plates, or whatever, is responded to very quickly. All the staff are very friendly and efficient.We have a two bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchen and three bathrooms.Most importantly, the hotel responded very well when somebody in the underground car park crashed into my car and drove away. The manager, Mr Yousef, and the security guard, Ms Ester, spent many hours viewing the CCTV footage in order to contact the person who had done it. Thanks to their efforts, the situation was resolved efficiently.I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great serviced hotel apartments at prime location of Al Barsha just at the back side of Emirates. Stayed there for 4 nights and found it the best experience. Rooms were spacious with every requisite thing. Service was also prompt.

Good hotel in ideal location. Rooms was clean and tidy, albeit a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Going to the hotel was alright. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. The apartment was decent and most importantly clean. The breakfast selections were a bit lacking but they had what your would expect from a regular breakfast buffet. I would recommend it for everyone for those who wants more space to stay in and specially for families.

Expensive but excited place

Even if we checked-in late the staff took too long to prepare our room for over an hour. 2 staff are stereotyping us to do some illegal in the room like partying or letting another person enter our room even if they know we are with our parents. They upgraded our room with the balcony but some stuff like the kettle & iron are broken. Please be considerate especially when it is family.

Hello friends, today I came here for 90 days for work, I signed a 6-month contract, machines have been working with us for 90 days, and the best place of sleep is as if the men are stubborn at 7 in the morning, even a nail is not nailed every day about 7 to 9, I dont know when it ends I came, I burned you.

5 Star treatment in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean, bedding are exquisite with spacious rooms. The restaurant, the foods - (all you can eat). Breakfast and dinner with efficient and courteous staff is another hallmark. Will recommend for family.

Only checked out because all the rooms were booked..so book all your nights here..dont waste time. Oh walking distance to mall of the Emirates...and shopping.

Very cooperative staff, service is good. Apartment was super clean n tidy. Spacious rooms, crockery was clean. Cook for your self. Washing machine was there. Every thing was up to the mark.

Good for short stay

This is just a great hotel. Family friendly, kind and clean. The apartments are spacious and and could be a bit more well equipped (ie cutlery, dishes, cups), but the staff was quick to respond with anything needed to make the stay pleasurable. After an initial miss communication and additional bed was added to the room for a nominal fee (not the posted daily rate). Front staff and housekeeping were lovely. Pool staff were present and aware, actually watching and ensuring safe practice. In suite clothes washing machine had a odour. Just an overall positive experience as the housekeeping staff were thoughtful and everyone wanted to make the stay a positive experience.

The spacious apartments are of high standard overall. Clean, cozy & facilities are good. The kitchen was well equipped & it felt like a home away from home. The main reason to stay at this hotel is you cant beat the price where in Dubai usually accommodations are astronomically expensive.Aside from the this, my needs were taken care of well. It is perfectly located close to the best places for a tourist, malls, public transport restaurants & supermarkets. Abidos is complete value for money.

Overall a decent stay. The room service guy called Zain was particularly good. Always on time with room service. Hotel allowed check in early so that was a bonus. The balcony was a little dirty but rectified after telling the cleaner. Tried breakfast but it was too average and not enough options. Close to mall of Emirates and Lulu shopping mall.

Beautiful hotel

Nice hotel, good setting, easy to access most parts of the city from about. A small walk away from metro station and mall of the Emirates which is handy. Room cleaned daily. Staff friendly but the biggest let down is the breakfast. Really poor selection and juices are nearly always empty, that needs to be improved on.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Dubai, if you plan having friends visiting you dont try staying here, you will be embarrassed. Most appliances are old and rickety too, I didnt enjoy my stay a bit there, had to check out to another hotel before my stay was over and worst case they refused to give me a refund of my money! Abides is a No No for me Id never recommend them to anyone

The hotel was just fabulous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living cut dining room was large enough to accommodate around 10 people. The kitchen was utilitarian with all gadgets and devices. The service was impeccable too.

Big apartment rooms with all amenities like fridge, Washing machine, oven, induction, basic utensils etc. Location is good, very close to mall of emirates. Swimming pool, gym, spa are well maintained.

Great location as it was a few minutes walk to Emirates shopping mall. Hotel staff were friendly but our floor was too noisey especially after midnight. There were also too many flies and mosquitoes. We had to complain about the toaster and kettle which did not work. The washing machine was too old and we had to call the staff just to come and open the door of the washing machine each time we used it. The bathroom was not clean to my satisfaction and the drainage system was very poor. I wont stay there again.

I am planning to move there from my current hotel, in two days. I have visited the hotel and checked the room before I book it and pay deposit, and it was amazing, specious and clean! Hopefully they give me free breakfast and nice view room for this review.. 😅

Excellent upkeep of the rooms, house keeping is pretty good. Room sizes are perfect, staff is ok nothing special about them. Location is good, near to supermarket, restaurants and of course Mall of Emirates, metro station. Parking spaces are too cramped and there is no valet. One has to fiddle with luggage while parking the car during check-in. Overall decent value for money.
