We have used this hotel many times over the last two years. It is a great venue and the pool side service is amazing thank you Banjo. He knows us and what we want before we even know what we want! He knows what we like to drink and roughly what time and he appears to ask if we would like to make our order. Outstanding service. He really knows how to look after his clients.

Stunning property on the Palm Jumeirah. I love the classy feel of the hotel and how well trained the staff are. Everyone makes you feel welcomed, from the valet to the pool attendants.I’ve been here a few times and I can say that their service isn’t a fluke, it’s constantly great.We had a great time at the pool. They have a family pool which is quite big and more importantly, they have an adults pool only. This separate pool for us grown ups makes a huge difference because it’s more peaceful and you can really relax and unwind.

We ate at Social by Heinz Beck. A first class experience. Everything was perfect... the setting... spacious, the music ... discrete, the service... couldnt fault it and the food... innovative, inspiring and utterly delicious. A really top notch experience. We went during the restaurant week for summer surprises so had a really good deal. The only eek was the arrival of some noisy toddlers half way through the meal. When will people understand that 10pm is not a time for toddlers to be up... even less in a restaurant - so selfish - on every level.

Excellent experience every time, even in the blistering heat of July. Palm Avenue is a good place to chill. Service has improved with the new option to order all kinds of stuff on your phone. Really good. Service was lighting fast, Dara took excellent care of us. He always knew when it was time to refresh our drinks and order something 👍🏻

The new room had more than we could have asked for. From two balconies with Palm View to a large bathroom with double shower and bathtub and a living room. The quality of materials is very high.Pearl ClubWe recommend to book the Pearl Club rooms. Here it is possible to have breakfast in a relaxed environment with a beautiful view over the palm tree. The staff were simply wonderful. Especially Tracy from concierge who went out of her way to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is a classic old school charm. Beautiful pool with direct access to the private beach. Well appointed rooms with a nespresso machine. Highly recommended

Stayed in this hotel in Mar 2018. The hotel is nice and clean. Great view. Always nice lounge and other facilities. Food is good too, especially the breakfast buffet. Spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas.One down side of this hotel is that it takes quite a bit of time to drive into the Palm Jumeriah.

The breakfast was rich in flavors and hospitality. The chef Clive and his team greeted us with generous mix of almost home made taste. It felt like home with our friends. For my wife and I we now have a new spot for the weekend to enjoy a relaxed morning breakfast and a vacation next to our home

The property offers overall really good facilities and the rooms are as you would expect. The adult pool is a great way to avoid noise from the main one and offers a good opportunity to relax. The food choice both at breakfast and dinner (buffet) is descent although not overwhelming in comparison with similar establishments (incl. Waldorf DIFC).

We came for day pass for the hotel, the waiter Thomas & Islamjon was so nice in the adult pool, very taking care.

The service was wonderful. From room service to housekeeping. The room was large and had a spacious balcony and dressing area. The beach area was nice and quiet. They serve free mini smoothies and ice pops during the day. Shout out to Raoul and Resto from the beach area who made sure we were pleased with the service. The hotel has 2 pools one was adults only and one for families. The water temperature was so refreshing specially after a swim in the hot sea. We will definitely consider staying at Waldorf Astoria the palm next time we are in Dubai.

Fantastic experience at a wonderful hotel! The staff were excellent throughout the hotel & the hotel pools & grounds were welcoming.There could be a couple more restaurants on site to complete the culinary experience but what was on offer was of good quality.

Great facility and an even greater team. From the time you drive in for the first time to when you successfully check out, you are treated with courtesy. The concierge team helped plan our daughters 5th birthday without a hitch. She loved the decor, balloons and cake (I loved the cake as well 😀). Oh lets not forget the complimentary flowers they gifted her. We enjoyed our stay at the facility and we will surely return (God willing).

An amazing experience in truly one of the best resorts in the palm. The staff is very kind and helpful, the pool, gym and other amenities are sublime. The suite was dreamy and the food was exquisite. Personally loved the Lao restaurant, its a must try.The 1 star deduction is because phone calls for in room dining, laundry etc. were not very responsive and sometimes didnt pick up.But overall I loved the stay.

This hotel is overestimated! Could be any anonymous hotel, not from the Waldorf Astoria brand. I am since 20 years a Diamond mwmber, never was treated so lousy. Gave me only the minimal upgrade they were obliged. Called it sea view, was to the road side. Denied lounge access - never happened before. This must be policy from the management. The fish stinks from the head. Colleagues, stay away!But some of the staff are really nice and helpful.The breakfast room is overcrowded with queueing. Charme of a buffet restaurant in a railway station.The situation is in the middle of nowhere. You can leave only by taxi (except a shuttle bus to Nakheel Mall 3 times a day).Now on my personal black list.

Came for a day at the spa and was granted access to the hotel facility. Pool area was quite serene which I loved. Everything about this place just seem to calm my nerves . Dara made it more perfect with a gentle touch service. He is so accommodating, always made sure everything was fine with me from time to time which is such a good impression I would never forget!

This place is just amazing from the entrance, to the lobby, the staff (Maurizio, Kate, Marija and others) all are very very respectful, professional, and friendly. The food verity was amazing, the jacuzzi and health facilities were nice. The room was spacious and the attention to details is just impeccable! Must get the King Deluxe with sea view. It eclipse all other places Ive been too. The bathroom is suite by itself, the bathrobes were so soft and indulging that I even bought myself a bathrobe from the one and only gift shop where you can buy Waldorf Astoria authentic items, I even had my name embroidered on it, Yes its over a hundred dollars but its very well worth it. This place is a great great getaway 👌, super highly recommend!!!

I went there for the pool day with my friend. The staff at the beach were so friendly. Our waiter Dara and Sheran so friendly and engaging. Dara gave us excellent recommendations on food and beverages 😀Giving us the best recommendations. Also Pradeep made us the best drinks! The staff are top class and truly care about delivering outstanding service!

I went for a pool day alone today and it was lovely! Nasir was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for me at the pool/beach section. Such a relaxing place would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, truly couldn’t have been any better. The service is impeccable. Dara and Thomas at the pool/beach area made it so comfortable for us, and I can’t wait to see them again! The cleaning staff were as genuine as well, especially Sangam and Das. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the palm!

This was such a beautiful resort and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. The view is absolutely stunning and we watched better sunsets from our balcony here than in Maui! Take advantage of the diamond lounge! Hanging out there in the evenings with my husband was probably the best part of our trip! Its just so nice!

Perfect place if you want to spend the day around the pool side. Great place for families with kids. They have a great kids play area indoors . Shisha is good . The only drawback , the pool and kids play zone closes at 6 .

(she never asked us to review her and we got the name only on the receipt after check out), thank you so much for for assistance, you represented the hotel greatly! I really love it.Hotel room was big and tidy.Food is delicious 🤤 and it’s a buffet. There was an Indian night abs the servant was so nice and event gave us a greeting card afterwards.There is Italian restaurant with a Michelin’s chef.The beach is super close to the hotel and clean, the staff on the beach are doing a great job- bringing water, covering the towel without you asking them.Service is really good.We changed many hotels during our Dubai vacation and service here was one of the best!I do Definitely recommend this hotel.Thank you, people who work there for your dedication, good job! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. There room and facilities are top notch. When you step out into the pool area, I appreciated the fact there were two pools. One for families and the other for adults. I have also tried various restaurants on the property which exquisite as well. The staff are beyond accommodating and extremely helpful. The property has such a tranquil atmosphere that it will be hard to leave.

Great hotel service and building design, very clean and organized, staff are friendly and helpful “specially reception, concierge, PA”, Great pool and beach area. Only down side is it’s far from everything, it takes around 15 min just to get from the hotel in palm Jumeirah to the main Dubai area. If they can create a shortcut to the main city it would be an easy 5 stars.

The Hotel was clean beautiful, the staff in the reception were amazing, the breakfast and dinner buffet was fabulous especially the Indian night.

We are really enjoying the hospitality and service at Waldorf Astoria the Palm especially at the swimming pool.Especially the service of OLA, DARA, and ISLOMJON is the best. They are so helpful.

The Buffet in the Evening wasnt that good, the restaurants in the hotel were pretty good, the pool was much too warm and not deep at all. The Service was perfect, we had Sam as Assistant and she was very very nice. The Rooms were really good and our room was cleaned very nice every day, our service man for the room was nadin, he was very gentle and nice too.

Stayed for 2 nights in a king room. The accommodation was very nice in fact one of the best rooms Ive stayed in. Pool, beach amazing, clean and well tended. Food was equally good. Not a 5 star rating because some of the outside areas are poor; broken furniture and overgrown. If the guests can see areas they should be in a proper state.

Had a privilee day here such a nice hotel the staff Thomas & Islomjon looked after us all day with complimentary towels and water, taking our orders and generally just great care taken. This hotel has an Adult only pool as well as a big pool for adults and children.

I checked in with my family in Pearl Club sea view room with access to Club Lounge. I always go for room type with Club lounge access whenever we spend weekend getaway in Dubai. So far this is the very first awful experience I had with a 5 star hotel like Waldorf. I was enjoying the waldorf special salad and I almost got sick when I found a dead fly in the salad! Mark, the Guest Services Manager offered us a late checkout 4pm however the Pearl Club reception did not allow us to get inside the lounge! This has made our experience even more disappointing!

Was recommended by Dara to visit, its was a beautiful day and nice, the chicken nuggets was soft, tender and crispy as well the bangbank chicken was amazing and the waiters (Restu, Thomas, Victor) were friendly also the bartender (Thanvir) was helpful to replace our smoothie after my son spilled it and the Manager (Nick) check on us before leaving, it was very humble gesture which is very much appreciated.

I went to the Waldorf Astoria for a pool&beach day, and it’s was amazing !The building is so beautiful, inside the decorations is just incredible and feel in a real Palace.The staff was really professional answering to all of my requests and specially for the staff from the swimming pool, i had a real luxury treatment, they are available and listening. Specially Sir Borzo, how refill all the water and make sur every one had all.Thank you for this great times.
