Location wise its good. Near to shopping centers, supermarkets and Metro station . Hotel wifi is not tht good , its keep on dropping the signal. Rooms are good and clean. Front desk staff are so friendly mainly staff name Mr Rajiv.

I was stay 3days in versailles hotel Room was nice but cleanness poor carpet dirty housekeeping guys who cleaning the room poor cleaning . second day i was asking House keeping guy i need water bottle so he saying front office not calling him about any water bottle so i can not give you any water bottle i was confused ok then i was calling in front office he told me that they only provide 2 water bottle only in check in time thats it so if you want its charge able i was shocked really i am staying here for 3 days and 4 nights and they only provide 2 small bottle . Even at the room cleaning time they not clean proper even they not clean washroom as well so i was call again hk guy he came just dry mop thats it i thought omg they are so lazy . Guys please if you going this hotel confirm first 😂otherwise next day you think they will give you water botlle complimentary so they will say no ..

I had a very bad experience dated 29 april 2021. Its just a matter of 15 ead extra fee in a receptionist that they call us in the middle of the night to ask if we already pay for that. Common! They not able to wait in the morning or before check out? If we pay or not????Its irritating at all and I will never recommend this to all my friend that the customer service is really bad. And also not even single word to say an apologize the reception guy. ZERO RATE!!!!!!!!

Any knowledge of hospitality industry? And they replied, “you didn’t buy the hotel. You paid for a service, complaint if you don’t like!Those guys humiliated me in front of my wife and kids and the teenager son. Srinam, the assistant manager, was waving with his hands saying, “do whatever you want, write wherever you want, I don’t care!” “I’m the only one in charge here!” Is this real? A hotel’s reputation in the hands of such guys without any supervision? And Agoda, your rate is 8.2, are you serious?They are very rude, lacking any kind of welcoming or understanding guests’ needs.My story began with a receptionist called Agam made me confused about who is allowed to stay in the room (2 adults one child he claimed). I asked him to save my day, stop talking and proceed with one guest. He assaulted me verbally and when I mentioned I’ll complaint. He replied “Do it! Write whatever you want... very good for you! And other provocative comments. I complained to the Assistant manager, but he was so rude either! I asked him if there is someone who I can talk with, and he said: “I’m the only one responsible here!”.He prevented me from helping my guest with her luggage to the room! He said we will do that. When I asked him why their service takes so much time. He said: “It’s none of your business!!! And write this online… go and write whatever you want.I told them, guys, you can’t be in hospitality! I’m an editor and will write about such abuse in newspapers. Srinam said, do it, we don’t care for what you do.Can this treatment be in a tourist city like Dubai??How this can happen in Dubai??? Its a good hotel, near to both Union and Al Rigga metro stations. We initially planned for 2 days stay, but then extended it for the entire trip of 7 days.

Wouldnt recommend for people looking for a user friendly hotel.1. Housekeeping rules is room needs to be cleaned after 3 days which makes the room too dirty.2. Reception not very friendly.3. Breakfast options too limited,indians get different option than the rest.Pros its located to accessible shops of deira and hotel allows outside food which is very nice.

Interior is really gorgeous. Lovely spacious room and very nice walk in shower bathroom. Located in Deira so about ten mins away from everything but worth it for the price and quality of room. Valet service also available and basement parking which is very convenient and well run

1. Do not expect for any emergency maintenance repairs works after you check in ( while we were staying , there was a failure in the bathroom exhaust fan. We have informed at the reception, then the maintenance technician came and removed it for replacing. But the next day he installed it back saying there was no spare. No further repairs works done untill the last day of check out)2. There is a TV in every room, but most channels are in Arabic only. No any Indian channels available.3. Wifi is available and speed is good4. One of the receptionists seems trouble in having good and friendly communication with the customers. Felt rude sometimes.5. During 15 days of stay, I have seen the two lifts working together only for 4 days. Only one was in service during first 10 days of stay6. Consuming the snacks and beverages arranged inside the rooms are additionally chargeable and expensive.7. Housekeeping is good.

The dinner was chicken fried rice. It was one of the worst fried rice I had in my life.It was filled with pepper and green chilly. Whoever adds green chilly in fried rice.The duty manager doesnt wear formals or suit. He wear a jeans and t shirt.

The room was okaythe problem was the hidden charges. no one informed us about the snacks on top of the counter are for sale. very rude receptionist. will not recommend at all. one more is that early in the morning theres some guy whos talking over the phone outside our door. its annoying and the room was not sound proof at all. very disappointing

Hotel furniture is good. All utilities are average or below. Internet is horribly bad in coverage and speed. AC is not cold enough and shower is not hot enough. Hotel management is trying to be smart by being cheap and operating the utilities with lower capacity such as one compressor out of 4 for AC and no heater. Ive been in much better hotels that are 3 stars and cost much less.

The hotel is not 4 stars.The restaurant has only 2 options: Indian food or grill chicken with fries. The breakfast lacks of options also.The swimming pool and gym were closed (all other hotels in Dubai had swimming pool and gym open)They don’t make up bed, only once per week.The internet is very unstable.

*Place:*- Rooms are nice, renovated and clean but super super duper tight and small, i appreciate the house keeping and hate the architect.- Rooms are hell small man! (Again).*Services:*- Staff are polite but not very welcoming or trying to do thier best to help.The reception guys they just want to dismiss u, not much helpful, if they didnot understand your english they will not tell u and they will send u to thier manager!! The most important thing for them is to accept the least and bare minimum they give u in return to your money and to leave them alone ASAP!- Restaurant quality is poor , materials poor, food quality poor, cooking poor, prices high, variety poor and service is acceptable.- Laundry is pretty expensive, yet private alternatives are around u.*Facilities:*- They have free parking, so awesome for car rental tourists cuz Parking in Dubai is a serious budget.- U are surrounded by shops and walking distance from Ghorarir mall, carreffour, pharmacies and the underground.- Pool and gym are closed - they say it is for covid and they are for free.- Internet is 0.5 MBs for downloads which is almost 8 Mbits, and same for upload, not bad at all.- They have fire alarams and smoke detectors working and in good condition.

This hotel was amazing and awesome. We checked out there yesterday. The room cleaning is exellent and neat. The receptionist was good service and we enjoyed a lot with our friends there.And morning food was super and we enjoyed a lot there. And thank you for your service.

Comfortable and cosy set up. Me and my friend took a twin bed accommodation for our 3day stay and were quite satisfied. The room condition, furniture, and the general cleanliness was very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a restaurant also available in the same Hotel which is open 24hrs for food. Again a very satisfying and comfortable stay.

With some ignorance I would give a 4 star review to this hotel which has significantly improved the facilities, interiors and services.Nevertheless the rooms are not sound proof at all. My room was just separated from the neighbouring with a think wooden door(always locked 😊) but the TV sound late in the night is nothing to be stopped just by locking it up!Breakfast, cutlery and dishes with broken edges are also some ignored facts.Management: you have done a lot but still some more left, please.Location is very convenient for public transport and shopping centres in Dubai, Deira.

Very poor customer service and a very rude security guard. We checked in and s was not informed of a specific extra charge, plus the front desk on the day we checked out was also very rude with very poor customer service and bad manner. Why do does this hotel hire such arrogant employees from the guard on duty 7-23 evening to the front desk / receptionist on duty 7-24-2020 afternoon. Bad internet service, low quality totally.

It was good and pleasent hotel worth for what I payed. Rooms were clean tidy ans spacious. Staff quite friendly and helpfull. One thing that disapointed me was they dont have hot water running in bathrooms which ruined my stay by taking cold showers in such winters.

Location is not good at all. It is not on main road but in between two main streets and not easy to find without GPS . Rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. Complementary water is not available. Breakfast buffet is very poor although it is included in the room rate.

VFM hotel..

An excellent hospitality and the help provided was tremendous. The service in the restaurant was excemplory. Anyone can stay peacefully in Dubai in Versailles as we will have homely environment.

Slow wifi internet connection in hotel (only 1mbps speed) , they clam that this hotel is 4 star but as per google ratings it is 3 star hotel, in regret for booking this hotel for 6 night, gym of the hotel is like a laundry room no equipments in gym max 2 to 3 people can workout at the time.

We had a wonderful time here for a week. The rooms were really clean, we were looked after whenever we wanted. The breakfast was very rich and various. The check-in process could have gone a little bit faster but other than that everyne was nice and friendly, it was a good experience.
