It was a very good experience overall. The rooms were very classy, neat, clean and sanitized. The food variety was excellent. The pool day experience was very good and poolside food and drinks were of highest quality. The staff we have interacted with was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Gran Hyatt Duabi is highly recommended

Im giving one star as unfortunately 0 star wasnt the options. I paid 1000 Durham for one night stay with my toddler and I have been informed that baby milk would be complimentary. First night I had been served with a baby milk and I forgot to tip the room service. Which in return on my second day asking for a milk they said 25 Dirhams. Considering it a matter of principle not for the money, I explained the room service the milk is complimentary. For that he had the whole interview with me. In short the staff is very greedy. Make sure you have enough tips to make them happy as they cant make guests happy without tips, or less tips. I feel like Im living in a fish market. It was really crowded. If youre looking for a relax and calming holiday this hotel would be a wrong choice. I planned to stay here for 13 days but I cancel it in 4 days and move to Sheraton. They made me feel embarrassed. The staff is untrained and only behave well when you show them currencies. Be very careful.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Grand Hyatt is the best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai, the place is amazing and customer service is excellent. The vegetation inside and outside makes it a great getaway destination. Went there with my girlfriend for our 1st anniversary and it was just amazing. The staff was really helpful and they gave us a complimentary cake and a bigger room.The food is very nice we head great time for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is excellent as you can use the local metro which is just around the corner to see all of Dubai. The hotel staff are wonderful and always ready to help. Bikash the pool attendant is always ready to help you around the pool area and make your stay more comfortable. We had a beautiful pool facing room which was nice and big and room service was excellent. The food is lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. A+++++

Terrible service at such a prestigious chain. Very disappointed with the attitude and absolutely zero interest to be of any help. After asking to speak to the manager, they made us wait for 2 hours and finally said everybody has work and not sitting free to speak to you!! We were told if we would like to speak to someone senior we should go to the reception and ask them for customer service! This is while we were sitting in the restaurant in the middle of drinks and had been waiting for dinner for over 2 hours. Finally someone came over to speak to us, was very rude and not interested, without a name tag and when we asked his name, he walked away. Asked multiple servers who refused to give his name and said we do not know the name. How do you not know the name of your manager?? Had to walk to find him outside the restaurant and finally learnt his name was Muhammad Tageldan. Being in the service industry myself, I strongly believe the highest recall value a brand can have is the experience, even more than quality itself. After my last experience at Grand Hyatt Dubai, I would not recommend it to any anyone.

The service and facilities are amazing. Their turnaround maintenance for exercise machines are slow however. Still, top notch experience.

This place is my second home, first choice wherever I travel is the Hyatt group due to the exceptional level of service and standards this exact location has given me, the treatment I have found cannot be matched to the most luxurious places, it will always have a dear place in my heart, although I havent been there recently but I will always choose it as the place to stay, I was them from the opening till 2011 as a regular guest and they never made me feel as a guest, it was as if I was walking into my own home, I would rarely visit now a days, still the same great atmosphere I have experiences through out the years, cheers all

Definitely the best place to stay at in Dubai if you want a quick get away! We always have a pleasant time whenever we stay. The facilities are excellent and the customer service is amazing! Shivam, Pritam, and Jenny from the hotel were very polite and helpful to us; they gave us cake on our last day, too! Anand at the Marketplace is very commendable as well. We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family looking for a quick getaway! Cheers!

An excellently managed, well-situated hotel that welcomes its guests with an outstanding service and grand hospitality. The staff has been very attentive and polite giving us and our two small children and wonderful timeout. Our spacious room offered a mesmerising view of the Dubai skyline. Needless to say that the housekeeping team offered a friendly and engaging service to make sure our special needs were met instantaneously and made us feel at-home after returning from our adventure-packed day trips. We were also very happy about the many dining options this hotel has to offer. The breakfast and dinner buffets give you a grand choice of freshly prepared continental, Arabian and Indian dishes. We also enjoyed the fact that you can enjoy your breakfast buffet in different restaurants which kept us out of long queues during rush hour. Our children especially loved the kids pool and shaded baby pool area as well as the walks around the huge indoor garden area with artificial streams, ponds and waterfalls. For kids above 4 years we can warmly recommend spending some time at the Kids Club. Our daughter is usually shy but had a great time there with lots of crafts activities and baking her own cookies. Theres also a number of small shops to be found on the lower floor. The hotels own pharmacy provided us with all of the small necessities such as diapers and baby care products. Travelling around Dubai is no problem as you can just grab a taxi at the main entrance. To Dubai Mall it takes you about only 10 minutes at a quite fair rate of 25 AED. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This was my first time staying at a 5 star hotel in downtown Dubai. This grandeur hotel is absolutely gorgeous from its rainforest interior and ship styled interior, to its global cuisines! Loved the pools and amenities provided. Hotel staff were friendly, cooperative and went over board to make mine and my families stay comfortable! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place with a Royal touch, sparklingly clean wash rooms and an huge parking area, they have got the best swimming pool & the gym equipment are maintained soo well... The Vaccination Centre took me by surprise on 1st.September where it was well laid and organised and made the public so comfortable that no one felt the injection pass through. At the entrance a lady ushered us very politely that brings great repute to the administration of this Vaccine centre and speedily every one was treated well with care. Thank you all for your Care.

The Grand Hyatt really made our stay special in Dubai. We can totally recommend to stay here. From our perspective the hotel is offering the best value for money.Really outstanding was the breakfast and dinner at the market place restaurant of the hotel:Breakfast: On the egg station you could choose from fried, boiled to scrambled or poached eggs. Fresh fruits like watermelon, pineapple, avocado and strawberry’s where available. For the sweet tongue you could choose the tasty and fresh made pancakes, waffles or crepes with different toppings. Additionally, you could choose between different warm options like dumplings, fried noodles, baked beans or falafel.Dinner: For dinner you had the same fresh fruits and tasty sweets. Additionally, you had Italian, Indian oriental dishes for choice. The pizza and Indian Curry was delicious. Next to food also drinks where included from white wine, red wine, beer to vodka or rum and soft drinks. The drink options where great, as alcohol is quite expensive in Dubai.Restaurant Service: The service was just out of this world!!! Friendly and happy waiters took care for your well-being. They created us a unique experience, as we received even a farewell cake at our last dinner and nice banana crepe on our last breakfast. Everyone was super nice and interested in making your stay great.Special Thanks goes to Rajeen as he is perfectly managing the restaurant and built up a great team around him. Very special thanks to Faiz and Mahmoud who are the best waiters in Dubai and created a smile on our face every day.Room Service: The room as spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly cleaned every day. Water bottles and fresh fruits where complementary. When we celebrated the birthday of my sister, we received a tasty chocolate cake. We could always call the room service in case we needed something additionally.Pool and Spa: the spa is splitted for women and men. It has different saunas, steam bath and jacuzzi. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 12 days with my family. There was seven of us in total including infant twins. I was extremely disappointed on the first night upon arrival with the experience we encounteredwith reception staff. They was an issue with room booking and we were requested to pay an extra £1200 for a different room. We reassured them that we would make the payment the following morning as our credit cards could only be used 24 hours after arrival. As a couple who had travelled from the UK to Abu Dhabi and then Dubai with 5 children we were extremely tired and exhausted from the long journey. However the assistant manager Jyoti was exceptionally rude and she was persistent that we could not carry on with our stay if we didnt make a payment. After asking to speak to a senior manager, he was abit more empathetic and understanding, he allowed us to pursue the night taking both our passport in. The following morning we made the additional payment and had our passports back. I would kindly like to give feedback to the reception staff to be abit more gentle and understanding when dealing customers especially when they have had a long trip.Our room was very spacious and big and it was cleaned every single day, with fresh sheets, towels and plenty of mineral water was provided for us. The room cleaning team were amazing.The kids loved the pool area, the pool was clean, plenty of lifeguards around always keeping an eye out. All the poolside staff were great. I would like to say thank you to Bikash who was always there to help us setting the sunbeds. I cannot Remember all the staff but Simon, Rem, ganga and many were were extremely helpful. I met some of the loveliest staff members ever. Each and every member at the poolside were exceptional with their hard work in providing us a good time. Thank you.Furthermore, the restaurant food was top of the range. They was a wide range of cuisines to choose from, Indian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Arabian dishes etc... The food was very delicious and flavoursome. The deserts were out of the world. The one thing I miss alot is the Date Pudding. The Date pudding is one of the best puddings I have ever tasted made by this hotel. The breakfast menu was delightful with plenty to choose from english breakfast, Indian, cereals, pancakes and lots more. Bikal, Raju, Edgar nikhita and many more restaurant staff were amazing. Always checking on us if we need a top up of drinks. I would like to thank Rajeev who was exceptional who always ensured were were given a good table and taken care of. Rajeev always sent chicken nuggets, pizzas and ice cream to our table. Thank you for taking care of us and making my kids happy. I am very grateful to the staff who made our Last night special. Mary Jane, anand, rabil were very kind to send us off with a lovely chocolate cake written bon voyage.Thank you to the staff that helped us get a taxi everytime we needed one and helped us with our pushchair.Very thankful to the manager who gave us a complementary day at the kids zone as a kind gesture. I appreciate it very much. The Kids zone was fantastic. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves with plenty of activities to choose and play from Xbox, PlayStation etc... thank you to Aliya and all the other staff members for taking care of the kids. They had a very good time.Thankful to the senior manager who was kind enough to allow us to check out late as our flight was the following morning. This hotel has some of the loveliest people with great personalities working there. Always ready to help with a smile on their face.Overall our stay was very good, other than the issue we experienced the first night everything else was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is child friendly and everyone is great except the reception staff.

I am globalist hayat loyality member and in This Hotel specificly they always play around my privilages,as This level of membership loyality grant me an upgrade on my reservation to a suit it seems like they have a hiden agenda as they wait me to tell them about my membership and ask for my upgrade and some times they told me no suit available and when I just want to cancel my reservation out of no where they told me oooh we have one Sir!?I really dont get it isnt the Hotel industry all about Creating customer loyality!!Isnt about exceeding the customer expectationI always feel the hustle and the ways of the customer services or even the reservation desk as they are just trying to over smart me on away or even just dont care about my comfort.Very bad experience for me.

Excellent place, it was rather busy, staff were all wonderful, a stand out customer focussed guy was Hazem in the restaurant. He made our stay feel extra special. Only dropped points are around parking - no valet parking.. for a hotel of its calibre, Id expect this - I found the parking experience a bit of a pain point. Lovely rooms, great service, enjoyed the food.

Everything is class and top service from start to finish. From check in, the staff are so helpful and friendly, no dramas if you ask for late check out, if its not highly occupied they will accommodate, the rooms are so cosy and relaxing, the dinner and breakfast buffet in the market café are top quality, doesnt feel they are skimping at all. The childrens pool with the waters slides is one of the best in Dubai for young kids. You cant fault it.

Had such a fun time with my family at this hotel! The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse and delicious! The wait staff worked hard, and short of a slight time issue with the service (probably due to how busy it was!), they were very welcoming. Overall, had a great stay!

Very large hotel with great facilities. Lots of pools for adults and kids. Rooms are of a good standard, large in size and clean. Concierge are excellent as are the other staff. Breakfast can be a bit of a wait depending on what time you go. Only downside is the location. Ideally need a taxi to get around. Metro is about 8-10min walk. Depending on the time of year that might be manageable. Recommended if you get it at a good price.

It was a great experience staying at Grand Hyatt hotel. They have nice facilities such as outdoor, indoor swimming pool, kids pool, sauna and gym with a variety of equipments. Excellent staffs!! Specially Manos from check in counter helped us with a genuine smile to make us feel comfortable, Mohamed (spa attendant) was very friendly, attentive and kept checking on all the guest with professional manner. Sweet and beautiful experience. Thanks for all staffs!!😊

A fabulous hotel.Dubai has several 5star hotels but often when I visit its just the ratings that make them 5start but not the service or the amenities or the food.It was my first visit to Grand Hyatt and i am already looking forward to my next visit to this property.Every thing was perfectThe rooms are spacious with excellent views of either skyline or creek. We stayed with skyline view which was magnificent.The hospitality is unprecedented they really do take care of their guestsThe breakfast and dinner buffet both were sumptuous with wide variety of food to die for.Overall i would want to extend my regards to the team who took care of us during our visit.Looking forward to meeting you all again.

Great hotel with great service, good food and very nice swimming pools. Excellent concierge service. The rooms very spacious. Some construction just behind the pool but it is visible only from the room (if your room is on that side) and it doesn’t bother.A special thanks to Abdallah from reception, he managed well our check-in, as we had a booking issue via an agency. Overall experience was very good. The only thing that we were upset with was the booking management, but in the end everything was settled.

This company lacks professionalism. They have double standards. We have shown proof from our travel agents about rooms and bookings only to be told by the reception a different story. Becareful booking with them as you could end up waiting hours for absolutely nothing with very poor explanations about why they cant provide the service they claim to provide. A warning to people who want to book here

This hotel is one of the best hotel you stay near medical city , bur Dubai8 different cuisine form sushi , Indian , Arabic and Italian .Very clean rooms , environment and friendly and helpful staffAll staff are trained professionally .Regular cleaning , every where in the hotel hygiene and sanitaizing. Can you believe it?Because of food? She told us she will call the security?😂😂😂 where in-fact she can talk to us properly without shouting. I think she needs calming medicine. She’s ruining Grand Hyatt. The mother even told us “I feel sorry, it’s haram. I want you guys to eat” she took food for us but because Ms Sukaina has a bad eyes, we decided not to eat.It’s just a good but she act so mean.

True 5-stars hotel. Rooms are pretty nice, but a bit dated. Ive found that city view room is very attractive even if much cheaper than garden. Food is superb. Outdoor pool clean and nice. Service is top notch. WiFi pretty stable. I would say that walking around hotel is a bit complicated since almost no pedestrian infrastructure here.

Now have visited the Grand Hyatt twice as day pass with the family. Facility is really nice; there is pool to meet everyone needs; kids pool is amazing; guarantee your kids will ask to come back! I didn’t give the 5 star because the kids club is closed. But looking forward to com back again. Price is good; check out Groupon for coupon!

A wonderful hotel set in an oasis in the middle of Dubai. Many nice restaurants, but my favourite place to visit there is the Panini coffee shop.

Very nice hotel with exquisite interior and high quality of service. The garden on hotels territory is gorgeous - you can find peafowls sitting on trees. The gym and swimming pool are nice and convenient, personal is friendly and helpful. The car show exhibiting supercars that is hosted outside pleased my heart a lot! Thanks for a great vacation!

Its a huge place. Very nice to stay especially for business. The restaurants are amazing especially their gluten free and Keto options. Very healthy and very well restricted chefs. The rooms are amazing and the walk outside is a must.

Stayed in many hotels in Dubai but Grand Hyatt experience was the best ever experience. Room was so nice, swimming pools were outstanding and breakfast was just superb, great room service & house keeping. Nice indoor ambience, kids area. Fast forward from our last stay in 2019 to 2021 this has to still be one of the best hotels to stay in Dubai with fantastic A class service. The staff in the restaurant market place are amazing and go begond expectations. Below are some of the names we could note down. Waiters = Mahmood , Hazem, Lissa (amazing!), Maredene from Korea (or Stephane) also the blue suit management they made sure we were happy. Thank you to others we could not note down.

Had lunch at an amazing restaurant, the collective at the Grand Hyatt. This hotel has the most incredible vibe to it and the running water and scenery around you just add to the experience. Its a place that I would definitely want to do a staycation in.

The Hyatt resort property in Dubai... Opened in 2005... Sixteen years on, it still looks new and inviting.

So on the first night we were charged £1200 extra for the night because we had 2 infant, Joyti in the reception made us feel very un welcomed and was very rude, being from uk it take 24 hours for our card to work abroad and she was threatening us that we cant continue our stay, next day we spoke to Mr verma and discussed that the £1200 will cover FB and we shouldnt have any other issues, but after speaking to Raul he said its only halfboard which was disappointing but I just carried on, the restaurant staff rajiv was excellent and had great service throughout but the cook were very rude, the poolside staff were excellent, we asked for a lil decoration for our anniversary but they did not cater at all.. I am really disappointed and this is my last night, I hope no1 else get stung like me

From the moment we arrived I was made to feel very welcome and would describe our holiday as near perfection.I have just completed eight nights here with my son Tom, and cannot find any fault in this hotel. All of the staff go the extra mile and deserve praise but within the dining team Abhi, Rhiannon. Aanand and Rajeev deserve a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would definitely recommend a stay if your heading to Dubai. Even thou I was a Globalist in there loyalty programme, I had the impression that all guests are treated as well, which was great to see.I would add that I found it disappointing how some guests speak down to the staff, everyone should remember respect and manners cost nothing.

Great room, super comfortable beds, amazing facilities! My four year old son thoroughly enjoyed the pools, the slides, the waterfall and tunnel! They also offered us a free upgrade, if we included and extra breakfast and checked us in early! I am grateful to the receptionist, I believe his me was Aziz for going out of his way to accommodate us!

As good as non-beachfront hotels for a family vacation go. Great gardens and a variety of pools outside. And the water temperature is nice and warm. In addition the rooms are large and everything feels high quality.Breakfast had a large amount of variety and the quality is rather good. Their pancake chef probably has the best recipe in Dubai. Its always a good sign when you dont need to visit the egg station and still get full:)

This is not a hotel but zoo, you pay for a quite room but you get dumped somewhere at the end of the hotel with people who has zero respect for your privacy, from early in the morning starting with fast food delivery until evening which the marathon beging, running shouting, then in the middel of the night the furniture moving starts, I have been in many hotels and as loyal customers I have come back to this hotel but I have never seen this mis management hotel what I saw in this zoo, a hotel with more then 1000 room they do not have a room available if you sleep on the side road of highway it will be quieter then this hotel! You contact the front desk with complaining nothing happens… This was my last visit to this hotel, be smart pay more get a beter hotel, I’m gladly moving to versace hotel… never here again.

This place is huge with an awesome greenery theme plus a huge pond as well. The sound of water fall is so peaceful.. serenity feel to it. We were there at abt 11ish am after hospital appointment nearby & was looking for a restaurant to hv lunch.After walking 1 round & checking out restaurants available, we decided to choose the 1st restaurant that opens the soonest as we were hungry, which was WOX (Pan Asian). Check out my review under WOX. ☺️Pls note that IZ & Peppercrab only opens in the evening.

Very family oriented and not a romantic getaway! Pool was disappointing with some construction work over the back fence, constant banging noise. Food is expensive but fairly good. Our room was perfect and very clean. We are globalists so no issue with checkin or out. Club not in operation however you are invited to the buffet with free drinks but no prosecco. Food was not great in the overflow buffet. Food and drinks 6 to 8pm and then no where yo go, but back to your room. Great family holiday hotel.

The whole area is massive, the dish are so flavorful and dainty, huge variety of pools and amiable staff.A great and fun experience, its all worthwhile.Extremely and highly recommended 👌

Love this hotel and I always will do, it is huge yet cozy and thanks to entertainer we always got very good rates.The check in took longer time than last time, but this is due to the increased capacity of guests.The food at the market cafe was tasty, but I feel that number of dishes and options should be increased at Dinner and breakfast.The staff was lovely and professional at all different places, especially Hazem and Kartik who made our breakfast experience rich.

When I have booked stay for my parents which was their first out of nation trip - I wanted to be in best place to stay and grand Hyatt didnt disappoint me as well as my parents.More than me they were super happy with service provided by Hyatt and services availed by my parents.They loved your hospitality, service, food, courteous, lovely welcome whatever it is they loved everything about you guys....Manager / in-charge at the cafeteria was very helpful for them in arranging food n services which made them super happy....They felt peaceful and calm during the stay for 1 week...Thanks team Grand Hyatt, Dubai

I was actually shooked how bad everything else than the service and the hotel room was for a 5 star hotel in Dubai. The service was amazing, 10/10. But everything else, especially the buffé was a dissapointment for a 5 star hotel. There was same buffé everyday without any charges. I have been in Dubai 3 times and the food have always lived up to the hotels rating. A tip, dont take the hotels shisha as its very expensive compared to what you can get outside the hotel.

Amazing family friendly hotel! We were blown away by the number of restaurants and the quality of the food.The rooms were really modern and the pool area was amazing.The best part of the experience was the warmth of the staff. Everyone from the check-in to the cleaning staff were just amazing!Its also about 20 minutes from any must see attractions in Dubai.Well definitely be back next time were in Dubai.

I would say Grand Hyatt being an old property in the heart of Dubai was truly a gem. It was well maintained and clean. The staff all were welcoming and very helpful.Mahmoud in the breakfast area was cheerful, friendly and ready to assist at all times.At the time of check out when I approached the desk they informed me I need to pay for the local (landline) calls which my 20 months old son had called his grandparents to talk. The call charged per minute was AED 8. He had spoken around 15 minutes during the entire stay. So the lady at the desk told me to pay AED 110 which was very very unexpectable. Local Landline calls within Dubai are free all over. But was surprised after knows the amount that was charged at this property.After arguing with the manager (Shadi) he agreed to give 50% discount but still it was high rate ( AED 4 per minute).Hoping I would get the refund back as the management should have informed us prior(while check in) that all calls would be chargeable or they would put a label on the telephone.Thank you !

Visited Hayat Vaccination centre.Good. Systematic coordination. Dont need to wait. And no booking required for second doze Vaccine.

We always visit this hotel for a staycation. Staff are amazing especially Gayan and his outstanding service at the pool.

Fantastic place to stay in Dubai! 5 of 5 for everything: room comfort, restaurants, staff, cleanliness, gym (special thanks - very big and greatly equipped), outdoor pools are very large with plenty of kids entertainment. Will excellently fit both family and business travelers.The only disadvantage would be if you want to use metro - it’s far away. But taxi in Dubai is quite affordable, so it shouldn’t be a problem.True respect to the hotel management. Just one note - anti COVID plexi barriers on reception are useless - nothing heard through them, visitors have to go around them in order to hear the staff. As all wear the masks, if the barriers will be removed it wouldn’t increase infection risk

The Service is amazing and everyone is so nice and helpful. An extra great thank you to Arsie, Rabia, Faheem and Mahmouni from the Breakfast section to do anything possible to fulfill our wishes. Also to Dwayne from the Reception and the whole Concierge crew. Last but not least the Pool crew is amazing. They bring everything you need and are always helpful. No matter how hot it is they are always on the run and make all wishes come true.We will definitely come back!

Absolutely love the grams Hyatt Dubai hence then reasons I have been here now for over 6 months as the spa, pool, restaurants and shops are great as I never had to leave as everything is onsite.

The name matches the place !!! Had an amazing experience in Grand Hyatt , the facilities , view and service is just amazing !! Even the vaccination centres is well managed with full security and safety . Will recommend to visit surely .

Very good service, staff is friendly and attentive. Good location, next to mall. Lots of great amenities, gym, tennis court. Taxis always ready at the front door. Breakfast buffet with lots of choices and quality food. Nothing negative to say.

Its really not fair … that staff not tellling the truth … and have three restaurants… with different levels …. Be careful not to be cheated same what happens to me …. I paid 1000 dhs and take dinner in almanzil … and the hall manger lies to me and said its same restaurant…..i hope any real manager read this review to meet him and explain to him

Went for staycation and had a great experience. Hotel is good with all modern luxuries.

I came to spend a day by the pool, the main outdoor pool wasn’t cleaned at all, you can see the algae around the pool wall’s tiles, water wasn’t cleaned as it was so cloudy.There were not enough lifeguards covering the pool although the dearth of the pool is 2 metersPeople were having KFC by the pool side and the area was smelly makes you feel you are in a mall food court

One of the best hotel to stay in Dubai.As it is close to Dubai airport and commute to any place is easy from this place. One of the prime locations of Dubai city!!. Room service was excellent and amenities in the hotels are top notch. They have fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pools and other recreational facilities. Food here is delicious. Buffet meals had lots of varieties and lot more dishes to choose from. Overall experience of this hotel was exceptional. Loved it!! Will surely prefer this hotel for my future dubai trip.

Hotel is very nice, but the only problem is that they don’t have valet parking + the parkings are so small and hard to park
