A special THANK YOU to Uddhav for his professionalism, kindness and warmth in every situation, he handled it: from the check in to the check out and even after when we had to wait for our flight. Where do I start! I absolutely LOVED staying at the five palm! 24hr room service was a bug plus! The front desk staff are the best I missed my flight 3 times and they always accommodated me. There are always taxis outside if you dont want to rent a car. You never really have to leave the resort because there are tons of food options. There spa is amazing I received the best massage EVER from a little lady name Eku! There are so many different pools if you want to be away from everyone. The rooms are very clean! People are always there to help you with your bags or any questions. It was by far one of my best hotel experiences and I cant wait to go back soon. If you are staying in Dubai go there!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Awful establishment. Highly do not recommend going here. Their staff is incompetent. We had booked a room and their representative had told us that we could pay at the hotel. 3 days prior to us checking in, they cancel my booking because I was supposed to pay online. I was NEVER told this.This ruined our vacation as we were left hanging and all hotel room rates spiked snd we had to pay more.STAY far away.

Visited the Penthouse last night and had such a great time! The food and drinks where amazing and the service from staff was fab. Everything came so quick and we didn’t have to wait about for our food! Would definitely recommend the vegetable spring rolls!! Will definitely go back!

I believe this is one of the busiest hotel in town. Reception and pools with lots of Guests. Valet took 30 minutes return the car.

Good stay but not a great stay for the price. It’s not a hotel I’m going to be back to. Limited gym. EXTREMELY slow service. I actually was in line to talk to a concierge & after 20 minutes (3 concierges were there, none talking to or helping anyone & when I said excuse me no one looked up) I had to call the hotel, get transferred over & tell one to “look up”.Lastly, there are some chairs that require a 2500 Dirham spend. I was asked to move & I wasn’t no allowed to sit there. Every spot was open, not one being used, and I was in fact spending over 2500. No one asked how much I was spending or if I wanted anything. I was just told to move.Very pretty hotel.

It was a great decision to spend Thursday night at Penthouse. Extremely friendly dark long hair beautiful Anna did her best to welcome us. The most carrying waitress Charmaine served us amazingly and was paying attention to all the details of our orders during the entire evening. The food was great! Honestly it is one of the best places to enjoy Dubai with an amazing view! Well deserved 5 starts !

Booked it for the Eid holiday and it was over crowded though and we got our second room ready after waiting for almost two and a half hours. It was my moms birthday. They did provide the cakes and fruit basket for her. Rooms are spacious and lovely. Pools are nicely maintained. Loved the food at the restaurant. But unfortunately their valet parking lost our car. They couldnt locate it for 2 hours. Our dinner that night was ruined due to it. But they made it up by extending our checkout from 12pm to 5pm and also provided us with half board lunch. Its a wonderful place altogether.

The worst experience that I ever had. I had an accident today az someone tried to inter my room and his door key was opened mine. The deputy manager was slow yo react and very weak to do an action. I called the police to stand on this unsecured situation and they immediately interact with the accident. I dont recommend this hotel to those who looking for a family place.

We go to FIVE a lot, especially to the pool, but the music should improve a lot. We were there yesterday Saturday the 25th and the music of the dj was excellent, an elegant style, but the music of today Sunday the 26th is really horrible, the dj only plays songs from 3 years ago, very crude .why that change of a day, to another ? I think if FIVE wants an exclusive style it should correct this.

They rent out cars and never pay back the deposit. You will receive the hotel deposit but not the car rental deposit. They don’t answer their messages en phone calls if you ask about the deposit. This hotel is a scam.

I visited the penthouse at five palm and was blown away. The food, drinks and music were all so so good not to mention the views. Air conditioning on full so you didn’t ruin make up for the ladies (Dubai humidity at its finest). The staff always made sure me and my guests were satisfied and always on hand to assist with any drink orders / questions regarding food with food knowledge of the products. The best place to chill. Staffs are the most hospitable in UAE. You will feel safe due to their strict policy but sensible enough to still enjoy the stay.

Really nice beach and pool area. A bit too crowded at times but the ambiance is nice.The reason i gave it a four star was the excessive prices of having a table or even seating. So my wife and I took to beach chairs next to the people and minimum charge was 1500 AED. Which is a bit too much in my opinion. Otherwise place was great, really tight security which is also assuring. Highly recommended.

What makes the hotel outstanding is the service. I’d not compare the service here with any of the top rated hotels in Dubai. Bvlgari, Address Beach, W the Palm, Caesar’s Bluwaters - none of them stays close. Check in was fast and smooth, the Maiden Shanghai was amazing, the service by the beach and pool bar made me just speechless. Well done!! Simply wow. I didn’t expect that.

There are positive and negative aspects about this hotelI will explain them and you should decide if this is a good choice for you.The view of the hotel is nice and beautiful and some of the people are very kind here.It is very strange that some people are not friendly at all.Our room had very bad smell and I told them two times , no one showed up to repair.We paid more than few thousands euros but the first week we had to wait between 10 to 15 minutes when we wanted to eat breakfast.They took us to a small restaurant in another side of the hotel so I had to complain because we had no buffet there.After that, they gave us a table and we did not wait for a long time.There was a kind woman who always treated us well when we were there.They have many guests and one of the elevator is normally out of service.this also cause you to wait for some time.Some of the staffs, specifically in a higher position do not act very friendly and I have experience for very bad treatment from someone in reception.I should also mention that some of them are kind and friendly specifically lower workers and waiters who are very kind and respectful.One more point is about taking taxi in front of the hotel. They charged us too much and I complained because I noticed the high amount of difference with other taxis.Again there was someone who did not respect us and began to discuss but There was a man who was very nice and He said I will take care of your family.In the last two days , I have not paid any extra for our taxi bit very close to the normal fare.I have paid few thousand Euros for this hotel and it did not really kill me to pay few hundreds Derham more for the taxi however I felt very sad when I was treated in non-honest way.At nights, there is much noise in our room but our parents said they do not have such problem.In total, I guess the hotel has many positive potential and I can see that the owner invested on this hotel so I really wish he gains more benefits however the fact that many details were ignored impressed me in a negative way.I assume I may not come here again but we wish happy stay who comes here.

My favourite lounge in Dubai, The Penthouse. Amazing view, good atmosphere and delicious food. We are going there every week for the brunch and pool on Friday. Definitely worth a visit! The place doesn’t look just beautiful outside due to the view, but the inside Neon lounge is as interesting and fun as other areas.

I have to say that at the beginning of this business trip i had some room troubles in this Hotel, but i am extremely happy and surprised how they solve any issue, providing me a room upgrade in 48h. Honestly review: Beautiful hotel, this staff most especially the security, domestic and room service were beyond excellent. The hotel is overpriced there is no perks to being a guest. First come first service for the beach chairs so non guest also come. Nothing is included, so be ready to pay to even sit down. The only reason to stay here is because of the beach. But you’re better of staying downtown close to the marina and coming down here for the beach. Another advice come in the cooler months. It is HOT ! I was there in May.

Nice hotel. Great entertainment and fun can be had here. Rooms could be cleaner and staff could be more polite. If it is busy valet will take up to 1-2 hours to make your car appear and are happy to argue to not allow you park your car yourself. Lobby gets very busy at times. And getting a table at night outside is a myth and staff are rude I’m when rejecting you unless you book in advance. Food is half Decent.
