I do not recall encountering a more dedicated, hands on and courteous team at a 5* hotel than what we experience during the three weeks we stayed there. The breakfast staff and reception staff were flawless; they know exactly how to balance courtesy, service and a sense of belonging. The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina became our home as we moved cities. It seemed that these lovely people worked without a day off. That may just be our perception - perhaps not fact, however our perception mattered to my family and I. If there is truth in our perception then there, behold is the hotels next step - the moral imperative! My ratings are benchmarked against top 5* hotels. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It’s a new hotel, with a stylish modern interior design. Very clean and quiet rooms, rather cozy, very comfy beds. And personnel really makes it-especially girls and guys at reception. Check in and check out literally takes a few minutes.Rooms and public areas are not exactly spacious (but I’m kind of spoiled by my previous stay at Oberoi). High quality and fresh breakfast - but you mostly get the same things every morning, so by the third day you won’t find something new. And not a wide selection for a vegetarian like me. The hotel is located right in the middle of the crowd - Pier 7 is a couple of steps away, Marina Mall is around the corner. It’s a huge plus for most, I guess, but I prefer more quiet locations

I was surprise by the kind approach of the hotel staff. It is a great place to meet your friends in Marina as the hotel has nice location next to the mall and promenade. Staff is very attentive.

Loved the Crown Plaza. I had short but sweet stay. Stuff was great although I haven’t ordered any room service. Only thing that caught my eye was that breakfast isn’t included, so If you want you have to pay. But the view from my room was spectacular, I had stayed only half day so stuff kindly offered me room with the Dubai Marina view.

Am very grateful mainly to the staff who are very friendly. The breakfast here is amazing and the view from the room is something else. The staff here are just so amazing. I receive anything that I need within a few minutes of asking for it. Am definitely coming back here again. Thanks a lot for the amazing work and keep it up.

My, daughter and I stayed here for seven nights while we were in Dubai celebrating our birthdays. This hotel is amazing. The location is spectacular. The breakfast served red every morning was amazing and included in our stay. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the customer service was awesome!

This was possibly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I feel that the staff hospitality and friendliness was what really did it for me. Especially during breakfast! Absolutely beautiful people here and they went out of their way to constantly check in with me to see if all was well. The manager and front desk staff were also incredible.

The hotel is located right on Dubai Marina and next to Dubai Marina Mall. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Mr Edmund in Reception recognized me from a previous visit and made sure my check in went smoothly. Bathroom had a great shower and good shower gel

I had an issue when I checked in for my stay which made me think of cancelling my stay at hotel.but the professionalism and sweetness of room manager (Roula Younes) in handling the situation made me change my mind. and I did not regret it.The hotel is beautiful,clean,lively,vibrant and has a perfect location on the Marina.Breakfast quality was excellent and the Thai restaurant in my opinion serves the best Thai food in Dubai.over all a good value for your money.

I spent 7 nights in Crowne Plaza (Dubai Marina). The hotel is beautifully located, modern and clean. But what makes the whole difference are the staff I dealt with: From Nessie at the reception to Kheroda (Duty Manager) to Roula (Rooms Manager). They are friendly, helpful, understanding and very professional. Crowne Plaza is lucky to have such staff.

The location of the Hotel is great with easy in and out access to sheikh zayed road and on the Marina. Next door to Dubai Marina.The design of the Hotel is unique and really chic. The view from room to Marina was simply relaxing.

The staff at this hotel really make the stay. I would come back because of them. They really personalised my stay. It was like being at home but having someone take care of me.

I spent a week with my family in the hotel. The hotel has great location, on one side right next to Metro and Tram station, on the other side direct access to the beautiful marina walk. One side is the Marina Mall the other side is a grocery shop. The seaside beach is also only 10 minutes of walk. So you can reach everything you need within a few steps.They had a great solution of served buffet food, which was COVID safe, but we still could do our choice.The Hotel is very clean, the stuff is super kind and helpful. You can find always taxis standing in front of the gate.Air-condition was running fine and quite quietly. The pool area is nice, well established, although a bit small.The only negative I can mention, that we could hear constant noise in the room coming from outside, mainly from the air conditioners on the roof of the Marina mall.

I Visited dubai with my family , wife and 2 daughters we stay like for 1 week at crowne plaza dubai marina. the staff were very nice they welcomed us at the hotel. everyone is smiling . the breakfast were more than perfect and welcoming. also the reception team were great.

After losing a flight I showed up at 4 am . Recepcionist was incredible supportive, rapid and efficent, In less that 5 minutes I was in a NEW , CLEAN, WELL DESIGNED room , with a very reasonable rate.Best price/quality in the three places I was on Dubai, but the people.. they do make the difference .

Me and my friend decided to extend our trip last minute, and fortunately we found this gem. Jessica at the reception was very welcoming and helped us with our quick check in. The room is spacious and utilized in a very practical way. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. And the location is just great, walking distance from marina mall and many attractions. This was my third stay at the Crown Plaza, Dubai Marina in the last year and it was very enjoyable. Apart from a misunderstanding at check-in which was handled very professionally by Edmund, the rest of the stay was good. It is in a good location, i.e. right in front of Dubai Marina and next door to the shopping mall. Taxis and hotel cars are plentiful. Good for walking in the evening or early morning (before it gets too hot). Plenty of restaurants nearby. I would stay again. Probably best to get to breakfast early before the crowds arrive.

The breakfast buffet is so-so, the hot plates really disappointed me. It was very dry. Good thing there are other choices like croissants and other bread. The smoothie of the day was also nice but hopefully theyll improve the hot plates.

The hotel is nicely situated, personnel is very helpful, and the stay was great value.the only slight downside is that the pool is not very large. But as I was there on business it didnt matter that much.

With Credit Card Guarantee, FO call and send letter to my guest room instate of my room to chase for payment. This is because I ask all bills change to my room. Hotel Maintenance work notice sent but after mention hours, still no hot water. Call over 10 times to FO but not even once answer. End, having cold shower for my last 2 days. The best is that, no one bother to tell us or even answer a call. But when come to collect payment is like........efficient.

Overall, the room was very good. The front desk area seems to be very overwhelmed and had to wait along time to check in and others just jump ahead and the staff doesnt really do anything about this.Needed a late check out and was told I would be charged but felt this wasnt right. At check out, was told I could have the room an hour longer which at this point would not have worked as I was fully packed and had to hurry to get shower and was not on my way.The small bistro overlooking the veranda is excellent and service is very good. Had to tell the front desk to have my room made up even though I had put the light on for the room to be made up. Why have the light on the door if it is not going to be done.Great location and also was disappointed their restaurants dont serve lunch. Only open at 6pm. Lots of choices within walking distance but last time I was there the Thai place had a very good lunch special but this time it is closed.

It was my first time at Crown Plaza -Dubai Marina and I really enjoyed my time here. The staff and Manager was very kind and hospitable. The room was very clean and tidy every day. They also have a very good , highly recommended Thai restaurant, we went back for dining since the quality of the Food was just amazing! Overall it was a great experience and perfect spot in the Dubai Marina overlooking the Marina Canal.

I booked a deluxe suite on the IHG website as I am a member. This was my first stay at this particular hotel. The mini bar fridge did not work. The water in the bathroom stopped working indefinitely after a scheduled 4 hours maintenance. Called engineering many times, they finally arrived. Worked on it for about 30 minutes, finally they decided to move me to another suite. This time the AC was not working in the re assigned suite. Three different staff from the maintenance department worked on the AC for around three hours while I was in my suite. I told them I had to leave, they promised it will be fixed by the time I returned in the evening. Got back to the hotel at 11:30 pm, still no AC, called the night manager who was not even aware of my ordeal. when I realized he could not help, I checked out ( at midnight ) and checked into the Kempinski for the remainder of my stay. The night manager gave me a discount on my final bill. I am a regular at IHG, mainly the Intercontinental but never have I faced such incompetent and careless hotel management as team running the Crowne plaza Dubai Marina..

This Crowne Plaza Hotel is the jewel at the crown of the IHG hotels. It is brand new with all the modern facilities. The rooms are very comfortable and very elegantly furnished. The hotel is ideally located at the Marina Promenade, next door to the Marina Mall, and at a 10 minutes walk from the JBR beach.You feel the warmth from the moment you walk in by a very welcoming and accommodating reception staff. The service is excellent to the extent that after 3 days I felt I was leaving home and bidding farewell to my friends.I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is brand new and the location is great, at the Marina Dubai. The property is very luxury,well maintained and very clean the rooms are huge and modern with an amazing view to the marina.The checkin was very smooth and all my desires were fulfilled .I asked for a room on an upper floor and they did it next day, and it was a room next to my children , thanks to Nessie, all the staff is very helpful and professional. The breakfast is perfect and very well organized due to covid 19, the team is very well trained and they do their best to serve you. Leonor is always there to solve any issues. The thai restaurant charm thai is must go- delicious food , luxury ambience and the staff from the waiters to the chefs are simply the best.but the jewel of the hotel is the team - they all are very well trained , working hard with desire.I do recommend Crowne Plaza dubai marina for business or holidays.

We loved the location, mall and public transport nearby as well as being right on the marina. The staff are excellent and each and every one we came in contact with couldnt do enough for us. They were all very welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping manager made sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything and if anything could be improved. I feel there needs to be more staff at reception to manage waiting times.Otherwise, we couldnt have been happier. We stayed twice in two weeks.

This is a very nice hotel, well-designed and stylish. The suite I booked was wonderful, huge living room, great balcony overlooking the Marina, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed.Quality of food was good, particularly the Thai restaurant. Service was generally very good. COVID measures felt reassuring. Could be 5 stars if they just personalise things a bit more (normally you would get at least a welcome letter or room amenity of some sort as a Spire booking the most expensive room). Would definitely consider staying again for either business or leisure stays.

So far the best hotel Ive been to in Dubai. Overall service was amazing — from reception, housekeeping, room service and concierge. Just would like to thank Lailah for doing the standard check-in smoothly despite of the fullybooked situation as we had to wait for 10 mins in order for the room to be ready, but since Lailah is doing great in her job, she had the room be ready in less than 10 mins. Thumbs up! Hotel is just a few minutes away from the beach and the mall, plus a good location if you want to walk around as the view especially in the night is quite breathtaking. 10/10 would probably recommend.

I had an amazing 6 nights stay. Everything was so professionally done: the welcoming, the sanitization, the room layout and cleanliness, the breakfast with the truly amazing duo Len and Allen, the location of the hotel... I honestly say that this was a zero-fault hotel. Will definitely come back

We had an excellent deal at this hotel and were touched by attention and flexibility of the personal , very friendly attitude, it’s modern design and clean facilities made us feel like we are in palace. Beds are super comfy and rooms are quiet. Location could not be better: close to promenade, beach and metro stop. Breakfast is rich in variety , dinner which was included in our deal could have more variety and lighter products.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the room super clean and new. Breakfast was uniquely delicious, the pool was nice.

Good location as the hotel is right on Dubai Marina and next door to Dubai Marina Mall. Valet parking. The room was fine but it was difficult to find the main room light switch when entering the room and the bathroom lights (which were behind the door). There was no full length mirror in the room which was surprising as there was certainly sufficient space to have one. Breakfast was good in terms of food choice and quality but service was slow due to lack of staff so queues started to form which was annoying. Elevators appeared to be very warm.

The hotel is new, modern, good. The biggest plus is its location, nice design, good food. The rooms are modern with a nice bathroom. My complaint is the pool,bad positioned, it is small and in the shade..It would be better that pool is in the place whrere restaurant is now,.had a view of the marina and more sun.And rooms should be cleaned every day,without saying that at the reception Staff was great, especially Edmund! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked a 1 night stay in Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, We were welcomed with a relaxing ambience and welcoming smile of Anthony, he explained the amenities well, the restaurants and the Hotels safety measures with Covid. When we entered the Hotel there is a temp monitoring machine and floor stickers guiding and reminding the guest to socially distance themselves from other guest. Cleanliness was observed, from the lobby to the rooms, to the gym, which we really appreciate, a lot of sanitizers available on the common areas. Breakfast at Lo+cale was good and the people are nice too. The room was spacious and relaxing, the design was modern which is great, The hotel was just beside Dubai Marina mall and walking distance to the Tram. Cosn: The pool was kind of small, we went there on a long weekend s lots of families enjoying. We opt to enjoy the gym instead :) Overall great experience, we will try to stay more than 24 next time :)

The best hotel Ive ever been!! Our room was facing Dubai Marina and it was soooo worth it!The bed was so fluffly and the breakfast was so good, full of variety (I wish I had avocado too 😋 but definitely not an issue).Thank you!

This was my second stay in six weeks. Hotel only about 12-15 months old so rooms are in a great condition. No full length mirror which is strange. Light switches a bit tricky to find in the dark. Bathroom is great. Bed comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Lots of electrical sockets. Room was quiet. Staff are friendly. Breakfast can be slow if there are a lot of guests. There seems to be insufficient staff for the buffet (which means you have to line up at the food stations and tell the staff what you want as you cannot handle the serving dishes or implements due to COVID). Food runs out and you have to wait for replenished replies from the kitchen. The hotel needs to get more staff. I mentioned this on my previous visit. Hotel is next door to Dubai Marina Mall and is right on the waterfront. I will stay there again.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Closed to the marine and to the mall and restaurants.Being a priority club member for years, I must admit that I was disappointed from attitude of the staff:1. I was not welcomed as Priority Club member2. I had to ask 3 times for the Welcome Points3. I did not get an upgrade to a better room4. I did not get access to the Club Lounge

This property is quite new, but it is probably the best experience that we have ever had. From the beginning until the very end, every staff member was greeting us and calling us by our name. The room was really spacious and comfortable and above all very clean. The pool was also really nice and well maintained, I would like to thank Thilina for his great service over there. The hotel also has a Thai restaurant “Charm Thai”, with a very good atmosphere, food up to standards, and staff with great smiles. Then last but not least I would like to mention the breakfast, which was organised amazingly. Every morning we were greeted with a great smile by Leonor. There were so many variety and choices, and the quality of the food was great. From the breakfast service I would like to thank Charatha, Arianne, Allen, Jun, Rahul, Ally, Shanne, Maybelle and Liezl. Actually every staff member of the breakfast was amazing! :-) thank you for making us feel special and to let us enjoy our stay. See you next time!

Pleasant stay at this newly built hotel. Everything was good other than a couple of minor points. 1) we had a few bookings as opposed to one single booking for the full stay and the staff / system kept getting confused - this caused a bit of frustration due to the wait to checkin; and 2) the stay was for our first wedding anniversary and we were provided with a complimentary slice of cheesecake from the hotel, however, based on experience from other hotels when it is a special occasion, more is done by the hotel e.g. a bigger cake as opposed to one slice and some decoration in the room (especially for a long standing loyal IHG member).Other than these 2 minor point, we had a nice stay and were allowed a late check out and a complimentary upgrade. Great hotel for a business trip in Dubai Marina. I would not recommend this hotel for a family holiday or couples retreat. Pool area hardly get any sun during the day.

The place is strategically located in JBR the walk, dubai marina and blue waters.We just walked in navigating those areas. The place is clean and safe. Breakfast is fine. No rice but it’s ok.The staff did not acknowledge the customer as an Ihg member, and upgrade was given only after asking and mentioning the upgrade. No welcome fruits in the room as we used to experience in an ihg hotel in Us, canada, europe , asia and middle east. It was my bday celebration, they are aware, so i am expecting a small bday cake, As again, i used to experience with an ihg hotel , anyways it’s fine, maybe because of covid they are no longer doing it.

Location was perfect mall and many things you can reach by walk

This Crowne Plaza Hotel is the jewel in the crown of the IHG hotels. Brand new hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and very elegantly furnished with all the modern facilities,The location is great right at the Marina promenade and next door to the Marina Mall and at a 10 minutes walking distance from the JBR beach.The service is great and super friendly,, from the warm welcome by Edmond at the reception to the amazing breakfast team. When I left after 3 days, I felt that I was leaving home and my dear friends I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel overall.I probably had extra bad luck but still, the first room i got had a problem with the AC i had to wait for about 2 hours until they changed my room.For 2 days they had a problem with lack of hot water due to some problem.Imagine coming back at 2am and having to take a cold shower.Otherwise the service was overall good.Another point that was kind of a problem is the breakfast wait time, most likely due to the Covid restrictions, Im used to spend about 20 min on my breakfast, but here it took about 20 min just to get the food/drinks.

Hats off to the breakfast team for their very personal approach.. the handwritten note after having breakfast really brighten up my day and it made me feel positive and have set a good vibe right away.. The reception lady was warm and welcoming, check in was really hassle free.. and they even let us check in early and check out late.Had a really great time!Was planning on coming back soon since we werent able to enjoy the pool :)

It is our third visit to the Crown Plaza. It remains our favourite hotel in Dubai which is an accolade in itself. The location is also excellent.

I found the location of this hotel to be very good and convenient with a lot of places to explore within walking distance.The rooms are very nicely set up, modern and clean.Breakfast is very nice and generally the service throughout the hotel is very pleasing.I would definitely use it again.

Excellent brand new hotel were everyone without exception goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to look after your every need from assistance booking COVID tests for return flight to printing of documentation.The hotel is perfectly situated right on The Marina walk with direct access out. The Marina Mall is less than 1 minute away and JBR no more than 10 minutes walk. Pool area is spotlessly clean, the pool attendant is very friendly and will help move beds around etc. The pool deck gets the sun until about 4pm which is more than enough. Steam room was closed due to restrictions during my visit. If I could give the hotel 1 improvement it would be the bar area. The bar is hidden so nobody knows it’s there, consequently it is empty and lacks atmosphere as nobody uses it. I would also recommend fraught beer pumps instead of bottles. I wouldn’t let this put anyone off staying at this fantastic hotel. I for one will definitely return and stay here on my next visit. Another good point is the rooms, really well appointed with sufficient bottles of complimentary water restocked daily. Air conditioning is excellent and even little things like the in room Bluetooth speaker is good quality.

All facets of my 12 night stay was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly and helpful with any request I had.

+ new hotel with nice design+ best breakfast in town if to compared to Shangri-La, Taj or Pullman. Breakfast Manager Anna is outstanding.+ best front desk service+ 20 min walk from Marina Beach- pool area is very small. Around 12 loungers for 250 room hotel not enough.

Awesome hotel but the most valuable aspect are the ladies and gentlemen offering their best services and treatment to the visitor. Excellent people!

The cleanliness is top notch.Staff is like super friendly.The rooms are super comfy with all the bells and whistles that you might need such as bluetooth speaker screen sharing to television over wireless.During the current times I have always found the staff adhering to strict cleanliness routine such as cleaning table after a guest dines.The location is also super amazing.Highly recommend.

The best hotel ever!! Thanks to miss zlata that was so great and so professional..and all so to Cristina from the front desk in the lobby.. excellent room and excellent view!! Breakfast was amazing!! Generally a nice hotel in a great location for the Marina.The room size is good but beware of paying extra for a Marina view ... which is only a view of the next building and a view of one boat if you hang out of window and use a mirror !!Staff are generally friendly

Everything was perfect except the breakfast that needed more varieties, the bathroom as well was a bit uncomfortable to bath in. Aside that everything else was good.

This newly opened Hotel is perfectly located in Dubai Marina with a direct access to the promenade with all the amenities you can expect. Facing Pier 7 and its restaurants and 2mn (walking distance) from Marina Mall, the hotel can meet all your expectations either for business trips to staycations.The staff is very accommodating and friendly. A special thanks to Edmund would made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back.
