Very good hotel. Proximity to Dubai visiting spots is good. It is just next to Burjuman mall. Metro/train station right around the corner.Hotel stay was comfortable. The hotel staff is try their best to make you feel happy.

Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy DistrictThe apt hotel for stay if looking at an option in the Burjuman Area.Close to Meena Bazaar, Lulu Hypermarket, Metro Station of Burjuman and a number of other daily essential necessities.Do ask for Mr. Emad Jacob who is one of the senior most resources at the hotel for his fine hospitality.The breakfast spread is decent. The pool is good for a swim.Rooms are huge and housekeeping is spot on.They have a bar and a pub in-house which put up a good show.Couldnt go wrong in anyway with my 2 week long stay in Sept 2021.Highly Recommended.

This was my first time that I stayed here at Holiday Inn Bur Dubai and I have to say it was an extraordinary stay. The employees here are really hospitable. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Rakesh, the duty manager, was always on his toes to assist us, regarding whatever it may be. He is really an asset to the property. Keep up the good work team holiday inn. Thank you for the memories.

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The location is great for exploring Dubai. The staff was friendly and accommodating.However, it was extremely loud in the hotel with guests partying in the hotels club and smashing doors in the middle of the night.Worst of all, the AC blasted mold-smelling air. My travel companions and I got bacterial infections of the airways and had to take antibiotics to get well.I wouldnt recommend staying at the hotel for more than one night.

Had an amazing stay here. Food was great. Room service was on point. Very clean, hygienic room.Can book PCR tests from the concierge for in-room testing. Location wise was perfect having Lulu & Burjuman mall nearby

Great stay.Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds and tidy bed linen.Daily refills of essentials.Beautiful view, transparent lifts.Concierge service was excellent.Only drawback, they served just 2 water bottles per room, and after 8 PM, any room service ordered will take at least 30-40 minutes.

Overall, Holiday Inn Bur Dubai is a good hotel for a number of reasons.📍Location wise, it is in walking distance of almost every facility in Dubai. Just a 200-meter walk takes you to the BurJuman metro station, which connects you to many important parts of the city such as the Airport, Deira City Center, the Mall of Dubai/Burj Khalifa, the Mall of Emirates, The creek, the Jumeira beach, and many more places. If you want to shop and dine, the same station is below a great shopping center, the BurJuman center. Many big markets such as Carrefour, Westzone, and Lu Lu are in the walking distance of the hotel. I personally chose this hotel to be close to my embassy interview. Although it was not the best option for the hot days of dubai and I still had to walk for 1 kilometer under the sun, but this hotel is one of the closest to the embassies on the district.🏠 Rooms were clean, daily cleaning was in progress and nothing out of the ordinary happened. You get a kettle and a TV and a nice table to work on, and the restrooms and bathes are clean and classy. Room temperature is easily maintained by a powerful cooling system that almost always makes you feel cool and relaxed! You won’t get the best view out of the window, though. Expect a simple street or even a white wall in front of your window, just as in my case!🥘 The restaurant is active for each meal. Breakfast menu is not a very versatile one, but it is good enough and healthy also. Room service is available and many delicious burgers and pastas and pizzas are served.🖥 Free Wi-Fi is available. Although it sometimes disconnects automatically and brings your important meetings into a halt, its general data rate is very high.All in all, I am satisfied with my experience in this hotel. Many thanks to the helpful and polite staff.--

The most inhumane treatment a hotel can give to its guests...In Dubai, we needed medicine that Dubai pharmacies did not haveIt was only possible to buy online and because we did not have a purchase card, we asked the hotel management to buy this medicine for us and we would pay the hotel in cash.And the hotel manager without considering human issues, said we can not do that.

One of the Best Hotels in terms of Location, Service and makes you feel at Comfort!!Had a great time staying in the Suite for 15days with my friend and everyone made us really comfortable. Especially, Malav from Room Service was truly amazing and always called to make sure if we had everything and took care of all our needs. Six of my friends and I stayed at this hotel for 25 nights.The hotel staff and management are very rude and unfriendly.2 days before the end of our stay in this hotel, we returned at nights hotel. The person who had cleaned the room had searched all our personal belongings.And he had stolen two bags from our roomwhen, we told the night manager about the matter, he told us with a ridiculous laugh that our staff thought that the equipment belonged to the hotel !!!!!This hotel has the most disrespectful treatment of its guestsIt was the worst hotel we had ever traveled around the world.

Holiday inn loosing their standards, I think business is going down as they are charging even for the cutlaries,(10aed per piece)Rooms are pretty old, furtinures are outdated, no cutlaries, no weighing machinesSpace is fine.Toilets are clean.Location is good.But there are much better options for cheaper price in uae.I wont recommend to anyone..

Holiday Inn hotel is located in the heart of Dubai, surrounded by embassies and businesses. At a walking distance from Burjuman mall and Burjuman metro station, it’s a gateway to Dubai with Dubai Souk, Dubai Museum and Creek at stone throwaway distance. The rooms are quite spacious to make your stay comfortable but several rooms lack balconies or open windows. The location is also very conveniently located near the Indian street dining food hub - Karama. The staff are very welcoming.

Old style hotel . Staff is extremely unfriendly and some of them doesn’t behave properly. Room service is very bad no one responds promptly. Rooms are spacious but design is very old and washroom was very old as well plus it wasn’t cleaned properly. Only plus point was it’s location. Overall i will give it three stars.

I visited the hotel recently and it is well functioning even though during Covid pandemic.Food is average. Room interior is good. Due to pandemic lunch and dinner served as fixed menu and deliver to the room. Breakfast available as buffet in lobby restaurant. Roof top restaurant is such a charm place with the swimming pool.There are few other night clubs functioning at lobby level and you will not feel so bored.Metro station and hypermarket is walking distance. It is a good place for business stay or City exploring.There are limited room available for smokers so if you want such a room notify them in advance.

Hidden Gem of Bur Dubai...Staff and service was great, property has a quirky look and character to it. It was a good experience with very able hands in kitchen. Would recommend it to solo and couple travelers. I would recommend it to be kids friendly and Family. But definitely a fun place to stay for singles and couples. Great Hotel for Stay...

I have been here for 15 days in my experience its a good one , clean and spacious rooms. centrally situated ,Very near to lulu hypermarket. Have very good room service and friendly staffs. But the lobby in front seems crowded sometimes so that seating cant be possible always due to the crowd. But overall its very good ☺️

From the room which they decorated it, a special gesture and presentation which our heart melts, for the dinner that its been served in the room and a fantastic, delicious and awesome breakfast theyve served. The place is very quiet and the service of the room attendant are all nice. The lobby area is spacious and car parking is not an issue in this place. All mode of transportation is accessible and it is near at Burjuman Mall.

A very good location, coffee shop is average.Rooms are nice. However there are plenty of options in this budget.5 mins walk from metro station.Food is average but Zomato,Talbat delivery compensates for it. Burjuman Mall is 5 mins walk away. Staff is friendly.Do not expect swanky lobby or exceptional layout but is worth in that price bracket considering the location.

While checking out was advised of a penalty of 100aed , for misuse of hand towel and bed sheet.When I arrived, table lamp was cracked, hot water kettle was an old one with a busted button , did not work, called reception and got a new one instead. Made ourselves hot water for coffee, foam cups were given in the room, it melted and coffee spilled on table and floor, advised the reception of the incident and asked for ceremic coffee cups, meanwhile there were no tissue box in the room so we immediately used hand towel to wipe off the coffee spilled on our hand and the table, hand towel was kept in the bathroom.Day 2 , housekeeping never came to do the room, only provided with bottled water when I had called for it. Tried to watch tv , it didnt work (photo attached).Day 3 went to the reception at 8.30am to send housekeeping to do the room while I was out, I returned at 12.30pm and say housekeeping just starting to clean my room.Recieved a call later from reception saying that the head rest in one bed is torn, which we didnt know about , they advised us that a management will get back to us, no one called me nothing to talk about it or to come and check it out.Day 4 while checking out the reception girl accused me of misusing the hand towel that had coffee stains from the hotwater incident and staining the sheet of 1 curry stain. She said an amount of 100aed has been added to your bill just like the management advised you...which no one advised me, had I not asked for the bill while checking out , I wouldnt have known about these falsely accusations.Very disappointed.Will take this matter further if not resolved.

Worst breakfast ,too many quarantine peoples in the hotel, found corona positive guest in the hotel, they doesnt clean the room everyday, asked for whiskey glasses they charged me 10Dirhams.

I were here on my Dubai vacation on 13th to 15th Oct, It was overall good experience of this hotel. Best thing on my request they provided breakfast at my room. On every call they immediate visited to my room not only that they are happy to serve. No attitude , Staff at reception is also nice. However I stayed here only for 2 days , I have to switch another hotel, that was the bad idea because every hotel in Dubai have different rules. So be careful when you book hotel before e paying, Ask what actually you want otherwise you have to pay for every single room service.

Very irresponsible staff, when we needed help they asked us to leave the hotel during pandemic. we went there as tourists, it was a new place but they kicked us out of the hotel without any refund. will never choose Holiday inn in any country during any trip.

I was in Dubai for a business trip and had a wonderful time at the restaurant of this particular hotel. For me experience matters and Rajat made my time worth while at the restaurant. He was courteous and the food was served well. He made sure we had the best of what they serve and have a memorable experience. He asked me my preferences and suggested accordingly and was very attentive throughout the time we were there. Definitely coming back to this restaurant for more next time. Kudos to you guys!!!
