Boutique hotel in business bay close to downtown.Clean hotel with very friendly and attentive staff.The rooms on the creek side are a little noisy if on the lower floors due to traffic.No upgrades for IHG spire elite were offered.More suitable for the younger generation on leisure and not for business or more mature travelers in my opinion.I don’t regret the experience although not my cup of tea.

My family and I chose to stay at the hotel indigo for one night and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is oneof Dubais art inspired boutique hotels and needless to say it lives upto its reputation. The hotel interiors are tastefully done and rooms are beautiful with interesting pieces and decor. Whats a great plus point is the great service and friendly staff who will make your stay at the hotel all the more comfortable and worthwhile. Breakfast buffet here is wholesome and excellent! We also spent a few hours at the bar, Off The Wall and we have to say the vibes and music here were good.All in all this is definitely a gem in marasi and we loved it thoroughly! Special thanks to the manager and receptionist who upgraded one of our rooms as an ihg member.

The hotel is really nice and fancy, to me its worth what it costs!The frontdesk staff deserves a 5 star review! all of them were friendly, attentive and helpful. I want to highlight Alejandro, from Mexico. He is there during the night shift and upon my arrival after 24 hours of being in transit he went above and beyond to have my arrival be as comfortable as possible. Hed greet me with genuine care every time wed meet and give very helpful recommendations. He mentioned he was being trained to be promoted and I think he is ready and very deserving of said promotion. On another note, I was shocked to see how the staff members at the pool (lifeguard and bartenders/waiters) did not properly wear their masks. Theyd have their noses uncovered and even one of them started coughing without covering himself properly while I was paying. I found that shocking and gross honestly. In these trying times, this could mean a tragedy for a guest coming back home!Besides that, I do recommend the property. Its close to the Dubai Mall and the rooms are stylish and very VERY comfortable.

Hotel Indigo was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. There is no pretentiousness in them, they just genuinely enjoy where they work and want their customers to feel the same. The hotel itself is so artsy and cute - the decor and art is so pleasing to the eye and there is a very warm feeling about the hotel. The fact that they allow pets is super convenient and they manage the pet situation very professionally. The rooms are super clean as well as the rest of the hotel and the food is quite tasty. Not to mention that all this and is quite affordable for a top notch Dubai hotel. The area where its located is also very convenient, like right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed our stay there so much and definitely plan to be repeat customers.

Highly recommend it, along with club/lounge ( Off the wall) has cool events, make sure to check their schedules upon arrival!Location wise, its a great city stay, 5 mins away from Dubai mall, and everything in Downtown.Pros:- Reasonable rates- In heart of downtown- Eventful / Party scene- Yoga classes availableCons:- Location right on the highway, so its impossible to walk anywhere, must have a car or take taxi- Service can be tricky- Food not the best

Amazing place, exceeds expectations. Staff are very sweet, kind and professional. The building is very very clean (Garage, lift, reception, isles and rooms. A lot of artistic decorations everywhere. The room style is amazing, unbelievable attention to details. Very beautiful decoration, wood furniture, great ventilation and extremely clean air from AC and quiet. Bed is huge (2m x 2m), mattress is very very comfortable, even the cold tap water is cooled down (as the temperature outside is 50 C but the water is around 10 C). Amazing canal view. I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai and all over the world, and this is one of the greatest few.

There was a touch of personalization and welcome from the Hotel team right from booking via the IHG Portal, I got a swift confirmation of my booking as well as a positive response to all my logistics plans and questions before arrival The overall experience was warm and mind blowing from Front Desk to Room Service, Restaurant, Amenities, Housekeeping, Security and All Hotel Staff. The Hotels artistic décor and ambiance was just top notch.Its proximity to the Mall, Metro and landmark Dubai tourist sites was also plus for me.In summation the entire Hotel Indigo Dubai, Downtown Staff were very warm, polite and professional.

I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo as it is a hidden gem in Dubai. It offers affordable accommodation with a boutique theme and many interesting areas for relaxing, chatting and eating. I loved the decor, the cool interiors and the super, friendly staff. Jan the Manager was attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived, making our stay very memorable. The stay was amazing. The hotel and room was clean, plenty options for food and entertainment, staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have liked would be a microwave option or some way to reheat my food. When asked, the employee never got back to me. Not a huge deal, but would be nice. Overall we loved the decor and atmosphere of this hotel. Central to everything.

Another great hotel that has just been opened. Most of the rooms won’t have a Burj Khalifa view, but we have been told that the hotel has been built with this different views on purpose and the view of the harbour is not bad either. The breakfast is a mix of buffet and freshly cooked meals which are delicious!

Clean and large rooms that are up to date and have an amazing view of the canal. Centrally located right on the canal and l7min from Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa, and metro. There is also a free shuttle to the beach about 15mum away. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in and the bathroom shower was huge. Amenities were great—gym has basic equipment and the pool deck was nice (perhaps could use a few more umbrellas). The food and drinks at the pool and Open Sesame were fantastic, the hotel guest discount was an added bonus. The best part was the staff, especially Ahmad, who always greets by name and with a smile!

This hotel is truly a gem! I only wish I was staying longer than my 12 hour layover. The decor is modern and stylish with unique wall murals and hip artwork. The check in staff greeted us by name and check-in was seamless. The room was the perfect size, with nice amenities and a gorgeous rain shower/bath combo. The location is close to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, so a great option for a stopover or long layover.Breakfast at Open Sesame was delicious. Eggs cooked to order (I had the Benedict), fresh pastries, yogurts, and fruit, along with delicious coffee and chai.This was a great hotel experience and will definitely be staying at this property and other Hotel Indigos in the future.

A beautiful boutique hotel with unique design and outstanding services. Most importantly is the very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent location close to the Dubai mall. The rooms are very large in size with very nice art decorations and signature furniture. The bathroom is very large and very well articulated. Breakfast is also excellent with many selections and varieties.Enjoy the beautiful scenes of the new canal during your stay, and also many close restaurants for dining. You may also experience some noises from adjacent construction works.

I have stayed for 8 nights at Indigo hotel and Ill try to write a summarized review. In general the hotel is great. 15 minutes on foot from Dubai mall. The room at the 7th floor had an amazing view at the Dubai Creek and it was super comfortable. Even though its next to the highway we did not have noise issues. Room had all the amenities you might need like iron and iron board because you will definitely need it. The king size bed was the ideal bed to have a proper rest after exploring Dubai. Huge applause for the cleaning gentlemen that kept our room tidy and clean. Huge applause for the restaurant team who satisfied our needs during breakfast which was perfect. Even though pool was small it always had space to sit. Faizo, the lifeguard, my man. May your smile enlight all of us sir. So now some recommendations from my side for the management:-keep your employees honestly happy and treat them well, they will treat you even better-do not tell the restaurant team to ask too many times to order something outside the paid breakfast, just tell them to inform the guests once or twice during their stay-we have informed the hotel once before our stay and once at the check in that this was our honeymoon. Both times we were informed that we will have something special for that occasion, but we did not get anything. Thats not a problem, just dont say to guests that you will arrange something.Overall, I will choose again Indigo Hotel to stay for my next visit to Dubai. Till next time!

Fresh new feel, a bit funky, really cool hotel with great service (Big Mac at check in / reception was great), lovely decor, art pieces on display, the lovely atmosphere, ambience, the whole place smells really special and nice too! Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, design of interiors very modern, the staff was amazing and they were extremely accommodating and allowed us to for late check out until 2pm special mention to Mr. Mohamed Abdelbak the night shift manager who assist me upon check in. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown dubai.The sevice was exceptional as well. I extremely loved the atmosphere and the stuff at Indigo Hotel. Amazing design of the rooms. Comfortable bed. The bath equipment like mirror and incredible lighting deserve to be mentioned. I specifically liked the location of the hotel as well. To get to Dubai Mall you may take a taxi for 5-7 mins or go by yourself which takes 15 mins.

A beautiful property.The room are well designed and wherever you look you find ART.My only comment is that the valet service is very slow.They take around 30 minutes to bring the car! My advise: Self park.

The hotel is really nice. The staff are super polite and courteous from the bell boys to the front desk to the managers. Everyone is super welcoming. The food is a bit on the expensive side and the portions are ridiculously small. Only drawback. But all in all a good experience

Indigo Hotel was a great choice for our 3 nights stay in Dubai and we loved absolutely everything about the hotel. The rooms are just beautiful, equipped with lovely and carefully selected furniture. The overall design is a mix of traditional and modern style and you can definitely feel the atmosphere of the East in the centre of Dubai. The food is delicious, breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and you can enjoy a variety of choices, including traditional Middle Eastern dishes. The restaurant serves also excellent food for lunch and dinner.The pool area is great, well maintained and very clean and with a nice bar which provides great drinks and snacks. Most importantly, the hotel staff is friendly, always smiling and willing to help, just to mention Paz, Zooz, Erik or Shreya who made our stay at Indigo Hotel exceptional.We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends!

With so many different options in Dubai, I am glad we got it right by staying at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. The staff working there is clearly on the same page about their goal: quality service. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and tactful in its presentation. The room was stylish and comfortable, important to my wife and I during our honeymoon. But again it was the folks working there that make this place excellent. Special thanks to Jan for making our stay even more comfortable, and to Abdul for making sure we remember what going the extra mile looks like.

My stay at Indigo was a wonderful experience being there for 6 months. What makes it work is the staff. I will not mention by names as they are all excellent from reception to housekeeping, various restaurants, bars,pool and gym. I strongly urge you to stay there and also enjoy the experience.

I was happy and lucky also to choose your hotel, I didnt expect the hotel with this level of cleanliness and beauty. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. To know that I invited my family to visit the hotel on vacation, I would also make a reservation soon. I want to note that i got some issue when I did the check out the employee that i receive to carry the baggage did not carry my baggage from the room,he told me that I’m not allowed to carry your bags from the room you put it in the trolley I don’t like that and that time my bags was heavy..

I have been in many hotels, yet never felt so well taken care of! Everybody was extremely friendly and professional. All the staff from all departments felt more like hosts rather than employees you could sense that they are happy and obviously Happiness is contagious!! I cant thank enough Laura and her team for this great journey, not to mention the view from the room, pool and Garden! An extremely different and excellent experience , from the receptionist ( BIG MAC 💪🏼 ) to the great breakfast food at sesame restaurant , and the super friendly professional staff ( the Serbian lady Diana at sesame restaurant and the pool restaurant ) , to the unique modern smart design and attention to every single small detail of the hotel compared to so many other luxurious hotels in Dubai , yet this one stands out , will definitely recommend it with my eyes shut ❤️ hopefully will get to visit again and again

We read the recommendations in advance and watched the pictures, but in the end it was miles above our expectations!!! Its a very stylish interior, but you still feel cozy and home. The best about the hotel was definitely the staff!! They were giving you a welcoming feeling every minute, taking such good care, giving great recommendations and make you feel home. Auch a positive and inspiring spirit among all of them. Big thanks to all of them and congrats to the management!

Very clean hotel with upbeat staff who all seemed to be enjoying their time at the hotel. A young vibe at the hotel helps keep it fresh and makes it feel upbeat. The room was clean and well appointed. One of the best guest room experiences for a while. The surrounding area of the hotel is still work in progress, but I came with a car, so it wasnt a big deal for me.

From check-in to check-out, everything was great!When we first arrived, we were greeted and checked in by Mr. Abdul! He was extraordinarily professional, attentive, patient, welcoming, and informative! He gave us information about the hotel and nearby sites. After we got to our rooms, Mr. Abdul even delivered our luggage to us! Whenever we were in the lobby, he greeted us and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay.The hotel is very nicely decorated and peaceful. The room that we were in was super clean and had a beautiful view of the bay / marina. The bed was super comfy and the oversized shower with its waterfall showerhead was amazing!We were close to Dubai Mall and Business Bay. We could have walked there if it were cooler. Getting a taxi was no problem, though. The young man who is a security officer was always super helpful, kind, and efficient with getting a taxi for us. (Unfortunately, I did not get his name. He was the shorter security officer who always had a clipboard and directed traffic in the hotels entryway.) We did not get breakfast or go to any of the hotels restaurants, gym, or pool. When we were not out and about, we relaxed in our comfortable, quiet room.Hotel Indigo is the right choice if youre looking for somewhere to stay thats affordable, downtown, and near Dubai Mall or Business Bay.

Beautiful hotel the rooms decorated uniquely and the staff are super nice even though they dont wear any name tags which makes you wander why, but they care about every aspect of the gusts plan just let them know about it .. the breakfast choices are fair not too many choices and its the same food everyday swimming pool is so basic and small.

It was super great hotel with amazing room, view and nicest staff. Breakfast was very tasty, with wide selection and took into account all dietary preferences. Pool side was lovely and at night the pool bar was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and honestly it was much better than the photos showed. Absolutely loved the galleries and the hotels magical style.

At the last minute I needed a hotel for me and my puppy and Indigo hotel came highly recommended. I was blown away by the high level of customer service and attention to detail. It’s artsy decor was warm and inviting and the views from my room were breathtaking. They also loved on my puppy so much and even provided a bed, water bowl, food bowl and a couple of toys for our stay. The king size bed room was quite spacious and had great use of the room with decorative hidden features. It was digital and business friendly with lots of plugs and charging space. The pool was lovely and the outside space just as artsy as the inside. The pool does end up on the shady side of the building once the sun sets but is still a lovely space. I cannot wait to come back for another staycation.

That would of course mean your friends live in the most amazing, luxurious and gorgeous hotel, but the staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel like your part of the coolest neighborhood ever!The friendly greetings, always smiley faces, incredibly personal approach and endless little surprises can make even the gloomiest days feel like a sunny day in the neighborhood!The amanities are top-notch with a gorgeous infinity pool and state-of-the-art gym. Every cafe and restaurant is more incredible than the next with a cozy yet sophisticated feel and exceptional food and drinks.Our evenings at the pool lounge Orange Feels were made 5-star worthy by our awesome server Artchie who never failed to put a smile on our faces and suggest us the best dishes and drinks.We couldnt help put start our mornings off with the best mood thanks to Zeus, who always comes through with delivering some great jokes and giggles while offering amazing service. The local chef is on top of his game so youre left with a belly full of goodness and a great mood right off the bat.There wasnt a moment where we walked by the reception and were not greeted by the absolute most wonderful hosts Paz, Jan, Macmillan and Kun-Yang. Theyre also the people responsible for making this probably one of the best birthdays Ive ever had and making sure we had little surprises waiting every day.The rooms and hotel itself were incredible, but what really made the whole experience one for the books was definitely a staff like weve never experienced before. Both me and my husband left feeling as if wed just made a bunch of new friends and trying to decide on the weekend wed be back to see our friends. It is my first time to stay at the hotel. It was a very nice stay. Great location, quite place which is my favorite to stay in a quite place. Staff are professional and friendly.Lee from the reception was very nice and gave me clear information which I may need.Mark the trainer from GYM was very professional and friendly he helped me and gave me tips of how to strength my core.Alessandro who work in pool cafe was very nice and his suggestions were very nice.

The service was very nice and the staff is excellent. I even remember when a staff member brought our luggage to our room: “if you need any help please contact us, we can arrange anything. Even if you want to go to the moon, we can arrange it”Breakfast was amazing and the stay was pleasant. When we go to Dubai again. Hotel Indigo is where we want to stay again.The location is also a very nice place to stay. 5 minutes from Dubai Mall where you can shop or have nice food. Amazing spot!

Really enjoyed the design suite we stayed in. It was well decorated, comfortable, and had modern amenities. The service by the staff was outstanding. We also enjoyed breakfast and the 2nd floor bar near the pool that has great views at night. Extremely happy with our experience at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai!

This is one of the best and beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you like art and unique experience, this is a place for you.Every thing is thought to the little details, you are surrounded with art but tastefully. It a combination between old and new local culture. The stuff is soooo kind, friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious and all in a more than fair price.Hope we could stay here longer. This hotel is colourful, arty and has a lovely vibe. It is in a good location within walking distance of Dubai Mall (20mins) and the Dubai canal- perfect for a walk, jog or taking a water taxi. There are many cafes and restaurants opening up along the water front which will further enhance the experience of staying here in the near future. The hotel restaurant food was excellent and very good value for money. Our room was larger than average and spotlessly clean. The only negative was the pool-lovely but only in the sun until mid day. The best thing about our stay was the staff, they couldnt have been more helpful, friendly or welcoming.

This new hotel is extremely well located near the Dubai Mall and is very stylish. The architects did an amazing work and paid attention to every detail when it comes to decoration. The reservation process was handled by the very professional Mac and we were booked in a great Designer suite on a high floor. The suite is very nicely appointed! This hotel is all about style and staff! The Front Desk team is always smiling and ready to assist! They arranged for a lovely babysitter for our daughter and took care of our parcels and deliveries. Hotel indigo helped make my first trip to Dubai an amazing experience! The hotel staff was very friendly and personable. I was greeted by name every time I passed the lobby. The staff was also very out going in suggesting restaurants, beaches, activities etc. Hotel indigo has Beautiful aesthetics and designs all around the building, with a great location near the mall, an abundance of restaurants, the Burj Khalifa...

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were very happy with the Decour. Once we started our check-in we were very pleased with our service. Arriving to our hotel room we were even more excited about the view that we had. The Decour was fantastic as well in our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope I’ll be able to return soon enough.

To start, the room was excellent. Very nice view and shower with a different and bright layout compared to most hotel rooms. The best thing was the prompt and friendly service from staff. Fernando was our waiter for our breakfast and was excellent. The breakfast was quite frankly excellent with great coffee, eggs and a plethora of other great fresh options. We enjoyed sampling some of Kumar and Alessandros new cocktails in the soon to be opened bar. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is cool, sleek, and very central. The staff havé great vibes and are very accommodating and the guests are fun and friendly. We met several guests who intended to only stay short-term and kept extending their trip because this hotel is so pleasant. The pool is not so big but is well laid out and very luxe looking and relaxing. The room service menu is eclectic and delicious and they have plenty of healthy vegan. Best order all Indigo has a 24h gym and yoga studio. We especially enjoyed training on-site with Mark for the week we were there. He is a former pro soccer player - a professional and a tough trainer - but so motivating and fun to work with. We definitely plan to be back!

Best hotel in downtown Dubai. The rooms are beautifully designed just like the entire hotel. Delicious breakfast. Nice staff that only wants to help and as fast as they can. Great location, close enough to walk to the mall, but out of the city center traffic. If I had to pay twice the amount I would have been equally satisfied. Would definitely come here again next time Im in Dubai.

I stayed in the hotel to celebrate my sisters birthday in Dubai and my experience with Indigo hotel was amazing. It’s a completely new experience in terms of style and creative shown by the hotel it’s great. All the details support the experience and of course amazing staff who are truly professional and friendly, they are cool. Thank you especially for organizing a special set up for my sister she loved it. Also breakfast was great, very creative approach and good quality. Thank you!!!

From checking in to checking out, everything was great! Cozy room with comfy bed. Oversized shower with waterfall shower head. Mr. Abdul was extraordinary!

First time stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and modern hotel. The staff from the front desk to the dining area were extremely professional and warm. A special thanks to Danny and Maria and Mark at front desk. Also extremely grateful to the Hotel Manager. They all ensured that there was not even the slightest problem during our stay. A 15 minutes walk from Dubai mall. Only one issue I had was with the immediate area. The area outside the hotel is being developed by the Dubai Government. I am sure this will be done in the shortest possible time.

Such a beautiful hotel, Loved every minute I spent there, loved how the design team masterfully fine tuned ever aspect of the decor, everywhere you turn it’s a treat for ones eyes. Very polite and very professional.The beds and pillows was super comfortable seriously something many hotels overlook. Had one of the best sleep ever.The view as as spectacular as it is from the rooms fails to compare to the amazing work done in bedroom as the bathroom. Again.. Loved the level of detail that went into its design.Also loved the level of professionalism shown by the restaurant team. Lovely breakfast, delicious food, fresh juice and the perfect cappuccino. Artistic design, amazing hotel, beautiful rooms with extremely relaxing beds, service is very attentive and accommodating. The best part is the pet-friendliness - it’s refreshing to see the love for animals in a Country that’s stuck in the dark ages regarding how they see and treat animals.

We had an amazing time at this hotel.The staff was just incredible, all of them! They were extremely nice and always willing to help. They had small attentions that made us smile and let us have a late check out.The breakfast was divine, with everything you’d think of.It’s very close from the mall and Burj Khalifa.There is also a nice bar.The only low point was the swimming pool, completely in the shadow after 10:30 am...

What a loveable young joyful crowd in this beautiful hotel who create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and attend to one`s every whim. There was always an interesting exchange with Shrook, Maria and Astrid after I came back from my daily discoveries. After some most effective Yoga lessons with Maxim, Ryan and Artchiemor conjured a beer on my table in the evening without me asking for it. A last drink in Off the Wall for a chat and a laugh with Kumar, Sandro, Natasha and their colleague from New Zealand. I left with very many heartwarming memories.

The Hotel was magnificent, location area, installations, staff, everything was perfect.The lobby staff ( Big Mac) he was super friendly and helpful every time we have questions and the ladies staff all attentive to my daughter demands.Restaurant service 7 stars, ( Sam ) SUPER, David ( manager), Tim, Joyce and the other two sorry dont remember the names ( latin guy) and the other lady, always very helpful.The lady for the.tours ( Rayna), very helpful and attentive to our demands.Pool lounge service very good ( Fernando) and the orher 2 staff always prepare for ours demands.The only thing did not like is tha the pool closes at 7 pm, for the hot weather it should be open until later.

I loved the artistic touch in every single corner in the hotel. it has a beautiful design and all furniture and equipment are of high quality. I highly recommend the hotel for a nice getaway.. New property with extremely pleasing interiors and refreshing views of creek or downtown from the room. Few minutes walkable to Dubai Mall and the happening place. Friendly staff. Excellent moroccon cuisine with enough options for vegetarians. Nice swiming pool and clean maintenance of the hotel. Last but not least, very friendly and fresh energetic support staff. Like the details of the shower, toilets, carpets, screens and ceiling. Feel comfortable, luxurious and important. What else to ask for at this reasonable price.

The service at the Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is outstanding. Before my stay (duration of two weeks), I had never enjoyed the attendance of such a dynamic, approachable, deeply dedicated, and diverse hotel staff. Both reception and restaurant areas are staffed by highly committed people. For the reception, I want to highlight the service of Shta, Maria, and Mac. For the restaurant, I want to underline the excellent work of Eric, Fernando, Marisa, Omar, Rafael, Ryan, Sam, Suez, and Tim (in alphabetical order). In this regard, I am eager to highlight the magnificent service, friendliness, and dedication of Omar who worked tirelessly to help the guests having a flawless breakfast buffet experience and keep things safe – very important in COVID-19 times. He also is the magician behind the delicious recipes of complex mixologist juices. One of those saved a day when I did not feel well. Omar certainly deserves a promotion. I commend him and his colleagues who made great positive impact on my stay. Astrid was enthusiastic and engaging as the hotels arts manager. The arts concept of the hotel is unique and beautiful. The pool is very enjoyable.I think the hotel can improve on the environmental side of things. Please indicate in the hotel bathroom that towels can be reused and establish the rule of towels being on the floor (to laundry) vs. keeping them hanging (to reuse). This is common practice in other hotels that Ive experienced to date. The bed is really comfortable. Rarely slept in such a comfortable hotel bed. The room TV setup needs improvement, as only a few channels actually work. I rarely watch TV in a hotel and dont need many channels, but it would be nice to rely on functioning channels when you select them. If there are channels that cannot be received, please remove these from the list. I know clocks are on the way to be installed in the lobby, so I welcome this addition.
