Great stay and a really lovely hotel! Room sizes are great, beds are very comfortable and everything in the room is controlled via a little remote control at the bed side. I did wonder from the room pictures whether there were any curtains or blinds as these can’t be seen from the photos. Blinds and curtains are electrically controlled and hidden away to maximise the views of the City but can offer blackout and full privacy should you wish. I’d certainly stay again with out a doubt!

Room smelled like cigarettes and was very badly isolated. We got a room on the semi last (48th) floor which we thought was great for the views unfortunately the music from the club upstairs kept us up to 0300 am. The towels in the room had stains on them and the club lounge is a joke. Two stars because the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful from the waiters to front desk staff.

Don’t know where to start. Last minute decision to stay at VOCO that ended up being absolutely perfect. Everything from A-Z was wonderful… the room was super spacious and beautiful. The panoramic views made my morning everyday. I thought I’d be making a pit stop but ended up staying over 1 week! Totally recommend VOCO. Will always be on the look out while travelling to check out other locations!!! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

The head of Housekeeping saved this review from being a 1 out 5 stars. That woman deserves a raise. Overall the hotel is nice. I didnt get a chance to try their restaurant for breakfast which was included in the price. The room was like the pictures and was overall pretty good.Youre probably wondering well why a 3 and not higher. Well first valet didnt want to help me with my luggage. So I had to carry my own things toy room which is the first time this has ever happened to me ever living here. Secondly which is the major cause for a potential 1 out 5 stars is the used condom I found in my room under the bed. Yes you read right. A used nasty condom. I didnt see it until I was putting on lotion and between my feet tied up there it was. Whomever singed off stating my room was cleaned needs to be reprimanded. If I wouldve had my son with me and he touch it, I wouldve asked for a full refund. Honestly, I shouldve been given a partial refund because this issue made me almost 2 hours late for my friends party at the hotel.The house keeping manager came to inspect the issue and was just as disgusted as I was. She upgraded my room and made sure to triple check that it was clean. She was extremely apologetic for the staff and did her best to make me feel better. She is the only reason why I even continued to stay at this hotel. She was professional and I appreciate her. So Whomever the head manager is needs to recognize her and give her a raise because she illustrated true customer service. If it wasnt for that issue and valet, I would give this place 5 stars.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is very professional and polite. Loved the hotel - interconnecting rooms were very spacious, clean, and good quality. Food was great and very generous and service people were well trained and attentive.A very easy check in and the staff were exceptionally friendly and warm. The rooms are perfect.we stay in 1012 and my freind on 1007 really the room was so clean.Anytime we go back to the room, we find it clean and tidy and it smells good. We stayed in the hotel for a week and it was a good stay and the housekeeping was more than excellent. We thank the Egyptian guy who was cleaning the rooms Ibrahim Who was friendly from arrival to departure time .We did not deal with anyone else to mention his name only Ibrahim we back to home we are Very happy with the unforgettable stay

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and the people who work there. I was not familiar with the different areas of Dubai, so I had booked Voco for the first two nights, and planned on staying in different parts of the city for the rest of the week (I like to mix things up a bit!). However, I enjoyed this hotel so much I ended up extending my stay twice and spent all my nights there! The room was nice - dark and quiet, the bed was sooo comfortable, and the shower was awesome. The staff there made everything even better. Adnan at the front desk is one of the most helpful and enthusiastic people I’ve ever met. I also saw Marsha almost every day at Celsius (breakfast) and the lobby lounge - she is super nice and remembered what I liked every day. The breakfast at Celsius is amazing - if you stay there and don’t get breakfast, you’ll be missing out! With Covid, the normal breakfast buffet turned into an “assisted buffet” - it was really nice to still have the buffet option and keep things Covid-friendly (I’m sure the hotel had to up their staff for this - most buffets are just closed, so it was a nice effort on their part to try to keep things normal and open!). The hotel is also in a really convenient location - it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the metro station, and since I used that almost every day, it was really convenient. The pool is nice, but the view isn’t the greatest - I didn’t spend a ton of time out there, so that didn’t really matter to me. My only issue was taking a Covid test, which was required for my flight back to the US - the concierge offered a service where someone comes to the hotel and gives you a test - you are better off getting an Uber and going through a drive-through place, or go to a medical center (you’ll likely get results quicker, and it’ll be less than half the cost of doing it at the hotel). Overall, considering the nightly cost, service/people, comfort, and location, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Dubai!

I am a loyal customer of VOCO dubai because once I like something unless there is big issue I don’t change things fast. However this time when I was there. There was no one to get my luggage at door and also while checking out they took too much time to pickup my luggage from room. More o don’t have vegetarian options and Indian food in room dining and breakfast so I am thinking to change unless I see some change in food rest everything is great.

My son and I had a wonderful 6 nights stay at VOCO hotel. The room amenities are excellent, the bed and pillows are so comfy, the awesome view from our corner room, the staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is close to metro station, very easy to get a cab. Over all very clean. My son used the pool many times and it was nice that there is a life guard all the time.

Restaurant located is on the high floor, beautiful view. The food we ordered was below our expectations, sushi was very small and not tasty.

Room ws really spacious, house keeping ws excellent, Devaraj did a great job. Drinks prices at the bar where very high. Breakfast was identical everyday. Over all experience was good

I was fooled by some of the reviews I read about the hotel when I decided to book at it. Despite the staff were friendly over the phone, once you got there they were not able to solve an small issue! I requested a king room and they said only two single beds room is available while 10 mins later I heard another receptionist offering two people a single king bed room while they wanted two single bed rooms! The two stars are for the location and the price

So unprofessional in the gym! I went all the way there because they had a nice offer for personal training sessions. They have only one personal trainer that might not be able to train me on the hours Im free in but he promised to contact me back to agree on suitable days and time for the training. He didnt even call me back after I visited them.

The hotel is very clean and everyone is very thoughtful and friendly.Some corners of the house are a bit run down and the breakfast needs some improvement. Therefore average for the rooms and eating and drinking.Overall, the staff made it a memorable experience.Thank you guys :)

Voco is a good place to stay. I lived there for three months. It is well located and has many facilities that enhance the experience at the Hotel

Ours was only an overnight stay, but it was worth it and beyond expectations. Health and safety protocols were properly implemented. Cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation is clearly seen. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The extra effort of making our stay very pleasant is really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Voco to my friends and colleagues. We’ll come back for sure!

The hotel is located about 400 meters from the wtc metro station in the heart of the business district. The property has been renovated recently and is very modern and balanced. The only issue I could was that the air conditioner is not that effective in the dubai heat and the hotel charges you for ice…

I recommend to stay in this hotel but the last time I stayed was crowded and fully booked so they give me the 1001 room, if I didnt stay before in this hotel I will not recommend this hotel because the room 1001 was too small and with the extra bed it was so tiny, so I hope next time they will give us a good room

The effort put into the lobby was phenomenal. Arctic designed lift lobbies and another walkway for the lounge; made things easy for identifying naturally the lounge and cafe area.

I have come to this hotel for the past 10 years and I still choose it above all other stays in dubai. It’s convienant - great value for money - staff super helpful and easy accès to airport as well as all other errands and places. Bar and pool area small but cozy. Rooms comfy and spacious with great view fromBathrooms.

Must try for after meeting dinners.Ambience: 8/10Food choices: 6/10 - not much of a variety there. But not as limited. Was a fair amount of selections.Taste: 6/10 some of the dipping saues were a little on the sour side (too tangy). But the portions and the dish varieties were good. Shrimp cooked just right. Not overly cooked. The lobster could use some work on presentation as the heads were included but werent as appealing.

Truly one of the most amazing all rounder hotels my family and I have been to in Dubai. Only booked for two nights but ended up staying 4.Rooms amazing, food amazing, staff exceptionally amazing and so forth. Also wonderfully located where we could even walk to Dubai mall and other interesting places.Cant wait to go back.

We have stayed for 2nights, luckily we checked in early. Only off was the dinner on the first night as we really are disappointed. Upon booking they clearly said that there would be an international menu during dinner, but unfortunately only 1 pasta was served and we cannot really enjoyed the food as we are expecting it to be an international cuisine and thinking that we starved until 7:30pm as they instructed upon booking that international menu will be served that time. But thankful for Ms. Bea to have it resolved on the next dinner :) She offered as the halfboard menu to be delivered in our room and it was perfect, though they deliver it a little bit late. Room stay was good, smaller room than expected but the view is awesome. I really love the bathroom and the tub :)Breakfast is highly recommended!

I’m a Dubai local resident and was looking for a rewards night hotel to meet friends for a big day of sport and drinks and didn’t fancy messing around getting home. The Voco fitted my plans perfectly and I went there expecting nothing much but a room for the night. I was amazed by the welcome I got and the recognition of my status considering it was only one night and not paying. The check in and out was simple and very helpful as was the welcome. I was given an upgraded room and a city view which was very nice and although I never really used the facilities I will be going back and can’t recommend the hotel enough.

I loved it here so much! The staff is extremely friendly, the gym is big and has everything you need for a proper good workout. The views from the rooms are breathtaking! The pool has sun until the very end of the day. LOVE IT! Pool is hot heated but who cares with this amazing view and loooong sun.Only thing I would improve: PLEASE start recycling! I did not see anyone recycle but hotel guests use so much plastic. Recycling is so easy! Housekeeping should just have one additional plastic bag for recyclables. Lets save our planet!Thank you! My first trip after 14 months of restrictions, I was quite nervous with what to expect. The staff at voco were exceptional in making me feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities are clean, sanitized and COVID compliant. The hotel itself has a modern interior decoration and seems to have been renovated recently. My room was spacious and clean and always cleaned well daily.Food service was very sanitary and served with a smile.

Time required to do the needful check in or Check out process and people at front desk are very slow. That would be a big disappointment. I have stayed in this Hotel atleast 6 times and each time the issue remains the same. Otherwise this Hotel is great. View of Sheik Zayed Road is Fantastic. Room Service and Quality of Room is great.

The worst valet service...actually better than Fairmont...who are definitely abyssmal at best. Voco has bad and slow valet parking.

Stayed recently for a couple of weeks. Made to feel very welcome. Excellent efforts towards cleanliness although assisted buffet is a new one - that said, I think on balance it works better than I ever imagined. Staff were great (Marsha in breakfast room to name but one). Dined at Trèsind Studio - simply exceptional!! Thoroughly recommend

Our second time staying here. We enjoyed the welcome, the staff assistance, and the morning breakfast. I think it’s an great location for shopping and a quick jaunt to the LeMar beach. It’s a very family friendly hotel and we will stay here again in the future.

I have been staying in VOCO for 4 years every AEEDC Exhibition and VOCO never fail to amaze me with their superb customer service and hotel experience.

I am always staying in nasima royal / VOCO DUBAI because even the hotel size is not that big. Still, the team member starting from gate, reception, concierge, and housekeeping are always happy and welcomes you like family. I know few names like Mika, Manju Adnan, and many others. The ambiance cleanliness is good. I suggest adding more vegetarian Indian, south Indian food to the menu, and breakfast and in-room dining. Because food is an important part and for vegetarian guest not much options. ( idli sambhar, dosa, paratha subji ) these are good food for health and will give feel like home.

Great room with a view on downtown and Emirates tower from premiere suite, the working area is also quite enjoyable.

Got to experience the standard rooms as well as the apartments. Both are excellent for business and leisure. No problems with cleanliness and safety. The staff really helped out when I left my phone in a taxi and got it back too. Special shout out to Steve and Vikas for that. Also a shout out to Adnan for looking after my stay with all attention and courtesy.

I stayed at Voco for 16days during which time I found the staff to be the nicest, friendliest hotel team I’ve experienced. They couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile on their faces. This included the guys by the pool, the spa staff, the front desk and the entire breakfast team. A big shout out to Sara in the spa, who is not only a lovely person but provided an amazing massage. I would most definitely recommend this hotel

No welcoming from recption especially from ladys was so angry this is very bad check in happens with me in voco dubai even my waif she made the check in And swimming pool was so good Rooms was bad Shower needed a good scrub. Corridors in front my room was so dirty no there any supervisors to call them .last time with holody in was soo welcoming and they have good attitude. Relly bad experience ever

They scratched my new car in the valet and we complained twice and they ignored and never got back to us.When we followed up they said nothing happened and you are more than welcome to inform the police.Way to go for the great hospitality!!!If a complaint about a car being scratched is not serious enough to deserve a further look, I wonder how would they respond if a guest complains about salt in the food.

Great views of sheikh Zayed Road, the Burj Khalifa, Museum of innovation from the room. We tried a staycation here. The staff were courteous. The food was also good. We liked the pool also, Although it was not deep. The have a Cocktail Bar on the Roof as well. Overall Good place to relax if you enjoy the heights and city views.

Our stay started cold and unwelcoming. We had sent an email to the on duty manager yet no communication was received. When we arrived, they disregarded what we had wanted. Being tired after a long flight, we just called it a night. The following morning, I had mentioned it to front desk. The guest relations manager overhead and definitely turned things around. I would like to give the property another try. It is very conveniently located. Easy to get places. Trendy, chic and cute hotel. Not the best luxury hotel, as one would expect. Nonetheless great turn around experience!

Comparing to other hotels, the things inside the room is for common use. Shampoo, soap, lotion everything is common use. There is no toothbrush or paste. Room is very small. Reception and celcius (restaurant ) way of taking care is appreciated.

Starting from the entrance of the hotel, the staff were very welcoming. The room was spotless with a relaxing sea view and was equipped with all essential amenities including a Bluetooth JBL speaker. Pool was exemplary, food was mouthwatering in perfect portions and the overall experienced was just AMAZING!!!! Highy recommended

I saw the late check-out 4pm from tajj app for Voco hotel so i called voco tp book for me but then they said the late check-out where no longer applicable its just so unprofessional because as i can see there is no proper communication between the tajj and Voco hotel, i am coming from Abu Dhabi with my wife to spend my weekend in Dubai and its so disappointing that wheni reach Dubai the Voco hotel will inform me that there is no late check-out, proper communication guys be PROFESSIONAL enough to update your system ahead of time!!!!

It was Quiet and Comfortable but most of all I really enjoyed the Day Lounge next to the window where I could read, have a drink, enjoy the panoramic view and watch a beautiful sunset!My Dinner and Breakfast Experiences were both excellent. My Meals met all my expectations in terms of service and quality. In particular, I would like to mention my Breakfast experience at Celsius! The buffet experience was extensive and I thoroughly enjoyed my options. I was in the mood for poached eggs and avocado which was not available but I spoke to the Maitre d and he did not hesitate to speak to the Chef and make arrangements for my order. It was delicious
