We had nice experience. Close to metro and bus stops. Easy access to taxi as well. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Due to covid 19, customer are not supposed to serve breakfast themselves which was a bit pain sometimes as you have to wait for staff to serve you for longer especially during pick time. Overall it was nice experience and I will recommend to my friends and family. Crow Plaza is the best.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. When we arrived the tap in the bathroom was broken. They were quick to respond and provide a replacement room. The pool had good timings as it closed at 9pm. However, it was quite small and throughout our visit the pool was most of the times full. Overall not bad. This would be a low end 5 star hotel. Or maybe a budget 5 star hotel.

Fantastic stay, even got a birthday cake. Nice room upgrade with superb showers. Nice ambiance, great choice of food during breakfast. the staff was really helpful. Stay was fine. It only for 1 night. Receptionist Sharjahan he did checkinn and he was trying to give good room. But as per gold member I didn’t get any upgrade. Operator was so helpful. She call me back to check that I got my things or no. Some reception supervisor was so rude Breakfast was amazing specially staff was there Mr. Muhammad he was so fast and professional. For members should be some importants Anyhow it’s fine

Great place to stay. Nadine and her staff were excellent; Nadine herself went out of her way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms were well kept, clean and spacious. If I could give this a minus I would, I found that guests were getting drunk and playing in the lifts so called security did nothing.The staff were rude, and people walking around with no masks.This place is a joke as they give free water but charge for ice.When we arrived we waited 1hr45 minutes just to get a room. But this was only as my wife asked what was going on.Do not stay here! Go elsewhere trust worst experience ever

He was very welcoming, made us feel very special and also arranged a some nice surprises in our room as it was our 20th anniversary.The hotel is located close to metro and some decently priced eating places.Rooms are large and clean and have all the usual amenities.Overall a great stay

I Intended to stay at the Crown Plaza for around a week while on a business trip to Dubai. The CP in Deira was closest to my clients office so booked in there. What astroke of luck that was, from check in to departure it was a pleasure to be taken care of.Got a great upgrade plus got the club lounge package highly recommended. They have a gem of a hostess working there by the name of Nurcida and what a pleasant friendly and helpful hostess she is as well. You got a keeper here CP.Room was great, bed really comfortable and ammenities such as water tea and coffee kept well stocked in your room.Even the cleaning staff were helpful and pleasant to tak to.Restaurants on site are also very good with an American type bar along with an Italian and a place called Spice island that do dishes from all around the world to temp your palate.I liked it so much that when I finished my business and was scheduled to meet a different client. after confering with IHG that checking back into the same hotel would not affect my IHG rewards, didnt hesitate to do just that. What started off as a week long visit lasted nearly a month. Would highly recommend this hotel and i will certainly return when next in Dubai Thank You Crown Plaza for making my stay so great and me feel so welcome

Staffs are friendly and approachable. We think they can do better in cleaning the room especially on the things in the room like phone (we found lipstick mark on the handset) and floor. Breakfast was okay but we suggest to do more variety so your guests will have something to look for. I enjoy my privacy and there is peace and quiet so we had a relaxing stay.

Have stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, easy connectivity to locality and best place to explore Dubai. They have so many restaurants if you want to try some local and authentic Indian dishes, the room is well ventilated and house keeping are good. Just when you get down you will have taxi waiting for you. So no need to wait for long time, as it is a busy road you get taxi very frequently. They never disappoint your stay.

Staff and management are working well together to make the stay as best as possible. The price value for my booking was excellent. The hotel is slightly dated and there are probably more modern places in Dubai, but location, service and overall experience was very good.

We had an awesome experience. The reception team booked us in very spacious connecting rooms near the pool. The room ambience is great.The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. All our requests were accommodated efficiently beyond our expectations. During our delicious breakfast, Mandy and Angelo served us very well and the chef was kind enough to accommodate our special requests which are not available on the buffet. The hotel rooms are excellent and the facilities as well but what stands out even more is the service provided by their professional team. Kudos! will definitely come back again.

Have been attending classes with swimming coach Emmanuel who is amazing. He has taught me to swim in such a short time that too with many swimming techniques. He’s extremely skilled, patient with teaching and knows how to get the best out of you. The hotel also has great facilities for shower, dry towels, parking and friendly staff.I highly recommend the swimming classes and coach Emanuel for all you eager learners.

We had swimming classes (total 10) and our coach was Emanual. He is the best swimming coach one can have. He is very attentive and makes sure that his trainees will learn properly (without rushing). Its great deal as well if u r looking for cheaper option. I will recommend all of u out there who is afraid of water. There is no need to. 😀

I did my wedding event here. Easy to arrange. In the heart of the city. I got good deal for my engagement and wedding event.. very professional and supportive staff. Wow this place is not a 5 star hotel infact I would advise people to stay somewhere else. We are currently here and when I say the worst experience ever in Dubai.You would think that after a rough year for this industry has gone through with COVID-19 they would be happy to see customers.I think not this place has zero respect for its customers. The last straw for me was today we purchased some drinks outside the hotel, my family wanted to order some room service as we already have drinks we wanted some ice to chill the drinks and we are told that the hotel have changed it policies and they now charge for ice. Im not sure what is going on but Ive never been asked to pay for ice in a hotel.

I have not stayed in a hotel that offers customer service like Crowne Plaza Deira. The highest level of service started from the moment we checked-in (Very early check-in (8am) and complementary breakfast on check-in (kids were hungry so without hesitation, i was told to have breakfast with my children) Never happened to me before! Issues with noisy room next door for 2 consecutive nights so the night manager upgraded to a 1 bed room suite. Staff in the Executive lounge were very kind and helpful to my kids when they went to get drinks, staff at the reception desk who remembered my issues constantly asking me, making sure i was happy and not experiencing any other issues during my stay. Finally, the icing on the cake was a complementary extended late check-out till 6pm as my flight was a night flight. Please note, i am just a regular Elite member so no special treatment because of my club status. Crowne Plaza Diera have now set the bar so high that i dont think any other Crown Plaza hotel will be able to meet or beat! A very big thank you to all at Crowne Plaza Deira (Mr Allana and family)

I call Crown plaza-Diera a Final destination to happiness , when you reach the front office , you will be welcomed by Salah and Noorhan who will meet and complete your check in process with an angel smile , Just to add an angel queen named  Fatima  who will meet and great you in Harrys bar  with a shining smile ,,,she is doing a tremendous and recognizable work in leverage the level of hospitality in Harrys bar  to 7 stars hotel bar , without her in the bar , I wouldnt go there !Cant leave without remembering also Shiva in room service who is demonstrating how the service was provided to kings and queens of India a thousand of years ago , he excel in all what he does and promote the service to a different level with love and compassion. Last but not least , I havent eat in heaven as I am still on earth but I have tried what I can call it a meal from heaven , prepared and served by the master Chef Nasser  ,I call him the Chef of happiness because each bite from the food he prepared with his team take your breath away and draw a smile on your face that last forever. All the happy time is well planned and managed by Emad the operation manager , his fingerprints are almost everywhere in the hotel , he changed the hotel completely since he joined and he is one of the reasons that makes me always coming back !Special thanks to Joseph Karam the general manager who is a decision making person, since he recently joined the hotel , many old pending actions were done and a complete renovation plan was placed in to force immediately. Overall service is great. Everyone is very accommodating, and the massage is top notch. Ask for Aileen when you visit them, shes a good masseuse.

Nothing to say more than, Literally IT WAS A MESS .Having a lot of issues and as of what I faced I believe nothing will change as this is the regular daily routine of the hotel.Totally disappointed

Their room service is so slow once you call for somehing you have to wait for one hour at least and sometimes to recall and remind them.You have to call for towels,slippers,tissue : things that must be in advance in our room.The guys in the reception are very careful to details and very helpful ,they will assist you anytime .

I am an IHG Platinum Elite member. I have been visiting Crown Plaza Deira Dubai for over 25 years. Sadly it keeps going downhill. The A/C never works, hot tub was broken, the 2 TV sets in living room and bed room could never be fixed (audio not working) during my 3 week stay, etc. The facility is old and needs to be updated. Front Desk and most of hotel staff are substandard with a few notable exceptions. I could go on FOREVER!!!! :(

A warm welcome we received from Malaak from front desk and manager Salah, Hotel Operations Manager Emad Ramzy, Judhin Housekeeping Manager, Angelo, Mohamed, istier from the restaurant and Chef Yubraj Malla, Tara from the Lounge, Reda, Loyd, Petronila and Senior Houskeeping didn’t ask his name and the rest who I have not mentioned. Everyone is exceptional, I’m still in the hotel and we are enjoying our stay. We stayed 2 weeks in this hotel. I have been thinking alot about how much stars should i give them to write an honest review overall.First day we werent satisfied at all for the room cleanliness but they changed our room and really did clean everything everyday to please us.The workers are so friendly however there was still some points they need to improve.*E.g. the chairs in the restaurant was so old and dirty.*Everytime When we do ask for towels they give us 2 big towels and they know that we are a family of 5.*the corners of the whole pool where the drain goes needs to be fixed my husband did step on it and his feet was injured.*THEY ONLY HAVE 1 POOL in the hotel and after 4pm mostly crowded and not so clean.*EVERYDAY The key card of the room didnt work and we needed to go to the lobby to ask for a new one again and again.This was so annoying.In total, they were generous about coffee, tea and water bottles and they have the best Margherita pizza.

Health club staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool is very nice and clean. Gym equipment is well maintained and safe. The manager George is looking after the members very well. I highly recommend this facility for membership

Food and facilities are good BUT MY MONEY BEEN STOLEN FROM THE HOTEL ROOM SAFE BOX BY THE HOTEL STAFF ABD I GOT NO HELP WHATSOEVER.

We are not in-house guest we dine in brioso Italian restaurant thank you so much to Melanie for the good service... I really like the pizza and pasta craving satisfaction....

The breakfast and cleanliness was great but there wasn’t enough things in rooms
