We booked for 4 people last 2-4 September, at a very affordable price and the room was more spacious than normal. We were given a high floor room with a wonderful view thanks to Mr. Dhiraj at the reception! All of the staff were extremely amazing and friendly. The housekeeping staff are all so attentive to our needs, whether we request for something through phone or online using their qr code. The breakfast staff were also so very helpful as we were a group of 4 and most tables were full or only for 2, they were so polite when they asked us to wait, and we only waited for 3 minutes to be seated. Great deal, clean room, and affordable too. Will stay again, hopefully!

We enjoyed our stay here on our 4th Wedding Anniversary. The room is nice. Staffs were amazing. Food choices are great. The pool are awesome. I just noticed that the room is not thoroughly clean for the fact that we are facing pandemic right now. And this matter is very important for everyone. The coffee table tv stand are not cleaned enough that you can see some marks of the coffee mugs that has been placed there for a day or previous guest. Its very visible as the streaks of sun is entering the room in the morning. But so far everything is great and weve enjoyed it.

Honestly it doesn’t even deserve a star, this was one of the worst hotel i’ve been too. Their cleaning job is very poor the rooms feel like they weren’t even cleaned the floors had a weird smell and the bed had a disgusting smell to it too. One of the rooms we booked had the ceiling leaking water, behind the beds we found trash and caps of corona beer and a used condom. Also their wifi connection isn’t that great, it’s really weak. And the room service isn’t good they wouldn’t answer their phones when you call them, and if you asked them for stuff they’d bring it to you hours later. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, Abu Dhabi Crowne Plaza is way better than this one. I don’t even know how it got to be a 5 star hotel it doesn’t deserve it at all.

We wanted to celebrate birthday of my son on 23 July.. so booked Crowne plaza Hotel one day stay with dinner n breakfast.Stay was awesome..enjoyed the luxury n stunning view from swimming pool.Service by staff at all level was fantastic and energetic. The Italian dinner we enjoyed and the staff at the restaurant was very polite, soft and always ready to serve, understand the guest.Bathroom water clogging was bit disturbance in stay and due to that the enjoyment in the room was bit affected.

This was my first time staying at Crowne Plaza, Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai. Bed was cosy and got good sleep all throughout my stay. Room was well maintained.Buffet breakfast was very good with good spread and hot food Sincerely appreciate the front desk staff Ms. Carmela and Mr. Mahmood for welcoming attitude and great service. Looking forward to stay here soon on next visit to Dubai.

I stay often at this hotel when I come to Dubai for business. The location is very convenient and you always get good value for your money. The staff at reception is very helpful, and especially Carmela who checked me in several times and was always helpful and friendly. Good choice for business traveler. Will stay there again.

Loved the approach and response by reception. I would specially mention Mr. Dhiraj Singh from front desk. Very sweet and supporting staff. Rooms were nice but small compare to other hotels nearby. They also have hotel apartments, which are are quite good. I coukd guve full rating but one star less because i feel this property need little renovation.

The hotel is lovely and you feel the positive vibes everywhere. Staff is very friendly and passionate in their work. A great hotel precisely placed to give good access to airport and two major malls. Lots of places to eat within and surrounding the hotel, breakfast is very good and the staff more than helpful, remembering your name and what you like to eat etc. Pool OK for bathing but not for swimmers, Gymis excellent and equipment reasonable new. My only issue which is becoming the norm at some hotels is that the ability to connect your laptop via HDMI cable to the TV is not available, therefore restricting the work you are able to do. Overall a great hotel where I would certainly stay again.

I had wonderful time here, i can never forget my stay in this hotel, luxury at its best, beauty in every nook and corner of this hotel. Cleaned rooms and atmosphere neat and tidy with well managed staff, politeness and humbleness is their real jewel. Fruits in the room were fresh and juicy. Loved to stay here, will surely visit soon again.

The hotel has an interesting food area with its street style cluster of multinational cuisine restaurants, with a good breakfast buffet but the overall experience is diminished due to the age of the fitout and initially poor in-room wifi.Technical support staff were excellent in providing a temporary solution but intervention for this should not have been required because it is clearly a problem with network infrastructure that should be upgraded.The room I was in was clean but had a peculiar odour like old carpet or something that I never quite got used to.Overall it was reasonable but not quite up to what I expected for 5 star standard. Better options are available for the money.

As always, this is my go-to location in Dubai. Conveniently located, it allows me to do a mix of dining in with kitchenette and good options for restaurants/pubs in the hotel and nearby. Reception folks helped me secure rate closer to best third-party internet deals (thanks to Mubeen and Irina) and using the well-equipped and clean gym and pool facilities are always good for staying healthy and staffed by great people (thanks Unise, Gemma and Jean). Bell-men (most often Douglas in my case) are efficient and welcoming and room-staff keep things clean and always cater to any special requests (thanks Budhi).

Always one of the most fun hotels you can live in in Dubai. Access to great food joints and bang in the center of the city. Surrounded by some of the most famous and fun clubs.

Amazing location, 2 metro stations at walking distance, plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Super comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom is a tub/shower combo not suitable for elder people. Televisions are old and channels are not high definition (HD). Food is amazing, breakfast buffet is great, dinner is great. Elevators on ground floor or escalators will bring you to 1st floor where lobby is. hotel smells nice all the time. pool is old but does the trick, gym is huge and well equipped, barber on site, massage on site, tourism both on site. Overall will gladly go back. Some rooms have side views which are not what you expect, just step outside and look up for a city view. 45 mins in metro to reach JBR beach and 2 stops to reach Burj Kalifa/Dubai Mall.

This hotel is in thr best location and is in the central location. The staff here is very very helpful. Especially call agent dresti, she made sure all our problems were solve. The wifi was slow so when i approach in reception also she take action and this made stay very convenient. And she even making sure it was working afterwards which i like. They pay attention to your problem. And all staffs were jolly and helpful

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Apartments offers spacious apartments in a convenient location (easy access to Metro plus shuttle services to a few popular attractions). While the 2-bedroom apartment does have 2 bathrooms, only one has a bath. Though they are meant for small loads, the washer and dryer are a nice amenity. The hotel Fitness centre is one of the best Ive used. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and available. Price varies by season, so value is best during off-peak season.

I stay here for 1 to 2 weeks every few months and always: 1) Front desk very willing to accommodate nuanced requests (thanks Irina) 2) check-in speedy and informative, 3) pool and gym staff very welcoming and accommodating (thank you Gemma, Jean and Unisa for the daily positivity/kindness and family feeling the guests experience in your areas of the hotel), 4) concierge/bell staff speedy, 5) IT, internet and TV tech support find solutions (thanks Mr. El Dhally and others) 6) guest room preparation staff are very pleasant and kept things very sanitary in my studio. I always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza on Sheikh Zayed Road. The staff are always very welcoming. Always helpful from the moment you arrive until you check out. The food/drinks and service in Harvesters Bar is consistently excellent and value for money.

Comfortable stay except no hand force in toilet for Indian subcontinent guests.

Checked in at 3 am. Had to ask the concierge to upgrade me as he hadnt done and he laughed after I said I was platinum elite. First time Ive ever had to ask and was suprised at the response. Maybe my punishment for asking was to be checked into a room smelling badly of mould. We raised the issue straight away and got moved into another room where similar smell but not as bad. So tired after flying we just took the room. Went to take a shower and water was trickling out and was either roasting hot or very cold. Old school shower in a bath tub. Cant cost much to modernise these.Had work the next day so couldnt ring reception about smell. Did the next day and the lady manager was very helpful moved us to a room on the top floor with no issue. Overall apart from initial receptionist checking in the staff are fantastic and I feel the hotels best asset

I stayed in this hotel for a week, initally I had issues with internet speed and I was unable to connect remptely to my office and work. I informed help desk and they sent Mr.Ahmed Al Dally and he made necessary arrangements swiftly so that the net work speed was increased and I could work comfortably from the hotel room with out any issues.Mr. Ahmed Al Dally was very friendly and he took action so fast that my job was not affected. With more than 20 years of loyalty to this hotel, the overall quality of service in 2021 should be subject to review. As an IHG Member and upon my arrival to the hotel, i was expecting the front desk team to capture the welcoming points or to provide me discounts on the hotel facilities . Nothing has happened and i was obliged to remind them after 2 days The hand sanitizer in the elevators was not filled on daily basis and sometimes was emptyThe major challenge at the hotel is the internet bandwidth which is quite weak. In spite of several reminders , NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN and i was obliged to escalate the issue to the hotel management in order to take the necessary action to improve the connection.

Ahmed Eldally was exceedingly helpful in fixing my WIfi issues , amazing proactive help and support to sort issues .

The Crowne Plaza Dubai hotel is one of the older hotels in Dubai, and the room I was in was comfortable and clean, with a large comfy king size bed and good spot to set up my laptops to do a little work. Due to the age of the hotel, the rooms naturally have older style decor - but dont let appearances put you off though - it has some great little restaurants, a good and varied buffet breakfast, is very conveniently located and the staff are top notch. Service is second to none.I had problems with my Wifi internet connection but with a call to reception, my problems were very quickly and professionally sorted out by the IT professional Mr Ahmed Eldally. This is my second visit here, and I will probably stay here again next time I am in Dubai.

Overall experience is fair. But the hotel should provide better connection of wifi.

My regular visits to the Crowne Plaza in Sheikh Zayed Road are always very enjoyable indeed and this was no exception. I , like many other Travellers to the UAE , were probably very nervous regarding Covid-19 precautions , but I was delighted to see that the CP had made every possible provision to make my stay as enjoyable as possible , while still making sure that the environment was safe for everyone.On the one occasion I saw a Guest forget to replace their mask after eating in the restaurant , he was reminded politely but firmly that this was now the requirement in the hotel. All done with no fuss at all.Congratulations to all the Staff for their professional attitude and care , as always. I will of course definitely ve staying at the CP on my next visit to Dubai.

Im enjoying my stay here in Crowne Plaza. The staff is amazing, from housekeeping to restaurants. Nice view from my room and location is great. I would like to mention the work of reception team Carmella, Trishna, Irina and Dristi and Jessica for their help. They are always ready to assist.

Overall stay was comfortable. However, I would not be excited staying in Crowne plaza. Due to pandemic, lounge is closed and so are other restaurants. There are not many people and the vibe of property is old and soothing (not exciting)

My family and I spent 6 nights at CP Dubai. The hotel is located along Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel has at least 3 restaurants within its premises and several others within a walking distance. The metro is also very close by. Buffet breakfast was good, notwithstanding the COVID-19 protocols. I would recommend this hotel.

A well attended 5 star hotel by the side of Sheikh Sayed road. Accessible from any part of downtown Dubai. The property is well maintained with a bunch of restaurants to choose from. It also has a wonderful sports bar. The staff is courteous and well mannered.

Location at Sheikh Zayed Road with metro stations nearby. Many restaurants outside operate almost 24 hours. Hotel though is little old but comfortable. Exceptional attitude by Receptionist Trishna and Mohammed. The room we had booked had some air conditioning problem but immediately the hotels decision to upgraded in Diplomatic Suite was highly appreciable as they did not argue or waste time.The hotel needs to increase staff at Reception area as it took very long in the queue. Even if you are to dial the operator over phone from your room sometimes went unanswered. Breakfast is decent. With all factors - value for money hotel considering the prime location. Recommendable!

Perfect experience till now. Big way to go since my stay is till Sept . will let you know how the progress is going. But 3 months stay till now has been so far good. Only small drawaback is on the washing. Would suggest to keep some rules as people tend to keep their clothes and jus leave which becomes difficult for others to put their clothes since there are only 3 machines

The staff are always so helpful at the Crown Plaza on Sheikh Zayed Road, from arrival in the Lobby until checking out. I particularly like the Harvesters Bar/Restaurant where the food and drinks (Guiness) is consistently good, which i dont always find in other Hotels in Dubai. Also the cost of the stay and the food and beverages are GOOD VALUE
