I am a Spire Elite member with IHG. I travel for work so I stay at many different brands. I was immediately recognized as such by the staff.I really enjoyed the happy staff! They helped me over and above to ensure I was able to make my flight at DXB. They even printed stuff for me because the business office was closed the day I needed it.I exited the elevator on the ground floor and realized I forgot my mask. The concierge gave me a new one.The view is excellent and the rooms are very nice. A short walk inside to the Festival City Shopping Mall, arguably the best mall in Dubai and that is saying something!The breakfast is superb here and everything you would expect from a high quality hotel.The hotel room rate was very good. Breakfast price was reasonable too.

Not only is the location great, the staff, the cleanliness of all areas of this site were all fabulous. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and kept that way my entire stay. It was easy to get to my work site, I could even see it from my room, great location. The view out my window was wonderful and the restaurants in the hotel were great, as were the ones outside. You could walk to the mall and never had to step outside. All in all I give this place 100% acceptance and look forward to my next visit.

Our stay in crown plaza was awesome. The staffs are very nice from the reception, valley parking, restaurant housekeeping even the life guards.. They are very strict but its okay. The hotel is clean the rooms are clean and organized. I loveostvthe people they are very accommodating. And friendly and that is what I am looking for in choosing a hotel.

We are still here, been almost 2 weeks and one more months to go. Loving our stay and what we love the most is food .. wooh! The variety and the taste .. when you stay for a longer period, it’s very tough to not get bored with the hotel food but you guys are providing different food with different taste every time and it’s just awesome every meal. Thanks to the super awesome staff and chefs and the manager. Loving it ❤️

I use this hotel on a regular basis whenever I fly from and into Dubai. Its extremely convenient for DXB while being far enough to avoid the noise and bustle of the airport hotels. The views on Dubai City are excellent and there is a very large shopping mall accessible directly from the hotel.

Still as before, excellent professional staff, well maintained facilities, very good quite sleep on comfy beds and pillow. attached to mall, water front for long walk... fair enough for families and business..

Great hotel. Stayed there in 2008 with my family. Part of the expanding Dubai Festival City. Access to malls and shopping is amazing. We really enjoyed as it was near IKEA as well!

Ive been in the Crown Plaza hotel around 45 days, so far my experience is good. All the staff at the reception(including supervisors) are friendly, professional, and helpful; they responded to every inquiry/request I had with a smile.Ive also been to the Intercontinental, and the staff at the reception is also good, I had a few requets while I was there and they responded immediately. The staff at Anis (including the supervisor and the chef) are good, always welcoming guests and making sure that everything is there. The selection of food is very good and delicious. The cleaning service is very good, the staff is on time, I did not face an issue and the room is always clean. My experience so far is nice and relaxing, I hope it continues this way.

We had a good stay in crowne plaza hotel dubai. The ambiance and interior of the lobby was good. The beds were comfortable and they were very friendly. Highly recommended and worth to visit and stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Even being in the top tier of their loyalty program I never get a room upgrade. This time the shower controller was broken and the air conditioner was stuck at full cooling. I just wasn’t impressed. This will probably be my last visit to this hotel.

For the first time we decided to stay in Ramadan at a hotel and it was a great experience and would definitely do it again.The staff were really helpful and supportive. We would pass our special thanks to the front desk team (Joshi, Arosh, and Damian).The room was clean and well prepared. We were provided with the requested room with sea view.The room service was amazing everything we requested was provided to us instantly.The room keeping staff were very kind and helpful to us during all our stay.The iftar at Zaytoon restaurant was so delicious and the staff there were kind to us.The room suhour was served to us in time and as order.We were given late checkout which was very nice.

She was very kind and patience on explaining the facilities and inclusion of our booking.The room allocated to us was facinf the creek and.it was amazing. Room size and bathroom size is so spacious.Dinner in Anisr was also great speacially the hot section we overall enjoyed thw dinner that time.Even the breakfast at zaytoun was also great very well arranged and hygienic set up we didnt.mucj had time to enjoy breakfast as we are heading out early. But all in all it was an amazing weekend fof us. Cant wait to be back soo

When I checked in it was Eid, so there were quite a few people but I think the hotel could’ve provided more check-in staff and also on checkout we experienced a long wait, The food was nice in the club lounge but unlike other club lounges in the IHG group there was not much of a selection and the portions are very small, but still a great experience very nice staff very helpful and informative I’m friendly

Nice location where you have sea view and shopping centre,greetings and welcoming is highly met, but if you book via online agents, its better to call the hotel to check your data and ease your check in process.sleeping is amazing, quite and relax.i recommend it 9 out of 10

Hotel need more staff in front office department , pillows is very small should be large pillow, blanket is very hard should be soft, should improve tv channel and tv remote control, should give guest tooth paste and brush, single small shampoo , conditioner and shower gel not enough for guests they should knows about it, I am spire elite member as per my status my check out can be exceed till 4pm but they refused to give me only give me till 2 pm .

I have nothing but good words to say about all the staff of Crowne Plaza DFC who assisted us in our short stay in the property. Aimee Guintu greeted us with a warm smile and has accommodated all our needs. We even had a great upgrade and a complimentary cake for my husband who was celebrating his birthday that weekend. Not only that, were treated with 2 welcome drinks and a late checkout, without me even asking. What more can we ask for? The food in Anise was superb. Victor our server was very hardworking and is clearing our table everytime were done with our plates. Very accommodating. All the servers in Anise were great. The food was so good. So much choices. The pool attendants were very attentive and very helpful in our needs. It was one of the best hotel experiences our family ever had. Thank you.

Subpar rooms, terrible breakfast, the only shining points are its location next to the Festival City Mall and its great outdoor swimming pool, other than that, it doesnt deserve to be called 5 stars hotel, can you imagine that you have no electricity outlets next to your bed to charge your phone? I mean none at all! Lighting in the rooms is the worst Ive ever seen in a hotel, I have no idea how this hotel passed the 5 stars certification!PS. The staff was amazing and lovely and super helpful

My family and I went on a staycation to Crowne Plaza festival city hotel to celebrate my birthday. We had a very lovely time and left with wonderful memories.We enjoyed all the facilities that were provided. Kids had a great time at the pool and the kids club where they had a variety of games and activities to keep them occupied.The breakfast arrangement at Zaytoun restaurant and the dinner at Anise restaurant were both great and loved by my family.We were extremely happy with the services provided by the staff at Crowne Plaza, and loved how they greeted all their guests with widest smiles.I would definitely love to come back to have another memorable experience at this hotel. I would also recommend this hotel to all who would like to have a stress free, relaxing stay 🙂A special thank you to Ms. Iman who went to great lengths to make sure we had a lovely stay.

The hotel is well located, staff is very friendly, very clean rooms and breakfast was amazing. The pool area is in the shadow during the morning, water is very cool and it was possible to enjoy the pool even during the Dubai summer time.

For more than 5 years, I considered the CP Dubai Festival City my home from home. This time, I was not impressed. I expected more as a Spire Elite Member in a hotel that was certainly not booked out. The staff at the reception should improve their attitude. Unfortunately, I consider to find a different place.

My husband and I needed a break from all the stress around us and booked a last minute half board package for the weekend. We were not disappointed and we were upgraded at reception and the breakfast and dinner buffet that were included was simply excellent.The staff are what makes the hotel though... Everyone from the car valets to the managers were smiling through their masks and every interaction felt genuine.Will definitely visit them again

The efficiency of the staff is hard to fault. The rooms are very clean and nicely spaced out. Excellent location if travelling, reasonable distance to the airport . Few mins by car. If shopping is your thing, then you have a mega mall Festival city with all the know brands, supermarket, DiY store etc. Fast food to fine dining restaurants.

I love this hotel and I have been there many times and never been disappointed....clean spacious rooms with strong WIFI and very good breakfast and of course not to forget the professional staff ...The hotel has strategic location with a short cut connection to one of landmark shopping centers of Dubai and very short distance to airport

Staying at the Crown Plaza hotel - Festival city was a wonderful experience. The rooms, view, and ambiance, coupled with excellent service, make anyones stay enjoyable. Easy access to restaurants on the first floor, outdoor dining on the first and 5th floors make for easy social distancing while allowing you to continue to live your life. Only feedback is there are not enough power outlets in the rooms, and none that are usable near the bed for CPAP equipment or a cell phone. Reception sent up an extension cord with universal plug capability so I could plug in and charge all my equipment.

Despite the current covid19 situation the hotel management and staff are doing superp job to keep guests safe and relaxed. With very attentive approach to the details of each guest hotel experience this hotel shines with flying stars.

Over all an excellent hotel except if you are a smoker, no designated smoking rooms and only smoking area is at the ground floor.

The front desk and reception staff were great to accommodate my request for an early morning check-in. It really made my day upon arrival from Japan. A very nice personal touch that I particularly appreciate was from the housekeeper, Mr Devendhar, who left a beautifully composed flower made of bathroom towels on my freshly made bed! Really appreciated and thank you for the kindness!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.Restaurant, foods and drinks are great and pools are very nice. Wifi is open and free inside rooms and rest of hotel locations. Besides it is the festival city mall which has a lot of stores and restaurants and a food court. You can also go to adjacent intercontinental hotel and try their restaurants or pools as well. Ikea and ACE and al futtaim automall are very near as well

As always, efficient and accommodating staff. My go-to hotel whenever theres a chance for a respite. Kudos!

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. I had a relatively long stay and I cannot say that it became stale. Rather, from the person looking after my room to the staff at the reception desk and the executive lounge, my stay was pleasurable. Everybody was friendly and helpful and maintained a high level of service and professionalism throughout. Thank you.

Everything was perfect in my stay.I really enjoyed with the nice room, amazing view, friendly and smiley staff in the house keeping, in the Breakfast restaurant and the club in floor 26. everybody was offering his services.and the car parking as well. I only wished that the staff in the front desk to be more fast and friendly like all other staff.

Perfect last night stay before flying out of Dubai. Hotel conveniently located near the airport. Some services during my stay were shared with the nearby Intercontinental Hotel (e.g. lounge, dinner restaurant). I appreciate the helpful support of all staff, including during check-in, check-out, in the Anise restaurant and friendly service of Ms. Miya and her colleagues in the Intercontinental Hotel lounge.

Place is very nice and tidy. Good Covid measures. Vegetarian food is not available at this time.

Tasty food, great service, waiters are well educated with happy faces and good welcoming, nice ambiance great beer, but prices quite high, even though its a 5 stars hotel. However I was happy spending nice evening with my Family, we sat for 3 hours we felt it a minute

Nice hotel, suited my needs while waiting to travel to Saudi during the COVID crisis. Lovely staff, especially in Belgian Cafe and the Breakfast restaurant.Really liked being connected to Festival City Mall, so handy for different shops and restaurants.

From reservations to check-out the Crowne Plaza DFC have provided a great service during a 16-day return to our home in KSA. if there were any issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently, with no fuss.Having to work from a hotel room for two weeks is no fun, but the accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough to make this less of a chore. Having a room with a Creek view also helped!Whilst not all services in the hotel were fully operating, the Intercontinental Executive Lounge access provided a quiet haven to relax, the staff here were friendly, attentive and always service with a smile - particular mention should go to both Mya and Barakat.The hotel restaurants and outlets, including the Intercontinentals provide plenty of options at meal time, The location of the Crowne Plaza DFC also enables access to a wide variety of restaurants and outlets in the mall area.As an IHG member, I was disappointed that the food discount was not available in the Belgian Beer Cafe, although points were still provided.Overall, a very nice location that we would use again.

Unfortunately the hotel check in experience was very disappointed. The staff was not trained well to deal with guest and the service was very slow. It takes her around 20 minutes to check me in where her colleague finished 3 guests. She will be excused if there were lots of customers or if it was a peak time, it was middle of the week and the hotels are almost empty. Room service was bad. While the meal was tasty, it was not what I ordered.I have left the hotel after few hours and went to another hotel because I was not satisfied at all.

I went with my family for a pool day pass with a picnic pantry brunch they were doing at the hotel and we absolutely loved the place.The staff were very welcoming and professional, always checking on you of you need anything. The pool area is just stunning with a breathtaking view over the creek.Big Jacuzzi with view and kids pool.The foods was good and really loved the picnic brunch idea . They give you a picnic basket full of goodies and then you can refill it by your self. The ambiance was amazing too with live music. Also there was kids activities. We really had a great time there and I am looking forward to spend a staycation also there one day .
