Amenities was very good but behaviour of reception was very rude. When I went there one thin mature lady was the receptionist. She was very rude, instead of helping in her mind I think she wants we need to cancel the booking. Really bad.

Taste of India restaurant was very poor service. We waited more than 40min to get a food. Nobody is there to service the food.

Went to dine in at 0945 pm in taste of India restaurant and they informed us that food is finished and we need to wait for another 1 hour for the food . Waited for 30 min and again the Waiter informed that we need to wait for 1 hour. We went back in utter disappointment .

Taste of India restaurant offer very very delicious Kerala cuisine. The food is so yummy, Expo 2020 fish is a must try.

Nice and decent hotel. Friendly staff. Housekeeping is also good. Could be better though. Very prime location. They have their own parking, or else you wont even find one around so easily. Busy location. The front yard access is little difficult because of ongoing repair works by Dubai Govt. This place is easily accessible by public transport. Suitable for families as well. I didnt try their restaurant. So cant comment on that. Swimming pool is closed for Corona. Try it for better experience. My full marks.

I stayed at the Hotel like a month and these people dont know how to talk to Customers. There is 1 lady at reception she think she is doing a favour by giving us the room. I stayed because I loved the room. Seriously I think the girl should know how to deal and talk to customers. Worst receptionist I have ever seen.

People shouldnt be picky when they go for a hotel like Raviz, because its relatively cheap and you get what you pay for.However, I do think there are some improvements that could me made even when keeping that in mind, and these pertain to mainly the restaurant. The service and cleanliness is just barely sub-par and nothing more or less, the restaurant staff isnt friendly, which is understandable because they may not be getting the respect they deserve from residents in the first place, this of course is an expected evil at lower range options. Regardless, people in customer service should try to be friendly first before placing judgements, because you never know who youre gonna get. Anyways, the food is pretty satisfactory and theres some good Indian options in addition to the continental ones, but youll have to make it early because they keep running out.Furthermore, the rooms are pretty comfortable and the rooftop pool has a pretty good view of the city, even though its almost child-sized. Also, the room service staff are surprisingly much nicer and warmer than the restaurant and front desk staff.All in all, Its a good option if youre not expecting too much and treating it as a place to sleep well primarily, which is common in a city like Dubai, there are more than enough places to keep you busy during the day.

Worst reception staff everMy brother is staying in this hotel he came from India for 3 days only on asking for cutlery in personal room they dont send it you have to go down and get it from the restaurant.On mentioning that normally its been provided in the room he replied Were you getting it earlier? which is a rude sarcastic answer.To which he commented its good next time book Royal Ascot.

I stayed16 days in this hotel. Good reception staff. Easy. Checkin and check out. No hurdles. But not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. Television problem not solved in my entire stay.

*MUST READ* Worst hotel I have been to. Never expected this whcih says it is a 4 star hotel. First everything here was Unprofessional, From staff to rooms everything here was bad. I this times of corona we want hygiene first, which was missing Completely. The staff at the reception itself was not wearing mask all the time. The room were even worst, I booked and asked for Non-smoking room and they gave me smoking room which was smelling bad. Bathrooms were leaking. Housekeeping staffs does not do their job properly, does not clean everything, does not vaccume, does not refill all stuff. Dont fall for the price please. IT IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL.This all things are basic which every hotel does, but they dont even care.Location is best as it is close to main metro station and find everything around.But will never ever fall for the price, will only book branded hotels only.

The staff are friendly. Facilities not so much.The AC had corona inside probably (they probably never changed the filter), the room was dark and depressing, most facilities were closed (no disclaimer on hotels.com). They give you only one card even though two people are checking in. The wifi was very bad, the internet connection was terrible. The cleaning people came every other day even though it said every day and we had clean my room sign. The lobby smelled like smoked and a wet mope. I don’t understand how this can be a four star hotel ?All in all ok place to stay for the price but pay a bit more and get a clean place. Hygiene is very important in this corona time. The fact that they didn’t clean and that our room/lobby smelled made me leave.

It was blunder decision to choose this hotel for 10days stay.To start with,I booked room for 3 for standard room as per descriptions given online through pictures, but seeing it live was very different and very small to even walk around. So the team upgrades the room to family suit saying with double tourist tax.Room looked spacious and good, but as you enter the room, the carpet around the room from the entry to the end of the room was full of dirt and hair all around(apparently that was cleaned and sanitised as per the hotel team).Then the bathroom had leakage in its WC which on complaint they changed the sprinkle thinking the problem is there(this issue existed till our last day of checkout). The entire room i got cleaned and sanitised again on requesting 4th time with the receptionist(PS: Ms Seeta Mishra and her senior the most unpleasant,rude & unwelcoming person from the entire hotel).The on checking the washroom, the towels were stained with blood and were dirty, on informing about all these issues, Ms. Mishra repliesif u not comfortable in this room, we can shift you back to the room which you booked.(PS:Amazing solution she has to give when the room cleaning and hygiene was totally under question).Everyday we left room,after requesting to clean the room as in sanitize and general cleaning, to which we got reply that we dont clean room everyday and sanitizing is to be checked by guests itself,also due to less staff we have timings fixed for each floor for cleaning, also everyday the rooms were left untidy on coming back to the room, as if totally disinterested in keeping the room cleaned beyond what we could have kept it in our capacity.On 3rd day we complained regatding wifi not working at night and fridge not working too, so Ms.Mishra again has the same solution for it that if we so unsatisfied with the room so we should go back to the room we booked.So afterall this, i had no option but to ask if the room is suppose to be so unfit to stay or the housekeeping is so kept at bay from all cleaning and sanizitizing procedures to follow. I mean even if we change room, will your house keeping staff change for service in that room or infact did u even pre-check or clean the room before alotting that room to us. Because its about 10days of stay not just 1day which could have been adjusted. At the end, we were left with no choice but stay in that room which had continous water leakage in washroom everyday, fridge not working till last day, wifi was fluctuating every night, room were made up disinterestingly. Overall, horrible hotel and blunder choice made for 10days stay where we paid in advance and had no choice to cancel the stay and burn the hard earbed miney elsewhere.I would not suggest anybody to stay here.I have attached referencr picture of different days with same issues unaddressed.Mr.Seeta Mishra being the most unfriendly unpleasant staff to deal with in this hotel.

Staff friendly, hotel building old, cleanliness in the rooms needs to be improved, rooms dark and need more lighting, curtains dirty and untidy. Agencies booking may spoil customers from booking there as when circumstances changes, hotel and agency put their gain as priority.

The Hotel is a good place to stay. The staff is very welcoming. Though it seems like the place is not that huge when you look from outside, Its got almost every facilities. The rooms are quite cozy and comfortable.But had to ask the staff to make up the room and replace the products every time which was not a good thing. Apart from that the stay was very comfortable and could be recommended. The best thing about the place is the Metro station (Union) is few meters and there is a mall which has multiplex, Sushi center, and a supermarket and other things.

Location is the attraction of this hotel. Meena bazar is just walkable from here, Burjuman and Al Fahidi metro station are very near to the hotel. Many super markets near by and Burjuman mall , where you can exchange your currency is also near by.Front office staff was friendly, especially the lady Sukhwinder Kaur. She helped me for early check in and allotted the top floor (7th floor) as requested by me. Rooms are ok. There was a problem with the room telephone on 1st day and every time I had to go to the lobby to call the reception or the room service and didn’t attend initially but when I got little angry they fixed the problem immediately. Overall it was a good stay and we are happy. Definitely recommend others to stay here.

Though the location ‘sounds’ dodgy, it’s a very good locale, with easy access to the metro station and a plethora of excellent asian dining options closeby. Perfect for a quick business trip.The hotel itself is excellent of decor, room space, facilities, restaurants and the staff are top notch: well groomed, extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely disrespectful F&B manager they have there. Very business minded and least caring about walk-in guests. Well guess what, that makes it always business hungry & least visited place by all. Headed to Tastes for Iftar. The hotel stands true to its name Raviz Centre point..., it actually is at the centre. Interiors done beautifully and the food is worth the money. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Low cost hotel with noise issues as one enters the reception Indian nightclub is on right which has capability to give noise issues to two floor above. Make sure to get a room 3rd floor onward to avoid these.Breakfast is very very basic...with things like dosa or green tea is available on extra charge. Keep you expectations very low. bread toastNow coming to the most important part drinking water. Hotel provides 4 mineral bottles 500 ml each day. If you ask for more they will be charging you. And if you happen to question the staff on this they will politely point you to carrefour near hotel to buy low cost water..On thing which is really cool about the hotel is its location and proximity to burjaman mall and metro station etc.So if you are ready for all the adventure book this hotel at your own risk.. Remind you this isnt a fmaily hotel, solo or business trip is fine to book ...
