Members of the staff were really helpful and kind , and they kindly helped me with any questions and requests that I had. I was there for an important interview appointment, and i expected to take taxi on time , and reach to my appointment early in the morning , and staff kindly helped me with this matter. I also requested for wake up alaram that day and i enjoyed that experience too. I felt comfortable and safe in my room. I also enjoyed breakfast. Everything was perfect.

The service and support the hotel gave was great and welcoming. Although if you come for the WiFi, there will be issues as without a router in the room the WiFi only works nearer the door. It was very difficult to join zoom and stay on for a full hour without going through some issues. Other than this the hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

The holiday Inn in Safa park is excellent, the staff the management and the house keeping are super friendly, very helpful and have no limits to helping you.the food in the restaurant is excellent, the room is perfect size, very clean, the wifi is very fast, the desk is comfortable and the shower is perfect. I cant recommend this hotel enough, not only that but the location is in the middle of old and new dubai, Dubai mall is a few minutes away, marina is under 20km away, mall of the emirates is just over 10km away, the metro is 5mins walk. I would like to thank Bishoy, tiffany and Fernanda for their outstanding customer service.

The hotel has a good location close to Dubai Canal and Habtoor Cuty both walkable from the hotel. Breakfast choice was good, but quality of food was poor - pastries were hard I couldn’t bite into them. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, pillows were great too! However you could hear noise from outside and the corridor/other guests so not a great night sleep. Only 1 towel in the bathroom even though we were 2 guests and shower wash and hair gel was combined... so take your own. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I’d recommend Muchachas for dinner, great value Mexican with chilled out vibes and amazing cocktails!

It was an amazing experience because staff will always try to make you feel welcome, at home a any time do the day. Their attitude and costumer service is pristine and high quality. I really like this hotel apart from it gorgeous location which is next to the Dubai Canal and Safa Park, this hotel also offers a very comfortable stay in a very affordable price.I was really shocked for the price including breakfast as my stay experience was more than its value.Staffs are so helpful, Everything clean and organized. There was no crowd outside in the evening as it is beside the park with a lot of trees, even almost no cars passing on the area which I really love which had given me the opportunity for a long deep sleep.If you want to escape somehow the buzzle of the city within it, then I do strongly recommend this hotel. Thumbs upIf you want to do jogging and bicycling morning or evening, then this place is also perfect for you.

The staffs are helpful. The hotel is not very close to the metro but they do have shuttle van for you to book from the hotel to dubai mall. Clean enought. The bed was really comfortable.

The staff made my stay.I felt like home.Very friendly and professional.Special thanks to ARA and TIFFANY.Once we arrived Ara did check in very smooth and prompt and did all our request in professional way, during the stay the whole staff were super helpful, OKTA from housekeeping was extremely nice , for check out TIFFANY was super professional.In total the entire team were super super nice.Location is the best it’s in the middle of the city.Definitely will come back and recommend to everyone. Stripped down to the basics, no default room service provided, breakfast is basic and at the moment no self service. Upon request the hotel provided good options, which was appreciated. Breakfast ending at 10:30 was too early for me tbh and I had someone ring by doorbell when it clearly stated busy. Be aware you can only collect reward points when booking directly with IHG and not through other providers.Also note that taxis are quite difficult to get there and staff is not always getting taxis for you.

Great place and the service was excellent as well as I had no problems with check in . The room was great , the food was great and what would have made it exceptional was if a pool is provided . But bottom line I enjoyed my stat

This is an excellent hotel for family. No unwanted people roam around, no dance bars. So you feel more secure and peace of mind. No blasting music, so you will get a peaceful sleep. So it is also good for business people who can really relax after a days hard work. Nice breakfast was included so you can fresh up and straight to you work. It is very nice to walk along the Dubai Canal which is just behind the hotel.

I start with the location. If you are in Dubai for sightseeing this is a really good place. 200 meters from the canal - one of the best and newest developed area of the city with great pedestrian alleys and stunning views of the city skyline. You can walk both directions for kilometers without being disturbed by cars. 500 meters from the metro station Business bay. Dubai is a huge city and metro is definitely useful in many cases. In other words you can reach downtown, marina and Deira in minutes. Room is big enough with large and comfortable beds, quiet place. Breakfast is delicious, staff helpful. Free shuttle service to Le Mer beach in the morning. Great value for money.

This is one of our preferred hotels to stay at in Dubai.They have very clean rooms, bathrooms and facilities.The check in procedure is so fast and efficient and the same goes for their superb staff, very approachable and kind.Food is amazing and you are getting a quality stay at an affordable price also!

We always enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is why this is one of our preferred hotels to stay in. From cleanliness of the rooms to happy and accommodating staff and crew to excellent facilities and lastly their breakfast buffet.

We stayed one night,the room was good,but they dont have slippers ,the noise around the building and inside the hotel !the pillows were not comfortable!for the breakfast; was not fresh: the bread, the beans wasn’t cooked well .

Location is very good.Quite nearby metro station; Business Bay.Staff cleaning the room and guest service are polite and professional.Stuff Udeme; help you get breakfast, was super nice and polite, actualky all the staff.I woukd advice not to take room 205 as it was smeely and very bad smell even if they cleaned the room multiple times; seems the rug itself; my advice is to the remove the whole rug.Long queue in the breakfast unlike other hotels.I wouldnt go and pick it one more time.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Safa Park in Dubai was great! The staff was very friendly, helpful and always in for a chat. We are both vegan and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. Have to say that I called the hotel for early check in which was honoured by 12:30afternoon although while asking for that did get a confirmation for a room with view and upon check IN that was not the case,I stay regular and making this situation was not needed, previous stay was more bad although kept quite.

This hotel is a hidden treasure and great value for money. The canal is just behind, the beach is nearby and the Dubai mall. It is easy to get to anywhere from here. This is my third stay here and this will be my first choice if i visit Duabi again.

I was just a guest by my friend who checked in to this hotel yet they are treating me the same. The hotel staff is nice. Location is what matters here as it was close to the park, a 20 AED ride to the Burj Al Arab, and about 15 AED to the Burj Khalifa.Consider their breakfast too!! 😋PS. Ask the reception if wanted to buy a cheap Cerveza nearby 😂👌

Location. Location. Location. It is just beside the famous Dubai canal. Do your jogging, walking or cycling along the canal or just stroll along in the evening with the great view of the fountains. And Dubai mall, Mall of Emirates, the Jumeirah beach , all just around. I don’t think we can get any hotel at this budgets with so much convenience.

Not ideal for long stay or Families. Small rooms and not many recreational options. Plus point is, its located near SZR, so shopping malls can be accessed easily.

I got my standard expectations when it comes to IHG especially Holiday Inn Express. I have been in several HIE in different countries but my last stay was substandard. I have booked and paid one week in advance for a King non smoking room only to be disappointed upon arrival and be informed that they only have twin bedrooms available. If I wanted a twin bedroom, I should have booked a twin bedroom. We were after a long road drive and was tired. I was disappointed because I have been telling my travel buddy how great HIE are. My disappointed did not end there, it continued over the complimentary breakfast. Tables were not bust, waiting time was there and the breakfast options were underwhelming. I have stayed in 5 different hotels in the UAE in this trip alone and I must say the other hotels handled serving food a lot better than HIE.

It was overall a nice stay. Though we had certain concerns in the room, the staff was very helpful and gave hand right away and thats why I am giving the 5 ⭐.The place is value for money. The breakfast was good but you will enjoy it more if you get there early (before 9).The view was nice as I am attaching here. You can get a better view though from higher floors. Mine was only the second.

Located close to the Dubai canal (for cool season walking) this was a perfect place to stay while I cleared out my Dubai apartment and tied up all the loose ends before an international move. Clean and comfortable, with genuinely friendly staff, I was made to feel very safe as a lone female guest. Breakfast was good, but a bit slow due to the Covid measures in place and free WiFi was a bit weak (but Etisalat had a lot of issues around this time, so there was probably nothing the hotel could do about that). Staff attitude more than made up for these minor moans - they genuinely go the extra mile to try and help you.

Hotel close to primary centre ex Dubai mall, Business bay metro, Canal walk stretch is also close, Jumeriah beach is also close, Tacis are available out side hotel 24x7, Surrounding area is also empty and well maintained, Decent crowd with decent uniform or dress are adding flavour to this hotel and surrounding area. Neat and clean. Staff is very nice.

I loved the location and the staff at Holiday Inn Express Safa Park. Youre only two min away from the canal and coul reach Jumeirah beach running along the canal in less then 20 min.Its also only a min away from SZR and across Business Bay which makes getting anywhere in in town very easy.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.This is a perfect hotel for a short stay as well as an extended one. I was there for almost three weeks.

Choosing this hotel really added to the amzing experience I had in Dubai. Its proximity to Burj Khalifa, metro station and therefore its overall location deserves 10/10. the staff is also very helpful and welcoming.I was delighted by the savory anniversary cake that the hotel didnt even charge me for.

Average stay. Hotel location is good and canal walkway is just step away and surroundings are very quite for the stay. It’s near to downtown and metro station for easy transport.

It took me some time to find a hotel in Dubai because there are so many options. But finally this hotel was a pleasant surprise. I really recommend it. The super good breakfast, very respectful all the staff and attentive. As for the location could not have found better, it is in the centre near the underground stop and a stop from the khalifa burj.

It was a good value for money. My family and I are satisfied with our one night stay at the hotel, although there is a room for improvement specially in sanitization and cleanliness. Overall, I recommend this hotel and if I have the opportunity, I would stay here again.

I booked this hotel for 9 nights from 25th December until 3rd January 2018. The booking was for my children and I. Hotel was in a great location, close to transport links. It was off the main road, so a quiet location, ideal for a less busy location.Room was clean and tidy, and perfect size for our family. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, however after speaking to reception and making a request for another mattress, made the sofa bed a lot more comfortable.All the staff that we encountered, from the reception staff, to the people who serviced our room, the waiters and cleaners; all were extremely polite, welcoming and professional in their manner.The breakfast was perfect, every morning there was a wide selection of breakfast dishes to choose from, there was always the continental breakfast dishes available and some traditional Arab food. Breakfast was always great, the perfect meal to start the day.I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again if I visit Dubai in the future.

Safa Park is a developing area and the Holiday Inn Express is nearly in the middle of it all.Practically on the famous Dubai Water Canal and very near motorway, bus and Metro links, the Hotel offers a calm experience for those new to Dubai, and a familiar sanctuary for those who know the city and it’s rhythms.Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just 10 minutes away and the hotel is practically situated in the centre of the city. The adventurous can walk to the beach along the canal bank (well at least during the months of mid October to March).

The staff of this hotel is very nice .Thats why their customers is very good .

Though the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable. This is Holiday Inn Express and hence the focus is value for money. We cannot have the expectations of a full fledged Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza. From that perspective, the hotel meets the expectations Breakfast is included in the price. It gets crowded during breakfast, especially around 9 am, when most people prefer to have breakfast. But then, it is not great inconvenience and you will get used to it. The restaurants on site are pretty decent too for a quick lunch or dinner. The efficiency of the staff at the restaurant (especially during breakfast) is commendable. The housekeeping staff are very courteous too. Overall, a value for money hotel. .

It was holiday, I reach the hotel at 3PM was advised by the Reception to wait in the lobby since there is no room available yet, after 10 mins someone from the hotel called me in my mobile to maybe ask if its fine to rebook my stay, but found out I was already in the hotel lobby waiting for a room, that time I was given a room. Overall stay is okey, its just internet is slow. Breakfast is okey.

Actually it wasn’t a planned stay as it was due to flight delay, but everything at the hotel was excellent except a little small things maybe was due to the surprise: the dinner wasn’t complete with the options mentioned in the menu, there was no table tools inside the take away dinner bag

Worst place ever. Door cards stopped working 3 times a week. You ask for water and they always delay and bring just 2 small bottles. If you don’t keep asking you’ll remain thirsty all the time. Breakfast hall is not working. So they deliver a small portion everyday in random times. You ask for vegetarian items and they keep sending sausages and other stuff with meat or chicken.Apart from the horrible service, there’s nothing around it. Metro station is 500m away which is not far but it’s really distant under a really hot weather.Stay away from this place!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It’s in an ideal location with access to public transport. The hotel is off the main road from traffic and quiet to rest without being disturbed. All of the staff including front of house, cleaners, shop, catering including security were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a small issue with the tax payment owed on arrival however despite this the stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean and had nice views. I will be booking to visit next year without a doubt and invite anyone reading this to use this hotel. The bar and breakfast choice is great and there were no issues.

The people managing the Front Desk and the Restaurant were courteous, and tolerating genuine criticism. But the hotel, as such, has its own set notions as to which customer-segment it has to cater for. It has very poor understanding that Vegetarians are a big market today in hotel biz. The available food items in the restaurant is extremely limited. The chefs have no experience in preparing Vegetarian dishes. The hotel is part of HOLIDAY INN chain, and the quality of services and amenities match with the brands overall reputation, of course. The reception lounge is very spacious. The rooms are compact, but good enough for a few days stay. I liked the service-mindedness and the cheerfulness of one Mr. Shehan, who works in the restaurant. All the Front Office staff & managers also were quite helpful, despite their limitations. Their patience is listening to the grievances is the redeeming experience for anything that is not available in the hotel as a service.

I stayed just one night in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and available. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, maybe for the future should introduce more variety.Overall a good experience. Maybe the position is subject to some critics: by taxi is close to Burj Al Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but by walk is difficult to reach it especially when ouside are 47 degrees.Pay attention to the taxi, because the rate is not the same for all types of taxi (choose the public one with the TAXI name on the car not Land Cruises ones).

I found all staff very approachable and helpful. The location is not great but the free shuttle was much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing and my room was clean although the bathroom has seen better days. My main issue is that there is a very limited number of tours on offer and the one I chose took us to too many shops, instead of concentrating on seeing the sights of Dubai.

I stayed for 8 nights with my daughter in 2 separate rooms. The room

The hotel was a total disappointment. We booked for 9 nights. There were no toiletries, towels. Bathroom was not clean. Breakfast is a joke. Coffee pots are not refilled once empty, there was no cutlery or plates (we had to wait for approx 30 minutes). Staff is not interested in any requests (they will say yes, but will never get back to you). We were so frustrated that we moved out the 3rd morning right across the street to Hilton. We lost money but it was ok! I will will never stay in this chain of hotels again in my life ever!
