The most stunning hotel. Great amenities. Highly recommend the sauna on the top floor and a rooftop swim in the early morning before starting the day. I loved the vibe and live music in the basement where every night was ladies night with two free cocktails at the bar. Cocktails were slightly watered down, but cant complain when its free 🤣 Food served was amazing! The very best fresh fruit and desserts🤤 I wish I could stay there permanently 😭

The stay was amazing, since we did the check in with the friendly reception team to the upgrade to the service and the spacious of the room even at the check-out they were care asking us about the stay.. everything was unexpected and definitely we will be back again soon.Only one thing that happened that we received a call at 2am in the morning! But apart from that everything was amazing 👏

I checked in after arriving from the airport. I emailed the hotel informing them I would be arriving late, so check in was painless. I reserved a club level 1 bedroom suite, which comes with breakfast. The room has a powder room next to the front door. The living room was nice sized with a business desk and a pantry area with the coffee maker, hot pot, juice squeezer and a small refrigerator. The bedroom / main bath area is the same size as the living room. The bedroom had a king sized bed. The pillows had pillowcases marked soft and firm, though Im not sure they accurately described the pillows inside them. One side of the mattress had a divot in it and was lower than the other side of the mattress.The main bathroom was nice sized. The bathtub had a rather high step over. Im 61 (185 cm) and the top of the tub was at the bottom of my kneecap. The hotel has installed a handhold and placed a warning sticker on the glass curtain warning about the step into the tub.Breakfast is in the Gem Garden restaurant. It is an assisted buffet breakfast with an omelette bar. The buffet is multinational with no pork items.I had some meals in the Q Bar, the sports bar in the hotel. I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger was nice sized and came with fries. The onions on the burger were actually onion rings.I would like to recognize the following for their exceptional service while I was there:Front Desk: Boron, Fevere (I think I spelled it wrong)Gem Garden: The entire breakfast staff6th Floor Cleaning: Farahan

The water for the shower is hot on both the red and blue sides, I normally dont shower in hot water so it was difficult to take a shower. The TV is very outdated, you need to upgrade your television so it is more adjustable to the modern-day. the huge tv cupboard is blocking the AC vents so the airflow for ac was not coming inside the room.

Stopped in the Holiday Inn at Al Barsha after a glowing recommendation from my husband who uses this hotel regularly. It didn’t disappoint. Will definitely use it again in April when I holiday with my friends.

Located at Dubai center, Mall of emirates is within 2 minutes walking distance where you can find everything.Hygiene is our main concern due to the epidemic. But we found hotel very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff, Special thanks to Shimaa for making our stay interesting with her advices, helps & taking care of our comfort, she helped us a lot to preform the inhouse PCR test in a proper time till we received the results just before departure.Hotel assisted breakfast buffet is an excellent idea with fast and professional service. Weve been very surprised about how nice, clean and very friendly this Hotel is and Would definitely recommend it to everybody! Its a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thanks to all staff for going just that little step extra for me & my family.

My friend check in and ask me to get his luggage since he is out of the country, I have called them to ensure that I can get the item before coming in the hotel. Sadly to say the Manager then don’t give the luggage which was named after my boyfriend. I was so upset and even told them to keep the luggage

Only 1 English tv channel. TVs in rooms are 32 inches! TV picture quality is shockingly poor. This was the case in both my stays. I mentioned this when checking out after the first night, and when checked in again the following week, I got another room with the same issue, so it must be a general issue. Eventually moved to a smaller room, which was inside facing but with a better tv. Breakfast was nothing special, but acceptable.

Over all it was Good. Affordable Price. Very Convenient Location of the Hotel. Food was Great. Peaceful Place. Well Air-conditioning during the Hot Weather.

Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Vidya, Khalid and the housekeeper who’s name i do not remember were of great help to me assisting me throughout the stay.

Really enjoyed staying in HI the staff was really good and dependable you can always get most thing from the comfort of your bed. AC vent in the room was very noisy and disturbing. Could not get proper sleep the whole night due to this. Customer service also needs improvement. Told to deliver my food which I ordered from outside to deliver to my room and I get a reply saying we do not have staff available to deliver to your room.This is all being a Gold Elite member.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience except some minor issues.1. No Sanitisers provided inside the room 2. No oven for heating food from fridge during a long stay.3. No washing machine provided as it could be helpful to avoid using laundry services during the COVID time.4. Reception staffs were not helpful to extend the checkout time to after 7PM for free even after 13 days continuous stay as it was a working day. Normal checkout time is 2-3PM.5. Lost IHG reward points as I booked via travel agent. I didn’t know about this before, resulted in booking via 3rd party. Tried to explain the staff, but were not helpful.

I stayed here by coincidence and found the place really nice and cozy and available at a great price. The hotel is a bit old but still managed well and provides you good comfort. The breakfast choices seemed a bit limited but was well managed during the covid times. the staff was very friendly all through.

After 1 month of a very good stay, here I can be more comfortable to share my opinion and I hope they read it to correct many mistakes I faced:Location: very good: near Emirates Mall and Mashriq metro station and have a nice view to Burj Al Arab.Staff: excellent and very friendly.Hotel facilities and services:Pool and gym are very goodWifi signal is weak in many places but for normal use it is ok.Room service: I had a problem with their timing, many times I left the room for 8 hours and it was ready to be prepared but when I back at 3:30 pm and put the DND label I started to receive call and card below my door. Sorry but this was very annoying.Restaurant: the staff of the restaurant was super friendly but for me as a middle Eastern the taste of food is not good for us, sometimes they tried to make some Arabic dishes but it wasnt good enough.

Wifi is terrible!No one informed me that it’s none smoking hotel just in the sweets!The receptionist attitude is bad..The room service lady opened the door without permission! She was not doing her job properly i kept asking for things to be done the right way!!The voice of the AC is very loud!In the swimming pool there is only “one” side table!!!And many more problems and disrespects!!unpleasant experience.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to all our family and friends. 1. The staff and management were all brilliant. The hotel staff gave their best service during my stay. From the moment I arrived I was treated very well. From being allowed to check-in earlier and alter the days for breakfast so that I can have breakfast before resting on the day of arrival. On a daily basis the kitchen staff and the hotel staff made sure the stay was exceptional. The safety measure in place during COvid-19 made me feel much safer in the hotel. The hotel staff organized for the Dr to come and do the PCR test in the hotel room, which really helped me who is a foreigner and didnt know how to go about sourcing such services.

Had a short but sweet stay at HI Al Barsha Dubai... Perfectly located between the Mall Of the Emirates and Metro station...nice room great breakfast... room service quick and delicious good value meal.... very attentive and polite staff doing their utmost to assist during this difficult covid time!! I had only one teeny weeny minor issue... I can f*rt stronger than the hair dryer!... but that seems to be common in most hotels! Not just HI’s

The most essential for me is the environment and room atmosphere which I found in Holiday inn., it is just amazing to feel like home ( I love the bedsheets Soft/Firm). When I step I in in Holiday inn in al Barsha(Dubai) , from security, front office and service staff were so polite and friendly they are such professional regarding all tiny matters.The most what I like is I met amazing people from different countries as they are serving in this hotel and I would like to mention some of them , Zainab, Vince ( room service), Chaima and Nourain.P.S. in top roof wonderful view ♥️

We have stayed off and on at Holiday Inn Al Barsha for the past year and I have to say it’s a very very good hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. The rooms are pretty spacious and are cleaned everyday. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel. The pool and gym are very clean and not over crowded. The views from the rooftop bar of dubai are stunning. All the staff are great but some of my favourites are Chaimaa, Jester, Alfred and Krishna, but they are all really lovely, friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that is a quick and smooth check in and check out. Requested for a late check out and it was granted, thanks to the smart reception team.Bed is comfortable — I was able to had a restful sleep. Toilet and bathroom and other facilities including corridors are clean. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Location is also good — few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, so commuting to and from the hotel is not a problem. also, groceries, cafeterias/restaurants are within the neighborhood, going and buying necessities outside the hotel is easy and /or convenient.

I have stayed here several times this time for 5nights. Staff very friendly clean hotel; temp checking when entering hotel for CV-19 and Sanitisation when you enter also. Room (I received upgrade due IHG platinum member which has advantages). Room was clean (cleaned every day) and had plenty of space. All round great stay!

This place is in a prime location where all mode of transportation is available. Surrounded with some god restaurants, pharmacy, laundry etc. The staff was very helpful. I loved my stay here.

I have two unused paid stay at the hotel because my flight was moved. and they never give me any considerations. i didn’t ask for a refund because i understand it. but to replace the guest or at least reschedule a day won’t hurt the business. but no. “We can’t do anything” it’s a dead end. what a waste.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Barsha in Dubai recently. Considering all the problems with Covid, they are doing an amazing job, hotel being kept very clean with lots of additional measures to fight off the virus. Staff were doing a wonderful job, working hard but always pleasant and trying to do more. I have stayed at holiday Inns many times and always found them good but in the present circumstances this seemed a specially good effort to look after everyone. Fully recommended whether for business or Leisure.

The sports bar was good with multiple TV screens. Nice and spacious.

At Azure Spa, you can find the oldest living therapist in the town. They trap you by saying they have therapist from many nationalities but at the time they will offer you only the oldest most therapist as all others were always busy 😂(probably at some other part of the World) My worst Foot reflexology experience twice. First time I believed them but this time again same lie.... Never going again!!!!Tip: Dont ever buy a Groupon coupon for this place.

The bar at the lobby level has the worse bartender attitude I have ever experienced! When we pointed out to the Bartender Ashan that he is rude - he said thats his style! And started talking in Hindi with his co-worker! We informed him he is representing a brand - cant carry his rude style at work!!

Great stay experience, what a spacious room with view from the window directly to the road. Stayed for isolation for the 1st day in Dubai and they provided breakfast in the room which was so much tasty and delicious.

The overall experience was good. Something we wished as we had experienced it in Bangkoks Holiday Inn,on our stay there last year.We are happy to have chosen it in Dubai too.

Started to feel the warm welcome at the moment I walked in. I felt distinguished by the way I was treated by a remarkable receptionist named Chaimaa who spared no effort to facilitate my stay including arranging appointments for my wife and my daughter and myself to get our covid19 tests on time at the hotels premises. The food we had was wonderful, however they need to sort out the setting arrangement, people were sitting on tables of six when they were a couple (2 people). Customers were sitting in the foyer.
