My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 17 days as we recently just moved here and their rates are super affordable and the Hotel is within walking distance of the Emirates Metro Station and just above 1km drive to the airport.The rooms are your typical hotel rooms , but just what you need. We were greeted with friendly, smiling faces when we arrived at reception and the room was clean upon our arrival.All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we walked past them.The breakfast buffet is just what you need to get your day started and there is a little something for everyone’s taste buds. The staff at breakfast have a very systematic way of dishing the breakfast due to COVID , and we applaud them for keeping it streamlined and being so patient whilst each person chooses their meal. They remain calm and friendly the entire time.The sports bar is also a lovely extra at the Holiday Inn and they have happy hour and lovely drink special on some nights. A very beautifully decorated bar.The highlight of our stay there was by far the welcoming feeling the staff gave us and most definitely our house keeper ; Christopher ! What a wonderful human , always smiling (even behind his mask) and always giving us the time of day to ask how we are and to have a friendly conversation.Christopher started to feel like family after staying there for 17 days. He remained professional at all times , friendly and very accommodating! He provided us with great service and nothing was ever too much for him!Thank you Christopher , you are an amazing human!All in all, if we need to stay close to the airport again , we will definitely be staying there!

This hotel is a two star but youd get a five star experience! It has everything a traveller needs to stay comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and housekeeping cleans and replenish all toiletries, water, coffee etc daily. The staff are super friendly, professional and goes out of their way to help. The money you pay for it is fully worth youd get the maximum value. The room is spacious enough plus the rooms with airport view is awesome. Thanks and keep up the good work

I chose this hotel because I had to stay near airport for a night. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast Ive had in recent years. Room was about average, nothing fancy but does the job. The location is one of the best if you want to stay close to airport. The only downside is that theres really nothing to do or to see around the area. They provide airport shuttle hourly for free. No complaint at all.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, however the room had a musty smell inside and construction outside the hotel started at 5am, the bed was uncomfortable and itchy. I had an exhausting nights sleep. I would not stay here again, shame as the holiday inn brand is normally pretty good.

This property gives you the best value for your money.I have been to quite a few hotels in Dubai recently. If you compare, for the same kind of service you end up paying 10-20 USD more everyday.You have airport drops.... metro station is 500 mtrs away.

The place is lovely. Its near the airport. A walking distance to the nearest metro. Its a great place, if you want some isolation and simple lodging.The breakfast buffet is great, for just a small amount, from 06:30am to 10:30am, you can eat your fill for a filling breakfast or brunch.The staff are accomodating, theyre capable in assisting your queries to the best of what they can. Overall, its great.

Very accesible location and close to metro . Neat and quiet place . i wanna say thank you for the nice service especially the housekeeping lady Mariam who did mostly of the cleaning and keeps my room tidy during my entire stay. Very close to terminal 3, and they have free shuttle from the hotel to / from airport terminal 3. The hotel is nice and the room size is acceptable. The room rate is very reasonable including the breakfast. The breakfast is good many varieties. There are metro station close by the hotel by wakings distance. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent complimentary breakfast, and very close to Dubai airport. Shuttle bus runs every hour, 24 hour a day.I have not stayed at other hotels in Dubai; therefore, I cannot compare with other hotels in Dubai. I stayed at this hotel while transiting through Dubai. First in late August, then in mid September. On my first stay, my room was on the ground floor- there was having traffic and loud conversation outside my room. I recommend you ask for a room on upper floors. On my second stay in Sep, the facility was apparenly under renovation and there was some paint smell in my room, it wasnt strong enough to bother me. If you are traveling through Dubai and you want a clean place to rest and have a good meal, this hotel is a good choice. I arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and I was able to order a nice salmon dinner with a rum drink for about 100 UAE Dirhams($27US$). Breakfast is free and the variety and quality of the food and beverage is much better than those provided by 3 star hotels in US, such as StayBridge hotel in US.New slippers are provided. Shaving and tooth brush kit are also provided.Iron and ironing board are not provided.

I checked in with Peter at the front desk. He recognized my Platinum membership and briefed me on the COVID rules for the Hotel. He noticed I have stayed with the Holiday Inn Express – Airport numerous times and thanked me for my loyalty. I booked a King Airport View room and was put on the 3RD floor. I normally stay at the hotel during layovers. This time I had an extended stay with them.The room was clean. I was told that housekeeping would clean the room every 5 days. The housekeeping crew did come by every day and asked if I wanted my room cleaned. The room contains a king sized bed, a love seat sized sofa with a pull out bed and a combo wardrobe; desk; suitcase holder and mini fridge cabinet. It’s a pretty tight squeeze between the bed and wardrobe doors when they’re open.The bathroom is OK sized, but not too tight. The bathroom mirror is triple sided so you can see front and both sides when standing at the sink. The shower doors close at a corner, so make sure the doors are sealed before directing water in that direction.The complimentary breakfast buffet is in the Great Room. It’s a good spread with plenty of variety of types of eggs, potatoes, Indian food, Asian food and local food. It also has a variety of cereals, fruits, cheeses and breads. They also have 3 coffee machines that make various types of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The Great Room also serves a lunch and dinner buffet. Thursdays they have a seafood buffet and a fresh seafood tray where you can select what you want and the kitchen crew will grill it for you.The bar in the hotel opens at noon and closes at 0200. Happy hour is 1800 – 2000. They were showing the Euro 2000 and Copa America soccer matches on the TV’s. They were also running a burger and beer special. The only real issue I had is when I was told my scheduled flight was cancelled and I needed to extend 2 days. The front desk person told me I couldn’t because they were full. I went to my room to find another IHG hotel to stay in and found out the Holiday Inn Express – Airport was available for the 2 days. Pretty strange for being told the hotel was full. I booked the same room, but this time with dinner included. I also discovered that covered lunch also, a nice bonus surprise. This review covers both stays. There is construction next to the hotel, the opposite side from the airport, so book an airport view room.I would like to commend the following for their exceptional service during my stay:Front Desk: Peter, Jenifer, Naisa (don’t know if I spelled her name correctly)Great Room: Leizl, Fatima, Raquamah (spelling?),Priya, Friday, KhagendroBar: The weren’t wearing name plates, but the 3 persons in the barHousekeeping: The entire 3RD floor cleaning crew.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and has a complimentary shuttle which is really nice. The staff help load and unload bags. The front desk and restaurant staff is very pleasant. Hotel is nice and close to the airport. Rooms are nice size clean and air-conditione. They have pretty much everything you should need if not then they will bring it to you. Service is good aswell. There is a small shop in the lobbie where you can buy all the drinks and snacks and other things you need. Its an all around good hotel.

We have stayed multiple time at this hotel and every time i had best experience. Very clean, hygienic and spacious room. Great staff, very friendly and very helpful as well specially Mr. Garish and Mr. Haroon from front office department. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Solid place to stay overnight to catch a morning flight. We stayed prior to check in at the Atlantis resort. Courteous staff, airport shuttle, and bountiful breakfast options. The downside is the dates furniture, carpet and fixtures. Rooms smelled of smoke despite choosing non-smoking.

We have often staid one night after and before flight in this hotel because it is very near the airport and has shuttle service. Unfortunately the shuttle timetable from airport is not as they have told, so we have taken taxi. From hotel to airport it works well. Two last times there were only one big and small towel in the room, even I booked double room. We usually arrive after midnight, so in the first time I didnt realize it and in the morning we had to dry in same towel. Next time I checked towels and asked more. Bed quality good, but breakfast not very delicious.

The property charged me twice for the same stay. I’ve arrived late because I was traveling from Chicago, USA and I forgot to calculate the different hours. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that your reservation was canceled and you have to book a new stay with a new charge.The service is horrible, I asked for more water bottles three times, every time I call the recitation to ask for water, they say yes we will bring you some, and no one show up!!

I stayed here for for quite a lengthy and thoroughly enjoyed my time. It’s so close to the airport which makes it super convenient. The staff are all so friendly and talkative, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Priya was especially polite and welcoming, always providing great service.

The cleaning service I received while staying at this property for 2 weeks was great. Christopher cleaned my room several times and did it with positive energy and a smile on his face. He was polite, professional, fun to talk to and a hard worker!

Nisreen at reception was very helpful and kind. The hotel is great for last minute flight cancellations or changes. Avilable underground parking and a shuttle to airport every hour. 6 to 7 minutes away drive from Terminal 3.

Ive been here for about an hour and already want to leave. Water pressure and temperature is absolutely the worst Ive seen in a hotel. Warm is the best it gets and dont expect it to stay warm very long. It goes back and forth between warm and cold. Theres 1 universal outlet in my room. Everything is outdated, the carpets are stained and old, bathroom mirrors have stains. Theres construction going on outside that is extremely loud and annoying. The beds not comfortable at all... People use hotels as a place to sleep and bath and this hotel misses the mark on both. Only reason I do get it a 1 star because the price almost matches what you get. Ive been in dorm rooms nicer than this. Paper cups for your hot coffee, a chair that you would find at like a huge seminar. Tags still on furniture they purchased. The Wifi is awful its taken me 6 tries to post this...

During my stay in this hotel, I really enjoyed. It is not a 4/5-star hotel but the atmosphere was so special that it felt like awesome. This hotel is perfecty positioned just few meters away the arriving hall at Dubai Airport. You will probably pay 25 aed to reach it. We booked it to avoid a long transfer just after landing. Breakfast is as excellent as also the room.

Overall an okay experience, Customer service at the front desk was great, but didnt feel much of a hotel as nothing was sent to the room, instead you had to go pick each thing at the reception which they should have staff for, which is a big disappointment for me personally.

I had stay 16 days during my quarantine. I have good time and positive to stay with hotel and staff especially F&B staff. They are very polite and good service so far. Breakfast is from 0600-1000hrs, full cooked European and Asian fare, and cold meats, salad, cheeses and yogurts. Staff are always very attentive, the food is always hot and the restaurant clean. In short a really good hotel breakfast experience

Wonderful hotel near the airport. This is my 3rd time staying here and its always nice. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. I arrived on a day when the hotel was fully booked, so they gave me the accommodation that they had, and told me to check in the next day for a change, and they did just that, giving me a room with a more desirable layout and a view.Thank you to all of the kind staff working at the hotel.

Its very close to the airport. You cant walk though. Take a cab, the metro or one of the hourly free shuttle busses.The rooms and breakfast is standard holiday Inn. Good quality for the price.The reception desks and waiting area somewhat looked dated and kinda small.. Dont know if its related to Covid-19.

Normal accommodation, have all you need to rest when arrive from a flight. The shuttle from airport to the hotel was not the 30 min they said, was about 45.

The service is highly recommended. Staying for 4 months already and the house keeping service of Asif, Thomas, Jeevan are superb service. Moustafa, Shamshudin, Jeniffer, Anna, Nisreene and others in main entrance reception are very accommodating. Neeraj & his team in Restaurant are good.

Very Clean. The Only Problem Is The Hotel Needs To Shut Down, And Pull Out All Of The Carpet And Curtains, And Paint Again To Get Rid Of The Smoke Smell In The Rooms. Worst experience ever in a hotel in Dubai. I stay in Dubai very frequentlly over the weekend but never did I experience such abnoxious hotel rooms. Rooms are extremely small, dingy and you dont feel like you are in Holiday Inn. Bathroom lights make you feel like its not a classy hotel(blue dim lights for Gods sake). I would never recommend if you are planning to stay there over the weekend.

I was offered this hotel via my agent. Not by choice, but had to do due to unavoidable circumstances. I give it an A+ for proximity to the airport. Excellent location. The receptionists all had their strengths and flaws like any other human being. However very unfortunately, I was dealt a terrible hand with regards to hospitality. A few of them were very rude and shall we say...didnt really care. My room was infested with roaches, but I was promptly given a change of room. So I appreciated that. Am.just here to give my honest opinion, and my honest opinion is, I wouldnt ever by choice opt for it again. Having said that, the dining area had the most courteous staff and loved every one of them. I guess one cant have it all!

I stayed for three nights. Pleasant and comfort stay for three nights. Breakfast served was in good quality and quantity stuffs. WIFI have good speed and that helps my office works to done smoothly. I stayed in an airport view room, but the outside window was not cleaned well, that hurts you from massive terminal 3 scenes.

4 stars for what it is. A low cost place to stay at the airport. Although our room wasnt ready on arrival at 2pm they sorted it in less than 15 minutes. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that and room was fine and view of the aiport was interesting

The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food was not exactly to my taste due to the spices, but Im very selective with food. The beef tenderloin was great and cooked exactly to the temperature I requested.

I didnt like the way hotel management worked right from the day 1. When I called them for a pickup from airport, initially they indicated they will come in 10 minutes but then I had to wait for more than 45 minutes. After a couple of calls they say, shuttle operates every hour or so. They could have informed this when I called! The room was okay. The carpets were not clean. I have to keep calling them for water and they always give it out on small bottles. I was told its a quite room but I woke up more than 2 times because of noise outside. The AC in the room doesnt work properly in the night and gives some sound... So overall, a 2 star experience for a 2 star hotel. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ive stayed at this property many times. However on this last stay, checking went well, however when I got to the room and started working, there was no internet connection. I called the front desk and no answer. I tried several times with the same result. I walked down to the front desk and explain the issue. The front desk offered to change my room. After about ten minutes an emplyee came up and took me to the new room. There was a smell in the room. I explained to the employee that I was told I was requested a non smoking room. The employee guaranteed me it was a non smoking room and the smell was probably from the cleaning materials. I checked the bathroom and found no towels, and no soap. additionally i found an ash ton the desk. I immediately called the front desk. w the hen they showed up with the towels, i asked about the ash trays,. The response was there must have been a mistake from the cleaning crews. I went to bed and the next morning woke up with the smell of smoke all over me. I wen to the front desk when i went down for breakfast and informed the clerk that I was either lied to or the cleaning crew failed to inform management, if in fact the room was a non smoking room. The hotel management needs to take a good look at their policies and ensure things like this dont happen.

Asif and Peter provided great Service. Overall my stay was good and all of the employees were very kind and attentive. Aakash was always pleasant. The food was decent. The rooms are ok nothing major.

I gave 1 star due to the good breakfast and coffee. Room 170 is NOT an airport facing room no matter what you say! Looking at concrete and trees is not an airport view!!No regard for Gold Elite members. The shop in lobby has soft drink and juice but no milk, it is not that hard but luckily breakfast came with small carton of milk.The restaurant closed for renovations but no signage or announcement just found out in morning when the doors were open but nobody was home. Only to be told breakfast was in the bar. Room although adequate was noisy, the doors need to be upgraded or noise proofed. Could hear everything that happened in the corridors from staff emptying bins, housekeeping talking while working, inconsiderate guests talking on their phones or having conversations in the hall rather than their room.

At the Premier Inn, I had a great time. The meals at the restaurant, quality room service and the professional service by the reception. I got all the necessary assistance that i needed and would like to recommend any one planning to visit Dubai to go have a feel of their great services.

A great and spotless clean property with free shuttle from airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful specially mr Asif Raza. The bed was very comfortable that I slept very well.breakfast was good but they need to improve their food.

Stayed for a day during transit under covid conditions. Found it to be exception for the price. Location is great, a very short from from Dubai Airport and hotel provides a shuttle. Room was more than nice, staff very good, and buffet breakfast, served by staff was great.

The room we were given smelled of smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. We advised that we were honeymooning but got no special treatment. We requested breakfast at 9am and it didnt come until 10am after Id called to check on it at 9:30am. The service was very slow (with requested amenities and F&B)

Value for money. breakfast is good. Its worn out. Probably because its very popular with transit passengers
