Right from the time we checked in at reservation, Hany displayed good manners and the lady next to him (not sure of her name) was also very helpful.We visited with two children ages 7 and 5 and they were happy all the time with the services.Peter and Santhan were more than just room cleaners, they were A to Z cleaners. Very obliging and willing, great guys.Prince Rodrigues at the Mezzaluna was well mannered and efficient. Mustaffa took time to say a hi each time he saw us and asked if we were okay. Shravans served us in an exemplary manner and Gouda, Jenny and Thilay were also beyond words can say. Elaiah was all about serving us. He was so kind but we missed him when we were leaving as he had gone to the other IHG place. Nothing went wrong. Food was fantastic so chefs were obviously great. Mezzaluna was clean and well spaced. Food is affordable and really good. We would definitely come back.Apologies if we forgot someone who really pleased us and we did not give a review.

This was a very good hotel it was nice to be able to come back and have a peaceful area to rest after attending the Arab health conference! The other great thing is you could take the shuttle to the other property that was connected to the mall. The staff and the concierge desk was excellent and planning events around Dubai. I’ve just moved in to the Residences. Having lived in five-star hotel residences all over Dubai for the past decade, I can hands down say my experience so far at the Intercontinental has surpassed my expectations. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and at speed, including installing new furniture and appliances where required. I’ve been absolutely blown away by their service this Ramadan, whereby they’ve designed a breakfast suhoor menu to replace our usual breakfast package and bring it to our room each morning. Just before moving in I stayed a few nights at the Intercontinental hotel a few minutes down the road, where the service was equally attentive and impeccable. Thank you so much for making your guests feel so welcome.

Selected residences as bridging accommodation due to proximity to Sharjah after starting new job.The staff is the highlight - all friendly and all very helpful.A 6am swim in the indoor pool following by a decent breakfast and great coffee (and very accommodating chef) was a good start to the day. Due to COVID restrictions I used the iworks offices on location and met my business needs. I thought the pricing was a little steep but useful with access to a printer.The rooms are decent and clean although sofa a little uncomfortable. Could do with some more crockery etc to make more self- sufficient. The accommodation is clean but getting a bit old. That said I would stay there again

I stayed at the hotel for long period of time , I enjoyed the overall experience because of the location of the hotel great access to the beach and the house keeping staff were excellent. Quality and food variety is recommended. But chef mustafa and the team took extra care of our requirements and he noted every single comment and improved on it we had many complimentary foods and dishes they were really excellent. Every single staff on reception were very prompt in solving some technical issues . Although I would definitely recommend them to improve the quality of tv at the hotel as it wasn’t smart tv and limited channels and options for kids . Beds are small i required extra beds as some adults couldn’t fit in

I was invited to go on a business trip to Dubai and this was the hotel we stayed at, and it exceeded my expectations. Beyond everything, the service and the kindness of the staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my breakfast there, there was a multitude of options to choose from. The staff always answered any questions I had and were so helpful throughout the week I was there.

Tge location is good it is close to festival mall.It was a quite good place. The swimming pool was great. The variety of food was not that good. You can feel that most of the food is frozen not fresh.

The overall customer experience is very good, starting with the professional and friendly staff at the reception desk, the check in process, and management attention at every level to address and remedy concerns when brought up.

This is a great facility if you want to be slightly away form the hustle of tourists as it is more of a long stay facility for residents and travellers, which is great if you dont want to be mingling with travellers and tourists too much.Other IHG hotels are just a short walk away in Festival City itself and full access is available to them. If you do not want a 10 minute walk along the waterside to get to them, then there is a free shuttle car that that does this short drive if you ask for it.A great experience in one of the one bed units that are very large and comfortable with a full kitchen and washing machine.Everything that you would want but without it being like a busy tourist hotel.

Good location near the airport, spacious suite w/ kitchen, excellent breakfast and some great staffs. Arun from the concierge was very helpful and efficient. Housekeeping personnels was polite and professional. Rameesh from the pool was also friendly. Breakfast restaurant- Paul and the other servers including the manager are just amazing and very hands on with their guests. Two from the front desk team however are not quite as friendly and accommodating as others. We need some assistance regarding PCR test but we were given minimal information not even a geste or an effort to propose for a help. Michael, the 3rd person out of the three we approached was the only one who showed his willingness to assist and did in a way something for us. At the end, we lost a day trying to figure out the quickest and convenient way to do it. If we had known that this will be a hassle, we should had ask our previous hotel to assist us instead. What a shame..

The suite is spacious and updated with a nice view of Dubai creek, however, the suite could have been checked for cleanliness prior to it being occupied. Construction below the suite was noisy and annoying but only for a limited time. The staff was very kind and helpful but seemed lost in space. Not sure how else to describe their demeanor.

Very nice large room. Washer dryer combo worked excellent and fully dried clothes. Staff was very carrying and service oriented. The restaurant/room service was very good with good selection. Convenient location close to airport and short walk to Festival Mall.

I never complain about anything and never post a note on anything either as I usually go along with the flow and at the end of the days we are all humans... That property outside of one young lady at the front desk who was very helpful and kind the remaining of the front desk staff was a bit cold and not helpful and not really there if I may say.The cleaning staff was very good and kudos to them.Restaurant, the staff was very gentle and nice I have to say but overall we could have been into a regular hotel that wouldnt have made any differencesI cant say it was a stay to be remembered there, it was blunt and cold and without a soul... as one of the staff at the front desk told me, its a residence here mainly so its not like at the hotel and we dont care about status or members as part of the rules of IHG.outside of that, the room was clean for sure, bedding was okay-ish but not as comfortable as usual, may need some training overall I think... just-food for thoughts

The staff are amazing, Mr. Hosny at the front desk was so helpful when we asked to move to a different room. The staff at the breakfast were attentive and just wonderful. The rooms are definitely in need of a makeover. There are signs of wear on the furniture which need to be addressed as an Intercontinental property. I would still recommend staying here if youre a family that is looking for spacious multi-bedroom accommodation.

Stayed for a week at the Intercontinental Residence Suites. Great location near the mall. Room was comfortable and spacious. Went up to the main hotel for drinks. Good check in and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast though staff helped you and kept the food distant and hygienic because of the pandemic. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in November 2020 at the Intercontinental Residences and Suites, for two weeks. Every day was a seamless experience. The rooms are a little dated and I would have preferred that the balcony had some furniture, the furnishings and fittings be upgraded. However, they were very clean. The staff was the best part of the experience. From the manager, to the Sous Chef, and service staff at breakfast, the valets, the housekeeping and room service staff, every single one of them ensured that we had everything we needed, remembered our specific preferences and made sure to deliver them each and every day.

We stayed in a one bedroom Suite here for over a month in from August 2019 while transitioning into our new start in Dubai. It had an open kitchen, the living and dining area was very spacious. The food is nice and there are a variety of choices for children’s meals. The staff are warm and friendly that were always willing to help and support. They were kind to my son and built a rapport with him which made him settle into his new environment. The rooms are clean and well looked after. The free shuttle to festival mall is brilliant, we managed to keep ourselves entertained because of this service. I thought the Eid gift of chocolate dates was such a nice touch, being away from family on Eid for the first time was difficult. Thank you for looking after us while we settled into Dubai

The hotel seems to be understaffed, cleanliness was an issue in my room.

The room was very tired with badly stained carpet which was also poorly repaired. I was put in a connecting room with crying baby. The emergency light was lite two nights in a row which was also difficult to sleep in. When I arrived I was upgraded to a balcony room but the balcony door is only opened if you ask housekeeping. Its not somewhere I would recommend staying. There are nicer better options in the same price bracket.

I had a great stay at the Intercontinental residence. Very comfortable apartment with an amazing view on the Dubai Creek. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good services and thoughtful touches. I loved the abundance in using both the residence and hotel services, eg. spa and swimming pools.

To many7 guests do not park effectively in the covered car parking area, taking more than one space, reducing available spaces for other. I know you put a letter on the car window, but it does not seem effective. There is no official parking space for bicycles, so they are often intermixed with cars

The hotel is good in general. The staff are very friendly, and the room is spacious. However the quality of sofa is bad - too soft to sit on, and the frame of the decoration paint above the sofa hit my head each time I sat down - which is really a stupid design. The location of the hotel is a bit isolated. You have to take a hotel shuttle to go to the mall - though its quite easy to get one. Overall the Festival City is not convenient.

Fabulous property. Excellent staff. Stayed 128 nights during lock down and was looked after very well. Feel very much at home and feel the staff go out of their way to ensure I am looked after. Great lap pool and gym. Food is of limited choice but excellent quality. I would recommend anyone taking a room as a long stay guest or just a few days.

Overall, the experience was at best below average. At the start despite being an ambassador member, i wasnt offered the guaranteed room upgrade. Furthermore, no coffee machine was at the room although capsules were there. The kitchenette were missing some items. So we had to request these items.Ive asked for some amenities (slippers, tissue, shower gel) and the service was too slow in which i had to call 3 times to get these items.

Nice hotel facing the waterfront. It’s isolated but there’s constant car shuttle between this hotel and Festival City mall. The room is spacious and has full serviced apartment facilities although you’ll need the hotel technician’s expertise to operate some of the appliances as there’s no instructions on how to use them. The hotel pillows are very thin as they are down feather pillows which led to an uncomfortable sleep even though the mattress was excellent. There was a pillow menu but in reality there’s limited alternative pillows available. I asked for 3 different types of pillows but none was available. Siting a convenience store in the hotel is an excellent idea so we can get daily necessities easily. Overall a nice stay with great service from all the staff.

My family really enjoyed the holiday at the residence and the atmosphere is great and beautiful especially the creek side of it. Beautiful view

I visit Intercontinental with my family, I booked the apartment With 3 bed rooms it was quite big . I didn’t like the cleaning they are cleaning very quickly and just want to finish. The shower in bath room has bad smell. There is air flow coming in the toilet. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. I like the Hotel because it is connected to the mall and I really liked the shuttle service

I decided to book the Residence Suites to give a try to something new in the IC line-up, which I had not tried before. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a King Bed Apartment upon Check-in, a benefit of my GOLD Elite Status! Thank-you May, for that bonus! The Apartment was extremely quiet, spacious

My experience was excellent when I arrived. Being an spire Ellie I was told my upgrade policy doesn’t apply on this hotel!!!! So it’s only some hotels !!!! which is a disappointment . I will be joining another loyalty program and sorry but this will make a lot of loyal customers go looking for other programs or options where if they are loyal members and they get benefits, it will actually apply in all the hotels without exceptions .I am really disappointed, such great hotels but god knows who manages IHG POLITICS . it’s a JOKE.!!!!!

Precautions during the pandemic were excellent and most of the staff were cooperated.Mr. Greg Moses (Hotel Manager) is very cooperative and he always communicate and call to make sure we are happy and if we need anything, also the restaurant staff are great.I do strongly recommend this facility. But as we did not know that the staff mistake will be happen and put me in bad situation with breakfast restaurants team Maneger; and the staff behaviour was too careless and unprofessional in restaurant and reception team as will.The rooms experience was too bad while the room open for customer and need deep maintenance it’s really shocked service from hotel like intercontinental, whoever within this problems and action the duty manger mr. Stayed at the Intercontinental residence suites in Dubai festival city. What an amazing experience, rooms with amazing views very friendly staff, great location 10-15 min walk to festival mall via creek or free shuttle service. Great views overlooking the creek and Burj Khalifa in back ground which was only made better in the evenings. The suite was much bigger than expected and had all the amenities.Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again. For its price it is better than the hotels and it is serviced. I have some great photos I wanted to post with this review but cannot see attachments or where to upload.

The Hotel rooms were veeerrrrryyyy spacious. If you have a big family. Id strongly recommend that you stay at this hotel. Close to malls, attractions, and downtown Dubai.

Beautiful sceneries from your large balconies at all times

My stay there was comfortable and hygienic. As a member, I got discount when I purchased coffee and sandwiches downstairs. Also the indoor swimming pool is very convenient in this weather, gym is very modern and clean. The location is great as they are connected to Robinson shopping mall, also a shuffle is free to take all the time. Definitely will come back again when I’m in Dubai.

I will complete five years of excellent residence in ICRS on November 4, 2020 and have enjoyed every bit of it and will continue to reside in ICRS. Mr. Moses the Manager and his staff have been super hosts to me and my family and my visitors. This is what makes a big difference to my stays in other five star hotels in the UAE.This is truly a FIVE STAR property with a SEVEN STAR management and staff.

Good choice for family resident

We chose this property so my friends and I could share a suite and a home-like experience. Everything was amazing and beyond my expectation and beyond any service I have experienced at any other Intercontinental hotel. It is a short 13 minute walk from the main Festival City hotel and mall area but a lovely, SAFE, cobbled walk along the water. As well the shuttle runs constantly between the properties and the driver is so good the ice barely rattles in your iced latte from Starbucks on the drive back :) I cannot wait to find a reason to return!

I had an unexpectedly extended stay at the Intercon Residence Hotel in Festival City, Dubai. While there the staff were exceptional. I am no VIP, but I sure felt like one there at your hotel. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite for my stay from 3-17 January 2020.While on my stay I went to your business center only to find there was no scanner to get an image of receipts I need to include in a business travel expense voucher. Elsa at the reception desk helped me with scanning documents from her smartphone and emailed the images to me then she showed the app she used, and I downloaded to my phone and have used it frequently since that day. Additionally, when I tried to extend my visit to the hotel from the 15th to the 18th I learned that the hotel was fully booked. I check the other IHG hotels within Dubai only to find that there were no vacancy bookings online. Naturally, I was quite stressed and planned to depart in the morning if there wasn’t a booking cancellation. Elsa told me not to worry she would do all she could to find me a room. I told her I didn’t need the fancy room just a modest room until I could get a flight to my destination. Later that evening she informed me that I could stay in the suite and extended my stay until the 18th as requested. She was wonderful to me and I really appreciated her kindness throughout my stay.Another lady I found to be exceptional was working in the breakfast dining area her name is Tilay. She was very sweet to me despite her not feeling well during some of my stay period. She always had a smile on her face and remembered my room number and favorite beverage, café latte, each day.My regards to the entire staff the Intercon,Richard

The residence club is ideally located not too far from the airport, and very near to the Festival City Mall. They have a scheduled shuttle service to the mall. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed. Full kitchen and even a washer/dryer combo in the one bedroom unit I was in. The bed was very comfortable, and staff was wonderful !! My room also came with breakfast, the food was good and individually prepared, and the service was great. I would definitely stay at this location again.
