Very clean and safe hotel. Team are very friendly. Makes you feel like coming home. Everyone is ready to help everyone is very informative. For such a small hotel you can find anything. Team is amazing, Love the energy from Dinara, Chris and Kaye. Always sharp looking and always ready to help. In the matter of fact the entire Front Desk and Concierge team is amazing. People enjoy talking to them. Love the pillows. Very Comfy. Wish i could buy them :) Would be great if you guys could arrange a shop for buying the hotel items. Pillows, bathrobes and probably you can have your mascot toy. That could be a good investment I know i will buy them :)

We booked for one night choosing the hotel for its location and room and cost options. The location allowed us to be in close proximity for my sons graduation event.The stay was great with the staff being very accommodating given how obviously busy they were with the number of guests at that time. The stay was very relaxing that we decided to extend our stay.The hotel has a number of facilities and other food options but we were not able to explore yet. Maybe next time ...We were able to go to Anise restaurant at the Intercon and it was very convenient having the option to have the bill charged to the room in Holiday Inn.My thanks to Samuel and Chris from the front desk for handling our requests and being available to assist. The team at the concierge / Valet were also to be commended for the quick service. The hotel also has a very easy self-parking option.

The breakfast is awesome and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and customer service is great.Apart from your hotel bills you will need to pay a tax of 73 Dirhamms which is equivalent to 22 dollars. Youd better have that in cash or on your card after booking and making payments.

Over all my stay at Holiday Inn Festival City was good. The hotel staff are professional and hotel is very clean. Very convenient to Mall and short drive to airport. Only downside was breakfast, while I found tasty, frequently items on buffet that should have been hot where regularly cold. Over all a good value for money hotel in Dubai

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn!After a rocky check in where our booked room was unavailable, Chris at reception went out if his way there make sure our stay was wonderful - and it was! The breakfast is plentiful with so much selection and attentive staff (a shout out here to Job and Basu who were so polite and attentive to our and our little boys needs) the rooms were extremely clean with plenty of drinking water and the pool was lovely always with enough towels and staff on hand to watch over and ensure safety. We had deliveries from DHL of boxes from overseas and Omar at Concierge was so so helpful with accepting those deliveries and bringing to our room. He was also wonderful with suggesting places to go with out small boys and the best place to find Knafeh! We had booked another “posher” hotel in Jumeriah after Holiday Inn for 3 nights and return today to Holiday Inn and we are really looking forward to going back for 4 nights before returning home. I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City Hotel. I booked a suite for my family as we travelled with our 2 kids. We were offered an upgrade based on the eligible rate.The room was very good, clean and well organized. Checkin staff were very professional and fast, didnt have to wait long. We enjoyed the breakfast, as there was plenty of option and food was tasty. Kids also loved it. We had half board, and dinner could have been way better. Choice was very limited and not upto the standards that I ahve experienced. The limited choice may have been due to COVID restrictions, which is understandable. But that was just a minor hiccup. Overall, the staff in all areas were excellent. Restaurant staff, front desk, cleaning crew and the parking/valet attendants were all great and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Being attached to the mall makes it very convenient for any shopping or other eating stops. Overall, we were very satisfied. Great Hotel.

Location of this hotel is big plus point. Its attached to festival city mall. IKEA, Carrefour and all other shops. Hotel is new and equipped with all Morden facilities. Rooms are big and you can have city view from your window. Staff is polite and helpful. Its value for money. Great choice for families. Big swimming pool is there. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stated with my children. 3 rooms. 4 nights. Very nice time at the hotel. Nice facilities. Connected to very good shopping mall. Really nice 4 star hotel. Price was very good. Staff were very supportive. Car parking is enough and good planned. Location is very good to visit other destinations in Dubai and UAE. Nice breakfast and they have nice coffee shop as well. I am happy I stayed there during summer. Absolutely will be very good hotel for winter in Dubai.

We stayed in the hotel for 20 nightsWhen we checked in we were given a room which were not clean and got some issues like insects, however it was changed to another one immediately but the 2nd one were bad too so then we were upgraded to a suite afterwordsHowever couple of days later insects were found in 3rd room too, we have recorded a short video, please let me know if u want so that i can share. Apparently all room in the hotel are the same, therefore weve decided to stop moving since we got 2 kids and a lot of luggage, so It was very hard to keep moving from room to another. I think you guys really need to take the cleanliness part more seriously, I appreciate all the efforts from the staff, they are were very nice and helpful, and they did their maximum best but again above needs to be addressed.

We are a regular guests here. It’s nice hotel and connected to DFC. However, l requested for a birthday cake ahead of time but they didn’t do anything despite of calling the reception for several times on the day of our check in and they said they will get back to me but they didn’t. My review is about customers service, the cake doesn’t matter anymore.

I had the pleasure to stay over 10 nights at the Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City. I enjoyed thoroughly the breakfast every morning @ Sirocco. Fresh fruits and juices, croissants, eggs made to order and so on. I am a victim of consistency so I always sat on a table across the entrance to the breakfast area. What impressed the most was to watch a total team effort from the door lady, the cooks, the servers, the supervisors, the managers as they always made sure someone was at the door to meet and greet customers and escort them to the table and place an occupied sign on their table. Everyone took their time to swing by the table to see if anything else was needed. Everyone clear tables, deliver coffee or juice, eggs to order, it was like watching an orchestra playing beautiful music together. I want to recognize some outstanding performers during my stay; Freddie, Front Desk; Mohammed N, front door and last but the most important Sushma , at room housekeeping.

I admire the professional attitude of the people working at Holiday Inn and IGH in general. They are professional, guest focused, respectful and know your needs as a guest at their home and not hotel.Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City is not an exception.Keep it up especially the guys on the 3rd floor, Abdalla is an amazing gym master.

Best hotel experience ever! Begins with Mohit and Perla who always take care of me and organize my stay with pleasure! Mohit became a very good friend of mine especially when I got sick and found him next to me and checking out on me! Basu and his big morning smile :) who knows what I have on breakfast and prepares my table every morning! Linton and his magic touches when cleaning my room, and Jitender who is always there to assist me and advice me when ordering room service!

Clean and friendly staff. Jorab showed so much respect and service to detail. Other staff excellent but forgoten their names. I recommend anyone to use this hotel for this kind of hospitality. I say thank you to you all who made our stay unforgettable. Mwah!!

We had an amazing experience with our recent stay with this hotel. The staff was super accommodating, friendly, and courteous. The room view was nice, over-looking Creek and Burj Khalifa. Very clean and very comfy bed and couch.Highly recommended!!

Suite was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff are very helpful. Great internet in the rooms which was important as I had work to do. Its also attached to a mall which was handy. They could do better at enforcing covid regulations on visitors though. I saw some people with masks half on and no one seemed to care about distance in the elevator 😬

Amazing experience. Very hard to believe it is only 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean and new however the key work here is the staff. They are very professional and friendly starting from reception team during check in, team in the restaurant and to the valet parking team. Very poor service. cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom bowl was dirty. I call them 6time to open the door of the connected room but no one come.It took them 8hr to respond.I’ll never come back. Also the bedding, it was ripped.

The stay was excellent, the only comment is that I did not get an upgrade as I am eligible as a Platinum Elite member which is a little bit disappointing. I was told that I could get the upgrade the next day while the hotel knew very well that I had booked for one night

Well to be honest didnt liked staying here much. Started from the begining, first had to Wait for the wallet driver and bell boy for luggage for about 20 minutes even when i was already in front of them, dont know what were they waiting for. Similarly the lobby ambiance didnt felt welcoming at all. Yes the rooms were comfortable but room service really need improvements. It was much better if i had planned to any other location hotels for my stay. But i believe to some people this place might be good. Sorry not for me.

As an IHG member, and have been always using their services when I do travel. I always try and visit their ranges from Luxury to average hotels which they cater to different people with different budgets. For this hotel, Its been standard throughout the group which shows consistency and to the brand however every hotel is not perfect and there will be a inconsistencies because there are human factors involved. Check in was flawless, however I requested special requests which was not acknowledged at all. Room was immaculate, however they also could have cleaned the windows inside and outside since they have a nice view of the city skyline and the creek. When it came to dinner, food quality was good however the cutleries were not to par to cleanliness, I understand that it is not controllable but during a pandemic cleanliness is a must. All can be improved and will look forward to stay in future IHG hotels.

Valet was quick. Checkin was cold, no greetings but fast.Room was good except the terrace was dusty and had lots of bird poop. During checkin they didn’t told us that pool have a waiting time which was a bummer. Pool life guard and staff need training in customer service. Checkout was quick and were greeted upon.Hotel is connected to the festival city mall and it was really easy to go to the mall.

Fantastic ambience and very clean. Did not rent a room but the meeting halls for events. Staff were well trained and obedient. Cleanliness was higher than expected!

Great, comfortable stay in this modern hotel with all the amenities that you could need for both business and leisure. The bed is super comfy and room was always spotless. The staff here are great, they are friendly and helpful. Samir who is one of the servers at breakfast and by the pool bar goes out of his way to make sure guests are having an excellent stay. The staff at Zeste was fantastic! They were pleasant, genuinely interested to assist and nothing was ever a bother. Cant say the same for that barbeque place on the 15th floor! Scoffed at us for not knowing there should be reservations!

We loved our stay here. We would have stayed longer if there was a serviced apartment option. We were on a 2 week transit so this would have been an ideal location for that time.

Excellent welcome on arrival, great team that make you really comfortable, clean lobby and well organized, clean elevators, hand sanitizers are hanged all over. Rooms are clean and well maintained along with the floor corridor. Good food and good restaurants. Close to the airport and the mall.

My uniform was totally ruined by hotel..instead of dryclean they washed it.They are charging for dryclean but machine washing uniform. Pathetic

During current difficult pandemic times, the hotel has not only maintained all the safety and health protocols, they have also assured that guests feel comfortable and safe during their stay. The rooms were thoroughly sanitized and deep cleaned each time after the check out and before letting it to the new guests. The breakfast was very appetizing with great options and the selection of drinks and beverages was complimenting the same perfectly! Room was spacious, clean and bright with lots of natural light throughout. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely recommend it to all.

We stayed there for almost 10 days after extending our original booking. The hotel is amazing, clean and you can walk right into the Festival City Mall from reception which is really handy when you have children and need to buy food or simply take them out to the dancing fountain.We enjoyed our sty, breakfast was really good and staff was amazing

Horrible! Noisy atmosphere, awful spa service (i regret the money I paid), the undisputed light keeps turning off allowing cleaners to come to the room against my wish, the TV remote not working and the the TV keeps turning on by itself which is annoying especially during my sleep.

It was quite comfortable stay for a short getaway,the only thing I found missing was the sauna ,steam and jacuzzi which could be there for a better relaxation purpose.The staff was friendly and and the breakfast was good .As a piece ofadvice,the hotel could come up with more offers for the regular customers as a part of appreciation

First thing after arriving no one was their to take my luggage I took it myself,one billow case had dark spot, glasses on restaurant werent clean I had to ask them to clean for me properly, toliet in lobby no one is checking it after ppl if its clean,although pplEmployees are trying to help,dont deserve the money I didnt book it cheap 750 two nights

Its good except the elevator and reception . You simply waste 5 to 10 min waiting the lift to come then it come full then you wait again.While one reception most of the time there is 1 person only and again you have to wait

Perfect location to relax and enjoy the view of Dubai’s skyline from the hotel. It is strategically located right next to the Dubai Festival City and they have a link from the hotel to the mall. The front desk staff Chris had been helpful and accommodating especially during check-in and Kevin at the G/F restaurant is so friendly. Look for them when you visit.The breakfast area is so spacious which made us feel safe during this pandemic. The food is good and their staff cane to our table to make sure everything is fine and offered us more food that were freshly made

Amazing Hospitality from management and team. Beautiful Lobby well maintained and clean all the time. You are always welcomed at the hotel by main entrance staff, the concierge and the counters staff. The room is very clean as well as the floor. The hotel restaurant is well managed, wonderful team, good food for breakfast and excellent food served at dinner. The hotel location is convenient where you can reach airport in 10 minutes and actually located in the well known Mall Dubai Festival City. No doubt will return soon to the Holiday Inn

Great service, great rooms, great people. The BBQ joint upstairs is South African style. A little different. But they have great views and good decor. Our waitress was a little missing as we did not see her much. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Omelets were good, fruit was not quite ripe, some hot food was cold. Definitely going back but will eat breakfast somewhere else.

One of the best stay at IHG Hotels. Facility is brand new and breakfast is excellent with many choices. I would like to come back again. The hotel staff at front office is always there to help and check -in / out process made very easy and efficient.One thing can be improve is the noise from the 19th floor club restaurant. I was staying in room at 18th floor and noise until 1030 pm surely not pleasant and inconvenient. Hotel could have better arrangement of such restaurant on the ground floor or in basement.Regarding recreation facility, sauna and steam arrangement was informed at the time of check-in but found out it’s not there. Would appreciate if it’s included.

We went to the breakfast restaurant . before 15 minutes they told us that it will close we went out 10:27 we saw more people come in but we were warned to leave 15 minutes before. we are locals the priority should be for us fix your service

We checked in at 4.00 am in the morning, but our check in was very smooth. Only stayed for 1 night but it was value for money and our stay was good.
