Comfortable nice and clean room for a proper rest after a hard working day. Meeting rooms, lunch packages are all very nice. A bit struggled with all the electronics to regulate air cond. and lights. Nice location. Very good stay in a whole.

I was staying in a suite and the overall experience was just berely fair… I don t appreciate beein put in embarrasing situation.Near the minibar was placed a couple of litte bottle of water and a small bottle of red wine with the card „with compliment“When the receptionist asked me if I had consumed something from the minibar I said no. But she presented a bill with twice the charge of the wine. That I had to pay for something that was offered as compliments is strange but this is not my point. Why do you put your guest in this embarassing situation? If I had knew that the wine was not for free I would have said the receptionist that yes I used the minibar…And why she asked if she had already closed the bill? How cheap is this behavior? Please do not offer something and then charge for it, and place your little compliments card near the product that you intend to offer.Best Regards

For our 2nd stay in the hotel we were even more satisfied than the first time. All the personnel is lovely, from the reception to the breakfast attendants, as well as pool/spa attendants and literally any staff. The breakfast offers a large selection of food which is very appreciable. The room was thoroughly made every day and not a detail was forgotten. We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we have the chance! Good job Intercontinental Marina.

This hotel rooms are worst as it is looking like partitioned one and walls are not original.I think One large room has been converted into 2 bedroom, tiny living room and bathroom. There is no real kitchen. wherever we turn we get a hit by temporary wall. It is that much narrow. AC has no proper control.Hotel management is too stingy. They do not even give bottle of water or tea bag from day 2. Even for day 1 they gave 500ml x 2 that is not enough.I made a big mistake of choosing this hotel.One and only five star thing in this hotel is concierge and bell boy service which was very good. They get luggages from car and brings to room as well as load till you get into car. View from

Stayed at the Dubai Marina in a 2 Bed Hotel apartment. The location is well connected with readily available Taxis and the Dubai tram just opposite the road. Extremely comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Clean and large residence room, well equiped, that are up to date and have an amazing view of the Marina. Perfectly located close to Palm Jumeirah and right on Dubai Marina. Its close to Tram, Metro and Monorail. Dubai Marina Mall just 15mn walk. The bed was very comfy and the hotel is very quiet. I was in the residences side. The pool deck was nice but pool is small (perhaps could have more transat). The food and drinks at the Club Lounge and at the pool were fantastic. The best part was the staff, especially Saw (Accent), Noemi and Jee Lee (Club Lounge), who always greets by name and with a smile! Ill come back

This was our first trip out of our house in 15 months thanks to COVID. Due to this, we booked the car service from the airport since we did not want to deal with the hassle of public transportation. The driver was on time and we were deposited at the hotel within 45 min of exiting the plane. Check in was flawless (thanks, Karim!), and we were reminded to stay in our room until our COVID tests came back negative. Luckily this happened at 6am the next morning, so we were able to enjoy breakfast on the club lounge terrace. The quality of service and attention to detail throughout our week-long stay was truly fantastic. Every time we needed something (room service, extra coffee, our PCR test to exit, etc.) it was done quickly and with a smile. I was especially impressed by the club lounge staff - Naomi, Sanjay, and Tin Jay - who did their very best to ensure that we had a memorable stay. A special shout out to Simona at Chill Salon who managed to book me in with less than 24 hours of notice and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. The location, as other reviewers have stated, cannot be beat. We woke up every morning and jogged the 10km around the entirety of the marina and then spent the rest of the day shopping and eating. The Walk - with hundreds of shops and restaurants - is 15 min away by foot, as is the beach. My husband and I generally travel to Dubai 3-4 time a year for work and pleasure and this will definitely be our go-to hotel in the future.

I am Spire Elite Member so I should have especial treatment from IHG .1-Once I arrived Hotel, as Spire Elite Member I asked reception upgrade from Sideview to Marina View ( as a spire elite and based on my Same Company colleague who had upgrade from Sideview one bedroom apartment to Marina View) but reception refused. 2- Salesman sold the One-bedroom Apartment Sideview to me with higher Price compared to my same Company Colleague. Salesman Told me ( before my arrival) he will increase the price for the Marina View One-bedroom Apartment of my colleague but I found salesman sold it to him with discounted price (18% discount) including breakfast and some other benefits like tea/Coffee/sugar refill. While salesman sold the sideview Apartment to me without any discount or any benefits as we are same company. Even before my arrival , I asked Salesman to give me around 4% Discount, he refused. This why we ( me and My Same company colleague left the Hotel). 3-So I hope next time ( if any) salesman has transparency with same company colleague and give them same offer/same benefits to same company colleagues 4- Salesman mentioned the stove is “Electric” before my arrival, when I arrived to my one-bedroom apartment , I found it has “Induction Stove” which is not compatible with all utensil or cooking pots. I was physically attacked by another guest, who claimed my place by the pool was his, though I was there since early morning and was simply in the pool for 20mins and returned to my place. The hotel security, instead of removing this man immediately from the pool, tried to please him. After they watched the camera recordings, I got a call from the hotel staff with apologies. However, I expected a much better and proportionate reaction immediately as the incident happened, since there were hotel staff members present when I was attacked and they didn’t need to check whose place it was to remove a person who was physically aggressive. I hurt my foot and could hardly walk the entire day. Very disappointed.

The front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating, the room was clean and the view amazing, the only reason its not a 4 or 5 was the pool service was extremely slow and I had to remind them 3 times about my drink.. didn’t like that.. otherwise great location and hotel

I had two nights stay-cation, wanted to try something in marina area. I loved the room, comfortable with good marina view, loved the bathroom design. Over all it was a good experience

I arrived at 2am and the front desk receptionist helped me to get checked in a helpful and very efficient manner. Later the next morning, the front desk receptionists were also very helpful in providing me options for getting a Covid-19 test to enter Abu Dhabi. Overall, I *loved* my experience here and in the future, would be more than happy to spend time here either as a tourist or on business travel.

Stayed in their 3 bedroom apartment for a week and really loved our stay. the level of comfort, cleanliness and quality of stay was at par. staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. the apartment was equipped with all the amenities, one could ask for. breakfast was good but sort of had a repeated menu. would highly recommend if travelling in group with kids.

My husband and I traveled to Dubai from NYC with our friends (another couple). We were a bit nervous about our stay given the covid situation but the moment we walked in, we felt assure the hotel was taking all the measures to make sure our safety was priority. The hotel has an amazing scent and clean at all times, the staff was extremely welcoming (especially Laura). It was great seeing such a diverse staff. The rooms were very well kept. We were very pleased with our stay. Location was also great. It was not within the crowd but walking distance to the Walk.

Stayed at Interncontienetal Duabi marina as a logn term guest. The service and cordial attitude of the Staff is consistent and remarkable. The stay at this property for sure was a memorable one. I would Like to thanks all the staff of Intercontienetal but want to special mention Ankush Bragta, olena and Dinesh for their help during my stay. Also i want to specially mention the Security team for their help.

Overall I had a good stay. The property is nice, mostly clean, modern interior and at a convenient location. However my room may not have been in use for quite some months. When i turned on the waterfall rain shower the first time, yellow soup (dirt) was dropping out of the nozzle for about 20 seconds. Very disgusting. Staff couldn’t understand my complaint. Shower caps and laundry bag was only provided on request. Beverage service at the breakfast is super slow. Usually took >10 minutes to get a coffee or juice. That was highlighted twice to the staff but nothing changed during the stay. My fiancée and me had an awesome evening at Marina Social restaurant. Amazing staff and great food.

The stay was amazing and a relaxed staycay. The facilities are fabulous and we would definitely visit again in future. 10 on 10 for cleanliness and safety.

Consider sparing your time here from few hours till several months. Has spa, sauna (temporarily closed), gym, outdoor swimming pool, several bars, bistros, restaurant and top floor Club Intercontinental - those views are the best. You can manage buffet breakfast for 125 AED, express lunch for 95 AED, early dinner for 75 AED or switch it and indulge yourself with Club access for 150 and per day per person.Thanks for the help, nice to meet and chat with all of the staff who assist us during our stay.The hotel is in close vicinity of transport or ~10min walk to metro, around 10~15 min walk to the beach (JBR).Highly recommend it for any type of traveller!

My family and I enjoyed 14 nights accomadation between 31/3/2021 and 14/4/2021. We lived in a spacious two bedroomed suite. Each day we enjoyed the quality buffet breakfast and swimming pool. The staff working in the hotel are exceptional and in my opinion the hotels biggest asset.The hotel is perfectly located in the Dubai Marina for easy access to most attractions.

We loved this property! The staff were very friendly, all restaurants were great and the spa was also a pleasant experience. We would definitely go back. The New Years eve dinner at Accents was great! We also had a 4 course with wine pairing at Marina Social, it was great and we discovered some great new wines. We were treated welll as Spire members. I would have liked a room with a better view as I made this reservation in 2019 February but this didn’t make it bad, I would just like it hext time. The club experience was top notch! All of the staff in the club were exceptional, very personable, accommodating and friendly! The food & drinks were also great! Best eggs benedict! Thanks to allFor making our stay a memorable one! Somehow this hotel seem to be tranquil on the two occasions I popped in. Have a few good joints like Koyo a must visit Japanese themed restaurant and La Carnita, an over priced Mexican snack bar. Yay for Koyo, Nay for Carnita

Good overall experience, a few things this hotel missed the mark: the inroom coffee was a below grade instant coffee. The staffs at the pool also missed the mark. But overall, it was a good stay, very good location.

Lovely. Very kind staff, all cleaned and beautifully arranged. I love that they also used art to beautify their entrance. The view from the root top lounge is astonishing. Breakfast is really good and I had an amazing dinner and one of my best espresso martinis so far 🍸😁

We’ve just returned from a wonderful four night stay at the Intercontinental Dubai Marina.We booked a Club suite which was well worth it. Separate check in and out process at the Club Lounge. We also took breakfast and early evening drinks here daily which is also complimentary. Afternoon tea is also offered which we took one day. All the food on offer is superb, I could not fault.Only negative about this hotel is that at this time of year by 1pm most of the pool area is in the shade. It’s not a major problem as the beach is only a short walk.The highlight of our stay though was the staff in the lounge. Wow, just great, big thank you to Naomi and TJ, they made our stay a joy.

Only downside is that the pool is in the shade from 1 or 2pm (in winter).The breakfast is amazing and offers so much choice from European to middle east cuisine.PS: if you are very sensitive to noise when you sleep, ask for a room on the pool side instead of street side. That didnt bother me much but I know some could be.

Fantastic stay at Intercontinental Marina Hotel. To be honest when a made the booking I wasnt expect much, the pictures on booking are nice but actually in person is much attractive, if you can, please try to upgrade the pictures on booking. The cleaness is fantastic made me and all my family feel safe at this time. All staff since we reached the hotel was extremely fantastic, helpfull, wellknowlege and friendly. The room was perfect for me and my family with a spectacular view, well equipped, the bathroom very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the pillows are very fluffy for me werent comfortable enough I just had to use 4 of them to feel comfy, but some people like them fluffy. The location in my opinion is one of the best. Near the JBR walk, beach, supermarkets, restaurants, public transports. For sure we will back to this hotel.

Checking in a large people is no small task but the staff did superbly. Even helping us coordinate with local clinics to take the required test to return home. Customer service was absolutely stellar, meal options were great, the views were awesome and even with minor hiccups within the group everyone and everything was grand and deserving of all five stars.

The stuff is extremely friendly and professional!I enjoyed staying in the hotel a lot thanks to them.Things to improve:- do not do renovation works at midnight (😒)- figure out a gadget in the rooms to hydrate the air, it was so dry I felt sick most of my time spent in the room.

I stayed for three days on the back of a challenging time from covid on my route home to Singapore from the UK. The staff were thoughtful and could not have been more helpful, nor were they pushy or trying to upsell.A beautiful room and view, just what I needed before returning to Singapore to do 14 days quarantine! Cannot recommend the hotel more highly.

I am staying here since 2/7/2020 till now & i am going to extend my stay till end of this year ; that is because it is a wonderful place to stay in . Starting from the GM Antje whom you can see every day moving from place to place in the hotel following up every small detail related to the cleanness ; which has zero tolerance for her as well as the guest comfort .The duty managers George & Mohanad are very supportive and they always act very fast for any notices you may report to them & they keep following up till they are 100% sure the issue is resolved . The reception staff are very kind , decent , supportive & friendly ; specially the amazing Olena , Julia , Denish & Ahmed . The food quality is excellent ; all the restaurant staff are wonderful . I really recommend this hotel for you if you are visiting Dubai whether for business or for a vacation .

I was given my room only 3 hours after I arrived and even 4pm late check out was not given to me. Plus, I was given room upgrade but later found out my colleague, who had booked a standard room had the same room as mine. No difference! I felt ripped off!!This is a fine property but could do better if the hospitality was good.

Well, I liked the IC Dubai Marina and a big thank you for the very good care of myself in the Club Lounge at the rooftop.From the moment I booked the stay, the team at the club respond to me, help to book the transportation service and getting my PCR test before farwell. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and although we had a great stay, we did notice a difference in the level of service in the club lounge this time. This could be down to availability of staff but it was notable. That being said, any time when Teejay was working it was much more organised and back to normal.We used the hotel limousine service and Serjayish (apologies for spelling) was our driver who got the stay off to a great start. During the first morning we had breakfast at Accents restaurant which was busy although was spaces out for Covid precautions. After that, we used the lounge for the rest of the stay. Over all we had a great stay and enjoyed Christmas day brunch at Accents. Thanks for an amazing Christmas after a rubbish year.

This has been the best hotel experience Ive had in years (and I travel all the time). The team at the intercontinental really went above and beyond for me and my family. We dealt with Tegan who made us feel as if we were the only guests at the hotel, the staff all knew our name and breakfast orders after day 1 ( we stayed a week). The room was so comfortable (we had a washer in the room!) and the views are outstanding, I honestly didnt want to leave. I would highly recommend staying here the location is fantastic, the amenities are great, parking is so easy, food is wonderful and the service is out of this world!

Walk to the Beach (10min) Staff was very friendly. Prices at the Deli and `Hotel bar are WAY too high! Overall, it was a Pleasant stay.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in due to the staff professionalism and courtesy. They are so polite, all staff treat you like you are the only guest in the hotel which is nice. Also parking is easy accessible .Swimming pool is lovely and overlooks the marina with great staff working , lifeguard is very alert and actually saved my daughter from drowning, I hope he gets employee of the month as he demonstrated for the first time in my life in any hotel some real skills for the water.Didn’t get a chance to try all the food but what ever we ordered was spectacular especially the chips they had 😃.Anyway, my recommendation for all tourists or residents who want to experience modern rooms with huge bathrooms and excellent service please visit this hotel .

It is challenging for everyone to travel and stay in a hotel for 30 days for business during the pandemic. InterContiental Dubai Marina creates a very safe place where you can feel safe and being cared. The hotel staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is really good and it is easy for you to access restaurants, cafes and Dubai Marina shopping mall. It is very close to tram and metro station.

The hotel is in a great location for both JBR and the marina, the hotel is nice inside and really clean. Breakfast had daily specials on each day and is well worth getting. Nice pool area.?

I stayed here for 6 weeks and I was sad to say goodbye. Could easily have been my permanent residency.

Well done to all staff who are clearly highly trained to ensure safety of all guests and other staff members during these times. I felt safe at all times and confident the hotel was doing its best to ensure this safety. I had one issue where I was woken by persistent knocking on the door in the morning by one of the cleaning staff. I had no do no disturb signal on the door, however before 9am I do not expect to be disturbed. The staff wanted to know what time my room would be free for cleaning. Ive never encountered this in a hotel before where staff knock on the door early in the morning to enquire on a cleaning time! This was the only issue that perhaps needs some re-training of staff. Otherwise I had excellent service and a great stay

It felt great to travel after a gap of almost 9 months due to this whole virus madness that has swept over the world. A great property with a super location. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Two staff members who were extremely helpful and friendly : Julia at the reception, it was a pleasure talking to her and Ganeshan (hope i got the name correct) at the hotel door. The only minor negatives, if i may point out the same, our check-in time was 3 PM but we got the room by 4 PM and secondly the noise of the house keeping trolley outside the room at odd hours that disturbed the sleep a bit. But then again, these were minor issues & Im just giving honest feedback. Overall, a wonderful stay.

A nice hotel in a good location. Just be careful with the lifts if you are accessing the club lounge - you will need to take a connecting lift, one of which stops at the 12th floor to connect, but the others only connect at the ground floor. Doesn’t make sense? You’re right.... it doesn’t make sense! But that’s how it is....

The pool is in the shade from about midday. And the area around it is tiny and they still sell yoga classes that allow people to spend the day at the pool!People start to put their towels down early and then only come down later and nothing is saidIt is incredibly crowded for COVID rulesThe staff serving the food at breakfast don’t really understand you but the waitstaff are amazingMasks are not enforced as I saw a few people with them below the nose or under the chin, or not at all and nothing was said The blonde female manager- I have never met a more abrasive rude person in this position. The reception staff were lovely and friendly.

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance at a time like this. The Hotel should be going above and beyond during this time. I have stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in several other countries and I am a member of points review. I picked this hotel in Dubai because I have always had the best rooms, service and cleanliness. Just as I did in this room, I cleaned with baby wipes the things I may touch, especially the TV Remote which has shown to be the most dirty item in Hotel Rooms. However the baby wipes became very dirty after wiping remote, door handles and switches. The carpet in this room was very dirty. I would not walk around in this room with my shoes and socks off. I had to keep my socks on. It made me very concerned as to the cleanliness of the bed.

IHG continues to fail its elite status members, and most of their hotels arent smart enough to go out on their own and offer up something of value to entice other hotel brand elite members away.I did get a great room upgrade, but not breakfast or club lounge access. While IHG does not guarantee or even suggest either of these(Mistake), each hotel should consider it, especially to solo travelers. I could understand not offering it to a family of four, but offer it to the solo traveler and you will earn repeat business and positive reviews.

Great hotel with friendly staff , great food and walking distance the ocean and many shops very convenient the restaurant has a great view when you are enjoying your fresh made breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Stayed here for a week in their apartment. The view and the apartment along with their staff are really wonderful. Really had an amazing stay. Only thing we disliked was their repated breakfast menu.

I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in the World but literally the staff at Dubai Marina were perhaps the friendliest I’ve met. I had my wife and four year old with me, and most people knew us by name. Special thanks to the duty managers and staff in the essence restaurant, Shiv in particular but literally, the service across the board was top notch.We ended up extending our trip by a further 6 nights, making 14 nights in total.

Always impeccable with an elegant and casual feel at the same time. Tried Ladies night at Ginter this time. Beautiful view on the marina, the outdoor seating provides intimacy for a small gathering of people, you can pleasantly talk as there’s no loud music and the light is perfect, not like those too dark places where you can’t even see your food or your drinks. The food is good as a happy hour thing to accompany the drinks, as this is not a proper restaurant, so sharing platters w your friends is probably the best.

Nice hotel as most Intercontinentals are. Good location and staff were friendly and as helpful as can be.The room whilst clean and a good size was very noisy even on 10th floor due to main road and tram stop outside. The trams every few mins ringing their bells make a lay in impossible. Invest in some double glazing please !!The Gin bar is nice but small and closes early The pool area is a bit of a let down - doesn’t get much sun and the staff are slow to clean tables or serve food and drink.Overall it’s a good hotel but room to improve
