A good location with good amenities but the rooms are a bit outdated and need to be renovated. Staff are great and helpful but would think twice about staying again

The rooms was clean, staff was so nice and kind. We had a beautiful view of Sheikh-zahed street. The breakfast was acceptable and quality of the foods was high. Totally I enjoyed of staying at this hotel. 🥰❤️

Hotel parking is crazy just to visit for 5 min charging me for 50dhs who has no any sign board informing it . Staff never listens me. They don’t have any right or paper or lis to take this much per 1 minute visit. In the parking 2 staff was so rude to me he named his self Bilal. This how the hotel service. No valet parking outside parking cost you this much. From parking the staff will take your mood and half of your money for dinner or stay

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel in May 2021 and I loved there so much. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a bit dated but clean and nice. I was lucky to have a mice view to the Sheikh Zaed Road and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast is nice. There are few restaurants and a bar there too. The location is perfect close to metro stations and everything you need is around. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely will stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. The Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a very nice and refreshing temperature.

They have the best restaurants and chamas is the special one 😋😋

Its an old building. However, its located on Sheik Zayed Road and that appears to be its selling point.

New rooms of the hotel are very nice but old room are ok... Room window view of selected rooms are only good. Be selective.Hotel is located at a nice place.

My experienced stayed at this hotel is .. me my sister and family was came too early to checked in. the room for sure was not ready ,, but the receptionist give us an upgrade to suite president room. it wasnt what we expecting but we so happy for that.and also in the next day I need a emergency pcr test to my sister because she need to flight back to our country. and i found a charming young man and very patience to handle every guest. so guys if you need a services for your traveling / safari or pcr things in dubai just find a man named Gaurav at this hotel. 😋😋😋

Location is great for my purposes. Easily accessible metro stations as well as supermarkets really appealed to me. And I love the measures that have taken for covid during brekkie time👍🏽

Its good hotel to conduct a function, except the parking which is bit far from hotel .After partying you must wait 45 minutes or walk a 10 minutes far to get the car .

Was temporary home for a dozen weeks. Excellent location to be in Dubai. Floor 16 and above give really good view as well. Very close to Metro, DUbai Mall, Burj Khalifa etc

And as i expect the crown plaza to be, but over all it is good. The location is in shikeh zayed road maje it easy to go any where, Airport, dubai malls or la mer are just 5 mins away

We had 3 rooms for our vacation in Dubai, all rooms had issues and the staff was not very responsive to fix them.Other than the affordable price and its central location, theres not a lot of good things about this hotel.

We booked this on a points breaks offer that made it a excellent value.Overall this is a nice hotel that is very conveniently located.The hotel its is a little old but in good condition. Any issues we encountered were taken care of quickly for us. Note the elevators to the rooms are very slow.

The hotel needs renovation, the furniture is extremely old and dusty the carpets are dirty.My power bank was taken from my room, when the cleaning guys entered my room, after I contacted security they got it back the next day and tried to blame me for leaving it on the bed! Great customer service :)I asked room service to change the sheets and they just flipped it, you guys know I can still see the same stains right!!They serve food with hair in it.They over charge for room service food and claim you asked for toppings even though I did not...overall the hotel should just close its doors.

The rooms are old and not up to par for a 5 star hotel. Washrooms are that of a 3 star hotel. I would suggest some renovations and uplifting.The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But other than that if you really want a 5 star hotel there are many other options in the area

The halls need to be done better. There was gap like opening right in the centre of the third floor hall and people walking were almost tripping over it. Loved the fact that the back end was spacious enough for buffet or meetings with a separate prayer room.

Nice hotel overall with good service. Rooms are very good for the price. Its location near the metro station is very handy. Room service was excellent and fast. Many restaurants and cafes inside and beside the hotel. You can also find nearby supermarkets and pharmacies. Friendly staff. They can work on faster check-in especially on busy weekends.

Will definitely book into Crowne Plaza with our next vacation. Douglas and all the other staff members were really really great!Your Hotel was super awesome! I will recommend it to all my fellow South Africans. ❤️

Good location and easy to travel.

Worst customer service ever. Arrived at 1:30 and waited in queue until 2:11 to be served. Then I was told none of the rooms were available and wed have to wait 1 hour for the room to be prepared. When I asked what we were supposed to do until then, we were told to wait in the lobby.... room became available at 3:51.... no refreshments were offered and when we arrived in the room, we found out we got a smoking room instead of the non-smoking we asked for. Upon complaining we were told that the hotel is fully booked out and nothing can be done.... and upon checking our luggage I found out that the wheel on one of the bags has been broken.... never staying at this one again.... I wish there were redemption points but so far there are none

The location of the Hotel is very good.Room is good but the furniture is too old .Bathroom is good & everything available with big tub 🛀 .Breakfast food good but breakfast area is toooooo small compared with hotel size.At night its too crowded since many restaurants are there & bars.Staff are great specially at reception .

I was considering staying here with my family because I had meetings nearby but when I went into the sports pub with my 5 year old son for some food and drinks for me, they refused entry. How backwards is this and rude. Ill never stay at this Crown Plaza at all. Other hotels treat families better than this.

Nice cozy rooms with proximity to Dubai Sky Line

Extremely helpful staff, big studio rooms, good location, a number of good restaurants for dining and good location near the metro station.The only drawback is it is one of the oldest hotels in Dubai and needs some renovation, otherwise would recommend.One more thing to mention, there is a night club and because of that it becomes very disturbing to see all people roaming around.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Metro stop only a few mins walk away. Room was very spacious and clean. Had a few amenities to make our stay comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Had a very nice view from our room. Went to the bar at the hotel, decent environment and enjoyed our beer there. Would stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel is in a a decent location, next to Sheikh Zayed Rd. With a nearby metro and awaiting taxis. There are several restaurants near by. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the building and amenities appear are a bit old. The gym is spacious; the pool is moderately sized with a good view of the city. The rooms are alright, nothing special.
