Id definitely stay here again! Very elegant and breakfast is a pure delight. Our shower leaked onto the floor a little though, and there was some confusion with billing on the last day and again during checkout. Club in lobby is a bit pricey with not-so-great service. Good service otherwise in the hotel.

Awesome service, the breakfast food was good, the protocols for covid was great, and the bed was AMAZING!!! The cleaningness of the room could be better, but its still safe. There were a couple of areas that needed to be dusted, especially areas where nothing was on the shelves.

Friendly and accommodating team. They go above and beyond to make you happy. Will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is to offer different variety of breakfast items each day. After 4 days I really wanted more choices.

Good to take rest but very bad in providing facilities. Wifi withdrawn after one day. No milk for tea, water etc everything have to ask for. I had package deal but surprised when got it that they will not provide dinner on the day of checkout. Asked me to check out before my scheduled time. Its like you pay in advance and even then not sure you get the value of your package. Will never ever recommend anyone this hotel.

Nice hotel ! But doesn’t take care of the customers needs. I only wanted to heat up the meal I couldn’t finished the day before but they did not want to heat it up! Is that a 5 star hotel, I don’t think so.Find another place for your holidays if you really want to enjoy it !Should I also say that the swimming pool is nearly everyday full with children so if you want to relax it’s definitely not the best place!!!

Everything about this Hotel was good. The best thing about this hotel was the Excursion. Mildred from the Excursion was extremely helpful. She planned all our excursion and followed up with us. She reminded the timing and also booked our Covid test. We were stress free. without Mildred our trip would have been chaos. Mildred also explained to us about downloading Careem app to get inexpensive taxi. She was very helpful. If i ever come back to this hotel, it would be for her and if you guys go stay in this hotel, make sure to look for her. About the hotel, all the staff were nice. We love the water that they were refilling. The hotel was very thoughtful enough to leave us a cake for our birthday. only thing is that i went down to show my appreciation for the cake but the man down at the desk name Said was just blah!. I would definitely stay in this hotel again because we had great time and this hotel was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Specially the Dubai mall was near.

My son and I spent 10 days at the Radisson blue, waterfront. We had the best time of our life. The staff was amazing, smiling and extremely friendly. Clean and neat , in the middle of the city, walk-in distance from most of Dubai attractions. I’ll definitely come back for my next vacation. Thank you so much. Good clean comfortable hotel, Staff were friendly and attentive. A nice outdoor bar which served punk IPA on draft and good food. Only complaint was the lack of signs made finding our way around difficult, the hole is a bit of a labarynth, with stairs and elevators that take you to unexpected places !!

Stayed for 1 night and unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Upon arrival, I had to prompt the valet to take my car. I then had to prompt them to help with our luggage. Then I had to ask for the valet ticket. If I was new to hotel experiences, I might not have known how this works and it would have been a disaster. At check in, our room was not available, so we were told that they upgraded our room and added extra beds. This was fine, although we would have been happy with the regular room. The new room took 2 hours to be prepared, delaying all our evening plans at the hotel. We were sent to the business lounge, which offered free soft drinks but the kids quickly got bored. After multiple trips to and from reception, the room key was finally given to us but unfortunately it was too late to go to the pool as we had evening plans. The pool was very small too, by the way. I expressed my discomfort and annoyance to the manager, who was quick to inform me of the upgrades I was given, and was offered a food voucher for their (expensive) restaurants. Eventually they offered me a 10% discount, which will apparently be refunded within 2 weeks. The room itself was nice, apart from being able to hear flushed toilet water from upstairs running down the pipes. In the morning, we noticed the duvet we were sleeping in had big dollops of what looks like dried up blood on it - even after all those hours of waiting for the room to be prepared. They were very busy and apparently fully booked. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Review for the restaurant by the lobby:- staff fail to greet- staff asking what would I like to order to eat right away without asking what I would like to drink, at lease bring some water- staff forgot to bring after I ask after 15 minutes- this the part is highway robbery happened: they charge 2 different dish for 1 salmon salad.For the quality:1/5 salmon was too dry, for the salads taste nothing like fatoosh salad.

A great Hotel. I have traveled a lot to Dubai, but this hotel is really special. We had a great welcome in the reception and we good an room upgrade for the 19th floor with a nice view, which was lovely. A big thanks to the reception. The housekeeping people was so friendly, always they asked us if we need something Special in the room. Here also a special thanks to Karishma from the house keeping team, we miss her friendliness. The breakfast in this hotel is also so great, they have all needed foods. The pool area is also superb (sunshine in summer until 4 p.m. local time) and I can really recommend to stay in this hotel. My next visit in Dubai, will be definitely again in Radisson blu waterfront.

I’m only giving 5 stars because Hummo was a great host/receptionist! My daughter and I came from a 23 hour flight and we were exhausted, and had a few difficulties with our reservations. Hummo was a great help! Helped us out a lot! I do have to say some other workers were being a little rude/disrespectful to my daughter and I, but other than that it was pretty good! And has an amazing view of burj khalifa and others! But I do recommend asking for hummo if you want to stay at this hotel!

Nice 5-star Hotel with all amenities and attentive service. Nice pool as well. 15 min walk to the fountains at Burj Khalifa. If you have a room to the frontside of the hotel you will see the Burj directly in front of you. Great breakfast with the most friendly staff - especially Pooja. She took care of us the whole time in the most friendly way. A huge thank you to her - we will miss you right when we leave!! As well a big thank you to Loriemay from the Business Center who provided us not only drinks and super delicious food but a super friendly personal service and a smile every time we showed up (which you could see even under the mask). By the way, we felt super safe with the Covid actions which took place in the hotel. All staff took it serious. We had a great experience in this hotel and will come back soon.

It is unbelievable that the hotel is not able to tell me a simple information, when and where can guest have their half board dinner. The operator, Vicki or Nicki, said until(!) 7pm! Then she said the restaurant closes, and it will be somewhere else in FireLake, but no clue till what time. Then 30 minutes trying to call the hotel, my call gets diverted, but noone picks it up to provide this simple info!This info suppose to be given upon check in! Breakfast X time period in Y restaurant, Dinner X period in Y restaurant.She said she sent an email to ask this question from other stuff. Can anyone tell me the answer please? Guest is hungry, wants to eat.Spent 30 minutes now with this issue.

Staff here has been excellent. House keeper Talha has been very gracious in his services. He went above to help out with a few minor requests with coffee and water for the room.Hotel is very modern and it houses a nice size gym; as well as, an walking/running loop out front.Hotel also has a coffee shop on the ground floor, restaurant with a view of the canal and they offer excellent food for both breakfast and dinner. If you are too busy to head out; meals had by room service was excellent.Laundry service did a great job with cleaning my clothes. There is a hair stylist in the hotel.

I picked this hotel for the location, the view, and the online reviews. Based on the online presence alone, I expected this hotel to be amazing especially for the price. The attention to little details was what dented my expectation. In my humble opinion, the hotel should not be considered five stars. Some staff in the hotel were professional and courteous but some were not. The spa lady alone was unattentive and left 15 minutes early to close before I could get in at least a 2 minutes steam room session, even when I called beforehand to see what time they closed. When confronting the spa lady, she said Im sorry and proceeded to leave. I called the lobby to see if I could see the reason why, they said it was because of Ramadan. To me, thats not a valid excuse, if anything you should be able to stay even later. Now onto the rooms. I had booked a room with a balcony and a view of the Burj Khalifa. I stepped into the room and right away there was a stain to greet me on the floor. To cut the matter short, there were a lot of other things I noticed like pillowcase holes, mold on the fridge door, wall stains and dents, and sand residues. The room did not look like it was maintained at all. I will say the staff resolved my issue when mentioning it to them and had me stay in a suite to make up for it. I was very appreciative of that and I will give my dues with 3/5 stars. I feel bad for writing this review but I know it is whats fair.

I am delighted with the hotel, take breakfast, lunch or dinner of your choice, it is fashionable to change, breakfasts and dinners are very high quality, service is perfect, lots of fruits, seafood on the grill in the evening. Rooms are clean, 15 minutes to Burj Khalifa. The only small pool, but otherwise the service is on par.

So satisfied with this sumptuous breakfast at their restaurant. I will definitely book for another staycation.

Lovely spot to have a meal or just chill. The outdoors is lovely especially in winter and the views of the canal are beautiful and picturesque. The menu is comprehensive but a few things are not available so ask at the start not to get disappointed.The service was very good and the staff attentive. All in all highly recommended.

The Radisson blu waterfront hotel was a wonderful location and experience. Sunshine breakfasts outside and a sunshine pool with great sunbeds, umbrellas and towels provided in the pool area.We had a 16th floor balcony executive room which was lovely.The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive people.Deb, Veronica, Paul to mention only 3. Nothing was too difficult.Access to the executive lounge is a great. Each day from 5 to 7 is happy hour when you can choose from the menu and have a choice of drinks included in the overall price that you pay.Dubai is known for its tall buildings but there isnt any tall buildings in front of this hotel which gives it a lot more sunshine in its balconies and other outdoor areas.Its about 20 minutes or so from the airport and taxis are easily accessible and not really expensive. Its not far to the famous Dubai Mall and the fountain.I cant praise the venue enough!!I was there for one week.

The room smelled bad and we asked them for a corner room they put us exactly infront of the elevator, the balcony lock was broken even though they saw we had kids aged 6 years old and 4 years old.. we canceled the booking and left the hotel eventually 🙃.

This place can go unnoticed! Dont let that fool you. This hotel is beyond amazing, it exceeded my expectations above and beyond. The price is definitely worth it! We stayed in the superior room and it was amazing. The sheets were the softest I have ever felt! The bed was so comfortable it made it hard to get up. The pillows were so soft! The shower and bath.... just in awe! And the soap and body lotion / body wash smelt amazing! I love this hotel in Dubai! The location is fabulous and the staff are wonderful! Thank You for this Stay! I will be coming again very soon ! So happy and satisfied !

Horrible. Walls had stains. Pillow cover had a whole in it. Refrigerator did not close properly. Two of our lamps did not work. I am not the one to complain but this has exceeded disappointment. Prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for.

Really Nice hotel with a great view of downtown Dubai and waterfront. The staff was really great and rooms perfect. Had a great experience staying but only thing I felt was not worth while was the breakfast. Probably due covid restrictions breakfast menu was very limited and only eggs. İ search lot for find a perfect hotel before our journey to dubai. İ read all comments of hotels. And i decided to stay here. İt was perfect. All staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very big and comfortable. We stayed 8 nights every day they cleaned our room. There was a tea pot, iron, shower also bath, and a very big balcony with a perfect wiev of burj khalifa. Room was very clean. We felt very comfortable like our home. You can walk to dubai mall about 15 minutes. You can travel every beach by taxi about 50 aed. You can reach metro station about 15 min walk. Also we came hotel first day at 7.00 am and thay gave room to us at 8.00 am. İt was also perfect so we can rest after a long fly. Thank you radisson blu waterfront. İf we come back hope to see you again.

Overall, I had a descent experience with the Radisson Blu and the amenities were great. The room was spacious and clean. The only lousy mark was that it was way too loud, it was very difficult for me to work from my room. The music from the lounge was indeed so loud that if was very difficult to focus on work. Staff wasn’t helpful and could have made move us to another room. I would not recommend this hotel if you are on a business trip.

Really this the first time to get surprised today I check out from hotel Saturday 12/June/2021 because of their toilet my concern is consider an engineering mistake how toilet basin near to the wall nobody could use it even children the area very tight and it’s hurt my leg I didn’t recommend at all

Staff were very polite especially house keeping (Wilson). Catered to my every need and room was cleaned very well everyday. Wide range for breakfast and room was spacious enough.

Been here for two days now and everything has been great. Housekeeping is very helpful. Specially Gulsan, he made sure I have extra towels and toiletries and everything else i needed.

Had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The electrical outlets in the suite are few, and there is no possibility to connect the laptop to the TV, and the air conditioning control is next to the wing door there is no one in the bedroom, so every time I want to control the air conditioning I have to go out of the room, the bathroom is small, the elevator is small, the Wi-Fi Very slow and every 15 minutes it disconnects from the phone automatically

I had a meeting with a client in this hotel and I felt extremely unsafe. People in loddy are not wearing masks, some are coughing and staff is not saying anything.

I love this hotel because of its location and also its very sophisticated scotch bar called Makar. Makar is amazing bar and I can confidently say that it is one of the best bars which I visited and enjoyed in Dubai or in whole UAE. Can surely come to the top of the bucket list to choose from for stay when you are in downtown!

It was a wonderful holiday. The hotel is in a beautiful place, there is a metro station nearby, you can walk to the Burj Khalifa. From the room the view was to Burj Khalifa and a bit to the canal. The staff at the hotel is friendly, receptive. I definitely recommend this hotel.
