Kumar, Pranesh, Amos, Jerome, Babylyn were extremely helpful, polite and provided excellent service going out of the way. Amos and Babylyn always provided service with a smile! The entire team made me feel like i am staying at home and extended help in everything possible. I highly recommend this team and mainly the leader Mr. Krishna Kumar who championed these efforts also i can see some outstanding leadership qualities in him. He seems to be edecuting everything with ownership and responsible mindset which is very rare to find now a days. All in all a memorable stay and more to come.

I received a lovely upgrade to the Marina Suite which was much appreciated.Unfortunately this room is on a low floor and very noisey - road traffic. In addition the room has very poor lighting. This makes the dated decor look even worse. The whole place needs renovation.The gym is is fine, just small and too crowded with equipment. I enjoyed the Press Club, good service. I would like the Canapes to be discontinued and replaced with something more Basic. They were bland and not appealing. In addition the same thing is served every night.Breakfast, tried it once then decided to change to points. I expect more from a Marriott.The main plus of the Fairway is the price and location. As long as this remains reasonable, I will stay again.

You can find a more up to date ambience, but I do not think you will find a more attentive and sincerely helpful staff. They helped me recover a passport I had left in a taxi on the morning I was to fly out of the country. In about an hour, the staff resolved my crisis and adverted what would have been a personal catastrophe. I will continue to choose this location for business travel. The convenient location to the airport, the staff, and well maintained and comfortable room are enough for me.

Took one night stay with breakfast thanks to Marriott Bonvoy that gave us really a good offer, the hotel is nice, clean and peaceful not much crowded. The bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. Breakfast was great. Internet was high speed. Customer service was perfect, staff was very helpful and friendly. Free valet parking.

I have chosen Le Meridien Fairway several times previously because they are centrally located, and 5 minutes walk from a Metro station, which makes getting around easy. It is on a main road, so taxi access is also simple. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable, with excellent customer service.

Room was clean and well kept. The view wasnt all that great, but I slept like a angel - the room was dark and quiet. My only complaint is the coffee maker was not all that great, I think just water heaters in each room would be much more efficient.

This hotel is located a short distance from the Dubai International airport. It is quiet and near the Dubai Metro. There are multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk, convenience stores nearby, and a short travel to multiple destinations in Dubai. Ive stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and every experience has been consistently excellent. I will absolutely stay here when I am in Dubai!

Very stylish compact hotel with very good service. Location near Deira city centre and Airport makes this a very good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Breakfast spread was extensive and good. Only flip side is the lack of proper parking space which need to be addressed by the hotel management. I do recommend this hotel specially for tourists.

Good clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The standard rooms are fairly large. Only ate breakfast there, it a nice buffet with an omelette station. The fixtures in the rooms are a bit dated as well as the gym but everything works. Its walking distance to a metro station and the Deira mall. Nice and close to the airport as well.

I had a conference at their sister property, Le Meridien Hotel and Conference Center but decided to stay in the Le Meridien Fairway due to better rates and I do not regret the decision. For those without an expense account, this hotel is the perfect way to explore Dubai while attending conferences at their sister property. The hotel is located only 1 or 2 stops away on the main metro line which means I could go into the city to explore after my conference ended. The hotel did their best to reserve their hotel shuttle to take me to their sister property in the mornings to attend the conference. The sister property did their best to arrange the hotel to take me back. If the shuttle was unavailable, a taxi was only 12 dirhams or a 15 minute walk back. I prefer this location over the Conference Center hotel due to ease of accessibility to the metro line. The highlight of the stay was because of the staff. The morning breakfast was adequate with a variety of breakfast cuisines and an omelette station. The head of guest relations, Kumar, and his front desk staff Babylyn and Amos were attentive to my requests and questions. Kumar took it upon himself to help me book a few excursions, and also called to confirm excursions that I booked not through the hotel. He provided thoughtful and real answers to my questions about the city rather than annoying canned or corporate responses. The hotel itself is old and outdated. It could use a refresh on furniture, design, and amenities. However, the exceptional service of the staff, location, and price more than made up for the age of the hotel. Based on branding, the hotel felt more like a Sheraton than a Le Meridien as Ive been accustomed to in the United States. If I had another conference in Dubai near the airport, I would stay at the Le Meridien Fairway without any hesitation.

Stayed for two nights in January. The hotel is not far from the airport and a taxi only cost about £6. The hotel is within walking distance to the Irish Village and also the skytrain station which gives you easy access to the rest of the city (Dubai Mall etc). The hotel itself is perfectly nice and the room was comfortable. Best thing was the check-in staff who were very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

It was good and kind of okay. The Property is a little old and has appears as well. The staff was good and polite (Just till the last day.) They did help me with a late checkout to accommodate for my flight. Overall good for the price i paid.

We was some days in the hotel before we was going to Ajman in the beach hotel. We discover Dubai from this nice small Le meridien Hotel. Really all staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. They was help us a lot. We got a reallynice upgrade as a platinum. Is the hotel small - yes - is the hotel old - yes it is. But all is in a good condition. You have the most same options like in a other hotel. The pool and jacuzzi is in the hotel, a gym ... all is Fine. The breakfast was all the days really good. And the best think - the price was nice. From my side - it was a great stay. Big thanks also to the driver - he was very helpfull. But the biggest plus is really the near to the airport.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and would recommend the extraordinarily friendly service. It is like having another home.Joseph, the manager always replies promptly to our requests and makes sure my requirements are met before I arrive ( I am allergic to feathers so they have to change pillows and duvets).The receptionists always have a friendly welcome, no matter what time of day or night. The porters are quick to deliver baggage and any other service required, (door opening, helping with shopping to the room,taxis etc).I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone who values good service.

It’s small but cozy. Convenient because of its airport proximity. They brought a fruit dish to my room when I checked it and they went above and beyond making sure I got breakfast before the restaurant opened since I was departing very early in the morning. Their fitness room and other facilities were very nice and well kept. I would stay again.

Returning again, met by the staff at the door and welcomed back, real pleasure to be back. The room was ready although little warm, problem with the AC, this was resolved quickly by the maintenance staff. My stay was busy but relaxing at the same time, the rooms are great the bed so comfortable. Breakfast could be better, more cooked food choice would be great. The fresh fruit and superb bread goes someway to compensate. The Irish Village is just minutes away, a great night out.

We spent a night here last week on business with my wife who was on vacation. While I worked she enjoyed the hotel and staff. She specifically mentioned Edwin Pinlic and Catherine Due. I enjoyed the return for this trip with a felling of happiness to see us from the person who took our baggage to all the hotel staff. It was a very pleasant stay. Also recommend the hotel restaurant where we ate the first trip with 3 people. We went to the American restaurant on the corner a week later and ended up spending much more and they didnt even offer adult beverages. The restaurant is economical for the area and food was good.

Old hotel but comfortable enough for a 1 or 2 night stay at maximum. Location wise, its pretty good if you have to catch a flight the next day as its practically next to the airport. There are a few restaurants around the area but other than that, its pretty deserted. The Deira Mall is only a metro station away and you are within a few minutes walk to the metro. Overall good value for a reasonable price stay if you have business there or need to catch a flight.

Was impressed during earlier stays and had more reasons to come back, now that SPG points are given. And the personalized good treatment by manager Joseph and staff was there again.Food and service via room service left little to be desired. And the spacious room with well appointed furniture and general amenities made for a comfortable stay. At an unbeatable value, particularly if one enjoys a botique-property friendly feel.

You can stay at far better hotels in dubai for these prices. The staff is excellent but thats about it. The internet wont even handle facetime for iPhone and the shower has a manual water heater to turn on thats if it even works.

Im a SPG Platinum Elite Status member.before I had a reserbation to same hotel.but i needed one more room for my guests. but the hotel price were gone up almost around double price. and I contact to staff of hotel receiption. shes name is Bablyn.she told me if I will make a reservation to other room at website. and then contak again with confirmation number.that I will can match the same price previously reserved.But she said to other staff. she didnt say that to me without answering my phone. And the reservation could not be cancelled with a 100 % penalty.The hotel located near the highway, and is always noisy and breakfast also poor. And its so old building. I dont want to recommend for Starwood Preferred Guest. An exception is if you stop over with low price.

Great location with Metro station round the corner and can go anywhere is Dubai from there. Quite. Every time I go to Dubai, I always stay at the Le Meridian. It is very convenient for the airport and many times I am coming in late at night. The best part is the attention of the staff, Mr. Joseph does a great job in leading a prepared and professional staff. I really appreciate that I am personally remembered and the staff does its very best to make sure that I have the room I like. This personally attention is what will have me coming back to the Le Meridian Fairway every time I am in Dubai.

The rooms are so spacious and always clean... And you are literally only 5 mins from the airport ... And if you like shopping you have a fantastic shopping mall across the road .. I use this hotel whether Im on business or on holiday with the family and will continue to do so ... Charlie

I had a very pleasant stay here Mid Dec of 2017. First its close to the train station and 3 stops away from the airport (terminal 3). Secondly its clean and quiet. The best part of it is that the staff is very accommodating and pleasant, I was allowed to check in earlier than the usual 2p time and also allowed a late checkout. The staff provided information on sightseeing based on what I wanted to see and gave me a train map to help me get around. The price was also very good. I absolutely recommend this hotel if youre in Dubai and want a decent lodging experience.

This hotel for me was really good value. The location is convenient, being close to a metro station. The staff are really very good and could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. I would have liked the hotels restaurant to have been a no smoking area. The breakfast room however is fine and the buffet breakfast also good value.

The hotel is located next to the airport but a little hard to find if you arrive on your own. Owing to my Platinum status we got upgraded to a very nice suite, The suite was very spacious but the interior was a little dated.We stayed over a weekend and the hotel was almost empty, The staff was very friendly and accommodating.A light breakfast is served in a bistro-style restaurant. Fresh omelettes and waffles were order made.

We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. Hotel room bed, pillows were very comfortable and plenty of free water bottles for use. AC worked well, hot water plentiful, and toiletries were replaced. Linens show wear and small mold dots in shower. Better attention to these details would be nice. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. This hotel was in a great location for catching taxis and ubers and was very safe to walk from to catch dinner nearby. Thru also have a delicious breakfast available for purchase.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Dubai. A quiet place in comparison to its big sister hotel at the airport. An exceptional well trained staff, which shows an attention to detail from the management. A two min walk to the train station and a five minute train ride to the airport. There are several restaurants close by as well as one of Dubais larger shopping malls. My complements to all the staff at the hotel from the management to the reception, housekeeping, room service and bellman.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay

Everything perfect, just room was too cold, even after switched off the air conditioning. Room and sheets smelt a bit like smoking.Everything else was perfect and friendly.

I was concerned when I arrived as the smoke in the Lobby is very unpleasant , I felt I was walking into. Smoking Camp ! However in the room everything was clean and smoke free . The Staff is very attentive and the breakfast area is small but pleasant and the food quality was also good . The Valet Parking is available and also the staff shows willingness and initiative to assist customers .

The Google location is off (it tries to route you to the back of the building), but that is not the hotels fault (is it? ). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, though Im not a fan of the small tub with the shower curtain that pushes in the whole time. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order. Overall a very nice experience.

Let Meridien faryway has a great location staff are very welcome and the service is perfect, need a huge refurbishment of the lobby and the rooms so it can cope with the modern design.

Was a comfortable stay and everyone was very helpful, just hotel is old n furnishings n design is a bit dated is all. Unfortunate that Aloft is just across highway n is new n is connected to City Center Mall.

This is a great place to stay...location, comfort and above all professional and helpful staff with prompt service.

The bathroom is old and could use an update. The water pressure for the shower was really low as well. Probably due to the valves not working correctly. Overall, the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

This happened to be my second stay at the Lee Méridien Fairway and yet again I was not disappointed. The hotel Manager and all staff are extremely diligent, hard working, professional, with nothing being too much trouble. They all deserve a huge pat on the back! I took my Mum to Dubai for a few days and the staff were so kind and accommodating, she has informed me that she will be going back in the next few months, with myself likely to return in the next 3-6 months.

I recently stayed here and the staff were ever so nice , I was made to feel at home and nothing seemed to be a problem in anyway. Next time Im in dubai Ill definitely return to this hotel, the location was perfect , I was 5 minutes walk to Deira city centre (shopping mall) 2 minutes walk to gigico metro station and also only 5 minute cab ride from airport,and only 5 walk to Irish village , I would also like to point out the hotel has a great Indian restaurant called mustard, great gym facilities & pool, Ive stayed in many hotels over the years in dubai but this one was by far the best value without a doubt, the rooms were so spacious and very clean , I look forward to my next visit ... Had one of my best suite upgrades here. Gorgeous two bedroom, three bath suite with very large living room with bar. Just lovely. Staff on check-in was very friendly as on check out. I had to leave before breakfast so cannot comment on that. Wish there were a lounge here. Lobby needs renovation. Shoe shine machine in hallway, which was very helpful.Look forward to going back.

I want to first start off this review by stating my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this hotel, as I have stayed with many SPG hotels with my elite status. At my check in, (unlike other SPG hotels, there is no separate desk check in for SPG Members), so there was no acknowledgement of my status. So, with that non acknowledgement, there was no beverage provided upon check-in. At this point I began to look around the lobby area, which looked to be the size of a 800sq ft. apartment and notice that the lobby was empty (no hustle and bustle of guest checking in or out). I requested a non-smoking room (per my reservation), however when I made my way from the elevator to my room the smell of cigarette smoke was very, very, very strong in the hallway. As I made my way to my room I noticed on some of the doors, there was a NO SMOKING sign, however, the floor itself was not a non-smoking floor. Therefore, you had rooms that were either directly next door, across the hall, or down the hall from a person who requested a non-smoking room! Why would a hotel place guest who request a non-smoking room be subject to inhale second hand smoke and wear the stench of cigarette smoke just to get to their room? As for the room….AWFUL. The sheer curtain was so wrinkle, it looked like it was pulled from the packaging and hung up, (no steaming at all). The window ledge had piled up dirt and dust in the corners, peeled from the wall wallpaper (it had lifted from the corner and either been pulled or peeled itself from the moister). The windows were spotted and very dirty from the outside (clearly there is no window washers for this hotel). Wallpaper from other parts of the room had also lifted at the seam or corner and separated. The dining experience….EVEN WORSE!!! The hotel “Lobby Bar”, the bar that is advertised to be open 24hrs…..WAS CLOSED MY ENTIRE STAY!!! Petit Café (the hotel breakfast restaurant was closed for remodeling (I’m guessing), so guest had to eat breakfast in the Press Club Bar. This was not the issue I had with this experience, my issue was the very limited selection of food. I sat at a window table and had to have the staff wipe the table off before placing my setting down as it was still dirty from the last guest. As I ate my breakfast I noticed the window was very dirty from the outside (again…clearly no window cleaners), there was a screw sticking out from the dirty, window ledge, the ledge was very dusty and had not been cleaned for a LONG time. This was also the case the next morning, as I sat at the same table to see if any cleaning had been done to the ledge. Not only had the ledge not been cleaned….BUT NEITHER WAS THE FLOOR!!!! I had noticed something under my foot under the table and looked down and there was a peanut looking nut or bean….LOW AND BEHOLD, that nut or bean or whatever it was….was still there the 2nd morning. What restaurant doesn’t sweep, vacuum the floor at closing….IT’S CALLED SANITARY Le Meridien….you know…keeping a clean, healthy environment to eat in!!!! There was only two of three working elevators in the hotel…the center one was out of order (but no sign was posted to indicate so). At check out, I inquired about the complementary fruit basket I was supposed to be provided, and I was told, “you have to request that at check in, it has to be prepared and sent to your room”. Okay, I would have had no problem making that request….HAD I’D KNOWN TO DO SO AT CHECK IN!!!! So, because I didn’t make the request, no one was going to send a note to my room, leave me a message asking me if I wanted my complementary basket? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LE MERIDIEN! I have pictures to back up my dissatisfaction with this hotel, but because this site won’t allow you to post pictures. SPG really needs to do better with this hotel, or take away a star….this Starwood property is NOT the standard.

Professional, efficient and friendly staff on reception. Fast- stable WIFI and clean Environment. Room was fabulous with a massive bed. Rates were very good value. I am always very happy with this hotel and pleased to return.

I stayed for a night with my family and the staff couldot get a connecting room or a close by room for my kids even after making it a point through SPG booking. The breakfast was below par. Staff needs real training in customer service. Location is good near airport and few great restaurants near the hotel. Metro is about half a kilometer close by. If you get a very good price its fine if not better choices available from SPG itself.

客室の冷房を１６度に設定してあり、一部の吹き出し口は部屋で温度調節ができるようになっているようだが、もうひとつの通機口はホテルで管理していて、そちらの冷房が強すぎてちっとも温度調節が出来ない。外は３５度のはずだから、仕方なく窓を開けて寝たものの、それでも寒いし、１階の部屋の外は高速道路で騒音がすごい。滞在中他に泊り客は数組しかいなかったようなのにこんな部屋を割り当てるのはバカにしている。持ってきてもらったファンヒーターはすぐに壊れるし、シャワーのお湯はバスタブにお湯を張るとすぐに足りなくなり、その後冷水がでて、タンクのお湯が再度熱くなるには１時間くらいかかる。とにかく寒くて体調が悪くなった。朝食はとにかくまずくて、他に誰も食べている人がいない理由が良く分った。アメニティーも使用済みのかみそりが置いてあったり、シャワーのヘッドが外れたり、挙げたら限が無いほどメチャクチャなホテル。料金はチェックイン時に全額前払いさせられ、他のホテルに移りたいと言ってもリファンドには応じてくれなかった。

Nice food, nice environement and decent price

Nice hotel and great staff walking distance to the metro.

The hotel is located close to the airport and has great rooms/suites, but the quality of service leaves a lot to be desired.The desk staff are inconsistent and slow, and there is no service to speak of - housekeeping is only when requested, the so-called breakfast is an embarassment, there is no service in the lobby bar unless one gets up and request the front desk.The in room dining is great, but that is not sufficient to compensate for the severe issues with this hotel.

I love this hotel, however I realize it is not for everyone. Pros - location (really close to the airport, and walking distance to the metro). Great food nearby within walking distance (e.g. youre not captive to hotel food). And most importantly the hotel staff is amazing. Joseph is the manager and he truly cares about his guests. The front desk staff is also great. Cons - the rooms are a bit dated, and sometimes that A/C is really strong. The bathrooms could use an update, though they are clean. Careful with the hot water from the taps, it heats up really quick and can scald if you are not careful. Overall, this is my hotel of choice when I am in Dubai on business. Its not for beach lovers, and shopping lovers, but it is affordable and convenient.

This is one of Dubais old hotels next to the airport. Rooms are big but old, you have those water heater buttons for the hot water on top of the old furniture.For one night its cheap and ok but theres no parking, i never saw a valet parking either. The pool is small and the sun doesnt shine around there.The lady that checked me in ddint seem to care much, she didnt give me any details about the hotel or offer to add breakfast. I was there with my wife but she couldnt be bothered to give me 2 room keys.Walls are thin and we could hear the kids and music in the next room.Again you get what you paid for, for a night ok , for a holiday avoid.

One of the greatest hotels in UAE they have great food and services are even better

This was my second visit in Le Meridian Fairway.Its located in Al Garhoud area which is only 5 minutes from the airport. You can get connect to entire Dubai city by Metro as GGICO Station.Staff is courteous and excellent. I was given the SPG status benefits without asking for it.

Requested an early check in at the time of booking but there were no rooms available when we arrived. had to wait about 3 hours in the lobby for a room, listening to 1 SONG play on repeat for 3 hours is sickening! Got a room finally but was a smoking room and smelt real awful, front desk was quick to change the room as soon as a non-smoking one was available.hotel is OLD!!! needs an upgrade.room service staff are nice and prompt, door men are friendly and helpful. Fruit basket arrived promptly after request. proximity to the metro station and the airport was helpful. also there are quite a number of restaurants 2-5mins walk away. i especially enjoyed eating at the TGIFriday.i wouldnt stay here again. wasnt all bad just underwhelming.

I always book this hotel due to convenient location,best staff service & great place to stay.I normally stay in a suite room which has a huge living room & a big toilet with Jacuzzi.Staff are always active & willing to help.Room service food can be improved,behind some of the meridien standards.

Was not able to get a valet parking as that service was not available. But lots of paid parking options were available. Went to Mustard restaurant and the ambience was great. Buy 2 beers and get one free option was available. Also great Indian food too. Service was pretty nice too with good ambience. Overall Will recommend if u want to have a nice talk with ur friends or with wife with no disturbances of music and sound

Granted, it may not suit all. But, depending on its availability, offers great value most of the time. Location can be very convenient; not far from the airport and close to Creek Golf club, Irish Village and Citi Center Mall. And its boutique-style approach can give you a cozy feel, particularly given its small size and friendly staff. Hotel Manager Joseph always excellent in recognizing my Platinum status and adding a valued personal touch. What one may lack in in-hotel facilities is compensated with free access to the larger pool, gym & sauna at their near-by sister hote; which also have great resturants if you get tired of the fairly-good room service at Fairway.Just pity they do not offer SPG points and do not participate in SPG promotions.

Had a great stay in the hotel,the rooms were clean and the staff were very good, they o out of there way to make the stay comfortable. the location is perfect..close to the airport and there are a lot of resturants in walkable distance. will stay they again :):)

Both receptionist upon check in and check out were Brilliant and the young lady at the breakfast buffet Jamaica was more than amazing!

No Points + No Stay Eligibility + No SPG Recognition = No Return. I didnt see the small disclaimer that Starwood has on its website for this. I believe it should be more prominent. Given the plethora of choices in Dubai, I will never return to this property again.Separately, the hotel is very poor. It is located in a strip mall; features a very small pool, dark room, poor customer service - particularly at the reception. Twice I had to walk around the hotel to look for someone to buy a coffee or drink from. The gym was not bad and had decent equipment.

Proximity to the airport is great. Wonderful place.

I have stayed at Le Meridien Fairway many times and it keeps pulling me back. Amazing staff, good food and excellent personalised service. The manager Mr. Joseph Marconi took personal care of us and our every needs which is exceptional. My stay here was extremely comfortable as always.
