The service was beyond excellent! I only experienced the restaurant, the waiters that served me were really respectful and so thoughtful! Especially Bradley. would definitely like to come more often and stay in the hotel. Also liked the facilities available, and the area dedicated to pray! The hotel has great services available but what made me love the place is the treatment of the staff!

Very comfortable. My room server was Roomany, he was efficient, polite but without being imposing, the phone in my room was unplugged, he came upstairs took the order and my breakfast was ready in less than 30 minutes. Relaxing morning.

Its not for every day, but Address Downtown has something for everyone. I love the cafe - good to chill with friends or conduct a business meeting. And the service is great, of course.For the evening, one really needs to make an effort and dress to impress, as Address features some of the best venues in Dubai.

Our 5 night stay at Address Downtown just came to an end and we are saddened by it. The hotel is gorgeous and centrally located. Steps away from Dubai mall which is very helpful to minimize walking in the unbearable heat. We stayed in 2 separate rooms during our visit - couple of nights in a 1 bedroom apartment with gorgeous unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa and the remaining nights at the premium deluxe room with city view. Although the apartment had the best views, I liked the aesthetics of the deluxe room. It was super modern with a terrace to enjoy the evenings. Loved the dyson hair dryer too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for your next holiday getaway!

I Just recently stayed at Address Downtown Hotel with wonderful experience. The Address Downtown Dubai other than being an excellent hotel with outstanding views of Dubai skyline has fantastic service and professional yet friendly personnel from the management to the bell men. The atmosphere of the hotel is just amazing. I always enjoy being there because it offers the clientele a unique travel experience full of charm and style. I will surely Visit next time to Address Downtown rather than any other. Love to stay there. Ariel was so helpful throughout the time we were there. He made sure we got all we need and at the same time he made sure we were having fun. Hes such a big asset. I stayed at Address Downtown for one month after my arrival in Dubai. I enjoyed breakfast. I am not into long conversations early in the morning and I was very happy that the restaurant staff immediately understood my morning mood. Especially Healy was serving professionally and knew what I needed:a black coffee to begin with and served in silence. Great!

I have stayed in the hotel address for 6 days was amazing stay and the room was comfortable. Also in Lobby the stag are friendly as Suahib. And others are helpful.I recommend to try the hotel while is very good and the location is next to Dubai Mall.

Best views of the BurjOn a staycation my wife and I stayed for three nights at the executive fountain suite with club lounge privileges at the Address Downtown, Dubai. The hotel and room were very nice, with the best view of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.All the services, amenities are great.  But the dining menu for a Hotel at this level seems lacking and is comparable to cheaper hotels, so it has room for a lot of improvement. You wont be amazed by the cuisine.The Club Lounge for guests has been tastefully dressed, but the service and food options are subpar, with few food rotations and will leave you wanting to dine out. Also the staff is not the best as should be for the club lounge given that it is a premium service, it is run mostly by trainee staff. The hotel staff seems to also want you to write a review and constantly hand you a share your experience card, which again seems to be strange for a hotel of this caliber, where in my mind such a card should only be given if the guest asks for it, and not out  of obligation.For us the highlight was the suite itself and the view, so it was a great trip from those aspects, coupled with a courteous and respectful staff all throughout the hotel. The hotel has always been unique in design and atmosphere. A lot of great restaurants to enjoy especially outdoors when the weather permits and got a beautiful views of Burj Khalifah and the water fountain. Can get busy a lot of times so valet parking could take a considerable timing, you need to account for that. Overall beautiful place to visit and enjoy.

Recently had an excellent stay at the address downtown dubai. The location and service was great!The service in the breakfast room was unmatched , Aziz , Florence, Anang and Stephen all served us over the last month , they were beyond incredible. The chefs Mukesh, Majderu and Thazin gave us the most delicious breakfast every morning. The warmth and friendliness presented by the whole team has made the stay wonderful. The housekeeping team Humphrey, Danbar, Saikumar and Imran and the rest of the team were so friendly and gave incredible service. I cannot forget Osama, Patrick and Festo in the secret garden who served us every night with shisha and kindness. Overall an amazing stay and experience.
