Fawlty Towers in Dubai.. except that’s grossly unfair on Basil. Hilariously poor place, incredible these places still exist.Food poisoning at the buffet breakfast was palpable with the only viable option to avoid being the watermelon and stale bread.The staff were friendly and I understand the location to be good though I didn’t hang around long enough to appreciate. Enjoy!

Nice Decent hotel at a budget rate. Recommended for solo travelers or couples on tight budget. Food beverages is expensive advise to have it outside. House keeping is very slow. Would still recommend it.

It was fine for a 1 night stay. No anything extravagant or special. Basic amenities yes. Noticed that some areas are needed to be restore or repair because it shows how old the hotel is. First stay our room has water and coffee for complimentary but second stay after 1 month no water no coffee. Simple things yet important. But to be fair it was nice for an economy hotel near restaurant, mall and grocery.

As we enter, lobby was very attractive. I felt we choosed a nice place to be for one night. But as we were taken to the room, i feel like ohh gush, where are we!!! More much to change in passages, rooms, lights etc. But anyways, hospitality was nice. And staff were supporting.

Dream Palace Hotel very quickly became a nightmare!This is one of those hotels from an 80s movie where the writer goes to die of cirrhosis.In the morning, you wake up with a foul smell of sewage. It smells like someone died in the bathtub. Actually, it looks like someone died in it. Its old, broken and stained with years of filth. The carpet is dirty, the curtains have dubious white stains and the AC blows right on your face when youre lying in the bed - you can even taste the dust that comes out of it.I complained about this and was only told that Were thinking about renovating the rooms. The only renovation I suggest is made with a box of matches.

Hotel is decent in its category. Room service depends on staff on-duty. Overall its ok.

Location was good near to salah Al din metro Station, near to mall as well.Room basic amenities, good value for money. Staff are helpful. Good for short stay.

It was a great experience staying there, so good I came back with my family in same hotel. Front desk staff were polite and professional and we had some quiet time.

Bit crazy, front desk ( reception) was ok and when I went inside the room it was too nasty.maintenance on going rooms were served with, cracks in wall, bad smell, toilet door was unable to close, bed is the worst one, got back & neck pain within 2 hours. vacated the hotel shouting in reception. its totally an useless hotel 0% worthy

Broken room lighting touch panels, torn towels, non maintained bathrooms. Very cheap but not maintained hotel. And one more important thing to note. No matter what, they will not allow anyone to enter the hotel room except those who are staying there, even if you are a relative, son/daughter/mom dad, any relation to the guest. Its absolutely ridiculous and you wont know about this until you land there. Not recommended!

Very good hotel, in a good spot, next to everything, love the restaurant across the street, the reef mall, and other stores. People in the front desk very friendly and helpful, wish to come back soon.I travel to Dubai with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our stay was very pleasant.thank you guys

Overall hotel service is good but the bathroom are very small its not designed properly. bathroom door, wash basin and commode all are joint. *Pic attached*

Good place, good location, worth the price.

Okay for the price but would avoid it next time. The bed was old and creaky and the room was very outdated. I understand that some hotels in Dubai will have some degree of musty/moldy odor but the foul smell on the 2nd floor hallway was just unbearable. The gym opens at 10am and closes at 7pm!

Nice hotel, with cheap rates, have billiard in the lobby for just 5/-aed per game or you can book the table for 1 hour in just 30/-AED

Some front office staff very rude and dont know how to talk to customer. Rooms are not so good compare for 3 star hotel. Breakfast is super.

Very unprofessional staff, they have nothing to do with with the art of hotelery . Mainly the Egyptian manager , he is there for nothing. He knows how to talk only to prostitues who come for a night . But with respectful people, he is so indifferent. I have come there many times for work as I moved from Dubai and I cant drive at night. But really disappointed with the poor customer service. The only good thing about this hotel is its location only.

Friendly staff and comfy place.

Poor sanitation.... Bathroom sink unclean from previous guests. Bed is too old to feel the spring on your back while sleeping. Foam furniture needs replacement too dirty.

The hotel was quite good but the smooking smell coming on one and another room, but the room was good.. nice to stay for short period..

Dream palace hotel is located in Al Muraqqabat, Deira. It is a good budget level 3 star property which is highly recommend for people from South Asian sub continent.Salah Al Din Subway station is only 450m from this hotel.

The worst experience ever hadExtremely disappointed from the serviceI booked for my friends who came to dubai for the first time i saw cockroaches! Drop in water no tv the worst ever housekeeping took 2 days to clean not recommended at all!!!!!

Good place at the heart of the amezing city of Dubai. The rooms are good and the you can book in advance or even at once. Their service is good with well behaved employees. The aitport is just 7 minutes away from it. The popular Deira city centre takes abour 10 minutes to resch. They serve morning breakfast but the foods were not do good. They have a small rooftop swimming pool which I did not like!

Very good hotel good location opposite Aros Damascus Restaurant, behind REEF Mall, Salah al din metro station 2 minutes walking distance, 24 hours supper market close by all eating & shopping walkable distance. I definitely recommended this hotel.
