The price is affordable and the facilities are great. It’s a good location and very close to the metro and stores and restaurants. Reham was accommodating and arranged to allow me to check in as soon as possible.Would recommend!

Decent hotel and has pretty much all the amenities expected, such as fridge, iron/stand, tea coffee etc. However there is a huge wifi problem at this hotel. They say there is a connection and there is, however the speed is atrocious and only good enough for limited tasks like sending e-mails. Ensure this is checked and in line with your requirements. The decent thing is the suites are apartment hotels and located next to the Sheikh Zayed hotel. Swimming pool and gym are average but overall a very comfortable stay and place to experience for during your stay.

Well organized hotel. Large variety. Fabulous location 20 meter away from metro entrance. Amazing breakfast. Affordable prices for suits and 1 bedroom apartments.Suits are newer and well decorated but you do not have a kitchen. One bedrooms are older but still well maintained. Lots of parking spaces in 5 floors

Recently we moved to Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights with my family for long term basis and Ive been waiting to express our great experience of  this hotel for quite some time.First and foremost I  should seize the opportunity to thank few people at this hotel for making our stay comfortable as possible. Long stay Manager, Ms.Aya & her team...these pretty ladies are super helpful at any given time, very attentive to all your needs..they treat you as youre their family.Mr. Mohamed, executive housekeeper & the entire team...they never say no to any of your requests..weve been living in hotels for sometime now, but I should say, Mercure Dubai are the best housekeeping team. They make every possible effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Upon our request, they rearranged our apartment with no time.From maintenance department, Mr. Lakmal & his experienced team...theyre very efficient and professional.With just a quick message, they attend swiftly to any of your maintenance issues..Not to forget, from the pool attendant to the concierge team..overall very friendly staff. All of these people became a part of our lives..at some point, they became our family..they go extra mile to assist you with any of your requirements. All these people are valuable assets to any hospitality industry. Keep up your great work. I booked a squash facility and had a very bad experience. Came at 6.45 pm(book for 7pm-8pm) and came with the booking that was written on the website as 45dhs per hour on their website.When we had to pay, they changed it to 50dhs per person - which is very misleading and should have been communicated to us. Few clients before me were also shocked and unhappy with the sudden change of price and hourly/person rate. But seems like the coach was uninterested to explain and kept showing the card machine to our face to pay quickly cos he had other people to coach.Also, I requested for rental of racket but the coach told me to go to the concierge and collect it. 1. The hotel lift takes forever to reach. You are on 41st floor and it closes and open at random floor when no ones there. It took me almost 10 mins just to get to the concierge. Only for the concierge to tell me the coach should have been the one to come down to collect the rackets. 2. This made me waste about 25 mins just on this racket thing but was still told to end my game at 8pm.And the coach, Ali, still had the cheek to ask me to return the racket cos he said he was busy to send it back. Pure laziness. All cos he has other clients. Wow! Did he think Im his runner/assistant to be doing this?Overall, this experience was our first and I think it will be our last.For those who think this is an affordable place for your squash, please go somewhere else, you pay a little bit more but Im sure the experience would be more smooth and supportive.

Our stay was very nice. All the staffs are very kind and welcoming, esp kashimsab at the baggage counter helped us a lot. Hotel location was very close to metro which is great considering the summer. Also the swimming pool and breakfast are of very high quality. Will plan to come back again to enjoy their service and facilities.

This hotel is a real shock. It deserves ZERO rating but this option is not available, lucky them.1) Once I entered the suite, there is no marking for the prayer direction. Called operator and he couldt help and promised to check and call back but disappeared.2) Discovered that the boiler is not working when I woke up and wanted a tea !3) When I requested my car, it took them almost 1:30 hour to allocate her location and bring it. YES 90 mins and my family was waiting in the lobby !!! Many others were complaining for the same issue. The hotel management aware about this serious problem without any action. The solution in the duty managers opinion is to go ahead with *self park* option !!!! If that is the solution, then do not advertise that your hotel has valet parking service!4) We left to Dubai and when we came back, we noticed that the housekeeping did not do their job properly, only taking items from the ground and put them aside or on top of tables !!!The hotel did not even apologise or offered any complementary service for this disturbance solely caused by them !What a shame to have such hotel with such services few days before EXPO start !!!I am also planing to issue official complain to the department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.

Nice 4* hotel located in Bursha Heights. We stayed there 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The location was excellent for us, everything was in reach of a few minutes by car. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
