Love this place! Great ambience and brilliant view of the bay and the palm. Food is good not the best but the drinks are reasonably priced. A must visit for the first time visitors.

I will just give it a 5 stars not because the service nor for the food. But for the business model because they aim to stasfiy everyone.It is not really important if you have a baby or you are an elderly, you feel welcome 😊

They need to replace the guy that is at the front reception of the spa at the hotel that was taking bookings. Bad communication very rude and incompetent. This business does not hire qualified people for their services. They swap therapists midway of the session and do not provide adequate equipment for their therapists to do their work. Also their services are inaccurate. My wife came in for a full blown facial and the guy out front assigned a massage therapist to do the work. They did not provide proper facial cleaning even though she already paid for the treatment, instead when she asked they gave her a massage service instead. It was a terrible experience. They should stick to being a massage parlour. Why does Marriott a brand name allow this kind of business on their premises?

The best. Stunning suite with beautiful view. All bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff - they are beyond brilliant and so kind and attentive, making us feel so welcome. We will hopefully be back as soon as possible! I stayed in Marriott Harbour together with my friend for 2 nights. Before mentioning anything else, I would like to highlight the unique and warm welcome we received by Regina, she was genuinely friendly and even personally assisted us to our room, she is a true representative of excellent hospitality!The apartment we stayed in was extremely spacious with an impressive view. The facilities are well maintained and room is clean. we felt very safe& comfortable. Some other employees i would like to give kudus to are: Ali & Dawooda from the bellteam, Farida from the phone operator who politely looked after our requests. During the breakfast we received great service by Juliet, Dinushka and Jenny! The check out with Girish was smooth and he provided us with a great farewell.Thank you for making it a great experience and I will definitely be back!

The 4-star given is base solely on the good ambience.. nice 360° view, good service.We were there on Monday Ladies Night. The bar food was normal nothing special but the cocktail drinks is abit of a let down. We ordered cocktails (negroni, frozen strawberry margarita, whisky sour, espresso martini, gordon pink spritz and passion vanilla mojitos) and felt that the drinks are not on par with other bar/lounge, the taste are mostly either too sweet/sour in the drinks and alcohol is non-existent. Not sure if it is because it was a Monday Ladies Night, that is why the cocktail drinks are more diluted? I would recommend ordering wine or any other alcoholic drinks.

We had a wonderful experience @ Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months stay at the hotel.The 1 bhks are really spacious and the location is bang on for someone who wants to experience the vibes of Dubai.The staff at this property are all great! Especially, Mr.Robinson who was kind and helpful. He answered all our queries patiently and made sure our stay @ Marriott was comfortable and we felt home.Overall, we had a great experience.

I love the The Observatory here from which we can see the spectacular view of Palm Jumeirah, Sky Dive Dubai and all the other near by architectures. The food here is also nice but the view is unrivaled by anything. Going up to 53rd floor can take some minutes but it is worth taking that much time to reach there!

No customer service, and pretty unfriendly. Despite spending a fair amount of money in the Croft (don’t bother, expensive and average food, good service and nice staff though) we were informed by the hotel manager/supervisor that we would be given a parking fine for walking down to look at the Marina for 5 minutes as our car was valet parked for the restaurant only. Couldn’t believe it. I could understand if we’re going to be an hour. Car park was 1/4 full but apparently this didn’t matter. Not a nice experience, won’t be going back, I could name 50 better hotels in terms of service in Dubai, spend your hard earned dirhams elsewhere!

Stayed at the hotel for my post-birthday celebration with some friends and the hotel surprised me with ballons and greeting card in my room! Special thanks to Ms. Narimar Bama (Guest Relations) along with Girish Joshi for the effort. Our stay was very comfortable and the place is really clean. We were also provided some safety kit with face mask and hand sanitizers. Check-out was done online and I like that, again, for safety purposes.

Stayed in this apartment-hotel a second time. Beautiful views, comfortable large rooms with well equipped kitchen and very very helpful staff.All the staff have been amazing. It was a lovely experience.The reception are always helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and definitely looking forward to staying there a third time.

Only been here for an hour and I already love my suite and the views.

One thing that gave the hotel an excellent impact was the service of the front desk officer, Amanda. She is super nice, accommodating and made sure our check in was flawless. She is one of the employees that put Marriott at the pedestal.

We went for Friday evening brunch and we werent disappointed. The food was endless& so delicious I couldnt eat anymore. The cocktails and spirits were plentiful and absolutely fantastic. The staff were very attentive and friendly they took photos for us, opened doors, laughed with us and made our visit perfect. We will be coming back it was excellent

Great legacy hotel. Awesome location in relation to the Dubai Marina promenade. BUT, and there is always a BUT..Very bad location if youre driving. Traffic jam is very common. Expect delays and very poor parking. Otherwise good value for money.

I had to say that this is one of the best stays I had ever. The property is newer and the view is fantastic. What really made it special were the staff who have exceeded all of my expectations at all levels and all functions in this hotel are at a different level. The only thing I would suggest it to upgrade the TV but it is still very good.

Situated in the heart of Dubai Marina. Spacious rooms and apartments. The food is good and the service as well. We didnt have to wait long for any requests which we gave. The lady Rochelle in the Front desk is very nice and helpful.

Timy amenities, two elevators in operation out of 6, all restaurants require advance booking, no carpets in rooms, slow elevators, i had to wait full 5 min for an elevator each time, overall bad experience and had to quit after two nights although paid in advance for four nights losing 1000 dhs. This should tell you something!

Once again the staff was very welcoming and professional. Mohammad and Inda were very courteous and ensured my stay was phenomenal. Jenny and her staff at the Counter Culture Cafe exceeded my expectations and provided the most delicious meals. Mia provided excellent service with a smile. Cornelius at the Observatory was very attentive and made everyone in the group I was with very pleased with his speedy service. I am definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel in the near future.

This hotel has everything you need. We were able to rent a car and park with valet service for free. The rooms also are spacious and luxurious with a full kitchen and laundry machine (a great plus with kids) and small Carrafour is also close by. We loved the stay and will definitely come back!!

Excellent location on the marina full of restaurants cafes mall shopping and nightlife. the staff at the Hotel was the best there is in the hospitality business. The front desk was great, Arun our room manager was excellent and very helpful , Angie and the breakfast staff took excellent care of us. The service and view from the top called the Observatory lounge was amazing. Will visit again.

Great hotel, the rooms are super clean and huge! The restaurants on site were top notch! The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the marina. We could walk to dinner each night to all the marina restaurants. The staff was great! Anum and Rochelle really helped us settle in! Loved this place!

This was a great bar on the top floor. It was free to get in with great views. Although the windows were dirty but they did say that they just had some rain. So they maybe not like that all the time.We only stopped for a short time for a quick look of the view and had two latte for around £12.I think they do a brunch which was very busy which may have been better value.They also do offers and happy hour each day. So just Google the offers at the time when you go. But worth a trip to the observatory bar.

Everything here is Excellent from doorman to chef I stayed here for around 10days and never experienced a bad moment even for once...staff is soo greet full and always on prompt service Chef Namal is a real big heart he made us Indian cuisine everyday on request and it’s mind blowing I would not go else where lots of love to all staff here thank you for your hospitality

The location is superb, which you can see from a map already, but the staff is excellent as well. Very warm and accommodating and it is clear they take pride in their job and hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with options for everyone, the rooms are clean, astonishing, and make it very difficult to want to check out. As an elite hotel, the price was very reasonable. A slight walk to the beach, right on the marina, and nearby to night spots and restaurants, though they have their own top floor restaurant/bar with an amazing view of palm island.

I really loved this hotel and the service I received was exceptional. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because at the time of our visit, the available English speaking channels were about 3 and I had 2 teenagers with me. That was shocking so enjoying watching TV in the hotel was practically out. The hotel breakfast buffet was below Marriot standards. And finally, billing at check out was confusing. Will I return to this hotel again? Absolutely! Every staff member I came in contact with were great!

Absolutely amazing place a must visit and stay when in Dubai. Breathtaking scenery at the observatory restaurant on the 52nd floor. The food was amazing and the views whilst you sat there just complimented the experience. I was taken into another dimension. I have experienced nothing like it. Great staff and service. And you can.enjoy the views and the fresh breeze from the ocean by sitting on the balcony. I smoke and its allowed (only on the balcony). Overal 💯 for experience, taste and views .

The location is perfect the service unique the staff is very friendly. Inda Rachelle and Tatiana at the front desk made me fell like family. also the spa staff Anna, Awin, Alvin, Lavu and Gajath were very good and they were very nice they made me fell at home. I very happy with the service overall.

Stayed for 9 nights at this hotel for my birthday with 9 family members. We had two 2 bedroom suites with amazing views of the marina. The suites were very spacious and every bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff came twice or more a day to clean and to make sure that we had everything that we needed. On my birthday each team member signed a card and presented it to me with a birthday cake. This is just one example of how nice the team at this hotel was. They really made my family and I feel extra special and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 6 nights. We had a 2-bedroom Villa style room. At the offset, the staff was just superb. Food was delicious. They gave us complimentary breakfast as well. The rooms were clean and tidy. This is one of my best hotel experiences. Taxis were available all the time.

We travelled with children and grand children and stayed for 8 nights in two bedroom suites on 22nd level. Very nice views and huge apartments with complete kitchen appliances. The high speed wifi internet was perfect even for the grandchildren! The location close to the marina was also nice. We have been travelling a lot around the world but this hotel has one of the most excellent staff that I have ever met. Very service minded and friendly to all of us. The pool area was very small and maybe not the childrens first choice but the overall satisfaction is great.

I stayed in Marriotts Harbour and Suites at least for 20 nights in the past 3 years. The hotel is so clean and stylish. The housekeeping are so friendly. The staff and Chefs are very caring. They do additional efforts to satisfy the customers. I had additional menu added to the breakfast to satisfy during my last day. The check in and check out is quick during my last day.

Very nice property for 4 stars (lobby, hotel). The staff are super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. I had an amazing massage by Awan at the Saray Spa. The pool area felt like it was missing stuff but this could be because its middle of summer and most sane people do not go outside mid day in this heat? All else was super, Id go back.

We were a family of 6 staying at the hotel, and it could not have felt more comfortable. The view was spectacular and there was quite professional and friendly treatment from both the housekeepers and receptionists. Any problems that we faced were dealt with, by the staff, immediately and fixed. The hospitality is also fantastic, we frequently travelled between different cities and everytime we came back the rooms were newly refurbished and water bottles were placed at each bed side. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a pleasant stay. Im also looking forward to staying at this hotel soon again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Marriott and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff moved us to an apartment with better views of the Marina with ease. Excellent location for relaxing walks around marina. Good place to base yourself in whilst on holiday in Dubai. Good selection of restaurants around marina. Also Waitrose supermarket nearby if you prefer self-catering option. The kitchen is very well equipped. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped.

Went on a girls trip for my 40th birthday. From front desk to house keeping was excellent. Evelyn welcomed us our first night. Hari and others in luggage department were so concern and stayed on top of my missing suitcase and kept me posted on any information found. They were friendly, made us feel like we were the only guest in the building. Just excellent! Anything about 5 stars is what they deserve. Rooms were excellent, excellent!

Its been a fabulous experience staying at Marriott Harbor. Location is too good to get around, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with a great view of the Palm. Staff was very helpful and super nice. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and very spacious. Right next to the Dubai Marina allowing for a great walk and view. Lots of good spots to eat in walking distance and has a nice view of the sea. I have stayed here twice and the staff has been very accommodating.

This place has a great view but you have to pay a “heavy cost” for it. They don’t have outdoor fans and if you would like to sit outside and have food/drinks, be prepared for a sweaty meal.

It was simply an amazing stay...! We had chose this hotel to celebrate my moms 75th birth anniversary. Marriott team went out of its way to make this occasion special - Brian, Serena and Narisa - All were great and courteous. They made a special eggless cake for our occasion, created a special frame out of our photograph to welcome us, ensure the fantastic room upgrade to Palm jumeirah facing view on 35th floor and also ensure the extra bedding for my Mom. Team was really thoughtful to make our stay most enjoyable. We added special gem to our memory. By far, one of the best stays we had... We will definitely come back and also refer to our friends. What a gorgeous location...!! Just love it...! I dont usually participate in surveys but i want to be sure that great hotels and amazing staff is greatly appreciated.

Amazing stay. More like serviced apartments than a hotel but we knew that as it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was huge and really clean, bathrooms and kitchen are starting to look a little dated (not tired, just dated). One major plus was the staff, so friendly.

Nice view of the waterfront. Spacious room with some signs of wear. Traffic congestion at times makes getting in and out a challenge. But a 10 minute walk and you can find anything you might want or need. Great restaurants and movies are close by, just down the Walk.

The stay at Marriott Harbour Suites was a star attrcation of our family holiday. The location of the hotel and the view from suite was a great experience. The stay was comfortable and homely especially for a family holiday. The restaurants were offering specialised request for food and very courteous staff. The Chef was at Culture Cafe and at Observatory were great and always connecting with guests to understand their needs and their comfort. Very few hotels show such perosnalised approach. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. While the Reception area can be made a bit more attractive to give a better first look of the hotel. Overall it is good value for money for family stay when compared to staying in hotels in seperate rooms. many thanks to the Hotel team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and more. The staff is some of the best Ive ever been around. Housekeeping, security, front desk, facilities, room service, everyone does a great job and seems to really enjoy their work and connecting with the guests. Walking distance to JBR/Zero Gravity (10 minute walk over the bridge), Marina (out the front door), Marina mall (20 minute or less) - of course not in the summer.Brian H. and the entire staff is doing a fantastic job in a very competitive market.The food is amazing. Room service has some of the best butter chicken Ive ever had. The Observatory has so much going on every day of the week - the lunch and dinner menus have something for everyone. Counter Culture Cafe has great breakfast, nice lunch and dinner selections also.The gym is well equipped, including spa and sauna.

One of the best hotel Ive been to in my life. Customer service was so good and always greeted with a smile. My room was so big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I wish I could give it more stars. We got upgraded to this spectacular three bedroom, three and a half bath suite with a living room, full size kitchen and two balconies. The topper was they had a small birthday cake waiting for me as well because we arrived on my birthday. This place was wonderful. The view was incredible. Everyday we could sit and watch parachuters swirl their way down to the landing spot across the road from our hotel. This was a wonderful stay. It made this the most memorable trip ever for me.

We arrived late from our flight. Hungry and not wanting to go far we went to the Observatory. The kitchen was about to close however the manager extended a full menu to us past closing! It made us feel appreciated and it set the tone for a tremendous trip. That was just one of many great experiences on our stay.

I have only been here in the afternoon, so cant comment about the fine dining aspect of The Observatory. The main reason to visit is for the views which are spectacular. On this occasion, we were treated to watching skydivers do some stunts.The menu was extensive but pricey, so the two course lunch menu was chosen by the majority in the group. The biggest winner though, are the well trained and observant staff.

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of some friends who had stayed there earlier in the year, and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the amenities were excellent, and the food at the hotel was amazing. The kids had a great time, and the hotel was close to public transportation that allowed us to hit the RTA and go see Dubai. Well definitely stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at Dubai Marriott Harbor and enjoyed our stay. Very nice sea view from all rooms and 2 balconies to sit out and enjoy the view. We booked two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious having 3.5 bathrooms. A nice big kitchen with all the required stuff to cook and serve. TV and Internet service is perfect, no issues at all. Wonderful staff, always there to help you with smiling face.Highly recommended.

The view of the Palm is a highlight.Brothers bday = complimentary cakeInternet speed = excellent (20-30mbps)I wanted to take out a moment and thank you so much for the generous hospitality. The upgrade worked out great, and we had a fun time. We had a few friends over and everyone was gaga about the view.The card was a sweet gesture (my brother requested me to thank you guys) and I cant even tell you how many compliments I got for the cake. Absolutely marvelous!! My compliments to the chef.All the staff - from valet to front reception to housekeeping - was very courteous (the breakfast staff could use more polishing) and we had a smooth check in and check out.

Marriott suites..Our reservations for 2 bedrooms its big enough within a nice living room and food table with a balcony the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.Its has 4 bathroomsThe first for master room with bath2nd bathroom for the another bedroomAnd 2 bathrooms one of them with showerBut all bathrooms are not modern.Location is excellent close to marina just a couple of steps.The swimming pool is big enough also there is swimming pool for kids.SPA i do not try but looks good.Breakfast.. Its good with little multi choices the presentation of food is good.The bar and restaurant on the 52 floor is very nice with nice views of marina.

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of some friends who had stayed there earlier in the year, and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the amenities were excellent, and the food at the hotel was amazing. The kids had a great time, and the hotel was close to public transportation that allowed us to hit the RTA and go see Dubai. Well definitely stay here again.

This hotel provides great suites with abundant sleeping and living spaces. Full kitchens compliment the large dining table in the living space. Views of the Harbor are incredible with multiple balconies to relax on. The breakfast located on the main floor is a superb spread of high quality food and beverages staffed with exceptionally competant people.The top floor restaurant however, is extremely noisy, wait staff are poorly informed about their food, the wine list is very short and highly overpriced, and the food is unpredictable with tough cuts of meat.So, one dining experience was a disaster while the other breakfast choice was over the top terrific.

We had never been to Dubai before and were not sure what to expect!I can highly recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay. While there is construction going on around it, we were not affected in any way. The staff is absolutely wonderful in their determination to make sure that you are comfortable and cared for each day! The rooms are very spacious with a gorgeous view and wonderfully clean!We were safe, cared for and comfortable beyond what we would have imagined!

This place is amazing...great location. Excellent staff. Wide selection of restaurants but the rooms are so big and spacious. Mr. Ismail will do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect. His staff is world class top notch. I have stayed here on my last 5 trips to Dubai and will continue into the future. The Observatory is perfect to grab a drink and watch the sunset. The Croft is excellent for curry or burgers and beer. The CCC has an amazing breakfast every morning. The rooms are perfect.

Impressed not only by the large accommodation we stayed -- 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath for just two people -- but the overall customer service we received. Front desk staff were very helpful from spending time to orient us with the surrounding, bus timings, and restaurants in the hotel and nearby.We made few in-room requests and they were delivered promptly. We also had no problems requesting for extended check out.The hotel is also convenient from the Dubai tram / metro, and is close to a few supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within the marina.

We stayed in a 3 bed room suite, all en suite and there was an extra room adjacent to the utility room, also en suite. It had everything we needed plus the view to die for! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located with abundance of amenities. Definitely going back!

One of the most welcoming Hotels I have stayed in. Every member of staff from the desk , restaurant through to cleaners could not do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Suites were extremely spacious , clean and well equipped .Location was good easy walk to Harbour , and short journey to JBR . I was staying with my family (children 11 & 17) and it worked perfectly for us. Excellent Hotel.

Large rooms but a little old construct. The appliances need an upgrade. The staff makes up for it and the fab Marina views

I booked this hotel for a special suprise for my mothers birthday. I booked a 2 night stay at the 2 bed apartment.From the minute we arrived outside we felt immediately at home. The staff were incredible. From porters to front desk to room service , the staff were simply superb.My mother woke to a knock at the door on her birthday to be met with a birthday cake and card signed by a lot of the hotel staff. She was absolutely delighted. I hadnt ordered anything special so it was an incredible suprise and touch.Nothing was a problem during our stay and we were met by beaming smiles and greetings everytime we walked past staff.I could not fault this hotel. It made our trip

Great experience and wonderful staff. Went with kids and in the breakfast area the staff took care of my kids well and everybody has a wonderful time. They have a free upgrade to the room and the room had a great view of the palm. Great facility and even better view will surely visit again if I am in Dubai.

I stayed at the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites for four days during July 2016, having booked the sea-view, two bedroomed suite.The suite was large and exceptionally comfortable and the well-equipped kitchen enabled us have to a full variety of meals without any problems, whenever we needed to. We also availed of the Croft Restaurant on a few occasions and this was excellent, with a spectacular view.The hotel is very conveniently located beside the Marina area and is also within easy walking distance of the tram and metro, therefore an ideal base for sightseeing. Taxis are also usually parked just outside of the hotel, if needed.I found all of the staff at the Dubai Marriott to be helpful, courteous and extremely professional in all of my interactions with them. The rooms are well serviced and we found the cleaning staff to be particularly attentive to our needs.All in all, our stay at the Dubai Marriott was thoroughly enjoyable and I intend to stay there again on my next visit to Dubai. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, particularly for a small group or a family who wish to relax in comfortable surroundings, with all of the facilities of home.

Great hotel with a view of the Dubai Marina. They offer free entry to the Observatory. Their happy hour rates are great and the service is excellent 👍I went alone but I think it is great to go with a group of friends. You will enjoy a great view of the Dubai Marina as all or most tables are adjacent to the window.
