A nice and clean place to stay in Bur Dubai. Many nice restaurants and cafes are located around. Rooms are clean and in house restaurant serves good food and coffee. In house SPA is also good to relax and rejuvenate

Very good for four (4) stars hotel. weve stayed over the night. Big clean room, all furnitures are looking fresh. Even thought for the late check-in (past 23:00) we got good dinner there. Unfortunately they cant to provide some snacks or lunch box to go during early checkout only coffee available.

My first visit to Dubai and my first hotel in Bur Dubai. Located near to eateries and shops , 10 min walk to metro. Our room was booked by a agency and Im not happy at all. Room was quite small for two people. It is ok for single person but for two it is a no no. Staff is quite helpful especially security and at front desk. U need anything they will provide you. I didnt like the breakfast there. Its like u go to Indian fast food shop in the morning. Moreover smell of smoking enters to your room and in corridors. Otherwise it is good to stay. If you can spend I would say choose other properties. This property is for people who has a certain budget.

Combo meals for 39 which my family found very likeable . If you see a manager hovering around reception all the time , the service would be impeccable . It is . Spacious rooms too .

Amazing Staff. Well maintained rooms. Had some issues with room I have booked during check in. Manager intervened and upgraded my room. Stayed for one month. Will surely return once back. Breakfast is routine and Gym and pool is closed due to Covid restrictions. For the price this is a very good choice and its just an year old building.

It was my first experience in the Omega Hotel and i must say it was amazing. The Front Desk Person Digvass is always avalaible for help , He is such a helpful and Polite Person with full of Postive Energy.The Hotel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, chilling zone area near pool is awesome.I must recommend Omega Hotel for my future stays.

My fiancé came back from a trip and I booked a room for him. When I went to meet him in the morning they refused to let me go see him in the room and asked him to come in the lobby along with all the bags. They also said the problem was that I am a “lady”. Despite me reassuring them it will be a few minutes they refused rudely and asked to pay extra charges. Never booking this hotel again.

Dont go with high expectations.1. They take deposit 350 aed per room which they return on checkout2. Food is below average, near by 5min walk there is Bombay basera, which is great and economic.3. Staff is usually decent, after evening and at night only one person is at reception and I pity seeing him handling everything, the amount of calls and guests on reception at night are too much.4. Rooms are good, will meet expectations, might be beyond expectations.

We just had a dubai family trip and stayed in this hotel. Rooms and room service is good (not great) Disappointed with behavior of security guard who mostly stays in night duty (in white uniform). I dont remember name but he is very rude, no respect to guest and used harsh words. Requesting management to take action to improve your service.

I will never recommend this hotel as they are unproffesional. They are asking for 350AED deposit for COVID who will pay? your money will be with them idle and you will be carrying money by counting your cost. Apart from that if you ask for an extra glass or spoon or anything they will charge extra. They only talk about money. Very compact rooms also if you have any serious issue with room like our gyser was not working then they denied to provide another room though other rooms were available. How can someone take bath with cold water???? It was there issue gyser was not working was there fault still they were very rude. For them money only matters. Hospitality is like if some issue is there in room hotel has to provide upgraded room instead of that they deny for everything. If we ask to write review they tell us bluntly that no problem you can write. Booking omega was our mistake. Never book omega.

I dont like this hotel bcs any one person cant response. I was stay 5 days but every day i feel bed. Do not stay here.

Nite staff is not at all cooperative.. I have asked for weighing machine for several of times but not provided. And at nite room service staff as well will not pickup the intercom call as i required spoons they provided after 1.5 hours.. Hotel is nearby 1 Km from metro Saraf DG. Overall experience was Ok. A BIG NO to Omega Hotel. Wont recommend. Not at all cooperative staff. We informed Omega Hotel of our early check-in 2 days prior our flight and they made us wait for 2 hours in the lobby saying they do not allow early check-in before 7 am in morning. We were ready to pay and the manager ignored our request instead focussed on his so called AUDIT work for the day. He was rude saying us that we are interrupting his work while we were just following up on our room availability after waiting for an hour already. Travelled 12 hours and the trip started on this bad note.

We have stayed there for 5 days and rooms are amazing. Food is very nice and everyday they are changing the menu. Every staff is helpful in the hotel. Housekeeping need some improvement because based on the request they are bringing the towels instead of keeping the new one everyday and other than that it is a best hotel in dubai

Good to stay and food was also good. Perfect place for Indian. You won’t feel like that you are far from India. There is a supermarket under 200 km of distance. You will be able to find many places to eat Indian food.

Staying - 1Kilomter from metro 😓

Located in Old Dubai about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Service is superb. 6 minute walk to the convenience store however we used UberEats once or twice. Picture is taken in front of the hotel with surrounding view.

Family hotel. No alcohol served. The food is okay. The staff are generally friendly. It is not too far from the Metro station. There is parking available for hotel guests.

Worth staying. Breakfast was good. Services are nice. Swimming pools a bit small but you can have a relaxing time in it.

Very good hotel situated in Bur Dubai. Very well maintained. We found our room on the seventh floor which had good views. And there was a locker in the room too to safeguard our expensive belongings. Bathroom was very well cleaned. A dinning area with a sofa set for three were extra emminities.

Breakfast had no variety and extra charges for certain requests (omelette).4. Housekeeping staff were rude and did not want to bring extra towels.

One of the best hotels in Bur Dubai, its also very affordable. Have been a frequent visitor at this property and the best part about them is that the hotel is very neat and clean, very accessible, the staff is absolutely polite and forthcoming and the rooms are well kept. The check-in and checkout process is also very smooth. All in all its a value for money.

Very good place to stay and relax, a new hotel very well managed. The linen is very clean and good. The food at the restaurant is superb, especially the vegetarian spread is great. The breakfast buffet is very great and very tasty. I recommend this property its worth the tariff.

Good rooms and service. Very clean and peaceful place to stay. All things are new.There is no crowding. As it is new hotel, all new places are not checked whether they are safe or not. My father got injured due to bad material in bathtub. But they cared after the incident, which i liked the most.I enjoyed my stay here for 5 days except this incident.

Very Poor Reception. I am a frequent Traveller and stay in US, India, Europe and Africa. Very Late Check-in after arrival at reception, which is at worst crowdy and the bell boys were unimaginably busy and hence dont have the courtesy to carry huge luggage bags to the rooms as well. Do not recommend it at all.

Worst experience ever in food. Management is third class. And so much conjusted in food area. Maximum 10 people can able to take food . And food counter is much less and room is good but food is worst. Never select this hotel because of availability of food basis. And i recommend to choose another hotel instead of this . Sty n hospitality is good but the hotel agent Karan is doing scam with tourist services. No pick and drop service and food services available even though its already included in the package which was paid. The agent karan is worst for this services.

Loved to stay there .But swimming pool timeline is poor from 7 a.m to 7p.m .But overall environment is great and foods were awesome too.

Good hotel, specious rooms and good staff. The lifts are not access controlled by your room key and no separate space to take bath in standard rooms...u need to take a shower in a bathtub ..thats the only bad thing about it.Its on the peaceful location and alot of things happening near by so u live in peace but sometime it difficult to find a taxi there as its away from main road.

Decent place to stay. I was upgraded to Deluxe room from standard room free of cost. Very nice breakfast buffet and the food is pretty decent. Enjoyed our stay
