Good: I am giving 4 stars for the rate, neatness of the property and efficient room service. Breakfast was also decent with good customer care. They were not particularity strict on checkout and allowed us 2 hours beyond 1200hrs.Bad: had to wait more than an hour on Check in as room was not ready. Looks like they are on a cost saving mode; the pool service was outsourced and they didn’t have towels; didn’t arrange one for 3 of us even after requesting twice; we ended up walking back to the room wet after taking a dip. The razor provided with shaving kit was like a tin piece; so so painful and not usable at all. Please don’t distribute it to your customers.Thank you.

I had a great experience here, as soon as I checked in the reception, Rose upgraded my room upon request. The room as very spacious with a balcony, couch, common room and a bedroom. Bathroom was very clear and well maintained. Location was right in the middle of a major intersection accessible to major locations. The king bed was a little soft, but that is my personnel experience. Perfect for families.

I like the location best! Going from the hotel to the workplace was very convenient because of the hotels location near the airport. Breakfast was wonderful. Many and varied choices for a reasonable price compared to other similar hotels. The room was wonderful, clean, (Room Boy Mr.Asad was very friendly). I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and nice facilities of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

Very run down hotel. Everything dirty and old. Towels stink, room not vacuumed, cups dirty, pool area very dirty and unkempt. Very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Needs urgent renovation. The staff is friendly though. Rather a bad 3 star hotel. Not recommended.

We had a splendid sadya from avani...and we all loved it so much... it was the highlight of the recent gettogether...and our onam 2021 was so lovely.

Again, had a good outing at swagat. Good food and draught beer was available. Soubhagya as usual did a great job with his service

Have been to Christina Bar at Avani. Nice bar, Sheesha is really good and this bar is really reasonable in terms of pricing.

Very Big and spacious rooms with good indian restaurant joints attached.

First of all check in took more than 20 minutes even there was no other guests. Roshan- very unpleasant unfit guy for a front office reception. Second worst thing is hotel is asking for 100 Dhs deposit and need it as cash and since I didn’t took cash, I was forced to walk under the sun looking for nearest ATM. Never heard a star hotel is asking for deposit. I was planning to stay 2 nights and cut my plan as only 1 night. Will look for other hotel for my second night.

Everything was good .. Suprised to get a Dulex Big Room as a special offer.Ms Rose in reception was really helpful and so pleasant.

Walls are paper thin and let sound in easily. Windows are all shut with no natural ventilation and its all limited to air conditioning except in more expensive suites where balconies are available. The variety of food available for breakfast is very limited with miniscule day to day variation. Otherwise the rooms are well kept and comfortable and the staff try to be as professional and friendly as possible. Perfect for someone trying to find a nice place to stay a short while but overall nothing to get excited about. Location is a plus, due to the availability of many supermarkets and stores all around the area.

A five star hotel literally! Very friendly staff and so helpful. the room is amazing , very clean. A selection of pillows that you may choose from As per your comfort. The food is good. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with modern facilities and decent location. Staff were friendly and concierge were prompt in delivering our bags to our room, fastest I have seen in Dubai. The hotel seemed over crowded and the pool was unusable due to heater not working, reason I took a star away. All in all, would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Pre booked hotel stay before my travel. Very co-operative staff. Rooms are neat and clean. They have cab service if you want to enjoy nearby areas.There are few grocery stores nearby. If you would like to buy some fruit to eat in the room :)Hotel location is at the main road. Metro access is walking distance from hotel. Approx 10 - 15 mins drive from airport.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 month.The room was very spacious, and service also excellent..especially house keeping..easy accessibility for the metro station.

Not the newest Hotel, very noisy and loud music from the Bar. My bed was shaking from the music.

I stayed here for two days and my rating is as follows:Staff - 5/5Rooms - 4/5Breakfast - 0/5 - probably the worst breakfast i ever had in life. I could understand that due to COVID-19 stuff was limited but what was available was absolutely garbage. I ordered chanay and paratha one day, it came without chutney, pickle etc although mentioned on the menu. Omlait didnt have onions and they will give you one sausage. Fresh fruit was only watermelon.Facilities- 4/5Location - 3/5Staff was very helpful, rocky and mubeen was brilliant. Sundae was very helpful as well.

Special covid circumstances made me stay here nearly a month. So I have a long stay to come to this opinion.PROS:Staff is stellar, special shout out to Nishant and Mr. Shetty and Fareed in Swagat restaurant.Service is prompt.Room size is very good.Close to the airport.Very reasonably priced hotel. Metro 2 mins away by foot.CONS:Recommended for a short stay to be close to the airport as surroundings and crowd are not good. This is because its an older area of dubai.Bathroom has a frosted glass and when one has a shower shape can be seen clearly. So if you are staying with kids in the same room it can be awkward.

This is an amazing hotel which is well located near all popular shops and restaurants! The rooms are large and maintained to a very high standard! The hotel staff are exceptionally amazing friendly and often go out of their way for your comfort! (Kasim my room attendant was always on hand and his service is why i will most certainly booking again with Avani! In addition to this the hotel has put in place numerous safety protocols to ensure a safe Covid Free environment for all! - M. Fazel

Ground floor is fulled with cigarette smokes. Plenty people smoking outside and very intense smell was coming inside. Hotel supposed to put some Aroma in that.

There was an offer for AED 49 per person for unlimited bbq night. The food was bad. The soup selection was just 1 which tasted weird. The chicken wasnt freshly grilled. It was cold and soggy. The salad and dessert section was quite unsatisfactory compared to the price we paid.

This hotel was a pretty cool one. Nice ambiance, neat and clean. The workers were so good and kind. At the breakfast lounge Lemuel and his collegues Mohammad and others as well did a great job in serving the guests.House keeping Kasim did a fantastic job. He made us feel fresh all the time we were there. We spent a fortnight there.Since it is Covid time, they said that they couldnt serve people at their best but still it was kinda of a cool stay.

Very caring staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool is super clean and roof-top is a big plus in ambience of it.Breakfast was fresh, but there was a lot of Indian Variety than Arabic/English.View is either the police station or the back side of the Deira, but the convenience is better as it is in the heart of Deira.

Scamsters are calling me from this hotel banquet, namely Royal Grand Services. They are calling umpteen times inspite of telling them that we are not interested. When I called the hotel to complain, Ms Jennie at the reception started arguing inspite of listening.

It is strategically located very near to the Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro Station and the bus stop. Theres abundance of restaurants with lots of choices surrounding the hotel. The staff are all helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Their service was beyond expectation. Well, I rarely stay at the same hotel but if I happen to visit Dubai again in the future, Ill gladly choose Avani Deira Dubai because of its comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Fine. Generous sized room. Didn’t use it but there is a bar and a spa. Used the pool and gym. Walls are high so no view over the rooftops which is a shame but always nice to swim in Dubai and lifeguards are friendly and helpful. Even non- smoking rooms have faint whiff of stale smoke, but that’s my experience of all hotels I’ve stayed in Dubai (5). Nice staff, especially helpful room clean guys. My tap was broken, maintenance came straight away. Chose hotel as it’s close to lots of others but other than cheap real estate can’t imagine why, prefer closer to the Deira creek. Not an interesting or vibrant neighbourhood.
