Sorry to mention, One of the places i never wanted to visit again. If u r looking for better food (buffet with verities) plz do not GO. Being a 4 star Hotel They serve even very minimum choices of meals. Not a self service buffet(they say due to covid)+ they is no valet parking so my Car ended up in dust and dirty outside.

Very old and outdated hotel, as so is the management. They have some ridiculous and disrespectful policies...When my fiancee and i reached the hotel, we were denied entrance as we are not from the same nationality!Also, in order to stay, you will have to present your marriage certificate. Of course they will only let you know once you arrive there.Dont get fooled by Creek pictures, there is a lot better places around. Riviera Hotel was a complete waste of time and money

Very affordable, clean, centrally located, excellent, professional staff. Creek view rooms have awesome views! Many shops and restaurants, nearby, mall 5 min ride away.

Dubai Creek views and easy accessibility to yatch tours.

We arrived there through booking.com. the booking was confirmed. We were 2 people, european and african. At the hotel they tell us no different nationalities allowed. I never experienced such racism and discrimination. Shame there is such a thing at your hotel. Horrible service

Location is good just across Dubai Creek and close to the old souks. Although, rooms are outdated in terms of furnishings and design. Breakfast is also good compared to most hotels in Deira. Staff is helpful and friendly. For me, its a bit pricey just based on the rooms itself.

We stayed for a week and a half and loved our room and our view. The service was great and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. Beware that parking is a disaster there.

Its an old hotel but yes till date it has its marvelous infrastructure with very efficient staff who are too helpful.

In my view this one is very convenient for calm and quiet stay at the centre of Deira town. We could feel the souk and creek experience there.The main significance of this hotel are the followings.Theres no barTheres no nightclub.

Hotel view was good. But sometimes not good if your rooms in front of parking tower.Service was not badBut food taste was little bit uncomfortable.They only focus on Arab and Chinese.They have to make more menu for asian people

Pros: great breakfast, friendly staff, close to airportCons: BED BUGS. Consider yourself warned. Also, the hotel did little to make up for this serious inconvenience. I was here as a layover from an early morning flight from Bali and this was the only hotel willing to offer a somewhat decent daytime rate. Had a known this was a concern here I would have paid double to stay somewhere else.I wish this hotel would understand how to better handle customer service. Hopefully the next person in my situation will be treated with better accommodations. The front desk only provided me with a free shuttle after my friend asked!! Please take better care of your clients Riviera Hotel.

I just loved it ....And those who know me I am not easy to please. The location is awesome ...Across the Creek watching the dhows ply by and an unmistakeable old world charm. The staff is uber friendly and I wonder how they all can service with a smile constantly. The room I got was amazing overlooking the Creek and the dubai of yore. The old souks are a walking distance and the colorful Naif .. Deira market just a short stroll away. The hotel is super well maintained and very classy with a strong heritage feel. Food is primarily asian and arabic and the non experimental Indian traveller may find it a challange. The breakfast was amazing with a fine dining experience. Plush carpets, lovely comfy fabric sofas, oil paintings adorning the wall with arabic cultural installations ....It was a peaceful and memorable experience. I would recommend this highly to the old world feel explorers.

I dont know about the hotel but the restaurant has very delicious food, especially during Ramadan.

Booked a twin room1) room smelled like smoke 2) new mattresses needed 3) beware, bad half day policy (only until 9pm, if they are generous until 11pm 🤐) 4) aircon was not working properly 5) room service just walked in without knocking before I checked out 😡

The people were very nice and prepared for us the breakfast to go at out departure early in the morning. The rooms was clean and spacious, with a nice view.

Booked for 14 days and it was worth the money. Riviera hotel got a high rating in Agoda and the reviews didn’t lie. Location wise it’s good; nearest train station is only 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. I’d prefer a location near Al Rigga but Baniyas is good enough. Our room was spacious for 3 persons (with 3 beds, the other one in the living area not in the pictures) and it’s cleaned daily. The furnitures are a bit old but still in good condition. But what I really appreciate about this hotel is the staff! Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and professional. They’d great you, open doors for you, and even say thank you when it’s you who asked for a favor. Our group felt special with their treatment. Oh, and the food was great! I would definity book this hotel again. Would also recommend this to friends.

One of the best family hotels in dubai, rooms are quite larger than other hotels in the area. Nice furniture, not to mention the magnificent views of the creek. The breakfast is a great buffet... The hotel location is excellent. The staff are angels really especially Mr. Altaf , Mr. Ummair, Mr. Ahmed and Grace. I am sorry, the other staff were of the most generous and gentle.. But I forgot to get their names.Staying at this hotel was and still is one of my best experiences through out the last 20 years.. 🌹 🌹

Me & family of 3 had a marvellous stay in this hotel in August 2016. Wonderful interiors, very good service , very nice staff and some excellent B.fast/dining too, must recommend this hotel. Very reasonably priced too & a best for the families.Location is right across from Deira creek waters / Cornich (Abrah). Very close to Gold Souq & 5 mnts. walk to BaniYas Sq. metro station.
