We stayed 12 days in this very nice and very clean hotel. The stay was very pleasant and to highlight was shadab and Narsa . They always helped us and no matter what we needed he was there to help us. Many thanks for that too.

A very nice hotel in Dubai close to the International Airport. Spent a night here about three years ago while transiting. We came in late so I couldnt explore much of the surroundings. Though many of us came in at the same time, the receptionists attended to us timely in professional and friendly manner. The food in the morning was a buffet and very sumptuous. I wont mind spending more time here in the future.

Hotel is good.. Rooms are big.. Swimming is the best.. 😊 I would recommend this hotel.. Special thanks to Mr. Enrico the duty manager.. Will come back again with my family..

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in various hotels worldwide, but this one was out of my imagination. I was put up here for mandatory quarantine for 10 days after returning from India. Rooms are spacious, AC sucks, WIFI pathetic (less than 2MBPS), hotel staff behaviour unacceptable (rudest I have ever come across), noisy corridors, they treat you in an inhuman manner as if its a sin to be under quarantine, food quality inedible (had chicken on the 2nd day and had food poisoning, veg does not have options and you get served the same options every day), take it or leave it attitude, lunch was being served after 3 pm, dinner at 6:30, no options to reheat, calling them is useless as they dont pick up most of the time, if you complain and ask for a duty-manager they never get back to you as there is no manager at the property (managers available at Millenium Airport Hotel and they dont bother about people staying in Copthorne), no telephone manners for staff as they have an illogical answer ready all the time, raw food and oil dripping from paratha.The list is long and cant write everything here, but my suggestion is to stay away from this hotel if you have an option.BEWARE of COPTHORNE AIRPORT HOTEL

Giving 1 * because of wifi . Travellers need wifi so they can contact people and many things but wifi is to slow. I have contacted reception many time but answer was they have told IT guys. 1 days has passed but nothing is happening.

A hotel very close to the Airport and nearby to Metro station. If someone likes to travel around economically using Dubai transport buses, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel.

A very nice place to relax during the transit period between flights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and there is a frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided the service of an automatic wake up call as well. The buffet included a variety of dishes, all of which were really delicious. There was a city tour service as well in the hotel, which could be availed on payment.

Comfortable for short stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great idea for a long layover in Dubai. Breakfasts not great for vegan /vegetarian but you wont starve. Gym in millennium hotel next door can be used - nice facility. Makes the long layover bearable

Pathetic attitude.... Just because it seems to be contracted for Emirates passenger layovers, the guests are treated with disdain. No breakfast was offered in the morning as we had to leave the hotel at 5 am. When we asked for coffee at the very least we were told we could order the same with room service and pay for it! Atrocious. When i made an issue of it, the duty manager tried to placate me and said he would make an exception and have me served coffee in the morning. Also we had to come down and all for a dental Kit as it is not placed in the room. All in all, a terrible experience. I asked for the GM Simon Moore, but was refused his contact details. Very upset at Emirates as well!

Was here for one night due to delay and missing connecting flight. Emirates managed everything. The room was big, clean and tidy. All the amenities were in the room, the bathroom had a bathtub. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were mostly Indian inspired. Options of food were plenty, but the taste did not feel up to the par. A pool, lounges and bars inside, as well as options of restaurants. The hotel houses opportunities for tour around Dubai. Overall it was a good experience.

I had an overnight stay here compliments of Emirates airline. Check in was straightforward and the staff was helpful. My room was fairly basic but was clean and comfortable for an overnight rest before catching my flight in the morning. Its great that my shower was hot and not just lukewarm.

Nice and simple. Generally Emirates delayed flights passengers are provided accommodation here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great for overnight stay. Has a good restaurant. Nice food, though limited choice for vegetarians.

We booked via Emirates Connect and had a great experience at Copthorne Airport Hotel.The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner times run for long periods, making it easy and flexible to plan day excursions and still have meals at the hotel. Food and service is good, with shuttle to the airport included, making the connection easy and stress free.

This is a flight connection hotel, you know, so there is so much you can expect. Its a mill that processes people in and out constantly so the human touch is not there. They have good food at the restaurant of the type youd get at an airport lounge. Rooms are fine, they look clean. If I had the option to wait three or four hours at the airport to catch my connection Id take that, but with a 12 hr overlay, this hotel is good, but not something to look forward to.

This hotel has a big rooms, comfortable and with good view. Good foods, and shops inside. The staff are very respectful and responsible. They will remind you when is a time to live the hotel and go to the airport to check in, they provide transport. They have an agency inside of safari that you can pay to know Dubai very closely. 😉☺

Close to the airport, nice and cozy hotel with rooms for single or family. Family rooms are two bedded with adjoining doors.Great tour/sightseeing service of Dubai.Decent buffet (you will definitely see something close to what you know like you popular English breakfast option) meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Rooms are spacious so are there bathrooms.Enjoyed my stay!!!

Good Hotel , friendly

You will likely be asked by the Emirates Airline to stay a night over in this hotel if you are flying economy class and you have a late night arrival and a next day connection to make. You are guaranteed a good environment for the short stay. The front desk has become so used to the reception of passengers that it looks routine. When they checked me in tonight, however, I found I was given a room that had not been cleaned after the last user left. The restaurant is just fine to keep you on in the journey. Dining could be finer in some other place except that you are constrained to use this one as part of Emirates Airlines hospitality arrangements.

Apparently this is the hotel that Emirates uses for customers when flights are missed or they have overnight connectors etc.... they offered us complementary dinner and breakfast. The food was very tasty too. The rooms are a nice size as well. Typical amenities, nothing special. It was perfect for what we needed.

It’s just a place where the airlines provide you accommodation when you miss their connecting flight. Not for normal visitors. Walk-in is also not possible, I am told. Managed by Emirates Airlines, it’s almost fully booked by them alone. There’s nothing great to mention. Rooms are okay. Ambience is just average. facilities available are limited. They have plenty of rooms like a pigeon holes but rooms are not bad as such. Because of the purpose they serve, probably they needed so many rooms. Location wise, it’s obviously close to Airport.

We have stayed here several times part of the service that Emirates Airline provided us during long transit. The rooms is big enough and clean. It has airport shuttle that departs very often. The complimentary breakfast, lunch and / or dinner is great. Its located near the Metro Station. We walked to the Metro Station although some people will call a cab.

They provide accommodations as part of Dubai Connect program. Good clean room. Not many food (dinner/lunch) options. Airport shuttle service available. Overall good.

Layover voucher from Emirates. We had two young children (3 and 1) and they gave us smoking rooms. When we asked for non-smoking we were informed that they had none, so I informed them that were checking out at which point the manager offered us non-smoking rooms whixh we declined. Its obvious that they want to stuff folks with vouchers into the worst rooms. Decided to book a Marriott downtown, money well spent..this place wasnt worth free.

I was comped a nights stay at the hotel. It is very close to the airport and part of a complex of adjoining the Millennium Hotel. There is a large courtyard with a pool and bar. There are several bars and restaurants within the complex accessible via the courtyard. There is security present 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The TV channels are limited but, there are several different language channels. Bring a thumb drive with some movies and you can plug it in the TV and watch your own. The room was clean. I asked the staff for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which they happily provided. The bed was comfortable and not hard. There are tours into the city from the hotel and the train is nearby. I had a pleasant stay. I would recommend if you wanted to be near the airport. The airport shuttle runs every fifteen minutes.

The food! The food! The food! I love it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good. Sadly, I cant say I love everything about the hotel because the wifi was so good, I forgot to turn on the TV and take quality pictures.Several small shops are present on the ground floor of the hotel so you can always buy a toothbrush if you forgot yours or get your hair done and others. You can also book a tour with the tour guide or get an inexpensive gift item to remind you of your travels to dubai.The best part of my stay here was the availability of a free bus that takes you to the city mall and back to the hotel at select times. Likewise, the temperature control setting in the rooms and quick availability of hot water in the shower made my brief stay a worthy experience.Will recommend this place to any one.

I was there only for 4 hours because I had a connecting flight. However, I was really impressed by the service. Room was nice and large. I was offered a complementary dinner buffet. The food was extremely delicious. Overall my experience was great.

A delightful little place with the most friendly manager and owner. Very close to the blue mosque and topkapi palace. Its pretty affordable. I must admit though the shower/bathroom is rather small but hey i didnt mind. Around the corner is easy excess to the their beach. If you on a tight budget then this is the place for you.

Very nice / clean rooms. This is the hotel used by Emirate airlines for their hotel stay if you have over a 6 hour lay over. It is a nice hotel, but a suggestion would be to make sure you are farthest away from guests. I say that tongue and cheek. We were there on a layover and the hallways were pretty loud all night with guests hanging out in the hallways.

Well placed hotel with shops and a restaurant that serves alcohol if you want it. Room was spacious with a large TV and full length windows with comfy beds and sofa.

I had to struggle a bit to find the bus to hotel. You go to Emirates Connect at Arrival, then after emigration, go to Emirates Hotel counter near Exit 3 and thats where you will be led to the bus.The hotel does not have these basic things needed- toothbrush and paste! People will be coming in with only their cabin baggage in which these are not allowed. Otherwise everything is good.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Well maintained, clean, huge hotel. Well serviced gift shops. A restaurant with a nice mix of food.

Huge rooms. But the front desk were so unhelpful. They kept us waiting for an hour though it was paid already.

The hotel is okay, nothing special. It does have a nice pool and play are for kids. Its really close to the airport which is convenient. The rooms were kind of outdated. The floors were a little dirty. We stayed 1 night and made the most of it. Its worth the stay since its very close to the airport.

A sudden respite, for transit passengers. About 5 minutes drive from the Dubai international airport. Very tidy. They offer a variety of tarrif plans. Rooms though are very moderate in nature, but the dinner spread is elaborate and delicious.

Excellent Service with a very warm hospitality from staffs.

The hotel did the job in providing a bed, food and a comfortable place to stay near the pool for a delayed connecting flight. The air conditioning was very handy for a good sleep, and the buffet on offer was basic but quite extensive. The outside pool was very clean, with fresh towels offered free of charge and plenty of lounge chairs available. Not the most luxurious, but ideal for a stop over.

I got a hotel voucher to stay here for one day here. We had free buffet. Since this food is meant for all people across the globe, you cant expect spicy delicious food here. I didnt try the paid food may be that one will be good,but overall buffet was average only

I went there to see a friend who had a stop over from USA for a night but I liked it starting from the reception. Guys are nice and polite with fully dressed uniforms. The hall ways were clean with nice chandelier lights. The room was so clean and very big. Nice bed fully laid. It used a key card to open the room and once you remove it the lights go off so its a nice way of saving light. It had a flat screen and telephone. WiFi is available too. Its close to the airport just 10 minute drive and Dubai creek. Check it out. U wont be disappointed.

The lunch buffet was not as good as it use to be. There were limited items in main course with ordinary taste. Other wise, the hotel rooms are spacious and clean.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Very efficient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant offered a good breakfast selection, but lunch and dinner were really good. Large selection of salads and drinks.

My first time experience in dubai so Bad..... my stuff had been stolen from my room pretty sure is the cleaning staff they was there all the time. me and my family going out for a short trip and time we get back we need to rushing going to the airport so we find out when we got home just beware your belonging because theyre take only expensive things.but I gave 1 star because the sfaff at the reception theyre so helpful and the room is nice

Fast service. Not that clean though. Emirates could make it better. There are shops in the lobby for visitors to buy souvenirs. There is even a gold shop there which is very good.

This hotel is a typical hotel you find in Dubai. The rooms are spacious. My room had two separate beds, I was wondering what to do with the other bed. In general, it was comfy and conducive. You have to yourself a TV plus theyve got a great restaurant in the hotel, all you can eat.

Emirates airlines is truly setting up example of providing world class service to all traveling classes. They provided this as complementary service to me as I had long layover in Dubai. They also provide free visa, transportation to-and-from airport-hotel, meal at hotel all at zero cost. This definitely makes your stay beyond comfortable. Please be advise to ask for this complimentary service in Manage your booking before you check-in.

The rooms are decent. This was part of the free accommodation provided by Emirates airlines in Dubai connect program. As it is free, nothing much to complain. However, I had 8 hours of layover, and in night. Hence I had nothing much to do in Dubai. Staying in airport would have been a better option

Stayed here curtosy of Emirates after delay/missed connection. Nothing fancy but a solid 3 star hotel, pleasent and efficient staff and the buffet meals are good and varied. Around $10 taxi to downtown if want to see some sites.I would have given 4 stars if it wasnt for the noise. The back pool area has incredibly loud music (you have to shout at each other when outside), that plays from lunch time to very late. Even on the third floor I had to put in ear plugs to sleep. Its a not a party area, and just really odd for a layover hotel to do.

I had the opportunity to stay due to flight delay. Emirates is by far the best airline in my experience when it comes to delayed flights -they rebook your ticket automatically to the next flight and provide a hotel voucher. So, I was able to go out of the airport (stamped 96 hours of visa, though next flight is in afternoon) and had a chance to meet one of my closest friends back in high school. Anyway, overall the hotel looks clean, reception area is good and neat. This hotel is just about 3 minutes away from airport. For the accomodation, room is overall clean. Just the old sofa, they need some deep cleaning -smells like old furniture. Washroom looks good, view is nice as well. Had to stay for just 15 minutes because my friend picked me up so I checked out early.

Second time I stayed here . Thanks to Emirates. Lets talk about positive things first . Big Rooms . Comfortable Bed . Clean bathroom . Attractive Interior inside Rooms . Warmth and hospitality. Helpful reception. For 5 to 6 hours essential sleep between stopover is min Requirements. When you go to Airport Hotel . This hotel certainly scores more . Good food . Helpful staff . If you are thinking to buy some last mint shopping then not much choice. One gold shop is there . Watch shop too . There was this sand artist was there . I was tired otherwise I would have buy couple of his sand bottles . He seems to be very positive . I felt sorry that he explained me his art and some fragrance. I was running out of time . Next time I will buy something from him . I didnot choose this hotel . It came with my Air ticket. I am happy with its Service . Thank you .

Clean, comfortable and convenient. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which is very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were buffet and very tasty. There is also access to a pool, restaurants and a bar all on the property.

It was very good. Reasonably large room, clean environment, helpful staff and excellent food.Guided tour of Dubai was also good if it was by the hotel.I look forward to visit it again.

This is one of those hotels, which you are not choosing yourself. Emirates are using this hotel to accommodate passengers missing their connection due to delays. Basic, but clean and well organized. Reception may have long queue of customers when 2 or 3 Emirate buses comes the same time. Basic food served in the restaurant. If time allows, metro station is 10 minutes walking from the hotel and then in 20 minutes you can be at the heart of Dubai. This is recommended option for good dinner.

The hotel seems old and some of the room items are not working e.g. one of the power plugs which are near bed were not functioning. The breakfast is nice and diverse and the staff are so friendly and responsive. Its a good place for a couple of hrs transit since its very near to the airport

I was plaxed in this hotel by Emirates airlines after losing connection for a flight delay, no flexibility for lunch, arrived at the hotel at 15:50, get into my room for leave my stuff and denied to lunch room at 16:05 (lunch time finished at 16:00) with no option, the only thing that I can get was the water in my room. TV in the room didnt work and no fix or room change available. I give them 2 stars just because the room was clean, but for the rest, such a bad experience.

This being another stay at Copthorne on my transit, I really feel welcome. They treat me as a VIP and am always thrilled. Keep it up Copthorne. Will always come and stay with you whenever in Dubai.

Once you recognise that this is a Copthorne in name only, it is an acceptable 3* hotel. Luxury it is not. Spotlessly clean but devoid of any detectable character. Below average food. Only to be used when Emirates book you in as part of Dubai Connect.I wonder if some of the more gushing reviews here are for the real Copthorne in Dubai city itself. There is nothing to get excited about here.

I fell sick during my transit through Dubai via Emirates and had to be hospitalized. The Copthorne Airport Hotel management and staff went above and beyond their duty and helped my wife and kids go through this very difficult times. Kudos and a big note of thanks to everyone at the hotel for taking care of us. We highly recommend Copthorne Hotel and the Emirates airlines. They will be my first choices for our future travels. Great job!

This was a free connect night stay due to my 18 hours layover between two Emirates’ flights. I had to say that I didn’t expect it to be that good. It’s very clean with safety deposit box, however, TV channels were not clear. It had swimming pools for adults and plastic ones for kids. The food is good and available tell closing time. I had all three meals paid in the hotel, but didn’t eat much because I was full at breakfast and missed lunch going to Dubai mall by metro. The metro station is 5 minutes walk unless you prefer using the free hotel shuttle buss, however, you have to stick to its time schedule.

Got to stay here during a long overnight layover in Dubai while flying to US through Emirates. Its outside the airport so I had to go through immigration and outside the airport and use a shuttle to get here. The service was quick and good, the room was clean and comfy. The view wasnt anything to talk about but I just needed something to sleep in. My thermostat wont control the room temperature but that might be just be due to some mistake by my tired brain. They had a wake up call (the phone is in the restroom so it does wake you up haha) and they had a breakfast bar from 5.30 am and shuttle back to the airport every 15 minutes.

Decent hotel for a 16hr stop between Emirates flights. Considering it was free to me, the provision were very good - room was clean, food was good, staff were helpful. Slept well on comfortable (though firm) beds.Thanks for the stay.

Nice. I got disappointed about Emirates or Dubai caring customer service. I landed at the airport at 7:30pm. From landing to getting on a bus to my hotel, then checking in at the hotel to my room, too about 3hrs. I think this can easily be improved.
