A five star hotel masquerading in a 4-star tag. Wonderful in all aspects. The staff are more than helpful especially the gentlemen in the front office and their leader Mr George. The view on Dubai eye is breathtaking. The rooms are capacious and luxurious. Definitely coming again.

Stayed here for a week for my 35th birthday. They treated us very well and even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room! So unexpected! Everyone we encountered was warm and helpful especially the night manager and Christy in the restaurant.The suite was very clean and well maintained. The bed was kind of hard and had no bounce whatsoever, but still pretty comfortable.Would definitely recommend and stay in here for a future visit to Dubai.

My family and I stayed 8 nights at Double Tree JBR. We have two very young children. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. The apartment was huge, kitchen well equipped, very quiet and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Fantastic staff and management. Location is great to be able to walk to restaurants on JBR. Recommended for families.

Breakfast service was awesome. Especially, Kiara, Mohsin and Raj went out of the way to help us. The Indian chef that cooked the egg and another lady chef were very helpful too.Disliked · The water at the Swimming pool was had gotten really dirty by evening. Even though I saw them cleaning it every morning it was not enough. Probably the filtration system.The receptionist lady who checked us in did not seem really interested in welcoming us. She was unpleasant to say the least. Very unlike DoubleTree standards. Everyone other than her were awesome.Bathrooms were dimly lit keeping in mind it does not have natural light.

My first stay since the beginning of COVID; didnt know what to expect. Had a solid stay, short of great. The staff, however, do not fall short of great. They were awesome.

Beautiful hotel staff was great beach was great Hilton always lives up to their name . In walking distance of bars restaurant boardwalk . It was my friends bday so they decorated the room with some balloons and cake. The hotel is literally located where you have everything from night life to shopping to eat walking distance . First night i went to bla bla (you can not dance) so enjoy your drink . The hotel staff were great as well, we missed our flight so we missed one day of our stay but because we were staying two extra days they give us the credit from the first night we missed which was really nice of them.

We stayed here for more than 30 days. During our whole stay we have been extremly staisfied with the location, the facilities and restaurants in the hotel.However the differnce makes the staff! And the staff here is amazing!From Valet-Parking, to checkin, housekeeping and restaurants to the pool-boys: all of them were very friendly, very attentive, extremly helpful and all of them went the extra mile to bring the service to the top!We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

We had a very good closure of our holidays. Well organized, very clean and the room was at very good quality! Wed like to come back another time.

Although it was about 7 years ago but it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. My kids loved every moment we stayed there and its still in our memories. We will definitely visit again.

I have stayed one day in this hotel. Everything was perfect from the very beginning! Breakfast was delicious as well as food and drinks by the pool. I had Poke bowl with salmon for lunch and it was very tasty as well. Beach is clean. Hotel staff made sure they follow the COVID rules. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Amazing day!

Again for the 3rd time ans alaways the same cliche reply on the reviewVery poor service, waiters are always talking together I dont fighting or frustrated with how to do their work. VERY VERY BAD TERRIBLE.. at 1:30 am our room was flooded with water that came from a closed door the suit had no access to. The water covered the whole suit reached 3 bedrooms and made the whole floor wet damaged my stuff. Called the reception 10 minutes waiting for engineer so I went down to the reception to get the manager up and he gave me no solution or answer to the problem I even asked to change rooms because of the bad condition and he said nothing was available. Breakfast in my omlette I found tissue and informed the chef and he apologized not knowing how and said by mistake. I gave the valet my car because they don’t allow u to park ur own car and keep the key my wife came and saw my car still opened with the windows rolled down and ac open after 2 hours I gave the valet. NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BE HERE DONT RECOMMEND

We came to this hotel to swim at the pool and the beach not to live. But it was TERRIBLE. The drinks and food was overpriced there was MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE IN THE POOL. Also the beach was the worst part the seats of the beach was too far from the ocean and the bar did not serve to us when we were in the beach side even though our seat was right next to the bar. The workers were rude exept the one in the entrance. And lets not forget that there was a construction next to the pool. And then a group of 60 people comes out of nowere and enters the pool the pool experience was like a covid19 festival. After all i do not reccomend coming here.

Beyond a typical breakfast spread at Gastro, the gluten free options were plentiful and delightful. Enjoyed every bit of the organically presented food that was not only fresh but diversely varied for a health-conscious person like me. An additional star just for their special effort and attentiveness to my request for an iced mocha which is one of the best Ive had!

The beach is one of the best locations in the UAE. The pool is nice but the sun doesnt reach it in the peak hours. The food is good, the sangria is great. The only thing that was remarkably weak is the service, not necessarily because the floor team is not competent but they were few guys only serving a full house! For such a place, it must have a bigger team even with less visitors on board to do a good service.

Not good value at all... AED 150 for beach and pool access which is now non-redeemable. AED 50 for a warm flat beer served by miserable bar staff. We used to come here alot, but now wont bother. Blah Blah and Wavebreaker that are close by far better value for money... and the drinks are cold and fresh

I spent a full day at the hotel and it was such a nice little escape from a busy day in Dubai. I started off with a great breakfast followed by swimming in the pool and beach. The weather was perfect, staff are so friendly and I definitely enjoyed the food and relaxing atmosphere.

We went for a Friday Pool/Beach day and we loved it! They have an amazing view of the bluewaters and the infinity pool is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and checks on you all the time to make sure youre ok.We also enjoyed the food and drinks by the pool and watching the sunset by the beach. Great hotel to visit for tourists and also for UAE residents, fully recommended.

Fabulous location and ideal apartments if you have kids with you. Rooms could do with updating though, but the entire hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and efficient. Above everything it really is the location that makes this hotel work - you can literally walk to everything from here, and it has a great pool and beach area (which is very shady in the winter months!). We would return if the hotel goes for a refurb, as the rooms are enormous and it could be one of the best hotels in this area...

My name is rajat goel...I stayed here for 15 days with my family...unfortunately I had non refundable deal..there is no water and towels in the bathroom...water leakage from ceiling... Paying 700 aed daily for breakast... Everyday they give same food in different ways.. Sometimes not cook.. We were tired of requesting them.. But nothing was done... I truly feel i wasted by money time and vacation.. PATHETIC experience...WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY FOR 1 NIGHT ALSO

Amazing resort. Huge family rooms and great location. The beach isnt really private as the public can walk onto it but it is hidden away. Has a childrens pool as well as an Adult pool. Breakfast was nice and they provide raised chairs for children.

We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. 1 room for our luggage’s lolll. We used the 2nd room for dressing and ironing and keeping our items organized. Also had a spare bathroom as well so we never had to wait for each other lolll. The kitchen came with a full refrigerator and microwave. Which came in handy. We had free buffet style breakfast every morning, which came with my Hilton honors diamond membership. They had great options. There were 2 restaurants on the property for dinner if you choose to stay nearby. Guests get 20% off their bills if they go there. A Lebanese and an Asian restaurant. We went to the Lebanese restaurant twice lolll. This place was perfect distance to the pier, which had lots of restaurants and shopping areas. We went for walks daily. The beach was always clean and we had a great view from our room of the beach. Only issue was there were so many constructions nearby that it was really loud. A new hotel was being built next door. Other than that, can’t complain. We had a car but their was valet parking and we never had an issue.

It was wonderful experience staying at Double Tree Jumeirah. It was a homely feel of course!! Pleasant and clean surroundings and wonderful beach, and a calm stay with family. Neat and clean pool gave lot of peaceful moments. The facilities were top notch and the staffs were behaving so friendly and they were really helping!! The beautiful clean beach is another wonderful add on with the stay here. Lot of thanks to Mr. Ratheesh who helped making things so simple and enjoying. He was really helping throughout the stay so that there were no complaints to make. Looking forward to stay at Double Tree for my next visit as well.

Great pool and beach area (pool is heated/cooled). Staff is fantastic. View is amazing if you get the 3 bedroom. Rooms with kitchen 3beds are great with washer/dryer full kitchen with oven and spacious rooms. Breakfast downstairs is pretty good overall, better than standard hotel fair.Only cons to this place is the parking can get jammed on the weekends but manageable. Breakfast opens at 7 AM (wish it was 6:30). Had some hot water problems but they came up and fixed quickly. Some major works going on for construction next door but should be done by end of oct 2020.Diamond benefit was free full breakfast and usual water. Already booked a 3 bed so didnt need an upgrade but they let me pick a high floor.

From my experience it is not worth the price compared to the quality of stay. In my room there was an issue with water hoses and toilet floor full of water.The reception and room service does not pick up the phones. Backside view on the industrial area and street. On my opinion I will five it 6 out of 10 for the price and service. Very slow internet connection in all my devices.The beach was full of Algae compared to the nearby hotels.Finally, I don’t like it.

Saturday morning breakfast was horrible. I waited 45 minutes for the scrambled eggs with tomato, onion, and bell pepper after having to ask several people multiple times the status update. After ordering coffee, I just had to go to the counter to get it myself.I asked for the manager who was not available. Once he was available, he told me to wait so he could help another woman who had not been waiting as long.Expected better than this.

Worst experience ever! I regret ever booking and wasting my time at this hotel.1) The pool was PACKED with no regard for municipality guidelines2) The check in process took 2 hours with a promise of an “upgrade” only to be given the same suite with the same amenities.3) This 23 floors hotel only has 2 functioning elevators. It took me on average 20-30 minutes to get the elevator that is also PACKED with people, stacked like sardines, guidelines state 4 but it’s packed with 15+ people at a time!I sincerely regret ever staying at this hotel! Poor management,and cleanliness

I would like to share our experience, it may help the hotel management to correct themselves and help the guests to know what they will face. On October 2nd, my family and I booked a 3 bedroom suit through booking.com and as usual we went to check in and start our weekend. But when we reached the hotel we faced the following:1. The entrance of the hotel is like any normal building without any natural light.2. The hotel staff that met us on the entrance didn’t have a minimum smile or any kind of welcoming.3. Unfortunately we didn’t find any sanitizing material at the lobby or anywhere at the reception. They took minimum precautions for COVID-19.4. When we started to talk to the receptionist (Ms. Israa) we requested clearly a high floor for our booked suit. But unusual dealing she ignored our request and she continued our checking in and drew the money from our card and later told us she checked us into the 3rd floor which was unprofessional dealing.5. When we informed her that this is not an option for us and we insist to have a higher floor she didn’t cooperate and again she ignored our request. I asked her to give us a high floor or we will leave and her answer clearly “it’s up to you, you can leave” which is against any hospitality or welcoming of any hotel staff.6. According to that we decided to leave, suddenly she changed her attitude and offered us the higher floor. Which make us confused and didn’t feel happy or safe with this kind of service.7. We made our mind and we left and we lost our weekend because of this unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude dealing.Finally, I’m spotting the light for the management of the hotel, the whole idea for any guest to spend a weekend at a hotel is to relax and have high quality service, smiles and cleanliness which we missed all of that in our experience in Double Tree JBR. They didn’t have the minimum of any customer service.Finally we promise we will never do it again.

99 dhs for pool and beach access all back in food and bevvies is worth every dirham! Went with family two days in a row. Excellent view of Bluewaters, very friendly staff. Perhaps the loungers could receive a bit of tlc. Amongst all of us we tried all 4 OTP burgers and were a-maxing! Definitely coming back.

Rooms not ready and you will wait 2 to 3 hours and ruined your day. This hotel gave me my room key by 6:00 PM. The hotel understaffing and you will definitely feel it. Bathrooms not having soap. My luggages was not delivered and it was laying in the luggage area without tags or room number, I had to go and identify it. Disinfectant and sanitizing cant be done with one cleaner and no gaps between guests.I gave 2 stars because of the prime location and private beach.Double tree failed to manage and the group should be more careful of their repetition.

View from the hotel is WOW! Have been to the restaurants few times and never found sufficient veg options for brunch or dinner. Non veggie would like the spread and taste (guess so).. The staff are courteous and supportive.

We were on the beach, great service. Small building noise next door but not the hotels fault. Really a wonderful place and beach access. One ask, just turn down the house music by the pool. But hey there place is sc treasure.

You have not experience luxury tillYou have busted this hotel. The staff are extremely attentive, they have severalPools to choose from and offer a collection of restaurants that are all good. Seafood, Chinese and a steakhouse. All of them exceeded our expectations. Their spa is also amazing and if you just book a massage you will gain access to their indoor premiumFacilities all day. We costed it twice this summer

We had the King deluxe room, loved it! It’s was really big, clean and very quiet so five stars for that. I think this hotel is pretty new the pool area was really nice we loved the buffet breakfast,( this is how all hotels should do their buffet breakfast) The staff was amazing (The morning we left it had rained that night and there was flooding on some of the roads so we couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel, so one of the staff members went out to the highway to flag one down for us, that’s going above and beyond The location is great to, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the Dubia mall And the Burj Khalifa is right there as well.

Overall, an average hotel. We wanted a kitchen which we got, but it wasnt very well equipped. Only one of the 4 pans worked on the hob (and only one of the four rings worked). Crockery, cutlery & utensils were adequate yet only 1 teaspoon was provided. We had to buy our own tea towels, dishcloths and washing up liquid from the local supermarket. The design of the showers meant the bathroom floors became drenched outside of the shower unit, so we had to mop up the floor with towels. The rooms are nice but generally a bit tired-looking and in need of a lick of paint and in some cases filler in the walls where it looked like there had been plates thrown at it! The balcony would benefit from some furniture as it would have been nice to sit out with a coffee. The pool was fantastic and at 30m, perfect for proper swims. Its a shame that there are new towers being built next to the hotel as they are affecting the sun at the pool. At least the beach is a short walk.

Lovely spacious rooms. Great outdoors area. The service on the front desk were superlative, especially Gigi and the tall, red-haired woman whom I suspect was the manager. Both of these women went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. In fact, the service throughout the hotel was very good.

We love this Hotel. We always come and enjoy our time here. We have breakfast and spend the day on swimming pool and on the beach. We spend full day after a week full of work. They have special attractive day package for two persons inclusive breakfast. We come with our friends to enjoy.

This is one of the best hotels i have every stayed in. The suits are very spacious, maybe not very luxurious but it was great. The furniture is very good and new. The location of the hotel is just perfect. it is on the far end of the walk Jumeirah, away from the crowd yet it is a minute walk to all the public beaches , restaurants and the fancy boulevard of course. The pool and the pool bar are exquisite a lot of fun and great service. we were very hesitant because. of the negative reviews on the bar staff but it turned out all wrong; they were very cheerful, helpful and professional with everyone (outside guests and in-house guests). The pool was great with a giant screen showing the world cup games; the atmosphere and the music were just perfect. The beach was very serene one of the best things about this property is that it has its own private beach away from the crowd. Also there were some water activities but we didnt try any.

The worst experience ever. Never let them cheat you with their 150 Aed pool and beach access fully redeemable against F&B. You will never receive anything u order before one hour and after complaining and after a big fight. Everybody in tbe place was complaining and shouting because of the extremely bad service they have. It is a one star hotel i can say.

You can access a daypass and enjoy the nice pool and the beach while enjoy the nicest music by th DJ and you can also redeem your entry fees for food and beverage.

My experience in the hotel was ok it was my freinds birthday and if the are a 4 star hotel they would provide cake as a welcome greet the receptionist was so dull and not happy and welcoming and i wasn’t expecting this from a well named hotel tbh i will try other hotels when i come back to dubai 😕

Great service, everything runs smooth, very friendly staff. Great location. Top floor double room has an ok view. Downfalls were the beds sunk a lot on either side with a large mound in the middle, pillows were very soft and no other options available, only power point on one side of the bed. The couch was terrible to sit on. Other than that a pleasant stay. Gigi at the front desk helped with anything we needed and the lady at the coffee desk remembered our order each time.

Great property, great staff but totally miss sold the property. Strongly recommend all guests to check your room location. This picture is the view from the bedroom balcony of the hotel. The constructions is 24/7 very loud and noisy so little chance of sleep at night. The beach area is so close to the construction site and also very noisy. You will get a sun tan but also you will get covered in building dust. Please take care.

Was at maine on the ground floor which is a nice chilled atmosphere is somewhat a very industrial arrival sort of feel youre in the loading bay of the hotel..

Fantastic, rooms are huge, clean and well equipped, staff have been brilliant and location is great, minutes from both the beach and marina which is beautiful, Id definitely like to think well be back and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

I had my wedding at this hotel. Everything was amazing especially the staff that was involved in helping and assisting me on the wedding day Joan the event manager. She was outstanding.The only two ladies that were horrible and incompetent were the two on the reception. They were very rude and made fun of me. I mean imagine you’re the bride and you have a million things to think of, and instead of assisting they make fun of you! I was very upset at that point and felt very humiliated. Shame on Melanie and Gigi. Hope they get trained well. At least have some human decency.

Maine Oyster Bar was spectacular re: service and oysters. I only regret waiting so long to finally trying it.

Total privacy here. Guests can enjoy quiet time by the private beach area and have nice oysters at the bar. The price is slightly higher than the other hotels but its because they have seclusion of beach and 1,2 or 3 roomed suites. Very comfortable. Worth the money spent.

It was appalling that even after a prior booking before 2 days, directly to hotel, they have delayed the check in - now 2 hrs in lobby. Its an anniversary celebration staycation planned over weekend and my wrong choice of booking here is gonna spoil all the plans of 3 couples- regret it. Cant imagine 2 hrs can be justified by any means.

I was there for a day at the pool with my family, great atmosphere, I could give 5 but Ill give a 4 star rating for the following reasons-Food value for money is a little weak, should be better or cheaper-Pool showers dont have hangers and no soap dispenser at the hand washing .Great Day overall...

The rooms are great. Very spacious, clean, and nice. Theres construction work ongoing at the moment and it is almost not audible and out of view in the room if your room is facing the other side, which I definitely recommend to request when checking in. The view from this side of the JBR is not as great given the location with the Dubai Eye and the island is right in front, but is still a nice view. One complaint I have is the patio which does not have an furniture in it to sit and enjoy the view, which is strange in my opinion.

Ive been here a couple of times, we paid entrance for the beach and pool access and its always the same story. You have to argue with them to get the sunbed, to get umbrella. We never managed to get both. I dont understand what are we paying for if we cannot get even basic.The toilets are also quite dirty.They used to have a good food, but lately quality of the food really went down.
